1 06/20/16 07: RD STREET, GARDEN CITY On Monday, June 20, 2016 at approximately 0750 hours I was dispatched to contact Brook Gibson by phone in reference to a child custody issue. The investigation determined the incident to be a civil matter. 06/20/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1100 hours, Michael Montgomery was remanded to my custody by the Div 3 Associate Circuit Judge. Bond was set at $25, cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/20/16 12: STATE ROUTE W, DREXEL On June 20th, 2016 at approximately 1248 hours, I conducted a residence check at S. State Route W, Drexel, Missouri. I served Cass County Warrant #16CA-CR Christopher Hymiller was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/20/16 12:54 239/MOPAC, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, June 20, 2016 at approximately 1253 hours I was dispatched to the area of 239th Street and MOPAC Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a one vehicle non-injury motor vehicle accident. The Victoria Bartles said she lost control of her vehicle on a curve when she contacted an area of loose gravel. No injuries were observed. 06/20/16 15: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On June 20, 2016, I investigated a domestic assault that occurred at 1304 N. Mullen Avenue in rural Raymore, Missouri. A suspect has been identified in this case. 06/20/16 16:58 BATES COUNTY, BUTLER On Tuesday June 21, 2016 at approximately 0537 hours, I was dispatched to Bates County Sheriff Office for a prisoner transfer. I took custody of a white male at approximately 0624 hours for an active Cass County warrant for fail to obey judge. The male subject was transported to the Cass County Jail to complete the booking process. 06/20/16 20: STATE ROUTE K, EAST LYNNE On June 20, 2016 at approximately 2019 hours, I was dispatched to S. State Rt. K, East Lynne, Missouri on a check the welfare. My investigation revealed that two young girls the reporting was concerned about were in good health and being taken care of. 06/21/16 00: ST ST, BELTON On June 21, 2016 at about 0029 hours, I stopped a white 2005 Ford Focus on the parking lot of Taco Bell. I had observed the vehicle weaving within its lane of traffic and travel down two lanes of an exit ramp at the same time. I contacted the driver and she was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and resisting arrest by giving false information. 06/21/16 00: TH ST, BELTON On June 21, 2016 at approximately 0030 horus, I was dispatched to 5801 E 187th #48 Belton, MO in reference to a check the welfare of an elderly subject. The subject was later found to be in Belton Regional Hospital. 06/21/16 08: CHERRY, KANSAS CITY On 06/21/2016, at 1616 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail, in reference to a warrant service. I then took Bethany A Fenimore, into custody on a Cass County warrant and tranported her to the Cass County Jail.

2 06/21/16 09:50 WESTERN RECEP DIAG CORR CENTR, ST. JOSEPH On 06/22/16 at 0950 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Randy Hagedorn into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01140 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000. Mr. Hagedorn was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/21/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0955 hours, I came in contact with Joshua M. Rouse at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00521 for misdemeanor theft. Bond was set at $1,500.00, cash or surety. 06/21/16 10:11 307/LONE TREE, HARRISONVILLE On June 21, 2016, I conducted a pedestrian check in the area of 307th Street and Lone Tree Road. Phillip Shipley was found to have an active Christian County warrant for dangerous drugs and was placed into custody. 06/21/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/21/2016, at approximately 1120 hours, I made contact with Philip Lee Shipley on Cass County warrant # /21/16 16: STATE ROUTE B, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at approximately 1619 hours, I was dispatched to E. State Route B, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a 911 hang up call. Donna Brown said her daughter had made suicidal threats. The female subject was voluntarily transported to a hospital by Emergency Medical Services. 06/21/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 6/23/2016 at about 2115 hours I made contact with Joshua E. Septer regarding an active Cass County warrant. Warrant #16CA-CR00248 for Felony Non-Support was served at the Cass County Jail. Bond was set at $10, cash only, and a court date of 7/14/2016 was given. 06/21/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2030 Hours, I made contact with Cedric L Gooch, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Court ordered arrest. I served Cass County court order number 15CACR for Shock time DWI five day sentence. 06/21/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/21/2016, at approximately 2041 Hours, I made contact with Joseph D. Struemph at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00714 for Assault 3rd degree. Bond was set at $ Cash only and a court date of 07/26/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 06/21/16 22: COMMERCIAL, PLEASANT HILL On June 21, 2016, at 2219 hours, I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police Department located at 300 Commercial, Pleasant Hill, Missouri for a prisoner transfer. One subject was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant and transported to the jail. 06/22/16 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On June 22, 2016, at approximately 0015 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the Super Auto Sales parking lot in Harrisonville, Missouri. The female driver, identified as Gabrielle Q. Sewell, stated a male party in the back of the business has threatened to harm himself. The male party was transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center for evaluation. 06/22/16 00: STATE ROUTE B, GARDEN CITY On June 22, 2016 at approximately 0035 hours, I responded to E State B Hwy Garden City, in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I made contact with the driver. The driver was later arrested for Careless and Imprudent Driving / Driving While Intoxicated. The driver was taken to the Cass County Jail. 06/22/16 05:24 O HWY / N OF W, FREEMAN On June 22m 2016, at approximately 0530 hours, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident in the area of O highway, north of W Highway. My investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested transported by ambulance to the hospital for further evaluation. 06/22/16 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0730 hours, I contacted Steven S Smith at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Steven S Smith turned himself in to serve two days shocktime. Subject was taken into custody to serve two days shocktime on the original charge of DWI. 06/22/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday 06/22/2016 at approximately 0954 hours Deputy Skeens #658 contacted me, via telephone, at the booking desk, and informed me that there was an unresponsive party in B1. At approximately 1020 hours, Harrisonville EMS transported the subject to Cass Regional Medical Center to be treated. 06/22/16 10:08 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 06/22/16 at 1008 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Robert Elliot into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000. Mr. Elliott was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/22/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1140 hours, I made contact with James Stewart in the booking area of the Cass County Jail. I served Mr. Stewart a Cass County warrant for child abuse. 06/22/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 06/22/16 19:07 GRAND RIVER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 06/22/2016 at approximately 1913 hours I received a phone call from a subject that resides on Grand River Road. My investigation revealed a male subject has been approaching people in the area inquiring information about the residents that live there. 06/22/16 23: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On 06/23/2016 I responded to S Y Highway in Belton, Missouri in reference to a private party motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed that a vehicle struck a mailbox and left the scene. No suspect has been identified at this time.

4 06/23/16 06: RD ST, PECULIAR On Thursday, June 23, 2016 at approximately 0731 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 203rd Street in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a stolen motor vehicle. The victim, Jennifer M. Menzel, white female stated that their 2006 Kawasaki KX50 dirt bike was stolen from their garage. No suspect information is available at this time. 06/23/16 11: B STREET, CREIGHTON On Thursday at approximately 1127 hours I was dispatched to the Creighton City Hall in reference to a stealing that has occurred. An unknown amount of diesel was taken from the Creighton Diesel storage tank. No suspect has been identified. 06/23/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, June 27, 2016, Search Warrant #16CA-MC00606 was executed at the Cass County Jail. DNA was collected with Buccal Swabs from Inmate Jamie Murray. The swabs collected were placed into evidence. 06/23/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 06/23/16 14:22 STATE ROUTE A/2ND ST, DREXEL On June 23rd, 2016 at approximately 1422 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on a maroon in color Chevrolet Caviler bearing Missouri license for speeding. The driver of the vehicle was issued summons for possession of drug paraphernalia. 06/23/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1447 hours, I took custody of Kara Lynn Carpenter at the Lafayette County Jail on an active Cass County warrant and transported her to the Cass County Jail. 06/23/16 19: EASTERN AVE, BELTON On 06/23/2016 I responded to Eastern Ave in Belton Missouri in reference to a stealing that possibly occurred in the county. My investigation revealed that two electronic devices have been reported stolen after the reporting party hired a private company to assist in moving her property. 06/23/16 21:57 NB 49/MM 174, BELTON On 06/23/2016 I conducted a vehicle stop on NB I-49 at MM 174 in Belton Missouri. A male subject was arrested on an active Independence warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/23/16 22:35 267/BLINKERLIGHT, HARRISONVILLE On 06/23/2016 at approximately 2236 hours I conducted a a traffic stop on 267th Street west of Blinker Light Road in Harrisonville, Missouri. My investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle had two active warrants out of Cass County. The subject was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/24/16 01: CROWN PARK, BELTON On 06/24/2016 I responded to 7280 Crown Park in Belton, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed that a male and female got into a altercation resulting in the female hitting the male in the face. No injuries were reported from the incident.

5 06/24/16 06: HICKORY HILLS DR, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, June 24, 2016 at approximately 0748 hours, I was advised by dispatch to contact Trina D. Hahn by phone in reference to a report of an animal bite. After several attempts, contact was made at S. Hickory Hills Drive, Harrisonville, Missouri. Ms. Hahn reported she was bitten by a stray cat and the owner has not been determined. Ms. Hahn was treated at an area and released. 06/24/16 10: MASTERSON RD, CLEVELAND On June 24, 2016 I was dispatched to the Cass regional Medical Center Emergency room for a dog bite in the county. I arrived on scene and spoke to Linda A. Kyser who said that her neighbor's dog had bitten her on the arm. Mrs. kyser recieved treatment for her injuries at the emergency room. 06/24/16 11: MAIN CITY RD, DREXEL On June 24, 2016, I was dispatched to S. Main City Road, Drexel, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. A subject was placed in custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for domestic assault 3rd and an active felony non support warrant. 06/24/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1300 hours, I came in contact with Robert S. Lee at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #16CA-CR00580 was for tampering with a motor vehicle 1st degree. Bond was set at $7,500.00, cash or surety. 06/24/16 14:37 COMMUTER PARKING LOT, ARCHIE On Tuesday June 24, 2016 at approximately 2115 hours, I was dispatched to commuter parking lot in Archie, MO for a prisoner transfer with Bates County Sheriff Office. I took custody of a white male at approximately 2148 hours for an active Cass County warrant for failure to appear on non-support. The male subject was transported to the Cass County Jail to complete the booking process. 06/24/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1445 hours, I came in contact with Lewis E. Ford at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #16CA-CR0353 for felony theft and domestic assault 3rd had a bond of $7,500.00, 10% cash only. 06/24/16 16: SCHOOL RD, RAYMORE On June 24, 2016, I investigated a fraud where the victim, Albert Pena wired money to a fake company in Michigan. No suspects have been identified at this time. 06/24/16 23:58 255TH/GROH, CLEVELAND On June 25, 2016 I responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle on Groh Road near 255th Street, Cleveland, Missouri. The vehicle was determined to be stolen out of Belton, Missouri. There is no suspect information at this time. 06/25/16 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/25/2016 at approximately 0102 hours I was called to investigate a possible assault that had occurred at the Cass County Jail. 06/25/16 01:09 215/291, HARRISONVILLE Incident Log

6 06/25/16 08:31 NB 49/2 HWY, On June 25, 2016 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of NB Interstate 49 and State Route 2, Harrisonville, Missouri, of a green in color GMC van. The driver was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing on a Grandview, Missouri warrant. 06/25/16 08: SHADY TREE LN, LAKE ANNETTE On June 25, 2016 While on patrol I conducted a suspicious vehicle check at 8201 Shady Tree Lane Lake Annette, Missouri. I located a 1980 homemade trailer with Altered missouri Tags on the trailer. I contacted the property owner who said that the trailer was a friend of his sons and that if it was suspicious to remove it from his property. The trailer and white Pontiac Grand Prix that was loaded onto the trailer was towed to the Cass County Sheriff's Office secured lot for safe keeping. 06/25/16 11:05 N/299TH, GARDEN CITY On 06/25/2016 I responded to the area of state route N and 299th on an abandoned mobile home obstructing traffic. J' s southland Tow attempted to remove the mobile home with negative results. 06/25/16 13:12 PECULIAR DR/N 203, BELTON On June 25, 2016 I was dispatched to Peculiar Drive north of 203rd Street Belton, Missouri for a single motorvehicle collision with no injuries. The investigation was conducted on the scene. 06/25/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/25/16 at approximately 1653 hours, I made contact with Travis Gene Yoss at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Yoss the Cass County warrant with a $15, % cash only bond. 06/25/16 17: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On June 25, 2016 I responded to S. Brookhart Drive, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle accident. A large truck had backed into a utility pole and caused damage to a telephone line. 06/25/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/25/16 at approximately 1725 hours I made contact with Justin R. Diaz at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Diaz the Cass County warrant with a $2, % cash only bond. 06/25/16 19: TH ST, BELTON On June 25, 2016 at about 1943 hours, I was dispatched to 4001 E. 185th street in reference to a verbal disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Preston Sanders who told me he and his brother had been arguing then he was locked out of the house. It is apparent no crime was committed. 06/25/16 21: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday June 25, 2016 at approximately 2114, I was dispatched to E 275th St Apt 116, Slumber Inn Harrisonville to make contact with Daniel M Fairbanks, W/M, about an assault that occurred at S Brookhart Rd in Harrisonville, MO. Mr. Fairbanks did not need medical attention. Suspect has been identified. 06/25/16 21:16 12 MURRAY RD, PLEASANT HILL On June 25, 2016, at approximately 2121 hours, I was dispatched to 12 Murray street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed nothing physical in nature occurred. A subject on scene had an active Cass County warrant and was taken into custody.

The driver of the vehicle, Jeffrey L. Foote w/m was arrested on Cass County warrant #16CACR00290 for Harassment with a bond of $2, cash or surety. 06/26/16 00:13 7/COUNTRY CLUB, PLEASANT HILL On June 26, 2016, at approximately 0013 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of 7 Highway and County Club in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The passenger in the vehicle was arrested on an active warrant out of Missouri Highway Patrol Troop A and transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/26/16 01: BLK SCOTT, BELTON On June 26, 2016 at about 0133 hours, I stopped a 2005 Nissan Frontier pickup truck at the 1400 block on N. Scott for displaying unauthorized auxiliary lights. After stopping the vehicle and contacting the driver he was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 06/26/16 12: OAK, BELTON On June 26, 2016 I conducted a residence check at 205 Oak Street Apt A, Belton, Missouri for a subject with an active felony narcotics warrant. Mr. Raymond Richardson was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/26/16 13: PRAIRIE LANE, RAYMORE On June 26, 2016 I responded to the area of 701 Prairie Lane, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a damaged utility pole. This report was taken as information in the case that information does become available for further investigation. 06/26/16 15: SCOTT AVE, BELTON 06/26/16 17: ND ST, DREXEL On 06/26/2016, I was dispatched to 320 N 2nd Drexel MO in reference to a trespass in progress. A male subject was placed into protective custody and transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment. 06/26/16 20: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On June 26, 2016 at approximately 2008 hours, I was dispatched to E 275th St, Jazz Mart in Harrisonville, MO. In reference to property damage caused a gas pump and drain pipe by a semi. Suspect has been identified. 06/26/16 22:29 PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On June 26, 2016 at about 2237 hours, I was dispatched to Peculiar Drive at 203rd street in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Upon arrival I observed a 1990 Ford Taurus blocking the north bound lane of Peculiar Drive. The vehicle was causing a traffic hazard and obstruction. J's Southland Tow Service responded and removed the vehicle.
