1 10/22/18 03: DORSETT HILL LN, ARCHIE On October 22, 2018 at approximately 0332 hours I responded to Dorsett Hill Ln Archie, MO in reference to a reported assault. Upon arrival I spoke with Sarah Eisenbarth who stated that she had been assaulted. A male subject was placed in custody in this case. 10/22/18 04: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 0449 hours I was dispatched to hwy Pleasant Hill for a reported disturbance in progress. Upon arrival at approximately 0457 hours I made contact with Jean Mayhugh and Robert Mayhugh. Both parties told me that there was a argument between there daughter and her boyfriend and they had left prior to my arrival. A suspect has been identified. 10/22/18 09: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On 10/22/18, at approximately 0925 hours, I was dispatched to MO 291 Hwy, Harrisonville, to a report of motor vehicle theft. Billy L. Morgison, w/m, said that a truck and attached trailed had been stolen from the premise on 10/21/18. No suspects have been identified, 10/22/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/22/2018, at approximately 0950 hours, I took custody of Becky Wilhelm on active Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00997 for Burglary 2nd degree. Bond was set at $5,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of 12/13/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 10/22/18 10: CAMP BRANCH RD, PLEASANT HILL On 10/22/18, at approximately 1058 hours, I was dispatched to Cass Regional Medical Center (CRMC) where I met Michael P. Toska, w/m, who was bit by a dog earlier in day. 10/22/18 11: TH ST, BELTON On 10/22/2018 at approximately 1112 hours, I responded to 5801 E 187th Street #62 in regards to a possible suicidal subject. Upon arrival, the subject was transported to the Hospital by EMS. 10/22/18 12: TH, PLEASANT HILL On 10/22/2018 at approximately 1237 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street in regards to identity theft. Upon arrival, I made contact with Amanda L. Plumb W/F who reported someone tried to steal her identity. No suspect has been identified. 10/22/18 13:00 79 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, October 22, 2018 at approximately 1301 hours I was dispatched to 79 Merle Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of burglary in progress. While en route dispatch requested Pleasant Hill Police assistance. The investigation revealed items were stolen. A suspect has been identified. 10/22/18 17: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 10/22/2018 at approximately 1724 hours, I was dispatched South Walker Road in reference to suspicious activity. The victim, Linda G. Murphy stated she was out of town and she received information that people were walking around her property. 2 10/22/18 19: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, 10/22/2018 at approximately 1950 hours, I was dispatched to S Walker Rd in reference to a burglary in progress. I made contact with the reporting party who stated the victim Linda Murphy does not live at the residence. I secured the scene and made contact with Ms. Murphy by phone. No suspects have been identified. 10/22/18 21:06 10 LAKE WINNEBAGO DR, LAKE WINNEBAGO On October 23, 2018 at approximately 1031 hours, I was dispatched to 10 Lake Winnebago Dr. Lake Winnebago, Missouri, in reference to a prisoner transfer. A male was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail on active Cass County warrants. 10/23/18 04: RD ST, BELTON On Wednesday, October 24th, 2018, at approximately 2041 hours, I arrived at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 E 163rd St, Belton, Missouri for a prisoner transfer. One white male was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County jail. 10/23/18 06:40 PERSIMMON LN/ S 244TH ST, PECULIAR On 10/23/2018 at approximately 0653 hours, I was dispatched to the area of South Persimmon Lane and 244th in regards to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, I observed a white Nissan passenger vehicle unoccupied in the ditch, partially blocking the roadway. No damages were observed and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 10/23/18 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 10/23/18 08:32 NB 49/MM 146, ARCHIE On 10/23/2018 at approximately 0837 hours, I was dispatched to the area of north bound Interstate 49 just north of Archie City Limits in regards to a careless and imprudent driver. The vehicle was located north bound Interstate 49 near Highway 7 and the driver was taken into custody. 10/23/18 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0836 Hours, I made contact with Nathan Michael Wasmer at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #18CA-CR00985 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. 10/23/18 09: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On , I responded to a shots fired call, where a dog had been shot. I contacted Jessie Fletcher and Ryon Hough who stated that Rachel Roberts shot their dog. 10/23/18 09: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On 10/25/2018 at approximately 1420 hours I was dispatched to 1300 Cherry St, Kansas City, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. John Mills was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant # 10CA-CR00966 for a probation violation on violation of order of protection for adult. With a bond of $ % cash only. Mr. Mills was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident.

I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00681 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. 10/23/18 14:09 49/355TH, On October 23, 2018 at approximately 1609 hours, I stopped a white in color Honda for traffic violations. The female passenger was found to have active misdemeanor warrants from St. Clair County. The subject was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 10/23/18 14: ND ST, FREEMAN On , I investigated a reported assault that occurred in the area of 204 W. Second Street in Freeman, MO. I contacted Beau B. Bollinger who reported that he was assaulted by Kevin Poindexter and Kyle Roderick. 10/23/18 15: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at approximately 1532 hours I was dispatched to E. 179th St, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Russell Snyder stated he observed a vehicle hidden in the trees on his property. The vehicle was confirmed to have been stolen and was recovered. 10/23/18 17:13 203RD ST, PECULIAR On 10/23/2018 at approximately 1716 hours, I was dispatched to the area of East 203rd Street in Prairie Lane in regards to a disturbance. Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, Andre Lomport W/M who reported a subject threatened him with a knife. A suspect has been identified. 10/23/18 18:18 DEAN/LUCY WEBB, RAYMORE On October 23, 2018 at approximately 1824 hours I observed a grey passenger vehicle parked in the southbound lane on Dean rd south of Lucy webb. The vehicle was unoccupied and blocking traffic. The vehicle was removed fro the scene by J. Southland towing. 10/23/18 19: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday October 23, 2018 at approximately 1903 hours, I conducted a follow up at E 179th St in Pleasant Hill. In reference to property damage. The victim Dan Collins, told me that his neighbors cattle has damage some of his crops. No person was injured in this accident. 10/24/18 05:55 195/E OF PROSPECT, BELTON On October 24, 2018, at approximately 0557 hours, I was dispatched to 195th Street and Prospect Avenue for an animal call. A deer was struck by a vehicle and had a broken leg. The deer was euthanized. 10/24/18 09: CAMP BRANCH RD, PLEASANT HILL On 10/24/2018 at approximately 0930 hours, I responded to S. Camp Branch Rd, Pleasant Hill in regards to a credit card fraud. I contacted Tiffany D. Bouchard who stated her credit card had been used in North Kansas City without her permission. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 10/24/18 09: RD ST, BELTON On Wednesday, October 24th, 2018, at approximately 2041 hours, I arrived at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 E 163rd St, Belton, Missouri for a prisoner transfer. One white male was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County jail. 10/24/18 09: STATE ROUTE W, ARCHIE On 10/24/2018, at approximately 0941 hours, I responded to the Everett Community Church in Archie for a check of welfare. I made contact with Sarah E Eisenbarth who said that she did not feel well. Subject was evaluated by Emergency Medical Service. 10/24/18 10: BELLE PLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 10/25/2018, at approximately 1529 hours, I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office for an ex-parte violation. Alexandria M Nash, w/f, said that the respondant in her ex-parte was at her residence on 10/24/ /24/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/24/2018, at approximately 1035 Hours, I made contact with Chris Bosler at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Bosler was arrested on a Cass County Drug Court Sanction. 10/24/18 11: STATE ST, DREXEL On 10/24/2018, at approximately 1109 hours, I responded to 278 N State Street for a stolen vehicle. timothy W Kraft said thta his 2011 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from his driveway. Mullinix, w/m, who informed me that someone had broken into his out buildings sometime between 10/20/18 and 10/24/18. 10/25/18 00: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, October 25th, 2018, at approximately 0058 hours, I was dispatched to South West Outer Road, Harrisonville, for disorderly conduct. I contacted Erika Rayfield and informed her she was no longer allowed on the property. A report was taken on the incident. 10/25/18 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/25/2018, at approximately 0320 hours, I made contact with Jason L Lewis, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to warrant # 18CA-CR I served Cass County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid total bond $5,000.00, 10% cash only. 10/25/18 10: NORTH ST, GUNN CITY On 10/25/2018 at approximately 1040 hours, I was investigating a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway in front of E North Street, Gunn City. After further investigation it was discovered that two vehicles and a trailer on the property were reported stolen and recovered by Deputies. One suspect has been identified. 10/25/18 11: ALLENDALE LAKE RD, GREENWOOD On Thursday 10/25/18 at approximately 1147 hours I responded to S. Allendale Lake Rd in Greenwood Missouri in regards to an animal bite. Keith A. Briggs, W/M, a Fed Ex delivery driver wanted to ensure the dog had all its shots. 10/25/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/25/2018, at approximately 1150 Hours, I made contact with Malachi Miller at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR01082 for Robbery - 2nd degree and Assault - 3rd Degree. 10/25/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 25, 2018 at approximately 1052 hours while working in division IV, I made contact with Mr. Larry Radford. Mr. Zeth Hiser was remanded into custody per Judge Rumley on case #18CA-CR Bond was set at $10, % cash only and a court date of 11/08/18 at 0900 hours in division IV was given. 10/25/18 13: GARDEN MEADOWS LN, GARDEN CITY On 10/25/2018, at approximatley 1305 hours, I responded to Cass Regional Medical Center for a party that arrived with a gunshot wound. The party was contacted and said that the gunshot wound was accidental. 10/25/18 13: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday 10/25/18 at approximately 1345 hours I responded to SW Outer Rd in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a trespass in progress. Nicholas L. Anderson, W/M, was arrested for stealing and possession of a controlled substance. 10/25/18 13: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On 10/25/2018 at approximately 1544 hours, I was dispatched to S. State Route F in Dayton in regards to threats in progress. 10/25/18 14: SCHOOL RD, RAYMORE On 10/25/18, at approximately 1415 hours, I was dispatched to S. School Rd, Peculiar to a report of stealing. Albert A. Pena, w/m, said that someone had taken his business materials from the out building that is located on the property in which he resides, some time over this last weekend. Mr. Pena said that he knows who committed the crime. 10/25/18 15: OLD DRUM RD, EAST LYNNE On 10/25/2018, at approximately 1601 hours, I responded to S Old Drum for walnut trees taken from the property. There I made contact with James M Doughty, w/m, who said that 3 trees had been cut and taken from the property valued at $800 to $1000 each. 10/25/18 19: STATE ROUTE K, EAST LYNNE On at approximately 1917 hours I was dispatched to Khwy East Lynne for property damage. Upon arrival at approximately 1942 hours I made contact with Paul Watson. Mr. Watson told me that someone had broke the ignition in his 1992 Ford F250 pickup that he had parked by the roadway for sale. No suspect has been identified. 10/25/18 22: NORTH ST, GUNN CITY On October 25th, 2018 at approximately 1927 hours the Criminal Apprehension unit was dispatched to East North, Street, Garden City, Missouri in reference to follow up to an ongoing investigation. The owner of the residence was taken into custody on active Lake Winnebago Police Missouri municipal warrants. The subject was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 10/26/18 00: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On Friday, October 25th, 2018, at approximately 0218 hours, I arrived at the Raymore Police Department, located at 100 Municipal Cir., Raymore, Missouri for a prisoner transfer. One white male was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County jail.

7 10/26/18 08: TH ST, DREXEL On at 0836 hours, I arrived at E. 339th St. in reference to a domestic disturbance where the subjects were separated. Crystal Ganey reported that her and her husband had a verbal and physical altercation. A suspect was identified and arrested at the scene. 10/26/18 08:20 CLEVELAND RD, BELTON On 10/26/2018 at approximately 0823 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Cleveland Road and East 215th Street in regards to a suspicious vehicle. A vehicle was found abandon in the roadway creating a traffic hazard. The vehicle was towed from the scene. 10/26/18 10:43 TWIN PINES/WEST OF BLINKER LIGHT, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, October 26, 2018 at approximately 1046 hours I was dispatched to Twin Pine Rd west of Blinker Light Rd in rural Harrisonville, MO in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The female driver was contacted and requested assistance by medical services. The female was transported and arrangements made for the registered owner to retrieve the vehicle. After eight hours the vehicle had not been removed and it was towed for traffic safety. 10/26/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/26/2018 at approximately 0900 hours I took Powers, Jason into custody to serve 24 hours of shock time on a treatment court violation. 10/26/18 11: RD ST, PECULIAR On 10/26/2018 at approximately 1107 hours, I was dispatched East 223rd Street in regards to a VIN verification on a 1999 Ford F /26/18 11: RD ST, BELTON On at 1432 hours, Gary Rodgers was arrested on an active Cass County warrant for fugitive from out of state with a $ cash only bond. Mr. Rodgers was transported to Cass Jail, without incident. 10/26/18 12: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On at 1155 hours, I made contact with Reginald Easterling in the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to performing a welfare check on his grandson. Mr. Easterling also advised that Department of Family Services (DFS) had also been contacted. At 1336 hours, I arrived at 1004 N. Lyne Ave., Raymore, MO with DFS caseworker Wiggins for the welfare check of a child. No contact was made at the residence. 10/26/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/26/2018, at approximately 1615 Hours, I made contact with Noe Guadalupe Ramos-Hinojos, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR01073 for Fugitive from out of state. 10/26/18 16: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 10/26/2018 at approximately 1617 hours, I responded 1006 Lyne Avenue in regards to a subject attempting suicide. A subject was transported to the hospital by EMS. 10/26/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/26/2018, at approximately 1710 Hours, Deputies responded to G-block at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in regards to a disturbance. Suspect's have been identified.

8 10/26/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/26/2018, at approximately 2145 Hours, I made contact with Venneman, Darren at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant After hours Warrant for Fugitive from out of State. 10/26/18 20: MEGHAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 10/26/2018 at approximately 2036 hours, I was dispatched to S. Meghan Rd. in reference to a disorderly subject. When I arrived I made contact with the reporting party who showed me to a bedroom in the residence where Kyle Yoss was residing. I took Kyle Yoss into custody on Independence City Warrant and transported him to the jail. 10/27/18 01:43 NB 49/2, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0147 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop at I-49 and State Route 2 on a white Chevy truck. Heath Otoole was taken into custody for active Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00871 for Driving while intoxicated witha $4000, 10% cash only bond, and Polk County warrant for speeding with No Bond. Mr. Otoole was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 10/27/18 08: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On , at 0805 hours, I responded to S. State Route D, Cleveland, in regard to a party driving away without paying for his fuel. I contacted the store clerk who advised the party had already left the scene. A suspect has not yet been identified. 10/27/18 08: CLEVELAND AVE, CLEVELAND On , at 0852 hours, while canvassing the area of 223rd and Cleveland Ave, Peculiar, in regard to a separate incident, I located two trailers on the side of the road. Ivan Hendrickson arrived on scene and advised the trailers belonged to him and had been stolen. Mr. Hendrickson recovered the trailers and reported another trailer was stolen. A suspect has not yet been identified. 10/27/18 09: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On 10/27/2018 at approximately 1111 hours, I was dispatched to East 164th Street in regards to a stealing report. Upon arrival, I made contact with Michael T. Jones W/M who reported several firearms stolen. A suspect has been identified. 10/27/18 11: FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On at 1240 hours, I arrived at 209 S. Frederick Lane, Raymore, MO in reference to a dog bite. Devlin Schanlon reported that his neighbor's dog was running loose on the roadway. The dog approached him and bit him on the right calf area of his leg. Skin was broken during the bite. The suspect dog and dog's owner were identified. 10/27/18 13: FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On at 1245 hours, while investigating a dog bite, I was bit by the suspect dog at 301 S. Frederick Lane, Raymore, MO. Skin was broken and EMS was called to the scene. The dog's owner was identified and contact was made. 10/27/18 15: RD ST, CLEVELAND On , at 1528 hours, I responded to 3609 E. 223rd Street, Peculiar, in regard to suspicious activity. I contacted William Sramek who advised he observed a Pickup truck driving through a bean field. The suspicious party was gone prior to my arrival.

9 10/27/18 15: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On at 1605 hours, I arrived at S. State Y Hwy., Belton, MO and made contact with Lara Velilla in reference to Ms. Velilla's truck being stolen. Ms. Velilla advised that a white male subject offered to buy a truck she had for sale and the male never returned the truck after a test drive and has now ended contact with her. A suspect has been identified. 10/27/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/27/2018 at approximately 1600 hours, I observed an assault occur in the Cass County Jail. A suspect has been identified. 10/27/18 17: OLD TOWN DR, PECULIAR On October 27th, 2018, at approximately 1855, I was dispatched to Old Town Drive, Peculiar for a stealing call. I made contact with Eric E. Buse, w/m, and he reported the trunk lid, gas cap, tail lights, and one Missouri license plate were stolen off his 2000 Oldsmobile Alero. No suspects have been identified. 10/27/18 19:27 241ST AND D HWY, HARRISONVILLE On , at 1807 hours, Sergeant Rivera #663 and I responded to 1510 E. 241st Street in regard to a burglary in progress. The suspect fled in his vehicle and and was involved in a pursuit. During the pursuit, Sergeant Rivera and I's patrol vehicles were damaged. 10/27/18 20:07 NB 58/ENTRANCE RAMP, BELTON On Saturday October 27, 2017 Criminal Apprehension Unit K9 responded to the on ramp to Northbound Interstate 49 from 58 Highway in reference to a vehicle sniff. K9 alerted to the presence of narcotic odor in the vehicle, in which illegal narcotics and paraphernalia were located in the vehicle by Belton Police Officers. 10/27/18 21: LONG ST, CREIGHTON On Saturday, at approximately 2222 hours I was dispatched to the Heart of Life Baptist Church located on the corner of Old 7 highway and F highway in Garden City. A Life Flight Helicopter has landed in the parking lot of the Church and was in the process of preparing a two year old child for a flight to Children's Mercy Hospital. One child was taken to Children's Mercy Hospital. 10/28/18 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/28/2018, at approximately 0225 hours, I made contact with Allen, Matthew S at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18-CAFTA-1710 for Failure to Appear on Operating MV on Hwy While Drivers License/Privilege Suspended. 10/28/18 02: ASH ST, BELTON On October 28, 2018, at approximately 0213 hours, I was dispatched to a disturbance in progress at South Ash Street, Belton. A physical altercation took place between two parties, Caitlynn Koziel and a male subject however the victim did not want to prosecute. 10/28/18 03:26 NB 49/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON On Sunday 10/28/218 at approximately 0327 hours, I was dispatched to northbound I-49 at the North Cass Parkway exit in reference to a motor vehicle accident involving a deer. Once on scene I made contact with Cynda Hutchinson who had hit the deer. The vehicle was not operable and towed from the scene.

10 10/28/18 06:37 E 203RD ST. WEST OF 291 HWY, PLEASANT HILL On at 0659 hours, I arrived at the scene of a vehicle parked in the roadway that was occupied. The location was on E 203rd St. about 1/4 mile west of 291 Hwy. The result of the call was the the occupants, identified as Matthew Biro and Garren Perkins, being issued 1 summons each for possession of marijuana and the vehicle being towed. A ride arrived on scene to take Mr. Biro and Mr. Perkins from the scene. 10/28/18 18: RD ST, CLEVELAND On 10/28/2018 at approximately 1809 hours, I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in regards to a child custody issue. I made contact with Brian A. Smith W/M who stated he did not get to visit his child this weekend and requested a report be made. 10/28/18 18:25 SB 49/MM 163, PECULIAR On October 28, 2018 I stopped a grey KIA Sportage, southbound on I-49 at mile marker 163 for speeding. The driver of the vehicle was placed in custody for driving without a license. The vehicle was towed from the scene. The driver was issued a summons. 10/28/18 21: TH ST, PECULIAR On October 28, 2018, I was dispatched to 7604 East 235th Street, Peculiar, for a disturbance in progress. Heather Chandler reported she had been assaulted. One subject was taken into custody. 10/28/18 21: BROADWAY, EAST LYNNE On Sunday at approximately 2201 hours I was dispatched to 401 Broadway, East Lynne in reference to a stolen vehicle. No theft occurred, this is a civil matter. 10/28/18 23: ASH ST, BELTON On October 28, 2018 at approximately 2345 hours I was dispatched to South Ash street in Belton, reference multiple subjects fighting in the street. Upon arrival I spoke with Christina Coley and Taylor Basinski, both of who stated that there was a verbal argument, however no assaults or threats occurred. There was no apparent crime during this incident.
