The bathroom is situated to the rear of the property and incorporates bath, separate shower cabinet, wash hand basin and WC. There is also a rear glazed hallway and the boiler room is accessed externally. The original period staircase with its wrought iron balusters and mahogany hand rail rises to two first floor double bedrooms, both with partly coombed ceilings and one with fitted wardrobes. There is also a linen cupboard. There is a double garage to the rear (up-andover doors in need of replacement), a leanto greenhouse and generous storeroom with concrete block walls housing the electric meters. Externally the garden is well established with hedges, shrubs, lawns and further features and beyond the garden is a small paddock.
