1 12/02/13 07: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On December 02, 2013 I conducted a burglary investigation at Cole's Oil Company, 700 Old 7 Hwy, Garden City, Missouri. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 12/02/13 11: TH ST, CREIGHTON On Monday December 2, 2013, I was dispatched to 105 W. 4th Street, Creighton in regards to a male subject advising that he wanted to kill himself. Upon arrival the male subject was located in the bedroom and was taken to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment by Garden City EMS. 12/02/13 13:04 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 12/2/13 at 1304 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/02/13 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1615 hours, at the Cass County justice Center in Division 1, Judge Collins order Pierre Ward to be remanded into custody, bond was revoked, original charge Robbery 1st degree, Case number 12CA-CR , bond set at $200,000 secured only and a court date of 1500 hours was given. I then transported Pierre Ward to the Cass County Jail. 12/02/13 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/2/2013, at approximately 1605 hours, I made contact with John C Caswell at the Cass County Jail. I served Mr. Caswell with warrant #13CA-CR01445 for fugitive from out of state. 12/02/13 16:29 COMMERCIAL/PIN OAK, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, December 2nd 2013, at 1629 hours, I conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of South Commercial and Pin Oak in Harrisonville, Missouri on a yellow 1995 Chevrolet S-10 pickup. The white male driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, prescription pills, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked. 12/02/13 20:52 PRAIRIE LANE/ , RAYMORE On December 2, 2013 at approximately 2052 hours. I conducted an investigation of a motor vehicle accident On Prairie Ln., South of 195 street, driver was transported by ambulance to the hospital. 12/02/13 22:16 BOARDMAN/175, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, December 2nd 2013, at 2216 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 175th Street and Boardman in Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference assisting the Pleasant Hill Police Department with a canine inspection on a vehicle. A small amount of marijuana was located in the vehicle. 12/02/13 23:59 SE OUTER/S. COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, December 2nd 2013, at 2359 hours, I was dispatched to the area of SE Outer Road south of South Commercial in Harrisonville, Missouri reference assisting the Harrisonville Police Department with a K9 search for a suspect which had fled from a vehicle stop. The suspect was not located. 12/03/13 01:32 JIL/JOY, HARRISONVILLE On December 03, 2013, at approximately 0132 hours, I conducted a vehicle check near the intersection of Jill Street and Joy Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. The female driver was arrested for an outstanding Lexington, Missouri, Police Department warrant and a male passenger was arrested for an active State of Missouri parole violation warrant. Both subjects were transported to the Cass County Jail without incident.

Upon arrival I made contact with Jaycox, Michael W/M I gathered information for the report. No suspects have been identified. 12/03/13 07:58 BB HWY N OF BLUESTEM, PLEASANT HILL On December 3, 2013 at approximately 0829 hours, I recovered a vehicle stolen out of Lee s Summit, Missouri. Lee s Summit Police Department Detective was dispatched to the scene for processing. No suspect has been identified. The recovered stolen vehicle was released to Lee s Summit Police Department. 12/03/13 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/3/2013, at approxiamtely 0905 hours, I made contact with Willaim T. Lemmer at the Cass County Justice Center. I arrested Mr. Lemmer on active Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01446 for driving while revoked. 12/03/13 15: ND ST, CREIGHTON On Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at approximately 1600 hrs. I was dispatched to 209 E. 2nd St. in Creighton Missouri reference to abandon property. Upon arrival I made contact with Lawless, Gerry W/M. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Johnson's tow out of Harrisonville Missouri. 12/03/13 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1817 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served Benjamin Franklin Schull, a Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01002 for Driving While Revoked, with a $5, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 12/03/13 21: TH ST, DREXEL On Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013 at approximately 2152 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 6104 East 355th Street in Drexel, Missouri in regards to a reported domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed that both the husband and wife involved were both equally responsible. Neither parties were taken into custody due to the female subject willing to leave the residence on her own accord. 12/04/13 05:17 NB 49/N CASS PKWY, BELTON On Wednesday, December 4th, 2014 at approximately 0559 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest on an active misdemeanor warrant through Rich Hill, Missouri Police Department on North bound Interstate 49 north of North Cass Parkway in Belton, Missouri. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail to await extradition. 12/04/13 08: TH ST, BELTON On at approximately 0842 hours I responded to 2602 E 187th Street outside of Belton, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival i contacted Jamison Shaw who stated someone ha stolen several tools from his work trailer over night. No suspects have been identified at this time. 12/04/13 10:08 ST JOE DOC, ST JOSEPH On 12/4/13 at 1008 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant they were then transported to the Cass County Jail.

3 12/04/13 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/04/2013, at approximately 1040 Hours, I made contact with Crook, Nicholas W/M at the Greene County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13-CAFTA-1075 for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $15,000 Cash only and a court date of 12/12/2013 at 0900 hours was given. 12/04/13 12:23 CLAY COUNTY, LIBERTY On 12/4/13 at 1223 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant and they were transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/04/13 13: TH STREET, GARDEN CITY On December 4, 2013, I assisted the Missouri State Fire Marshal's Office by following up with information on a fire that occurred yesterday at E. 307th Street in rural Garden City, Missouri. 12/04/13 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/04/2013 at approximately 1515 hours I Followed HEMS to CRMC in reguards to Inmate having a medical issue. 12/04/13 14: TH ST, CREIGHTON On December 4, 2013 I conducted an investigation of burglary at E. 315th Street, Creighton, Missouri. Mr. Richard Kovarik reported his residence had been forced into and damaged while property was being stolen. Suspects have not been identified. 12/04/13 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/04/13, I made contact with Subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant, 12/04/13 16: RODIER RD, FREEMAN On at approximately 1654 hours I responded to S Rodier Road in reference to a civil standby. Upon arrival I contacted Jack Greer who wanted a deputy to conduct a standby while he checked his horses and retrieved a bale spear for his truck. 12/04/13 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, December 4th, 2013, at approximately 1626 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office front lobby in regards to a subject with a possible warrant. I made contact with Brittainy C. Lee w/f, and arrested her on Cass County warrant #13-CAARW-1401 for Possession of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $7, cash or surety. 12/04/13 19:06 NB 49 HWY AT MM 150, ARCHIE On Wednesday, December 4th, 2013, at approximately 1907 hours I was dispatched to northbound Interstate 49 at mile marker 150 to assist the Archie Police Department with a vehicle stop. My K-9 searched the vehicle and located a marijuana pipe in a backpack in the trunk of the vehicle. 12/04/13 21: RD ST, BELTON On Wednesday, , at approximately 2050 hours, I arrested Hacker, Richard L. w/m, on an active Cass County warrant at the Belton Police Department.

I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant, they were then transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/05/13 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/05/13, I made contact with Subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant, 12/05/13 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 5th, 2013, I responded to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri where I arrested Jessica J. Greenwood who was wanted on an active Cass County warrant for Robbery 2nd Degree. 12/05/13 12: OLINGER, STRASUBRG On Thursday, December 5, 2013 I responded to 306 West Olinger Strasburg, Missouri regarding the theft of the victim s wallet. 12/05/13 13:18 RANDOLPH CO, MO JAIL, HUNTSVILLE On 12/09/13 at 1318 hours, I responded to the Randolph County, MO Jail Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/05/13 13: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On December 5, 2013, I investigated a non-criminal domestic disturbance that occurred at S. State Route 7 in rural Garden City, Missouri. 12/05/13 13:49 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 12/6/13 at 1349 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. They were then transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/05/13 14: GREEN ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 5, 2013 I conducted a vehicle check in the area of 900 Green Street, Harrisonville, Missouri of a white Ford F250 pickup. The vehicle was found to be reported as stolen from the Greenwood P.D. Vehicle was recovered and secured at the Sheriff's Office secured lot. Suspects have not been identified.

I then transported the subject to the cass county jail for transport to DOC. 12/05/13 16: D HIGHWAY, CLEVELAND On Thursday, December 5, 2013 the victim Natalie E Madison responded to the Cass County Sheriff s Office to report that she had been physically assaulted by the suspect on December 4, /05/13 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2100 hours, I served warrant #13CA-CR01145 to Felix Abernathy at the Cass County Jail. 12/06/13 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1023 hours, I contacted Jessica M Mccarley at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served warrant #13CA-CR01458 for Theft/Stealing. Bond was set at $7, Cash or Surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 12/06/13 10: SCOTTSDALE TER, PECULIAR On December 7, 2013 at approximately 1116 hours, I investigated property damage at Scottsdale Terrace, Peculiar, Missouri. The victim, identified as Paul Brian Langley stated that his mailbox was damaged during the evening hours. No suspects have been identified. 12/06/13 11:30 WESTERN RECEPT DIAG COR CNTR, ST JOSEPH On 12/6/13 at 1130 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. They were then transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/06/13 14: WAGONER RD, GARDEN CITY On Friday December 6th 2013 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to a theft. I contacted James W Barnard Sr, his power of attorney Barbara J Hill and his attorney on this incident Cynthia R Warner. I was told that subjects defrauded Mr. Barnard out of his house and property. 12/06/13 17: ND ST, GARDEN CITY On Friday December 6th 2013 I was dispatched to 112 W 2nd Street in Garden City for an unknown causes death. I contacted Christopher A Harper, the deceased nephew, who stated that he got home at about 1740 hours and called for his uncle Eddie H Massey, the deceased, several times. When he got no answer Mr. Harper when into his uncles bedroom and found him laying on the floor, not breathing, and cool to the touch. Mr. Harper then called 911 and Garden City EMS and I responded as well. 12/06/13 17: ASH, ARCHIE On December 6, 2013 in approximately 1749 hours I was dispatched to 509 Ash Street in Archie Missouri in reference to a disturbance on arrival at approximately 1800 hours. I made contact with Janssen, Cassandra W/F and Janssen, Matthew W/M. While on scene it was determined that no crime was committed. 12/06/13 18: RD ST, PECULIAR On Friday, December 6th, 2013 at approximately 1919 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 233rd Street, and rural Peculiar, Missouri and regards to a reported burglary. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01389 for Stealing a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $10, cash or surety, and a court date of 12/12/2013 at 0900 hours was given. 12/06/13 23:05 P17312 WHEATLAND DR, BELTON On Friday, December 6th, 2013 at approximately 2316 hours, I conducted an investigation at South Wheatland Drive in rural Belton, Missouri in regards to a reported Burglary. The reporting party, identified as Lisa A. Edelman stated that two unknown suspects entered her residence and stole multiple items. No suspect information is available at this time. 12/07/13 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0030 hours, Jermaine D. Williams was found to have an active warrant from Johnson County Kansas Sheriffs Office for Possession of Controlled Substance. The process for a fugitive from out of state warrant was started. I conducted a residence check at state route be in rural Creighton Missouri. Dooley, Brandon W/M, was taken into custody on the warrant numbers 13CAFTA1015, 13CAFTA1014, 13CAFTA1016, and 13CACR And transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/07/13 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, December 7th, 2013, I made contact with Dawaun L. Poke on a Cass County Order of Commitment. 12/07/13 10: LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On Saturday December 7th 2013 I was dispatched to S Little Road rural Garden City Missouri on a reported trash dumping. I contacted Gayla A Morford who stated that overnight someone drove into her front yard and several items were left behind. I collected several items of found property and brought them to the Sheriff's Office. 12/07/13 16: HUBACH HILL RD, RAYMORE On December 7, 2013 at approximately 1642 hours, I investigated an assault that occurred at 601 West Hubach Hills Road, Raymore, Missouri. The victim identified as Meghann R Miller, reported that the suspect made unwanted sexual advances and contact while exchanging their children in common. A suspect has been identified.

7 12/07/13 16: TH ST, PECULIAR On December 7, 2013 at approximately 1726 hours, I investigated stealing at East 215th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. The victim identified as Theodore J Ferg, reported that his flatbed trailer was stolen from his back yards at some point between November 21st, 2013 and today at approximately 1000 hours. No suspect has been identified. 12/07/13 16: COMMERCIAL ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, December 7th 2013, at 1652 hours, I conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Commercial and Mechanic Street on a green 1997 GMC Jimmy. The white female driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possessing counterfeit currency. 12/07/13 19: SCOTT AVE, BELTON On Saturday, December 7th 2013, at 2000 hours, I was dispatched to 1509 North Scott Avenue in Belton, Missouri reference assisting the Belton Police Department with a K9 search for two armed robbery suspects. Neither suspect was located. 12/07/13 22:42 STATE LINE/Y, CLEVELAND On Saturday, December 7th, 2013 at approximately 2243 hours, I conducted an investigation near the intersection of Stateline Road and State Route Y in Cleveland, Missouri in regards to a motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Taylor R. Bain stated he was not injured and refused medical treatment. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Miller Tow. No citations were issued. 12/08/13 00: TH ST, BELTON On December 7th, 2013 I investigated an assault that occurred at 5703 E. 196th Street between three male subjects. All subjects signed prosecution waiver forms and this case is closed. 12/08/13 01: INDEPENDENCE ST, HARRISONVILLE 12/08/13 11: ST ST, EAST LYNNE On Sunday December 8th 2013 I was dispatched to E 241st Street rural Garden City Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. Upon my arrival, I contacted Marlene J Johoski who stated that the suspect, opened a gun cabinet and she fled the residence the suspect then left the scene in a truck in an unknown direction. This incident was determined to be non-criminal in nature. 12/08/13 13: TH ST, CLEVELAND On December 08, 2013 I conducted a stealing investigation at 1303 E. 244th Street, Cleveland, Missouri. The reporting party Stephen Muller stated his 8 foot Meyer snow plow was stolen from the property. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 12/08/13 17:59 NB 49/MM 171,2, RAYMORE 12/08/13 18:01 2 HWY/BRUSH COLLEGE, This accident occurred when vehicle #1 was southbound on Brush College towards 2 Highway. The driver stated that she applied the brakes as she approached 2 Highway, lost control on the ice and struck the street sign and the stop

All parties have been identified. 12/08/13 18:21 7 HWY/N OF SHAFFER ESTATES, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, December 8, 2013 at approximately 1820 hrs. I responded to a motor vehicle accident on Missouri seven highway south of 235th St. located in rule Harrisonville Missouri. Upon arrival I located a silver Chevrolet pickup truck that was unattended. 12/08/13 18:31 NB 49/MM 171.1, BELTON 12/08/13 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/08/2013, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with a white male, David Behymer, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County order of commitment # 13CA-CR I served Cass County order of commitment for five days of court ordered shock time. 12/08/13 20: TH ST, ARCHIE On December 8th, 2013 I investigated a possible disturbance that occurred at E. 339th Street, Archie, Missouri. The incident was determined to be non-criminal in nature.
