1 05/29/17 00: RD ST, CREIGHTON On May 29, 2017 I responded to 103 west 3rd in Creighton, Mo in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I spoke with Kristi Wheeler who stated she had been in an argument with a male subject. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 05/29/17 07:52 MAIN/PONY CREEK, CLEVELAND On 05/29/17 I responded to Main street and Pony Creek in westline in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Upon arrival I towed a 2002 Kia Sportage with Kansas License from the creek. 05/29/17 11: CAMP BRANCH RD, HARRISONVILLE On May 29, 2017 I conducted an assault investigation that occurred at S. Camp Branch Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri. I made contact with all parties and this case will be forwarded to the prosecutor's office for review. 05/29/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1430 hrs. I responded to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office Jail to arrest Arieal M. Trickel, on two Pleasant Hill Warrants, for Larceny. The warrants had a total bond amount of $ cash or surety. 05/29/17 16: TH TER, BELTON On 05/29/17 I was dispatched to 605 E 164th Terrace in reference to a Burglary. It was reported that John Barrera H/M had two televisions and a bottle of pills stolen sometime since thursday night. 05/29/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1659 Hours, I made contact with Sean M. Patterson, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR Bond was set at $5, % Cash Only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 05/29/17 17: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 29, 2017 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance that took place at E. 181st Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I made contact with parties involved and the subject agreed to separate for the night. This case will be submitted to the Cass County Prosecutor's Office for review. 05/29/17 18: TH ST, CREIGHTON On May 29, 2017 I was dispatched to East 355th Street, Creighton, Missouri for a third party report of a disturbance. Linda Parker, w/f, was arrested on active Henry County, Missouri warrants and transported to the Henry County Jail. My investigation revealed that no disturbance had occurred. 05/29/17 18: STALEY MOUND RD, EAST LYNNE On , I was dispatched to S. Staley Mound Road in reference to a welfare check of a possible suicidal party. I eventually made contact with the party who denied any suicidal thoughts or actions. She was left in the care of her parents. 05/29/17 19: CROWN PARK, BELTON On May 29th, 2017, I was dispatched to 7294 Crown Park, Belton, Missouri reference a report of a domestic disturbance no longer in progress. Upon my arrival, I contacted two adult males who identified themselves as father and son. The parties stated that they had been arguing, and agreed to sepearate for the night.

2 05/29/17 21:49 194TH/Y, On 05/29/2017 at approximately 2149 hours, I discovered a wounded deer in roadway on Y Hwy near 194th St. outside of Belton, MO. The animal was dispatched and removed from the roadway. 05/29/17 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/29/2017, at approximately 2125 Hours, I made contact with Shelbie Moloski at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on six Harrisonville 30 day commitment warrants. 05/29/17 22:15 PHONE CALL ONLY, UNKNOWN On 05/29/2017 at approximately 2219 hours, I contacted Jaylene Moss regarding her ex boyfriend violating an order of protection. A suspect has been identified and the matter is pending investigation. 05/29/17 22: LONG ST, CREIGHTON On , I investigated a verbal disturbance that occurred at 304 Long Street in Creighton. The persons involved in this incident have been identified. 05/29/17 23: PICKERING RD, BELTON On 05/30/2017 at 0014 hours, I was dispatched to S. Pickering Road outside of Belton, MO in response to a disorderly party. Upon my arrival the property was vacant. The reporting party, Joseph Castaneda arrived and reported his property had been damaged. A suspect has been identified. The matter is pending investigation. 05/30/17 02: BLK LAKEWOOD TERRACE, BELTON On Tuesday, May 30th 2017, at 0222 hours, I was dispatched to the 300 block of Lakewood Terrace in Belton, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Belton Police Department who were on the scene of an attempted larceny from a vehicle. The suspect was not located. 05/30/17 04:11 PLAZA/VINE, HARRISONVILLE On May 30th, 2017, I conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet Malibu in the area of Plaza Drive at Vine Street in Harrisonville, Missouri after the driver of the vehicle, identified as Brenda S. Thompson, failed to signal a right turn. Ms. Thompson was subsequently arrested on an active Cass County felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. 05/30/17 05:15 HOLMES/241ST, CLEVELAND On 05/30/2017 at approximately 0517 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a motor vehicle crash on D Hwy at 241st Rd. Upon my arrival, I located a car in the ditch. The driver was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for an altered mental status. 05/30/17 07:20 PHONE CALL ONLY, UNKNOWN On 05/30/2017 at approximately 0720 hours I took a phone call report of fraud. My investigation revealed a male party had his debit card stolen from the Sapp Bros gas station in Harrisonville, Missouri. The card was then used at the Ameristar Casino. 05/30/17 09: MADISON ST, RAYMORE On 05/30/2017 at approximately 0926 hours I was dispatched to 904 South Madison, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a report of property damage. My investigation revealed multiple items were damaged and destroyed at this location. The suspect has not been identified.

3 05/30/17 10:12 NEW CENTURY, GARDNER On 05/30/17 at 1012 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took David Ramos into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $2,500 cash only. Mr. Ramos was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/30/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/30/17 at approximately 1020 hours I took Bailey, Joesph into custody on an active Cass County warrant for Domestic Assault 3rd degree. 05/30/17 11:45 203RD/W OF PURVIS, PLEASANT HILL On 05/30/17 I was dispatched to 203rd and Purvis in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Two male parties were taken into custody for possession of a control substance with the intent to distribute and outstanding warrants. 05/30/17 12: JEFFERSON PKY, PLEASANT HILL On 05/30/17 I was dispatched to Jefferson Parkway in reference to a fraud. Upon arrival I made contact with Crystal Shultz W/F who advised someone had attempted to open a credit card under her name. 05/30/17 13:57 LANSING CORR FACILITY, LANSING On at 1357 hours, I responded to the Lansing Correctional Facility reference a warrant service. I then took Robert James into custody on Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01517 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash or surety. Mr. James was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/30/17 16: RD ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1647 hours, I was dispatched to 6101 E 233rd Cleveland MO regarding bones found in a nearby field. The bones were collected and transported to the Jackson County Medical Examiners for examination. The medical examiner determined that the items collected were deer bones and not human. 05/30/17 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1750 hours, I contacted Jacob J Parks at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant #17CA- CR00503 for Possession of a Controlled substance. Bond amount was set at $4, Ten Percent Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 05/30/17 19: MULLEN RD, BELTON On 05/30/2017 at approximately 1912 hours, I was dispatched to a disturbance in progress at S Mullen Rd. outside of Belton, MO. Upon my arrival, one subject was taken into custody. 05/30/17 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/30/2017, at approximately 1920 Hours, I made contact with Joshua S. Griggs at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR00036 for FTA-Driving While Revoked/Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense. 05/30/17 19:50 7 HWY/RICHLAND PKWY, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, May 30th 2017, at 1952 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 7 Highway and Richland Parkway in Pleasant Hill in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Pleasant Hill Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and a large amount of marijuana residue was located during a probable cause search. The white male driver was cited and released.

4 05/30/17 20: STALEY MOUND RD, EAST LYNNE On , I was dispatched to S. Staley Mound Road in reference to a welfare check of a suicidal party. The party was eventually located safe in Jefferson County Kansas. 05/31/17 00:09 SB 49/PECULIAR WAY, PECULIAR On Wednesday, May 31st 2017, at 0009 minutes, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at Peculiar Way on a tan 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette van. During a consent search, methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia was located. The white male driver was arrested. 05/31/17 01: BROCKVIEW LN, PECULIAR On May 31, 2017 I was dispatched to Brockview Ln Peculiar in reference to an overdose. Upon arrival I made contact with the female resident who told me that she took several of her Xanax pills after having a argument with her husband. The Female was transported by West Peculiar EMS personnel to the hospital for treatment. 05/31/17 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1730 hours, I came in contact with Lamont A. Robinson at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The after hours warrant was issued for fugitive from out of state. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash only. 05/31/17 11: JOG RD, PECULIAR On Wednesday 05/31/2017 at approximately 1108 I responded to the area of 215th & Jog Rd. in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a stolen auto and trailer with a mower. The items were recovered and returned to a representative of the owner. 05/31/17 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at approximately 1214 hours I was dispatched to E. 275th Street, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Thomas Brown stated someone had broken into his camper and stole several items. A suspect has not been identified. 05/31/17 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/31/2017, at approximately 1255 Hours, I made contact with Mynatt, George, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00484 for Non-Support. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date was given for 07/13/2017 at 0900 Hours. 05/31/17 12: RD ST, STRASBURG On Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at approximately 1300 hours I was dispatched to 318 N. 3rd St, Strasburg, MO in reference to a report of trespass not in progress. Kendra Jones stated someone was living in the metal shed on her vacant property. Items were observed and removed by property owner. A suspect has not been identified. 05/31/17 13: TH ST, CREIGHTON On Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at approximately 1357 hours I was dispatched to E. 355th St, Creighton, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Linda Parker stated a person had taken items from her residence. A suspect has been identified. 05/31/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/31/17, at approximately 1045 hours, I made contact with Rider, Alisha, on Adrian municipal warrant for FTA- unregistered motor vehicle. Bond was set at $97.50 cash only. 05/31/17 15: ST ST, STRASBURG On Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at approximately 1602 hours I was dispatched to E. 161st St, Strasburg, MO in reference to a disorderly subject. Belinda Hardin stated her ex-boyfriend had returned and damaged the barn door. A suspect has been identified. 05/31/17 16: RD ST, BELTON On 06/05/2017, at approximately 2309 hours, I responded to the Belton Police Department in reference to a warrant service. I took Brandon McGaughey into custody on active Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00231 for Fail to Appear on a Violation of an Order of Protection. Bond was set at $5, % Cash Only with a court date of 06/20/2017 at 0900 hours given. 05/31/17 17: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On May 31, 2017 I responded to State Route M, Garden City, Missouri for a violation of ex parte and stealing. Donald Hyatt reported that Casey Hyatt had taken property items and violated a ex parte violation order. Casey Hyatt was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/31/17 17: PEEK RD, PECULIAR On Wednesday 05/31/17 at approximately 1757 hours I responded to a Disturbance at 7909 E Peek Rd in Peculiar, MO. My investigation revealed that the incident was non-criminal in nature. All parties involved agreed to separate and leave each other for the evening. 05/31/17 18:24 58/GRAY RD, On May 31, 2017 I responded to the Harrisonville Lake for a disturbance between subjects fishing at the lake. Subjects were contacted and the peace was restored to the Harrisonville Lake. 05/31/17 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1835 hours, I arrested Zachary Murray as he turned himself in on an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #15CA-CR00429 was issued for probation violation. The case worker made contact with the resident and conducted an investigation while I provided scene security. 06/01/17 01:33 291/S OF 58, PECULIAR On 06/01/17 at approximately 0135 hours I responded to the area of S 291 Hwy, south of 58 Hwy, Peculiar, MO in regard to a single car motor vehicle accident. The driver, Ramirez, Manul R. w/m, was arrested at the scene on an active Bates County warrant, 17BS-CR00101 for Failure to Appear on Pursue, Take, possess or dispose of wildlife illegally. A court date was issued for , at 1330 hours, and transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/01/17 15: CURLY LN, LAKE ANNETTE On Thursday 06/01/2017 at approximately 1540 hours I responded to 8411 Curly Ln Lake Annette, MO, in response to a standby call for Dolan West Dolan Fire in regards to a dumpster fire. A male subject at the residence was found to have an active warrant through Cass County, Missouri. Nelson, Cole W. W/M, was taken in to custody and transported to the Cass County Jail and is being held on a bond of $ cash only. 06/01/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday June 1st 2017 I contacted a white male in the parking lot who was having a medical condition. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR01023 for Non Support. I contacted Mr. Michael Peters, who stated he picked up his son's girlfriend, Linda Smith w/f, from Warrensburg, MO yesterday and brought her to his house. When he got home on today's date, around 1700 hours, she and all her personal property were gone and he could not make contact with her on her telephone. 06/02/17 09: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On 06/02/17 I wsa dispatched to Brookhart in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I made contact with Randy Huey W/M who advised his mailbox was struck sometime during the night. 06/02/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/02/2017, at approximately 1400 Hours, I made contact with Nicholas Barbarick at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I then took Danny Alvarado into custody on Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00187 for Fail to Appear, bond $ cash only. Mr. Alvarado was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/02/17 16: ST RT J, PECULIAR On Friday, June 2nd 2017, at 1617 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the Parking lot of the Flying J in Peculiar, Missouri on a tan 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette van. The white male driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving while revoked. 06/02/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/06/2017, at approximately 1700 hours, I made contact with Stacey Herrell-McMahon at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR /02/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 06/02/2017, at approximately 1804 Hours, I made contact with Nicholas Smith at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00950 for FTA - Property Damage 1st Degree. Bond was set at $25, Cash Only and a court date of 07/27/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 06/02/17 19: LOCH LLOYD PKWY, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On , I investigated an online theft that occurred at 220 E. Loch Lloyd Parkway in the Village of Loch Lloyd. The victim stated that a person tried to purchase her used phone, and had sent payment via pay pal. The suspect actually never sent the money. The victim was able to intercept her phone through the United States Postal Service, but had spent money on shipping and intercept fees. No suspect has been identified. 06/02/17 21: RD ST, BELTON On 06/05/2017, at approximately 2309 hours, I responded to the Belton Police Department in reference to a warrant service. I took Jason Frock into custody on active Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00766 for Fail to Appear Non-Support. Bond was set at $5, Cash Only and a court date of 07/27/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 06/02/17 22:02 6 FORT SCOTT ST., BUTLER On June 3, 2017 I conducted a prisoner transfer at Bates County Sheriff's Office. Upon arrival I took custody of Keri K. Wright w/f and transported her to the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County Warrant. 06/02/17 23: NASH RD, ARCHIE On June 2, 2017 I was dispatched to the area of Nash Road Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival I made contact with the female driver who was asleep in the vehicle. A computer check of her found she had a active warrant out of Bates County Missouri. Driver was arrested and transported to Bates County Jail. 06/03/17 07: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On 06/03/17 I was dispatched to Highway in freeman in reference to a suicidal subject. I made contact with a subject who advised she is currently suicidal. She was transported by Harrisonville EMS.

8 06/03/17 07:41 COMMERCIAL AND WALL, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday June 3rd, 2017 at approximately 0741 hours I conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Mechanic Street and Wall Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. Both occupants of the vehicle where arrested on active Cass County warrants and transported to the jail. 06/03/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1009 Hours, I made contact with Rose A. Griffith, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for No Seat Belt. Bond was set at $10.00 cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/03/17 10:20 245/ORIENT CEMETERY, HARRISONVILLE On June 03, 2017 while patrolling E. Orient Cemetery Rd I came across an unoccupied vehicle in a corn field. I observed the vehicle had been involved in a motor vehicle accident and the vehicle was towed from the scene. The driver of the vehicle has not been identified at this time. 06/03/17 14: MAIN ST, DREXEL On 06/03/17 I was dispatched to 705 Third Street in Drexel in reference to a motor vehicle crash that had occurred on Main street. Upon arrival I made contact with Kimberly Mclay W/F who advised her vehicle was struck and the driver fled the scene. 06/03/17 15:05 CANTRELL/FAMILY CENTER, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, June 3rd 2017, at 1505 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop in the parking lot of the Family Center in Harrisonville, Missouri on a white 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. The white male driver was arrested for an active Cass County warrant for environmental littering. 06/03/17 16:21 NB 49/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON On Saturday, June 3rd 2017, at 1621 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on northbound I-49 at North Cass Parkway on a blue 1994 Ford Ranger pickup. The white male driver was arrested for an active felony warrant out of Henry COunty for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The white female passenger was arrested for an active warrant out of Independence for failing to appear on a traffic charge. 06/03/17 17: ZELLMER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 06/03/2017 at approximately 1711 hours I was dispatched to South Zelmer Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an animal call. My investigation revealed a dog was shot after attacking another subjects animals. 06/03/17 18:37 BELTON MEMORIAL PARK, BELTON On Saturday, June 3rd 2017, at 1838 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Memorial park in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Belton police Department who were on the scene of a motor vehicle accident. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics on a black, fire proof safe which was located near the scene. A large quantity of marijuana was located. 06/04/17 01: WESTOVER CT, PECULIAR On Sunday, June 4th 2017, at 0116 hours, I was dispatched to Westover Court in Peculiar in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Peculiar Police Department who were on the scene of a disturbance with felony property damage. K9 Champ conducted an area search for the black female suspect who fled on foot. She was not located.

9 06/04/17 01:26 SB49/MM 169, PECULIAR On June 4th, 2017, I responded to southbound Interstate 49 at mile marker 169.0, Peculiar, Missouri reference a non injury motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed that a deer had been struck by a motorist. The vehicle was disabled due to damage and was towed from the scene. 06/04/17 02: HICKORY ST, DREXEL On , I investigated a domestic assault that occurred at 325 E. Hickory Street in Drexel. The persons involved in this incident have been identified. The suspect fled the scene prior to my arrival. 06/04/17 11: FAMULINER RD, GARDEN CITY On June 04, 2017 I conducted an investigation of property damage that occurred at S. Famuliner Rd, Garden City, Missouri. The victim reported a basement window broken on the residence. No suspects have been identified in this investigation. 06/04/17 15:00 291/215TH, PECULIAR On June 4, 2017 I conducted a traffic stop on a silver van on State Route 291 near Home Farm road. The driver was arrested for an active warrant out of Jackson County, Missouri and issued summons for traffic violations. 06/04/17 18: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On June 04, 2017 I responded to 407 N. 4th Street, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to suspicious activity. I made contact with the reporting party who said her son was approached by an unknown white male who brandished a firearm. The reporting party said the white male was driving a gold or white suv. The area was checked and had negative contact with the subject this report is for informational purposes. 06/04/17 18: STATE ROUTE K, EAST LYNNE On June 4, 2017 responded to South State Route K, East Lynne, Missouri for a report of a theft. Joshua Pauley, w/m, stated his Yamaha ATV had been stolen. 06/04/17 20: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On June 4, 2017 I conducted an investigation of a shoplifting that occurred at SW Outer Road Harrisonville, Sapp Brothers Truck Stop. Upon arrival I made contact with Suspect in the parking lot who turned over the item to me. Suspect was released at the scene on issued summons. 06/04/17 20:15 NB 49/N OF PEC WAY, PECULIAR On 06/04/17 I was dispatched to Interstate 49 north of Peculiar way in reference to a check the welfare. Upon arrival I made contact with Deshawn Pierce W/M who advised his ride had left him on the highway after a verbal argument. He was reunited with his ride. 06/04/17 20: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On June 4th, 2017, I was dispatched to S. State Route 291 Highway, Harrisonville, Missouri reference a report of a disturbance between husband and wife. My investigation revealed that the couple had argued but neither party reported any crime against the other. 06/04/17 22: STATE ROUTE C, FREEMAN On 06/04/17 I was dispatched to assist Dolan West Dolan on an illegal burn. Upon arrival I made contact with fire personnel who advised someone was burning carpet and a tire. The fire was extinguished and a white male was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.
