EXECUTION OF IRECT TO CLEARANCE FOR GNSS BASE RNAV STARS AN SIS ATC may clear the ACFT "IRCT TO" a waypoint published in a SI/STAR for sequencing or separation purposes. After reaching the waypoint, the ACFT are required to follow the remaining part of the SI/STAR..3. MANATORY IMPLEMENTATION OF RNAV (GNSS) SIS AN STARS RNAV (GNSS) SIs and STARs procedures are mandatory for P-RNAV approved ACFT. Therefore, the P-RNAV approved ACFT arriving/departing to/from LTFE are required to flight plan or submit a change message (CHG) concerning the route section of their RPLs as described below..
