SATCHEL INSERT OR WORKBOOK ADVERTISEMENT You can still reach 100% of attendees with a satchel insert in the 2018 Conference Satchel, which is handed out to all delegates upon arrival at registration. Send us your latest marketing brochure or provide something a little different, that the delegates can take home with them (e.g. pen, ruler, keyring, hat, drink bottle etc). Alternatively, you can include an advertisement in the Conference Delegate Workbook (artwork to be supplied by your organisation). Advertisers will also have their Company name, logo and web link included on the Official Conference Website. TRADE EXHIBITOR INSURANCE Exhibitors should consult their own insurance company and/or broker for proper coverage of their exhibits and displays. In most cases you will be able to extend your existing policy. Public Liability Insurance cover for your exhibition area must be taken out for a minimum of $10,000,000 from the first day of bump in, Monday, 8th October until the completion of bump out on the evening of Thursday, 11th October. A copy of your Public Liability Certificate of Currency must be sent to Melda Kocataskin at GEMS Event Management Australia via to mkocataskin@gemsevents.com.au by no later than Friday, 7th September, CATERING FOR EXHIBITION STAFF Catering is included in your exhibition package for one (1) staff member nominated to receive the complimentary Full Conference Registration. So that all members of staff can enjoy Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea with delegates, the exhibiting company will be charged $80 per day for each additional staff member who is working at the Exhibition, to cover the catering fees charged by the 11 venue.

13 EXHIBITOR MANUAL The Exhibitor s Manual, to be sent out at least three months prior to the Conference, will provide you with all of the information you need in order to plan for your attendance as a Trade Exhibitor at the Stormwater 2018 Conference. Should you have any questions beforehand, you can contact the Stormwater2018 Conference Manager, Julie McGraw at GEMS Event Management Australia on The 2018 Conference Trade Exhibition will feature a Passport Program to encourage attendees to visit each of the exhibitors and increase overall exhibition attendance. We believe that this program will add value to those organisations who choose to make a significant investment in the Conference, by being part of our Trade Exhibition. How the Program will Work: TRADE EXHIBITION PASSPORT PROGRAM TELL EVERYONE YOU WILL BE THERE! To assist our Sponsors and Exhibitors with pre event marketing, we will provide you with a Conference Promotional Tile (jpg format), which you and your colleagues can add to their signature as well as your businesses website. This will be provided upon receipt of the completed Sponsorship/Trade Exhibition Registration Forms. ANZ Stadium Exhibition Area Each delegate will receive an Exhibition Passport in their Conference Satchel. Delegates will need to visit every exhibitor over the two days of the Conference and have their Passport stamped by each exhibitor. (Exhibitors will be provided with a stamp at the beginning of the Conference). When delegates have their Passports completed (stamped by all exhibitors), they will then be able to submit their Passports into the entry box located at the Conference Registration Desk. All Passports must be lodged at the Conference Registration Desk by the conclusion of Afternoon Tea on the final day of the Conference. A Prize Draw will be conducted at the closing session of the Conference. Exhibitors and Sponsors are encouraged to donate products and services as prizes to be included in the prize pool. The sponsor/exhibitor organisation will be acknowledged for their prize donation as it is being drawn on stage in the final session of the Conference. The winning delegate must be in the Conference room at the time of the draw to win. 13

A tax invoice representing the total fee will be raised immediately and ed to your designated contact. Full payment must be received within 30 days from date of the invoice. Cancellations Sponsorship cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers, will only be accepted if the sponsoring company has not yet received coverage in any promotional s or marketing documents. In this instance, all fees will be refunded less an AUD$550 administration fee. Sponsorship cancellations received after the sponsoring company has received the above mentioned acknowledgements, cannot be accepted and will not be refunded. Trade Exhibition cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Wednesday, 8th August, 2018 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$550 administration fee. Trade Exhibition cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
