4 The Property The property is Listed Grade II and part is believed to date from the 13th Century. It has been in the same family for 60 years and some modernization and re-configuration is required. Built with part brick and part stone elevations with some tile hanging under clay tiled roofs. Some rooms have exposed beams to the walls and ceilings. There are some low doorways, but the ceiling heights are good. There are good examples of old timber flooring and there are open fireplaces in the living room and library. The library is currently fitted with a calor gas fire. Overall the property has 3-4 reception rooms, 4-5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite). Outbuildings The stable block has 4 boxes a hay barn, tack room and a log/straw store running behind it. Adjacent is a timber 2 bay open cart shed for garaging or storage. 6 Directions (Postcode: GU28 9DU) From Midhurst take the A272 towards Petworth, turn left signed to Lodsworth and Lickfold. Proceed through Lodsworth towards Lickfold. Continue for approximately 2 miles and about ¼ mile into the village, (just before the green) the entrance to Collyers Farm with 6 saddle stones at the road end, is on the right hand side by the willow tree. From London take the Milford exit and follow the A283 towards Petworth going through Wormley and Chiddingfold. After 3 further miles take the right turning signposted Gospel Green and Lurgashall. After 0.5 mile at the green triangle bear left signposted Lurgashall and Lickfold. Pass the Lurgashall Winery and the Lickfold Inn. Just ¼ mile after the village Green in Lickfold the entrance to Collyers Farm with 6 saddle stones at road end of drive will be found on the left hand side by the willow tree.
