1 11/20/17 08: CHESTNUT, ARCHIE On November 20, 2017 at approximately 0830 hours, I was dispatched to 401 W. Chestnut Archie, Missouri for a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Delbert Hannah who stated he and his wife had a verbal argument. No crime was found to have been committed. 11/20/17 08:36 NORTON CORRECTIONS, NORTON On 11/20/17 at 0836 hours, I responded to the Norton Correctional Facility reference a warrant service. I then took Bradley Phariss into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR ,16CA-CR00561, 16CA-CR , 16CA-CR , 15CA-CR00939 and 15CA-CR00938 for Fail To Appear, The total is bond $60,000 cash or surety. I also served warrant# 16CA-CR00918 for fraudulent use of a credit card or debit device. The bond was set at ROR.Mr. Phariss was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/20/17 09: STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On November 20, 2017 at approximately 1110 hours, I was dispatched to contact Jane Nouryeh by telephone in reference to a possible identity theft attempt. Ms. Nouryeh reported that she was contacted by an unknown source on her Apple device that informed her that her Apple Account had been compromised. Ms. Nouryeh stated that she responded to the message and completed the requested information to include her social security number. At this time no crime has been identified. 11/20/17 14: ND ST, BELTON On 11/20/2017, I responded to a call of a possible stealing that occured at nd St, Belton. I made contact with the reporting party and conducted an investigation. 11/20/17 15: PAUL ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, November 20, 2017 at approximately 1541 hours I was dispatched to a walk in report at 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of a male subject requesting assistance with complaints against a law enforcement agency in Cass County, MO. Troy Cooper stated he believes his civil rights have been violated and wanted to report the incident. This report is for information only. 11/20/17 15: RD ST, BELTON On 11/20/2017, at approximately 2348 hours I responded to the Belton Police Department, 7001 E 163rd Street, Belton, in reference to a warrant service. I took Hunter Walters, W/M, into custody on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR01113 for Resisting of interfering with arrest/detention/stop. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 12/05/2017 at 0900 hours. 11/20/17 16: STATE ROUTE C, PECULIAR On November 20, 2017 at approximately 1636 hours, I was dispatched to make telephone contact with Stephen Mackay in reference to a report of stealing from S. State Route C Peculiar, Missouri. Mr. Mackay stated someone had stolen Christmas decorations from his yard. No suspect has been identified at this time. 11/20/17 18:14 175/WEST OF GRAY, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, November 20, 2017 at approximately 1816 hours I was dispatched to the area of 175th St west of Gray Drive in rural Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Laura Hankins stated she was driving on 175th St when she struck a pedestrian walking in the roadway wearing all black. The pedestrian was evaluated by Emergency Medical Services and refused transport to a medical facility.

2 11/20/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday November 20, 2017 I made contact with the Miami County, Kansas, who advised me they had an active extraditable warrant on Isaac D. Cotton Jr. 11/21/17 00: LAKEWOOD TERR, BELTON On November 21, 2017 at approximately 0014 hours I responded to 2501 W Mechanic in reference to a disturbance that occurred in Belton, MO. I made contact with a male subject, Travis Ogle, who stated he had been assaulted. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 11/21/17 10:11 PHONE CALL ONLY, Incident Log 11/21/17 10: PRAIRIE LANE, RAYMORE On November 21st, 2017 at approximately 1024 hours I was dispatched to 1104 north prairie lane, Raymore, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. The homeowner Katherine Connelly reported two male subjects knocking on her door, and looking in the windows. The suspects have been identified. 11/21/17 11:29 253RD ST/RODIER RD, PECULIAR On at approximately 1130 hours I conducted a vehicle stop at 253rd, and Rodier on a silver in color Buick Enclave for expired license plates. The driver was taken into custody on active Jackson county, Missouri warrants. The passenger was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia. 11/21/17 12: STATE ROUTE VV, PLEASANT HILL On 11/21/2017 I was dispatched to check on the welfare of a party at State Route VV, Pleasant Hill. Upon arrival at that residence, I made contact with a party. 11/21/17 14:10 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 11/21/17 at 1410 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Shaun Spotz into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. I also served# for Fail To Appear. The bond was set at $ cash only. Mr. Spotz was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/21/17 14:10 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 11/21/17 at 1410 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Richard Garcia into custody on Cass County warrant #14CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Garcia was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/21/17 15: CASS ST, DREXEL On Tuesday November 21st 2017 at 1545 hours I was dispatched to the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a reported harassment. 11/21/17 17: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On 11/21/2017, I made contact, by phone, with a party claiming that they were the victim of fraud. My investigation found that no crime had been committed.

3 11/21/17 18:27 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday November 21, 2017 at approximately 1936 hours, I responded to the Pleasant Hill Police Department. In reference to a prisoner transfer. I took custody of one white female and transported her to the Cass County Jail, on an active Cass County warrant. 11/22/17 02:58 SB 49/307, HARRISONVILLE On November 22, 2017 at approximately 0259 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on southbound I-49 at 307th. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for active Cass County and Bates County warrants. A suspect has been identified and arrested during this incident. 11/22/17 08:53 SOUTH CENTRAL CORRECTIONAL CENTER, LICKING On 11/22/17 at 0853 hours, I responded to the South Central Correctional Center in Licking, MO reference a warrant service. I then took Lewis T Dennis into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash or surety. Mr Dennis was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/22/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0958 Hours, I made contact with Hunter M. Walters at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR Bond was set at $5, % Cash Only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 11/22/17 09: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On November 22, 2017 I conducted a stealing investigation at S. Walker Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri. I made contact with Linda Murphy, w/f, who said her garage door was stolen from her driveway sometime over night. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 11/22/17 11: CAMP BRANCH RD, HARRISONVILLE On November 22, 2017 I recieved a report of trespassing that occurred at S. Camp Branch Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri. I made contact with Kimberly C. Bartalos, w/f, who stated she is having issues with people hunting on her property. A possible suspect has been identified in this investigation. 11/22/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 22nd, 2017 at approximately 1454 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west mechanic street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a walk in report of harassment. The victim Gary Durnell reported being harassed by his neighbor. 11/22/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/23/2017, at approximately 0030 Hours, I made contact with Bobby Pitts at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR01136 for Burglary 1st Degree, Domestic Assault, and Assault 4th Degree. 11/22/17 15: MAIN ST, WEST LINE On 11/22/2017 at approximately 1533 hours I was dispatched to 626 N Main St, Westline, Missouri in reference to a burglary. Lori Brock reported someone forced entry into her residence and stole multiple items. No suspects have been identified.

4 11/22/17 16: AIRPORT RD, PLEASANT HILL On November 22, 2017 I conducted an investigation of a full order of protection violation at S. Airport Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I made contact with the reporting party who advised he received a text message from the respondent on his full order of protection. I made contact with the suspect and placed him in custody for the violation. 11/22/17 17: TH TER, GRANDVIEW On Wednesday, November 22nd 2017, I was dispatched to 6005 E. 154th Terrace in Grandview, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Grandview Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and during a probable cause search, marijuana paraphernalia was located. 11/22/17 19:41 2/C, FREEMAN On 11/22/2017, at approximately 1941 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop near the intersection of State Route 2 and State Route C. My investigation resulted in the arrest of a female subject for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and exceeding the posted speed limit by 6-10mph. 11/22/17 20: COLONY AVE, EAST LYNNE On 11/22/17 at 2042 hours I was dispatched to 207 E. Colony in reference to a disturbance. While I was enroute I was advised that one of the parties had been stabbed and the suspect had fled in a black Chevrolet four door truck. The suspect was later located and taken into custody. 11/23/17 01:41 BALDWIN/58, BELTON On 11/23/2017, at approximately 0141 hours, I assisted the a Belton Police Officer on a traffic stop near the intersection of State Route 58 and Baldwin Street. A female suspect was taken into custody for driving while suspended and possession of methamphetamine. 11/23/17 02:26 SB 49/PECULIAR WAY, PECULIAR On 11/23/2017, at approximately 0226 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on SB I-49 near Peculiar Way on a white Kia Optima for a DWI investigation. A male suspect was arrested for DWI, Exceeding posted speed limit by 20mph or more, Failed to drive on the right side of roadway, Possession of cocaine, Possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabis, Synthetic narcotic possession, and Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. 11/23/17 04: MONTGALL, BELTON On Thursday, November 23, 2017 at about 0500 hours, I applied for and received a Search Warrant in regards to report # No further. 11/23/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 11/23/17 11:54 2/M, GARDEN CITY On November 23, 2017 at approximately 1154 hours I conducted a traffic stop on a silver Mercury Sable near the intersection of State Route 2 and State Route M, Garden City, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for possession of controlled substance.

5 11/23/17 12: MAIN, ARCHIE On 11/23/2017 at approximately 1242 hours I was dispatched to 103 S Main, Archie, Missouri in reference to an armed disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with two male parties. Both parties were taken into custody. 11/23/17 16: STATE ROUTE B, GARDEN CITY On November 23, 2017 I investigated at injury motor vehicle crash that occured at East State Route B, Garden City, Missouri. 11/23/17 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2200 Hours, I made contact with Willie Fields, a black male, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I served Cass County weekend Warrant for DWI Chronic Offender. 11/23/17 23:13 175TH/BOARDMAN, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, November 23rd 2017, at 2313 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Boardman Road south of 175th Street in Pleasant Hill in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Pleasant Hill Police Department who were on the scene of a suspicious vehicle check. One white male suspect fled the scene on foot. K9 Champ tracked the suspect for approximately.5 miles but he was not located. 11/24/17 07: OIL WELL DR, BELTON On Friday, November 24, 2017 at approximately 0740 hours, I conducted an investigation at the business of Family Farm Lawn and Landscaping, located at 2301 East Oil Well Drive in Belton, Missouri in regards to a reported burglary. The victim, James C. Dorlac, white male stated that multiple items were stolen from the property to include a vehicle. A suspect has been identified. 11/24/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/24/2017, at approximately 0900 Hours, I made contact with Gerard Vaughn Myles, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR for DWI-Alcohol-Persistant. 11/24/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/24/2017, at approximately 1015 Hours, I made contact with Wolff, Richard at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00786 for Non Support. Bond was set at $ % cash and a court date of 01/25/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 11/24/17 10:38 EB 58/E 291, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, November 24, 2017 at approximately 1041 hours I was dispatched to State Route 58 east of State Route 291 in rural Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to check welfare. Shawn Schuyler stated he had a verbal argument with a female subject. The investigation revealed no crime was committed. 11/24/17 12: FRANCY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, November 24, 2017 at approximately 1213 hours I was dispatched to S. Francy Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Linda Brown stated an unknown damaged vehicle was parked on her property. The owner was identified and arrangements were to be made for the removal. This report is for information only. 11/24/17 12: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On November 24, 2017 at approximately 1232 hours, I was dispatched to E. State Rt 2 Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was found to be a stolen vehicle out of Overland Park Kansas. Multiple suspects have been identified.

Incident Log 11/24/17 13: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday November 24, 2017 I conducted a fraud investigation that was reported by Megan Cavanagh at Sapp Brothers located at South West Outer Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 11/24/17 14: RD ST, BELTON On November 25, 2017 at approximately 1439 hours, I was dispatched to 1305 E. 203rd Street Belton, Missouri in regards to a burglary not in progress. 11/24/17 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/24/2017, at approximately 2045 hours, I made contact with McQuay, Raegan on Cass County warrant 17-CAFTA-1324 for FTA- Gave False Info to Officer. Bond is set at $ cash only. 11/25/17 00: MAIN, GARDEN CITY On 11/25/2017, at approximately 0106 hours, I responded to 213 Main Street, Garden City, in reference to a third 911 call from a residence which was unfounded. A female suspect was taken into custody for misusing /25/17 01: JACKSON AVE, ARCHIE On November 25, 2017 at approximately 0118 hours I was dispatched to 518 South Jackson street in Archie, MO reference an attempted suicide. Upon arrival I contact Noah Anderson who stated that a female subject had taken 20 valium. The female subject was transported by Ambulance. 11/25/17 01: HOLMES RD, BELTON On 11/25/2017 at approximately 0157 hours I was dispatched to the Jaudon Bar located at South Holmes Road, Belton Missouri, regarding a disturbance. One white male was assaulted and transported to the hospital to be evaluated. 11/25/17 02:52 SB 49/MM 166, PECULIAR On November 25, 2017 at approximately 0255 hours, I was dispatched to Southbound I-49 / mile marker 166. In reference to a vehicle parked sideways in the southbound lanes. Upon my arrival I observed a black male standing next to the vehicle. The black male was taken into custody for driving under the influence. 11/25/17 08: TH ST, BELTON On 11/25/2017, I responded to a call of a possible firearm theft from 8309 E 190th St, Belton. I made contact with the David Lowe who stated that the firearm, a Smith & Wesson M&P 22, was stolen sometime after 10/06/2017, the firearm was entered as stolen. 11/25/17 09: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, November 25, 2017 at approximately 0938 hours I conducted a residence check at E. 189th St, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a subject with active Cass County warrants. John Small was taken into custody on warrants #17CA-CR00407 and #17CA-CR00437 for Failure To Appear on Driving While Suspended/Revoked 2nd or Subsequent Offense which revealed bonds of $4000 with 10% cash allowed and a court date of 12/05/17 at 0900 hours and warrant # for Failure To Appear on Trespassing 1st Degree Ordinance which revealed a bond of $250 cash only and a court date of 12/19/17 at 0900 hours. Mr. Small was transported to the Cass County jail for processing.

7 11/25/17 10:34 GORE/WARD, On November 25, 2017 at approximately 1035 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of the white in color GMC Yukon, on Gore Road at Ward Road for a traffic violation. A subject was placed into custody for active Lake Winnebago warrants and transported to Lake Winnebago PD. 11/25/17 10: CROWN PARK, BELTON On 11/25/2017, I responded to 7672 Crown Park, Belton on a report of a suspect with an active felony Parole Warrant, # , in the area. Angela R Wheaton was contacted and taken into custody. No bond or court date was issued at this time. 11/25/17 11: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/25/2017, I made contact with Jason F Bonhnert by phone, who reported that his firearm had been stolen. He stated that he last saw the firearm, a Glock 27, in April of this year. The firearm and serial number were entered as stolen. 11/25/17 11: RD ST, BELTON On 11/26/2017 at approximately 0441 hours I conducted a prisoner transfer of one white female from Belton, Missouri Jail on three active Cass County warrant. 11/25/17 13: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, November 25, 2017 at approximately 1350 hours I was dispatched to E. 199th St, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of property damage. Greg Davis stated an unknown vehicle ran into his wooden fence causing damage. A suspect has not been identified. 11/25/17 14:59 BEL-RAY BLVD N. OF 58 HIGHWAY, BELTON On Saturday November 25, 2017 I assisted the Raymore Police Department by conducting a pedestrian check of a subject matching the description of a party who had stolen property from WalMart, and assaulted Loss Prevention personnel. The subject was identified and released to Raymore Police Department for further investigation. 11/25/17 15: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On 11/25/2017 at approximately 2107 hours I conducted a prisoner transfer of one white male from Raymore, Missouri Jail on an active Cass County warrant. 11/25/17 16: EAST 58 HIGHWAY, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday November 25, 2017 I conducted a vehicle stop on East 58 Highway. The driver was identified arrested for possession of narcotics, and DWI. 11/25/17 22:02 NOT NEED ADDED BY ACCIDENT PLEASE ERASE, On 11/25/2017 at approximately 2202 hours I was dispatched to 5800 E 210TH ST, Belton, Missouri, regarding a house check. I found a door open and the house was then cleared and secured. 11/26/17 01:50 255TH/WESTLINE, CLEVELAND On 11/26/2017, at approximately 0150 hours, I attempted to conduct a vehicle stop on a black Chevrolet Silverado 2500 at the intersection of E 255th Street and S Westline Road. The owner of the vehicle has been identified and the investigation is still open.

8 11/26/17 09: TH ST, CLEVELAND On November 26, 2017 at approximately 0952 hours, I was dispatched to 1201 E 215th Street Cleveland, Missouri for an abandoned vehicle. 11/26/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/26/2017, at approximately 1030 Hours, I made contact with Lash, Dennis at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant After Hours for Domestic Assault 2nd. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 01/25/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 11/26/17 10:24 HENRY COUNTY, CLINTON Incident Log 11/26/17 11: RD ST, BELTON On 11/27/2017 at approximately 2333 hours I conducted a prisoner transfer of one white male from Belton, Missouri Jail on an active Cass County warrant. 11/26/17 15: RD ST, STRASBURG On 11/26/2017, I responded to a call of an abandon vehicle at E 163rd St, Stasburg. After I was unable to make contact with the registered owner, I contacted the proerty owner, Cynthia Pietsch, who requested it be removed due to it blocking access to her driveway. J's Southland Towing Service removed the vehicle from the scene. 11/26/17 18:53 215TH/HOLMES, 11/26/17 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/26/2017, at approximately 2040 hours, I made contact with Keeney, Garratt on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR01129 for Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Marijuana/Synthetic Canaboid. Bond is set at $5, % cash only.
