1 10/10/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/11/2016, at approximately 1540 hours, I made contact with David J Ramos at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrant 15CA-CR /10/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/10/2016 at approximately 1230 hours, I took Mr. Hurt, Patrick Columbus at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00603 for Theft/Stealing property value $ or more. Bond for this warrant was set at $10, ten percent cash only. 10/10/16 14: ROCK HAVEN RD, HARRISONVILLE On October 10, 2016 While on Patrol I noticed a male and female in a verbal argument in the parking lot of 2201 Rock Haven road Harrisonville, Missouri. I spoke to both parties who said they were arguing over vehicle repairs. Investigation revealed that no criminal acts were committed. 10/10/16 14: OLD TOWN DR, PECULIAR On October 10, 2016 I responded to Old Town Drive Peculiar, Missouri for a non criminal disturbance between an ex husband and ex wife over property at the residence. The matter was found to be a an argument over property. 10/10/16 18: GARDEN WAY, HARRISONVILLE On October 10, 2016 I responded to 1012 Garden Way in reference to a DWI court violation. Upon arrival I placed a female subject in custody for a DWI court violation and transported her to the Cass County Jail. 10/10/16 19:39 SB 7/F, GARDEN CITY On October 10, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on a Blue Hyundai on south bound State Route 7 near State Route F for an improperly working license plate light. The driver was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia. 10/11/16 07:21 FRANKLIN COUNTY, 10/11/16 07:26 I49, On October 11, 2016 I was dispatched to a telephone report of a protection order violation. I spoke to Heather A. Johnston who said that she was being harassed on north bound I49 by the subject. The subject has been identified. 10/11/16 09: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On October 11, 2016 I was dispatched to S. State Rt 7 Garden City, Missouri for a subject that was having a medical side effect of not taking medication. The subject was contacted and transported to CRMC Hospital for further care and observation. 10/11/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 10/11/16 09:50 JOHNSON COUNTY KS JAIL, GARDNER On 10/11/16 at 0950 hours, I responded to the Johnson County Kansas Jail reference a warrant service. I then took James Gaug into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR01043 for Fail To Appear $10,000 10% Cash only. Mr. Gaug was transported to the Cass County Jail.

2 10/11/16 14:05 HOLMES/Y HIGHWAY, CLEVELAND On October 11th, 2016 at approximately 1400 hours I conducted a vehicle check at the R&K Motors 115 East Main street, Cleveland, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was released on summons for possession of drug paraphernalia. The passenger of the vehicle was placed into custody on an active Jackson County Sheriff's office warrant #1616CR01900, Burglary by force on a residence. 10/11/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday October 11th, 2016, at approximately 1410 hours, I made contact with Ashley M. Willis. I placed Ms. Willis under arrest by court order after her bond was revoked. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 10/18/2016 at 1330 hours was given. 10/11/16 16:30 NB 49/7, HARRISONVILLE On October 11, 2016 I was dispatched to a careless and imprudent driver in a green Honda traveling North bound I49 from State Route 7 Harrisonville, Missouri. The vehicle was later located by Peculiar Police at the Highland Inn located at Southeast Outer Road, Peculiar, Missouri. Two subjects were identified. Both Subjects were arrested by Peculiar Police Department. 10/11/16 17: ST ST, BELTON On October 11, 2016 at about 1755 hours, I was dispatched to 802 E. 171st street in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Raymond Vaglia. Mr. Vaglia said someone had forced open his back door and stolen a pistol, compound hunting bow and other hunting accessories. A suspect has not been identified. 10/11/16 18: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On October 10, 2016 I investigated a motor vehicle crash that occured near East 275th Street, Garden City, Missouri. All involved parties have been identified. 10/11/16 19: TH ST, PECULIAR On October 11, 2016 at about 1936 hours, I was dispatched to E. 198th street in reference to attempt to locate a stolen vehicle and suspect for the Belton Police Department. Upon arrival I contacted the suspect and located the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Belton Police Department and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 10/11/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2038 Hours, I made contact with Dakota Kendall Atkinson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrant #16-CAFTA-1272 for Driving while revoked/suspended, bond was set at $ cash only. I also served warrant #16-CAFTA-1256 for Failure to registered motor vehicle, bond was set at $ cash only. A court date of at 0900 hours was given for both warrants. 10/11/16 20: KURZWEIL RD, RAYMORE On October 11, 2016 I investigated an assault that occurred at 1512 North Kurzwiel, Raymore, Missouri. Rick Carver, w/m, told me that he was hit in the face. A suspect has been identified. 10/11/16 23: GRANDRIVER RD, HARRISONVILLE On October 11, 2016 I responded to a call of a male subject standing in the road waiving a flashlight at Grand river and 2 highway. Upon arrival I contacted a male subject who was later arrested for trespassing. A suspect has been contacted and placed in custody in this incident.

Incident Log 10/12/16 03: TH ST, PECULIAR On October 12, 2016, at approximately 0417 hours, I was dispatched to E. 227th, Peculiar, Missouri to assist EMS. Upon arrival, EMS personnel were performing CPR on a subject. The subject was transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center. 10/12/16 08:22 SMOKE RD / 255TH ST, PECULIAR On Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at approximately 0852 hours, I conducted a pedestrian check on Smoke Road at the intersection of 255th Street in rural Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a report of suspicious activity. I contacted Ryan S. Jackson, white male who ended up having an active felony warrant for failure to appear on a stealing charge through Cass County, Missouri. Mr. Jackson was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00078 was served to Mr. Jackson and he was given a bond of $10, % Cash Only with an associated court date of Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 0900 hours in Cass County courts. 10/12/16 08:45 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 10/12/16 at 0845 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Steven Garcia into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00248 and 13CA-CR00254 for Probation Violation, Total bond $50,000 cash only. Mr. Garcia was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/12/16 08:45 JACKSON COUNTY MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 10/12/16 at 0845 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took John Dobbs into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr Dobbs was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/12/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0900 Hours, I made contact with Stephen B Wiley at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR01064 for Financial exploitation of an elderly/diabled person (property value $50 - $499). Bond was set at $15, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 10/12/16 11: FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On Wednesday, October 12th, 2016 at approximately 1138 hours I was dispatched to 301 Frederick Lane in rural Raymore in regards to a report of a disturbance no longer in progress. I made contact with Lisa R. Fairman w/f, who reported that she was assaulted by her sister. 10/12/16 12:56 58 HWY/ E. 195TH STREET, PLEASANT HILL On October 12, 2016 I responded to the area of E. State Route 58 and S. Burri Rd in reference to a w/m subject walking on the roadway. Dispatch advised the Pleasant Hill Police Department was requesting we check the area due to the subject matching the discription of the w/m fleeing from them this morning. The subject fled upon my arrival. 10/12/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 10/12/16 13: LINCOLN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at approximately 1403 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Lincoln Road in Harrisonville, FORM Missouri 3000 in - regards Press Reports to a reported = UPDATED single vehicle motor vehicle accident. The driver

4 South Lincoln Road in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a reported single vehicle motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle, James M. Doughty, white male struck a building on the property of South Lincoln Road. Mr. Doughty later went to an area hospital for evaluation due to injuries from the accident. 10/12/16 14: STATE ROUTE C NORTH, PECULIAR 10/12/16 16: TH ST, ARCHIE On Wednesday, October 12th, 2016 at approximately 1608 hours I was dispatched to the Sheriff's Office front lobby in regards to a report of walk in report of stealing. I made contact with Billy L. Morgison w/m who is an employee of Waste Corporation America. Mr. Morgison reported that another waste disposal company was possibly stealing his company's dumpsters and repainting them. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 10/13/16 00: WALNUT ST, EAST LYNNE On , I investigated a disturbance that occurred at 102 Walnut in East Lynne. The persons involved in this incident have been identified. 10/13/16 02: COMMERCIAL ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, October 13th 2016, at 0247 hours, I was contacted at 0247 hours, I was contacted at my residence by Cass County dispatch and informed that the Harrisonville Police department was requesting K9 assistance on a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Casey's General Store located at 1801 N. Commercial. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and during a probable cause search, methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located. 10/13/16 08: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, October 13, 2016 at approximately 0808 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to a report of property being stolen from a vehicle at the residence of East 289th Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. The victim, Seam M. Jameson, white male stated that a gps (global positioning system) was stolen from his vehicle. No suspect information is available at this time. 10/13/16 09:25 7 HWY/PINK HILL, BLUE SPRINGS On, Thursdsay, October 13th, 2016 at approximately 0925 hours the Cass County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit as well as other K-9 groups from the metro assisted the Blue Springs Police Department by conducting an article search for three handguns on the east side of 7 Highway between Pink Hill and Truman Road. All three handguns were located, and then recovered by the Blue Springs Police Department. 10/13/16 11:36 50 STREET OF DREAMS, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On Thursday, October 13th, 2016, I took a report of a civil matter that occurred in the Village of Loch Lloyd. No further. 10/13/16 13:17 HARRISONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, October 13th 2016, at 1317 hours, I, along with Corporal N. Sack 650, Lee's Summit Officer S. McMilian and Holden Sergeant M. Bond arrived at the Harrisonville High School in reference to conducting a K9 sniff for narcotics at the request of the Harrisonville High School administration. Marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia were located.

5 10/13/16 13:47 SB 49/MM 162, HARRISONVILLE Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to a Motor Vehicle Accident where an individual ran from the scene and was eventually captured and taken to jail. The accident report was handled by the Missouri Highway Patrol. 10/13/16 21: TH ST, BELTON On 10/13/2016, at approximately 2236 hours, I responded to 8606 E 195th Street, Belton, Missouri, in reference to the stealing of an animal. My investigation revealed that an animal was taken from a residence. My investigation also lead to the arrest of the reporting party on active warrants through the Jackson County Sheriff's Office for FTA- obstruction, through the Raymore Police Department for no proof of insurance, fail to register vehicle, driving while suspended, two for FTA- ordinance traffic, and through the Lake Winnebago Police Department for driving while suspended and FTAordinance traffic. Total bond was set at $ cash only and $ cash or surety. 10/14/16 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/14/2016, at approximately 0300 Hours, I made contact with Rodney Bennett at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 10/14/16 10: RD ST, EAST LYNNE On Friday, October 14, 2016 at approximately 1028 hours a residence check was conducted at East 243rd Street, East Lynne, Missouri for Christopher W. Longacre in reference to an active Cass County warrant. The subject was located and taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail. 10/14/16 10: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 14, 2016 I responded to E. 267th Street Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to fraudulent bank charges. Mr. Paul Riley reported that a charge had been placed on his checking account that was not authorized. 10/14/16 12:00 291/APAC, HARRISONVILLE On October 14th, 2016 at approximately 1200 hours I conducted a traffic stop on a blue in color Nissan Armada for expired Florida license plates. The driver was released with a summons. The passenger was taken into custody on an active Benton County Missouri warrant for Forgery. 10/14/16 12: TH ST, CLEVELAND On October 14, 2016 I was dispatched to 111 North 5th Street Cleveland, Missouri for a domestic disturbance. I arrived on scene and made contact with Adrianne Jackson who stated she was assaulted by a male subject. A male party was identified and later arrested. 10/14/16 13:46 SB 49/MM 161, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1351 hours I responded to the area of southbound I-49 and the 161 milemarker. Upon arrival I contacted Charles Bryan and Whitney Evans who were involved in a motor vehicle crash. 10/14/16 14:54 PROSPECT /N 58, BELTON On October 14th, 2016 at approximately 1455 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on Prospect avenue, and 58 highway, Belton, Missouri on a brown in color Chevrolet sedan for stolen plates. The plates were taken into custody to be returned to the owner. The subject was released from the scene. 10/14/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/14/2016, at approximately 1515 hours, I made contact with Shane Mason on an active Cass County warrant.

6 10/14/16 15: STATE ROUTE D, FREEMAN On October 14th, 2016 at approximately 1651 hours I was dispatched to south D highway, Freeman, Missouri in reference to serving a court ordered 96 hour hold. Subject was transported to Research Main Hospital with out incident. 10/14/16 17: EAST, EAST LYNNE On Friday, October 14, 2016 at approximately 1715 hours I was dispatched to 401 East Street, East Lynne, Missouri in reference to a request by the East Lynne Police Department to assist with a check the welfare call. Robert B. Hyatt was taken into custody on active Adrian Police Department warrants and transported to the Cass County jail. 10/14/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/06/16 at approximately 1758 hours, I made contact with Thomas Christopher Pettit at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Pettit the Cass County warrant with a $ cash only bond. 10/14/16 20: ZOOK ST, GUNN CITY On October 14, 2016, at approximately 2046 hours, I was dispatched to E. Zook St. Gunn City, Missouri in reference to a trespass in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, Glenn L. Gregg, who stated a subject entered his residence without permission and assaulted him. A suspect has been identified. 10/14/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/14/2016, at approximately 2129 Hours, I made contact with Alvaro Losa Porras, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR01026 for FTA/Driving While Revoked/Suspended. 10/14/16 23:44 58/HIGH, RAYMORE On Friday, October 14th 2016, at 2344 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 58 Highway and High Drive in Raymore in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Raymore Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and during a probable cause search, officers located a manufactured marijuana derivative referred to as "wax". 10/15/16 01:44 NB 49/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, October 15th 2016, at 0144 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at Commercial in Harrisonville, Missouri on a maroon 1991 Ford Taurus. The white female passenger was arrested for an active warrant out of Cedar County for littering with a bond of $400 cash. 10/15/16 02: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On October 15, 2016, at approximately 0249 hours, I was dispatched to State Rt M, Gunn City, Missouri in reference to an assault. My investigation revealed that Lucinda L. Soria, had been assaulted. A suspect was identified and arrested. 10/15/16 02: PARK LN, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, October 15th 2016, at 0253 hours, I was dispatched to 606 Park Lane in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and the vehicle was towed pending the issuance of a search warrant.

7 10/15/16 05:46 PECULIAR DR/251ST, PECULIAR On October 15, 2016 I responded to a vehicle fire in the area of Peculiar Drive and East 251st Street, Peculiar, Missouri. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Johnson's Tow. 10/15/16 06:15 THUNDER ROAD / 7, CRIEGHTON On October 15, 2016 I investigated a motor vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of Thunder road and 7 highway. A female subject, Duty Weaver, stated she swerved to miss a deer and ran into the ditch. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 10/15/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 15, 2016 I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office front lobby for lost property. I spoke to Leroy F. Leabo who said that while he was conducting Adopt a Highway project on South Bound I49 entrance ramp from State Route 2 he recovered a Missouri license plate. 10/15/16 11: ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, October 15, 2016 at approximately 1100 hours I was dispatched to assist Garden City, Missouri Police Officer 704 requesting assistance with an aggressive male subject. The investigation revealed a domestic incident occurred of a verbal nature and no crime was committed. 10/15/16 16: ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, October 15, 2016 at approximately 1610 hours I was dispatched to 401 East Street, East Lynne, Missouri in reference to report of a disturbance in progress. Samantha Beruan said a male subject assaulted her. A suspect has been identified. 10/15/16 19: BLINKER LIGHT RD, HARRISONVILLE On October 15, 2016, at approximately 1910 hours, I was dispatched to S. Blinker Light Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference a disturbance. My investigation revealed a verbal argument took place between two parties. Nothing physical in nature occurred. 10/15/16 19: CLEARING RD, HARRISONVILLE On October 15, 2016 at about 1912 hours, I was dispatched to S. Clearing Road in reference to a theft. Upon arrival Mr. Robert C. Phillips reported someone had stolen $3500 from his residence. At about 2136 hours, Mr. Phillips reported he had found the money and that it had not been stolen. 10/15/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 10/15/16 20:25 PECULIAR DR/PECULIAR WAY, PECULIAR On Saturday, October 15th 2016, at 2025 hours, I responded to the intersection of Peculiar Drive and Peculiar Way in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Peculiar Police Department who were on the scene of a vehicle check. K9 Champ alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and a marijuana cigarette was located in the vehicle's ashtray. 10/15/16 21: FIELDS DR, ARCHIE On October 15, 2016 at approximately 2129 hours, I was dispatched to S. Fields, Archie, Missouri for a disturbance. My investigation revealed no disturbance took place. The issue at hand was a civil matter.

8 10/15/16 22: WASHINGTON, RAYMORE Incident Log 10/15/16 22:14 12 MURRAY RD, PLEASANT HILL On October 15, 2016 I responded to 12 Murray Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri for a report of a disturbance. Justin Miller, w/m was assualted. A suspect has been identified and arrested. 10/15/16 23:07 NB I-49 AND COMMERICAL, HARRISONVILLE On October 15, 2016 I responded to Northbound 7 highway and Walker road in reference to a careless and imprudent driver. I stopped the suspect vehicle a Maroon Hyndai Elantra on Northbound I-49 at Commercial. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A suspect has been contacted and arrested in this incident. 10/16/16 02:02 HOLMES RD/LOCK LLOYD, BELTON On October 16, 2016 at about 0203 hours, I stopped a 2012 Jeep Wrangler for speeding on State Route D Hwy near the entrance to Loch Lloyd. After contacting the driver she was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. 10/16/16 02:19 LONE PINE DR/CLEVELAND, CLEVELAND On October 16, 2016 I responded to the area of Lone Pine Drive for a report of suspisous activity. David Needham, w/m, was arrested on Cass County warrant 16-CAFTA-1338 for fail to appear on exceed posted speed limit. A court date of November 22, 2016 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $250 cash only. 10/16/16 09: TH ST, DREXEL On October 16, 2016 I was dispatched to 909 North 4th Street Drexel, Missouri for a disturbance. I spoke to James C. Milam who said the subject entered the residence and started a disturbance and stole money from his night stand before fleeing to her vehicle. Mr. Milam recovered the stolen money on scene. The subject fled the scene and was located, and arrested. 10/16/16 13: PROSPECT AVE, BELTON On 10/16/2016 at approximately 1358 hours I was dispatched to South Prospect Belton, Missouri on a suspicious activity call. Vanessa M Porembski stated that she arrived home and found a stranger sitting in her driveway. A subject was identified and later arrested for active Belton warrants. Subject was transported to Belton City Jail. 10/16/16 14: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On October 16, 2016 I responded to 1307 N. Mullen Raymore, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. I had been dispatched to investigate a disturbance. Subjects were contacted. It was discovered that there was not a disturbance. 10/16/16 15: STATE ROUTE A, DREXEL On 10/16/2016 I was dispatched to 2901 E State Route A Drexel, Missouri for a property damage call. Joseph Braiden's vehicle had been damaged. No suspect has been identified at this time. 10/16/16 17: RD ST, PECULIAR On October 16, 2016 I was dispatched to E 243rd Street Peculiar, Missouri for a report of property damage. I spoke to Mark W. Heintzelman who said that someone broke the rear passenger side window to his 2017 Winnebago Naviro. No suspects have been identified.

9 10/16/16 23: WASHINGTON ST, EAST LYNNE On October 16, 2016 at approximately 0001 hours I responded to 403 Washington in East Lynne, MO. Upon arrival I spoke with Crystal Kissick who told me that she had been woke up by a pounding on her house. Ms. Kissick had located property from her shed in her lawn. Possible suspects were identified in this incident.
