3 Phlebology Colorado 2009 Invitation to Attend Dear industry colleague, I would like to invite you to attend the inaugural meeting of phlebology friends and colleagues at The Peaks Resort and Golden Door Spa, Telluride, Colorado. Format is completely informal, no topics for presentation other than those proposed by the sponsors for general discussion including case presentations. Each participant is encouraged to render an opinion and advice; attendees will be polled and the microphone passed around the room. Each participant is encouraged to bring a case for presentation and discussion. Attendee numbers will be limited to keep the meeting relatively small (40-50 practitioners), although we will not restrict or prevent others from attending if they request - this is not a selected group of invitation only attendees. This is a meeting of friends and colleagues in a particularly pleasant location, to discuss informally any topic of interest relative to the phlebology specialty. We may also ease a little into the cosmetic world, as this is a natural extension. I look forward to hearing if you can participate. After this date no refunds will be made. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the exhibition due to events or circumstances beyond their control.
