GENERAL, CZECHIA.AIRPORT.BRIEFING NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEURES Take-offs and landings of ACFT certified in accordance with ICAO Annex 16, Vol I, Part II, Chapter 2 or ACFT without certification based thereon are not permitted. Exemptions are possible for jets with MTOM 34000kg or more than 19 passenger seats if these jets comply with ICAO Annex 16, Vol I, Part II, Chapter 3 and have been issued a noise certificate or some comparable document in compliance with ICAO Annex 16, Vol I, Part II, Chapter 1. Engine test runs on all aprons can be carried out only with the agreement of the operator LOW VISIBILITY PROCEURES CRITERIA FOR THE INITIATION AN TERMINATION OF LOW VISIBILITY PROCEURE (LVP) Low Visibility Procedures will be initiated if the RVR TZ and/or MI and/or EN is less than 600m and/or cloud base is less than 200'. Low Visibility Take-Off phase will be initiated if the RVR TZ and/or MI and/or EN is less than 600m. Low Visibility Procedures will be terminated when the RVR is greater than 600m together with the cloud base over 200' and the continuous improvement is expected. Low Visibility Take-Off phase will be terminated when RVR is greater than 600m ETAILS OF RWY EXITS Under CAT II operation ACFT landing on RWY 22 may vacate the RWY via any TWY (TWY A, B, C,, E). RWY exit via TWY E for RWY 22 is equipped with green/yellow coded taxiway centreline lights indicating the boundary of the localizer sensitive area CONTROL OF ACFT ON APRON In case of Low Visibility Procedure Operation the ACFT on the apron is led by a follow-me car to the appropriate stand and the control service will be provided to the ACFT in position of the stand ESCRIPTION OF LVP a) Pilots will be informed by or RTF broadcasting about: - Initiation of operation of Low Visibility Procedures or Low Visibility Take- Off Procedures. b) ACFT will be vectored to intercept the ILS at least 3NM before FAF. c) The localizer sensitive area will be protected when a landing ACFT is within 2NM from touchdown. For these purposes ATC will provide appropriate separation between ACFT on final approach. For LVP/CAT II operations the separation of 8NM is supposed to be sufficient RESTRICTIONS OF TRAFFIC FLOW Anticipated hourly traffic rate of RWY 22 during LVP is 5 arrivals OTHER INFORMATION Guided take-offs are not permitted in Low Visibility Take-Off. Only on request strobe lighting for RWY 22 is turned on, when CAT II and III operations are in progress. Simultaneous line-up RWY 22 is not permitted in Low Visibility Procedure or Low Visibility Take-Off.

GENERAL 1.4. SURFACE MOVEMENT GUIANCE AN CONTROL SYSTEM OPERATION OF MOE S AN/OR MOE A/C TRANSPONERS WHEN THE ACRAFT IS ON THE GROUN ACFT operators should ensure that the Mode S transponders are able to operate when the ACFT is on the ground, and in case when the ACFT is not equipped with Mode S, let switch on Mode A/C transponder. Flight crew should select XPNR, or the equivalent according to specific installation, AUTO if available, not OFF or STBY, and the assigned Mode A code: a) When requesting push back or taxi, whichever is earlier; b) After landing, continuously until the ACFT is fully parked on stand. Flight crew of ACFT equipped with Mode A and Mode S having an ACFT identification feature should also set the ACFT identification. This setting is the ACFT identification specified in item 7 of the ICAO ATC flight plan. Marshalling is provided on request on apron during the exit of stands OPERATIONS OF CRITICAL ACFT TYPES APT is available for ACFT of code letter (RWY and all TWY) and code letter E (RWY and TWY E). Under conditions described below TWY other than TWY E are available for ACFT of code letter E and also Airbus A340, Airbus A380, Boeing B747, Boeing B777, Boeing B-52, Antonov An-124, Antonov An-225, Lockheed C5. TWY other than TWY E are available for ACFT up to code letter E under conditions described below. Segment of TWY F limited by TWY A and APN N1 is not available for ACFT greater than ACFT of code letter E. TWY and TWY shoulders TWY width is 105'/32m including paved shoulders. TWY E width is 144'/44m. The adjacent areas are unpaved with grass surface. The crews of the four-engine ACFT are obliged to use minimal thrust of outer engines and if possible to taxi with outer engines off. Taxiing Marshalling is obligatory for critical ACFT types. In TWY curves and on TWY at apron taxi speed is limited to 10KT. Safe wing tip clearance 25'/7.5m from an obstacle applies for taxiing. Crews are requested to use oversteering technique in curves. The safe clearance from the TWY edge and obstacles is guaranteed if geometrical centre of the main undercarriage of ACFT is moving along centre line marking.

REUCE RWY SEPARATION MINIMA Reduced RWY separation minima between two ACFT using the same RWY can be applied for RWY 04 and RWY 22. Reduced RWY separation minima shall be applied: - Between succeeding and preceding landing ACFT; - Between succeeding landing and preceding departing ACFT; - Between succeeding and preceding departing ACFT. EPARTURE 3.1. START-UP, PUSH-BACK AN TAXI PROCEURES Push-back is cleared by signalman. Engine start-up is cleared by TWR. Engines can be start up and permitted during push-back. Taxi is cleared by TWR. Starting up of engines at apron CENTRAL, NORTH 1, NORTH 2, SOUTH, GENERAL AVIATION is permitted only with ground staff assistance. Start-up and ATC clearance are issued on frequency TWR. Pilots-in-command are requested to report position, confirm info and read back its QNH, and inform about de-icing intention, if it should be done after engine start-up.
