2 Event Overview Unisys is pleased to host and facilitate the Unisys Technology Forum 2007: Client Experience and Technology Update. Starting on 14 May 2007, the conference will provide a unique opportunity to interact with industry-leading experts from Unisys, our partners and clients, and more importantly, to discuss shared ideas and to network with your peers from New Zealand, Australia and Asia. The theme of this year s conference is Core Business Transformation. This transformation is being led by the business demands for increased agility and security. The pressure is on IT to provide increased governance and greater resource optimisation, in addition to being more adaptable to the business changes. The industry is responding with Service Oriented Architectures, Open Source software, virtualised server environments, process optimisation technology and methods for achieving far greater alignment between the business and IT. New Unisys Technology Forum Format New in 2007, the Unisys Technology Forum 2007, previously referred to as CETUF will have a slightly different format. The agenda will include a number of main sessions for all attendees complimented by a CIO and Technical stream of sessions that will run concurrently. The CIO stream will run during the first day and a half of the conference, allowing CIOs a better opportunity to fit the Unisys Technology Forum into their schedules. See agenda for complete details. The agenda will cover a range of subjects including ClearPath, ES7000, Agile Business Suite, Open Source, Microsoft, Security, and a Real-Time Infrastructure giving the attendee information on the full breadth of Unisys offerings. In addition, the attendee will hear presentations on the solutions and offerings of our partners. New Unisys Technology Forum Setting Unisys Technology Forum 2007 will still be situated in Queenstown, New Zealand on the idyllic shores of Lake Wakatipu. The hosting hotel for 2007 is the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which is situated right on the edge of the main shopping area in Queenstown. The breakout room and conference rooms all have stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. The new venue was carefully chosen to preserve the unique environment that is highly conducive to private and informal discussions among peers.
