1 08/19/13 07: STATE ROUTE Y, CLEVELAND On Monday, August 19th, 2013, at approximately 0742 hours I was dispatched to the Beyer Crushed Rock Company located at 4600 E. Y Highway Cleveland, Missouri in regards to a report of stealing. I made contact with Jeffrey M. Barrett w/m, an employee of the Beyer Crushed Rock Company, who reported that sometime between at 1700 hours, and at 0600 hours an unknown person stole 700 pounds of used copper wire, and seven electric motor cores from the property. There are no suspects at this time. 08/19/13 10: HWY, PLEASANT HILL On August 19, 2013 I responded to 100 South State 7 Highway, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a civil matter that was reported by Mr. James Carmichael. Mr. Carmichael requested a deputy to stand by as he attempted to repossess a 1999 Ford F350 truck. Joel Nelson was he other party involved and was transported to the Cass County Jail for active warrants. The vehicle was towed. 08/19/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at 0935 hours, in Division 1 Dennis Russell was remanded in custody case number 11CA-CR Tampering,Bond set at $25,000 cash only,court date 0900 hours. I then transported Dennis Russell to the Cass County Jail. 08/19/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1445 hours, Judge Collins sentence Leamon Mealer, case number 08CA-CR01440 Possession controlled substance to DOC, I then transported Leamon Mealer to the Cass County Jail. 08/19/13 15: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, August 19, 2013 I responded to Koch/ Stugge Veterinary south west outer road on a report of vandalism to a vehicle. 08/19/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE Voided report number due to a supplemental report needing done for this Report # /19/13 19: TH ST, BELTON On August 19, 2013 at about 2029 hours, I was dispatched to 5505 E. 196th street in reference to a noise disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mr. Kyle M. Moldenhauer, W/M, who told me that the neighbors keep riding their motorcycles in the back yard and are disturbing his peace. A suspect was identified. 08/19/13 23: ST ST, PECULIAR On August 19, 2013 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance that occurred at E 231st Harrisonville, Missouri. Upon arrival I spoke with Weylan W Romig and Maxi B Betz-Bryant. Both subject stated they had been involved in a verbal argument. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 08/20/13 03: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0005 hours, I served Cass County warrant # for FTA-traffic to Edwin J. Pereira. 08/20/13 06: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0510 hours, I served active Cass County warrant #12CA-CR00210 to Amy Jo Hillyard for DWS.

2 for DWS. 08/20/13 08:08 SCHOOL RD AT HUBACH HILL, RAYMORE On Tuesday, August 20th, 2013, I investigated an MVA that occurred at the intersection of S. School Road and Hubach Hill road in rural Raymore Missouri. I made contact with Rachel I. Dyreng w/f, who stated that she was sitting in the southbound lane of School Road at a red light when her vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle. There was minor damages, and no reported injuries. 08/20/13 08: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, August 20, 2013 I took a report of vehicle damage that occurred at Highway Harrisonville, Missouri. 08/20/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/20/2013 at approximately 0920 hours I observed a subject sneak a cell phone in the courthouse. 08/20/13 11: PROSECT AVE, CLEVELAND On August 20, 2013 at about 1900 hours I was dispatched to S. Prospect street, in reference to a stand by. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mr. Kazem (NMI) Shafinia W/M, who said that he had given the suspect some lawn equipment to repair and would like to go to the suspect's house and get his property back. 08/20/13 12: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On August 20, 2013, I responded to E. 197th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to threats that was reported by Mr. Joel Nelson. Mr. Joel Nelson reported that the suspect had displayed and threatened him with a firearm at this residence. Suspect has been identified and contacted. 08/20/13 12:54 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 08/20/13 at 0951 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Charles E Carpenter into custody on Cass County warrant # 06CA-CR for Non Support, bond $2,500 Mr.Carpenter was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/20/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE 08/20/13 Subject turned self in for a court order arrested for 48 hour hold. 08/20/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1355 hours, in Division 1, I arrested Timothy Alexander in court on a Cass County Warrant case number 12CA-CR , Thief, Bond set at $15,000 ten percent cash only and a court date of 0900 hours, was given. I then transported Timothy Alexander to the CCJ. 08/20/13 14: JONES AVE, PLEASANT HILL On August 20, 2013, at approximately 1450 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic located in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an exparte violation. My investigation revealed that a full order of protection was violated and that the victim, Tara Emanuel, received several unwanted texts from the suspect. 08/20/13 15:19 NB 49/58, BELTON On Tuesday, August 20th, 2013, at approximately 1519 hours I conducted a traffic stop on northbound I-49 in the area of 58 Highway on a maroon 1993 Lincoln FORM Town 3000 Car. - Press The Reports white male = UPDATED driver was issued summons for driving while

The white male driver was issued summons for driving while suspended, no insurance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 08/20/13 18: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1511 hours, I was dispatched to Truman Behavioral Health Center in Kansas City, MO in reference to a subject with a Cass County Warrant. At approximately 1602 hours, I made contact with Kenneth E. Guenther on Cass County Warrant with a bond amount of $2,000, 10% cash or surety 08/20/13 19: WALL ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/23/2013 at approximately 1630 hours I served a warrant in the Cass County Jail. Kroll /21/13 01: CEDAR, BELTON On August 21, 2013 at about 0106 hours, I arrived to 506 S. Cedar to conduct a residence check for warrant service. I contacted Mr. Aaron L. Houseman, W/M, who was advised of a warrant for his arrest and placed under arrest. Mr. Houseman was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was give a copy of his warrant and a court date of August, 27, 2013 at 0900 hours was set. 08/21/13 03:52 I-49, HARRISONVILLE On August 21, 2013, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on northbound I-49 north of Commercial Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. A semi had a trailer tire blow out and a Sheriff's Office patrol car struck the tire causing minor damage. 08/21/13 04: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , I served Cass County Warrant to Daniel Bray. Mr. Bray, who was already in custody at the Cass County Jail, was found to have an additional warrant. 08/21/13 06:35 MYRTLE STREET, PLEASANT HILL On August 21, 2013, I conducted a vehicle stop on Myrtle Street at Armstrong Street in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The driver, Garrett L. Chambers was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. I served Mr. Chambers with a Cass County driving while intoxicated warrant (#13-CAFTA-475) with a $5, cash or surety bond. 08/21/13 06: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On August 21, 2013 at about 0644 hours, I was dispatched to MO State Route Y at 184th street in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I contacted the driver of a black 2001 Ford, Mr. Eric S. Guhl, W/M who said that his vehicle was struck from behind by an unknown vehicle as he was traveling north on MO State Route Y. The second vehicle and driver were identified as the suspect. 08/21/13 09:29 227TH BETWEEN HARPER/KNIGHT, PECULIAR 08/21/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0935 hours, I contacted Anthony T Balducci at the Cass County Jail and served Lake Winnebago warrant # for Failure to display License plates. Bond was set at $ Cash or Surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

4 08/21/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0937 hours, I contacted Brittany Balducci at the Cass County Jail and served a Harrisonville warrant for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $60.00 cash or surety and a court date of was given. 08/21/13 09: TH ST, CLEVELAND On Wednesday August 21st, 2013 at approximately 0959 hours I was dispatched to 3207 East 247th Street in rural Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon I arrival I made contact with a Johnston, Jason W/M and Dawson, Devra W/F. Suspects have been identified in this case. 08/21/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1120 hours, I made contact with Michael S Miller at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR00653 for probation violation. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/21/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1300 hours, I investigated a reported assault that occured in F-block of the Cass County Jail. During my investigation, I found that an assault had occured. A suspect was identified in the case. The case was forwarded to the Prosecutors Office for review. 08/21/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1410 hourss I arrested Angel Hibdon in court on case 12CA-CR Driving while Revoked, sentence to 10 days Shocktime Cass County Jail, credited for time served. I then transported Angela Hibdon to the Cass County Jail. 08/21/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1444 hours, I investigated an assault that had occured inside the Cass County Jail. Suspect have been identified and the case has been fowarded to the Prosecutors office for review. Nothing further. 08/21/13 16: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On , at approximately 1422 hours I conducted a DRE report for an officer with the Raymore Police Department. 08/21/13 16:15 HENRY COUNTY, MO JAIL, CLINTON On 08/21/13 at 1333 hours, I responded to the Henry County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Joseph Oxley into custody on Cass County warrant # for Fail To Appear, bond $ cash only,mr. Oxley was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/21/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1700 hours, I contacted David Edward Lee Wallace at the Cass County Jail and served Cass County warrant # for Failed to keep proper/made false motor carrier drivers record-exceeded maximum driving time. Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours. 08/21/13 17: RD ST, PECULIAR On August 21st 2013 at 1720 hours I was dispatched to the area of 233rd and Triple Oaks in reference to suspicious activity.

5 08/21/13 18: WALL ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/23/2013 at approximately 1630 hours, I served a warrant in the Cass County Jail. Kroll /21/13 22:36 291/HUBACH HILL, PLEASANT HILL On august 21, 2013 at approximately 2236 hours I conducted a vehicle check at Missouri 291 highway and Hubach Hill Road partially blocking the roadway. Vehicle was unoccupied and was towed from the scene. 08/21/13 23:34 34 MURRAY RD, PLEASANT HILL On August 21, 2013 at approximately 2321 hours I conducted an investigation of shots fired at 34 Murray Road Pleasant Hill Missouri reported that the homeowner's dog had been shot. Reporting party will contact with further information if he finds his dog. 08/22/13 03: EAST ST, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, August 22nd 2013, at 0347 hours, I was dispatched to 902 East Street in Garden City, Missouri reference a possible overdose. A white female was located unresponsive at the residence and was transported to the Cass Regional Medical Center. 08/22/13 07: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0710 hours, I took custody of Jeffrey Arwick at the Cass County Jail from Belton Police on active Jackson county warrant #0616CR00969 for probation violation. 08/22/13 10: STATE ROUTE 150, LEE'S SUMMIT On August 22, 2013 I conducted a prisoner transfer with Jackson County Missouri on a subject they had in custody on an active Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/22/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1103 hours, I contacted Ayala, Mario at the Cass County Jail and served Ice Detainer #KAN Subject was brought to the Jail from Belton to be held for Immigration. 08/22/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1110 hours, I took custody of Jamie Lynn Bise on a active Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01009 for Fraudulently attempting to obtain controlled substance, with a $15, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 08/22/13 11: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On Thursday August 22nd, 2013 at approximately 1147 hours I was dispatched to 101 Municipal Circle in Raymore, Missouri in reference to an agency assist. Upon arrival I made contact with Officer German and conducted a DRE evaluation for him. A white male was in custody for driving while intoxicated. 08/22/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On about 1150 hours I made contact with Blake Holder in DIV IV court room. Mr. Holder was arrested on a Cass County Warrant for non-support and transported to the jail. 08/22/13 12: OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday August 22nd 2013 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to the stealing of two license plates from a tow truck belonging to Miller's Tow. I contacted Shawn E Turner who stated that he drives for

6 license plates from a tow truck belonging to Miller's Tow. I contacted Shawn E Turner who stated that he drives for Miller's Tow and earlier this morning discovered that the license plated were missing from the tow truck that he drives. No suspect information known at this time. 08/22/13 12: MCLELLAN RD, DREXEL On Thursday August 22nd 2013 I was dispatched to S McClellan Road rural Drexel Missouri on a reported burglary. Upon my arrival I contacted Timothy G Hill and his wife Bonnie S Hill, they stated that someone entered their house and took two jewelry boxes and numerous assorted jewelry. There are no suspects at this time. 08/22/13 13: GROH RD, CLEVELAND On August 22, 2013 at approximately 1356 hours, I investigated a burglary at South Groh Road, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim identified as Raymond Dean Beeton, stated that his maintenance building was burglarized on August 20th, 2013 while he was away from his residence. No suspects have been identified. 08/22/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1424 hours, Anthony L. Laycock was found to have an actived warrant from Miami County Kansas Sheriffs Office for Theft. The process for a fugitive from out of state warrant was started. Nothing further. 08/22/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1714 hours, I served a Cass County warrant to Karen Marker for Passing Bad Check with a $3, % cash bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 08/22/13 19: WASHINGTON ST, EAST LYNNE On Thursday, August 22nd, 2013 at approximately 2035 hours, I conducted an investigation at 403 East Washington in East Lynne, Missouri in regards to a reported assault. Cameron E. Guliford, white male stated he was assaulted at this residence by an unknown male. A suspect was identified, however Mr. Guliford refused to file charges due to reasons of his own, therefore the suspect was not taken into custody. 08/22/13 19:55 OASGE COUNTY, KS JAIL, LYNDON On 08/22/13 at 1539 hours, I responded to the Osage County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Matthew Mcintosh into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01000 for DWI, bond $5,000 Mr. Mcintosh was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/22/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On August 22, 2013, I arrested David Cook, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, on Cass County warrant 08CA-CR for felony non-support. A court date of August 27, 2013 at 1330 hours was given with bond set at $ cash only. 08/22/13 22: ORIENT CEMETARY RD, EAST LYNNE On August 22, 2013, at approximately 2252 hours, I investigated an assault at East Orient Cemetery Road, East Lynne, Missouri. The reporting party and victim, Max Ash, w/m, declined to assisted in prosecution. A female subject on scene was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Adrian Police Department. 08/23/13 07: TH ST, BELTON On at approximately 0800 hours I responded to 6010 E 205th Street in reference to a theft investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Travis Glodowski who stated someone had stolen tools from his truck overnight. No suspects have been identified at this time.

I took Ms. Werner into custody on active Jackson County warrant #1316CR00280 for Passing a Bad Check. 08/23/13 12: MULLEN RD, BELTON On Friday, August 23rd, 2013, at approximately 1241 hours I was dispatched to S. Mullen Avenue in regards to a report of stealing. I made contact with Sandra M. Williams w/f who reported that an unknown person stole a Garmin from her unlocked pickup truck sometime between at 2100 hours, and at 1000 hours. There are no suspects at this time. 08/23/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE While trying to confirm identity of subject for possible warrant, subject fled on foot. 08/23/13 14: TH ST, BELTON On at approximately 1439 hours I responded to 5403 E 187th Street outside of Belton, MO in reference to a theft from a vehicle. Upon arrival I contacted Charles Ebeck who stated someone had stolen a toolbox from his vehicle parked outside his shop building. 08/23/13 16: WALL, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1455 Hours, I made contact with Jeffrey Minchew at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR for Failure to Appear. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 08/23/13 17:26 HADSELL RD/239, On August 23, 2013 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Hadsell Road and 239th Street, rural Gunn City, Missouri. Contact was made with Heather Marriott who was discovered to have an active Grain Valley, Missouri misdemeanor warrant. Ms. Marriott was transported o the Cass County jail. 08/23/13 17: WALL, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1455 Hours, I made contact with Torin White at the Jackson County jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 10CA-CR for Criminal Non support. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 08/23/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/23/2013, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with a white male, Bradley Moloski at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County order of commitment # 12CA-CR I served Cass County order of commitment for two days of court ordered shock time. 08/23/13 20:34 PLEASANT RIDGE/307TH, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, August 23, 2013 at approximately 2034 hours I was dispatched to 307th and Pleasant Ridge in reference to a single motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle, Thorell Jeffrey Allen w/m was ejected from the vehicle and sustained non fatal injuries. The minor female passenger was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center by her mother.

8 08/23/13 22:15 58 HWY AND BB HWY, PLEASANT HILL On August 24, 2013 I responded to 58 highway and BB highway on a single car motor vehicle accident. Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene and took a crash report. I was later contacted by a third party stating the driver, Randy Ross, wanted to report that the crash had been deliberately. There was no known crime at the time of report. 08/23/13 23:27 194TH/Y, BELTON On Friday, August 23rd, 2013 at approximately 2235 hours, while participating in a DWI checkpoint at the intersection of State Route Y and 194th Street in Belton, Missouri, I conducted an investigation in regards to a DWI - drugs. The operator of the vehicle was found to be under the influence of drugs. The operator of the motor vehicle was transported to the Cass County Jail and later released on issued summons. 08/24/13 00:12 STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On August 24, 2013, I conducted a vehicle stop on State Route Y south of 194th Street in rural Belton, Missouri. The driver, Trevor R. Taylor, W/M, was issued several state traffic summons. 08/24/13 01:36 192ND AND Y HWY, BELTON On August 24, 2013 Deputies assisted Officer from the Belton Police Department with a vehicle pursuit in the area of 194th and Y highway. During the pursuit the spikes were used to deflate two of the suspect vehicle's tires. A male subject was taken into custody in the area of Y highway. 08/24/13 02:52 SB 49/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On August 24, 2013, at approximately 0300 hours, I investigated a reported careless and imprudent driver on Interstate 49 at Commercial Street, Harrisonville. The driver of the red 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was later released on issued summons. 08/24/13 07: SHAFFER ESTATES, HARRISONVILLE On August 24, 2013 I responded to E. Shaffer Estates, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to stealing from vehicles that was reported by Bernadette Thompson. During my investigation it was discovered that three residence on E. Shaffer Estates had vehicles that were entered and had items stolen. No suspect information has been discovered or identified. 08/24/13 08: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On August 24, 2013, at approximately 0855 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic located in Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a child custody issue. A subject told me that he was supposed to get his children for visitation, but their mother never came to do the child exchange. 08/24/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/24/13, at approximately 1100 Hours, I made contact with Michael Still at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00612 for Passing Bad Check. 08/24/13 13: WALNUT ST, EAST LYNNE On August 24, 2013 I responded to 302 Walnut Street, East Lynne, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance that was reported by an anonymous neighbor. Upon arrival it was found that Ms. Crystal Switzer and the suspect were in a non criminal domestic. Parties separated with no further incident.

9 08/24/13 15: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On August 24, 2013, I responded to a domestic disturbance at S. Raffurty Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri that was reported by Ms. Sandy Alig. She had been in a physical disturbance with the suspect. Parties had separated with no further incident. 08/24/13 23: SCOTT, BELTON On August 24, 2013 at about 2316 hours, I observed a red 1995 Chevrolet passenger car backed into a parking space at a closed business located at 1501 N. Scott. I observed a white male, later identified as Mr. Joshua A. Gillette sitting in the driver's side of the vehicle. After contacting Mr. Gillette a computer check through Dispatch revealed that Mr. Gillette has a Belton MO warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt. Mr. Gillette was placed under arrest and transported to the Belton Police Station where he was released to Belton jail staff. 08/25/13 00: ST ST, BELTON On August 25, 2013 at about 0053 hours, I was dispatched to 7520 E. 171st in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival at about 0120 hours, I contacted Grandview MO Police Officer Allen. I then took custody of Ms. Miyalina R. Washington. Ms. Washington had two Cass County Warrants #13CA-CR00477 for driving while suspended and # 13CA-CR00590 for forgery. I then transported Ms. Washington to the Cass County Jail where she was released to jail staff for further processing. 08/25/13 01: TH TER, BELTON On August 25, 2013 I conducted an investigation of a burglary in progress complaint at 305 E 164th in Belton, Missouri. Upon arrival it was determined that no burglary had occurred. A white male subject was placed in custody for misuse of 911. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in this incident. 08/25/13 02:55 261ST ST/C-HWY, PECULIAR On Sunday, August 25,2013 at approximately 0310 hours, I was dispatched to South Hickory rd, Archie Missouri in reference to an assault that occurred on C-Highway. Upon arrival I made contact with Anderson Noah, w/m, and Gibler, Jordan w/m. Suspects has been identified in this case. 08/25/13 04: STATE ROUTE J, PECULIAR On August 25, 2013, I assisted the Peculiar Police Department with a Armed Robbery investigation at the Flying J located at 700 S. State Route J in Peculiar, Missouri. A suspect has been identified in this case. 08/25/13 04:24 VV/SEATON, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, August 25, 2013 at approximately 0424 hours I was dispatched to State Route VV and Seaton Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference a report of a motor vehicle accident striking a deer. 08/25/13 06: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0545 hours, I served warrant #06CA-CR01726 to Alesha Slaughter at the Cass County Jail. 08/25/13 09: STATE ROUTE Y, CLEVELAND On at approximately 0939 hours I was dispathced to 4600 E State Route Y outside of Cleveland MO in reference to trespassers at the property. Upon arrival four subjects were contacted and informed to leave. One subject was arrested for an active warrant.

10 08/25/13 10: STATE ROUTE E, HARRISONVILLE On August 25, 2013, at approximately 1050 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street located in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a vandalism. I spoke to the victim identified as Aaron Metcalf, who told me that his 1978 Chevrolet truck was damaged at South State Route E Highway. There are possible suspects identified in this report. 08/25/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/25/2013, at approximately 1235 Hours, I made contact with Hestand, Gary lee. W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County weekend warrant for attempted Robbery 1st degree. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 08/29/2013 at 0900 hours was given. 08/25/13 12: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 25, 2013 I responded to a report of burglary at E. 243rd Street, Harrisonville, Missouri that was reported by Mr. Larry Kendrick, who is the caretaker of the property. The residence was forced into and unknown items had been removed. Suspects have not been identified. 08/25/13 12: FRANKLIN DR, RAYMORE On at approximately 1315 hours I responded to 305 S Franklin outside of Raymore, MO. Upon arrival I contacted Joan Peel who stated that her neighbor's dog had killed one of her chickens in her backyard. Ms. Peel asked that I not contact the dog's owner but document the incident. 08/25/13 13: ST ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1327 hours I responded to 1510 E 241st Street outside of Cleveland, MO in reference to a burglary investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Eric Ordemann who stated someone had broken into his residence. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/25/13 20: CROWN PARK, BELTON On August 25, 2013 I initiated an investigation of a stolen license plate at 7662 Crown Park in Belton, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Darren Holloway who said that someone had stolen a license plate from his vehicle. There was no suspect information at the time of report. 08/25/13 20:46 Y HIGHWAY AT CAMBRIDGE, BELTON On August 25, 2013 at about 2048 hours, I arrested Mr. Benjamin W. Clark, W/M, on a Parole Violation Warrant, resisting arrest, tampering with a motor vehicle and driving while revoked after Mr. Clark tried to elude arrest by fleeing in a stolen vehicle. Mr. Clark was placed under arrest after he crashed the car at the intersection of Y Highway and Cambridge Road. 08/25/13 20: A ST, CREIGHTON On Sunday, August 25, 2013 at approximately 2102 hours I was dispatched to 708 A Street, Creighton, Missouri reference to a disturbance in progress. I contacted Sammijo Dalton who said her ex-boyfriend got into her car and began yelling at her. 08/25/13 22: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2105 hours, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) was requested to respond to the Cass County Jail for an inmate having a medical problem.

11 08/25/13 23: BLUEGRASS LANE, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, August 25, 2013 at approximately 2308 hours a male subject arrived at 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri to report harassment. Joshua Duffey said that he had received numerous text messages from an unknown number. A suspect has not been identified.
