Situation Eastwood is an area on the outskirts of East Harptree south facing at the rear onto the Mendip Hills (AONB). East Harptree is on the northern edge of the Mendip Hills and close to the Chew Valley. Within the village there is a strong community with a range of local facilities including a church, village hall, public house, primary school, pre-school, shop, playing field and cricket club. Bristol is 14 miles to the north whilst Bath is 16 miles to the north east. The City of Wells offers further facilities and is 7 miles to the south. Accommodation The property is approached to the front entrance via a garden path with vehicular access to one side leading to the rear entrance, annex and outbuildings. Double glazed front entrance door into central hall. The three double bedrooms are located at the front of the house (north facing) leaving the reception room, conservatory and kitchen at the rear (south facing). The bathroom has been recently converted to a wet room. The sitting room is at the sider with double glazed French windows to one side onto the garden and a natural stone open fireplace.
