5 Overview Sockenber Farm is an Eden Valley farm development on a nine acre site with three residential properties, land, ménage and a number of outbuildings, including a large stone barn with development potential. 10 Outside The farm has various outbuildings, including workshops, stables, a large cow shed and a two storey stone threshing barn with large parking area and development potential as an additional dwelling, with planning permission.
