1 11/25/13 09: STATE ROUTE Z, GARDEN CITY On November 25, 2013 at approximately 0908 hours, I was dispatched to South State Rt Z, Garden City, Missouri in reference to fraud. The reporting party reported several accounts had been opened using his address through USAA Bank. A report was requested to further the banks investigation in the matter. 11/25/13 09: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximatley 0931 hours I responded to Belton PD in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Mark Arzola who was wanted for Cass County warrants 12CA-CR and 13CA-CR00899 with a total bond of $40,000 Cash or Surety. Mr. Arzola was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 11/25/13 09:11 JOHNSON COUNTY KS, OLATHE On 11/25/13 at 0911 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/25/13 12: C HIGHWAY, FREEMAN On Monday, November 25, 2013 the victim Sarah Bedford reported to the Cass County Sheriff s Office that she was assaulted Saturday November 23,1013 and Monday November 25, 2013 by the suspect. 11/25/13 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/26/2013, at approximately 0800 Hours, I made contact with Gomez, Briar Lee W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 11/25/13 15: PRAIRE LN, RAYMORE On Monday, November 26, 2013 the victim Terry E. Morris responded to the Cass County Sheriff s Office to report that the suspect had sent text in regards to assaulting him. 11/25/13 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/25/2013, at approximately 1536 hours, I made contact with Travis W. Williams in the Cass County Jail where I served him with Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01386 for Statutory Sodomy 1st degree. 11/25/13 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximatley 1759 hours I responded to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to lost of stolen license plate tabs. Upon arrival I contacted Ronald Bulen who stated someone had taken the tabs off of his license plates while his estranged wife had the vehicle. No suspects have been identified at this time. 11/25/13 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1520 hours, at the Cass County justice Center in Division 2, Judge Wagner order David Thomas to be remanded into custody, bond was revoked, original charge Driver while revoked, Case number 13CA-CR , bond set at no bond and a court date of 1330 hours was given. I then transported David Thomas to the Cass County Jail. 11/25/13 18: MAIN ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1833 hours I responded to 500 N Main Street in Cleveland, MO in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Laura Davis who stated she and her son had been involved in a physical altercation and he had threatened to harm himself. He was transported for evaluation and later taken into custody.

2 11/25/13 18: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On November 25, 2013 I conducted an investigation of an attempted stealing by deceit at S. Gray Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Ms. Dicksie Gray reported that a check was written and attempted to be cashed under false pretence. Suspect has not been identified. 11/25/13 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/25/2013 at approximately 2000 hours, I made contact with Cody G. Bucksath at the Cass County Justice center on Cass County Court Ordered Arrest. 11/26/13 01: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at approximately 0140 hours I was dispatched to E. 189th Street, Pleasant Hill, MO reference to a report of assault that occurred at E. 189th Street. Contact was made with Monica Bell who said that she had been assaulted. A suspect has been identified. 11/26/13 03: CROWN PARK, BELTON On November 26, 2013 at about 0313 hours, I was dispatched to 7501 Crown in reference to a person who wanted to hurt himself. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, who said that he was drunk and he wanted to harm himself or others. 11/26/13 05: ND ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday , at approximately 0158 hours I was dispatched to 110 W 2nd street Garden City Missouri in reference to a suicidal subject. Upon Arrival I made contact with the victim, whom said he wanted to commit suicide. Mr. McMullen were taken to Cass Regional Medical Center by Garden City EMS. 11/26/13 06: TH ST, RAYMORE On November 26, 2013 at about 0616 hours, I contacted Mr. Patrick C. Hurt at his residence, E. 195th street. Upon contact I told Mr. Hurt of the warrant for his arrest and placed him under arrest. Mr. Hurt's court date was set for December 9, 2013 at 0900 hours and bond was set at $7500 cash or surety. 11/26/13 09:45 RAY COUNTY, HENERRITA On 11/26/13 at 0945 hours, I responded to the Ray County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on Cass County warrant and they were then transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/26/13 12:00 LAFAYETTE COUNTY JAIL, LEXINGTON On 11/26/13 at 1200 hours, I responded to the Lafayette County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on Cass County warrant and they were transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/26/13 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On I served Cass County warrant to a subject in the Cass County Jail. 11/26/13 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/26/2013, at approximately 1243 hours, an inmate from the Cass County Jail was taken by EMS to the emergency room. 11/26/13 12: MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On November 26, 2013 I responded to S. McClain Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a non responsive female subject that was reported by Ms. Susan Shepphard. Ms. Earlene Tipton was pronounced dead by EMS services

The investigation did not reveal signs of suspicious causes. 11/26/13 13: TH TERR, PECULIAR On November 26, 2013, I investigated a report of fraud that occurred at E. 246th Terr in rural Peculiar, Missouri. The victim in this incident is Matthew J. Ellis. 11/26/13 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/26/2013, at approximately 1655 hours, an inmate from the Cass County Jail was taken by EMS to the emergency room. 11/26/13 16: BRICKPLANT RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, November 26, 2013 the victim Jeremy T Cracraft reported some one entered his residence without his consent while he was at work and removed several long guns and horse saddles. 11/26/13 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/26/2013, at approximately 2000 hrs, I made contact and took into custody a female on an active Cass County warrant. 11/26/13 19: POLK, FREEMAN On Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at approximately 1944 hours I was dispatched to 106 Polk, Freeman, MO reference to a report of a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Donald Parson who said that he had been assaulted. A suspect has been identified. 11/27/13 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0444 hours, I investigated an assault that occured in the Cass Couty Jail. A suspect was identified and the report was forwarded to the Prosecutors Office for review. 11/27/13 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0727 hours, I contact Luis A Martinz at the Cass County Jail on a Cass county warrant. I served warrant #13CA-CR01245 for Operating Motor Vehicle without a valid license. Bond was set at $1, Cash or Surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 11/27/13 11:29 209TH E OF CC HWY, PLEASANT HILL On November 27, 2013 while patrolling State Route CC I attempted to stop a maroon Honda Civic Missouri license PK5P9T 2014 for a speeding violation in the area of State Route CC and E. 203rd Street. The vehicle then failed to yield and continued South on State Route CC. I observed the vehicle turn East onto E. 209th Street. Due to the dust created I had to slow down due to visibility. I observed the dust dissapated in front of E. 209th Street. I then turned around in the roadway and observed the vehicle parked off the roadway. I had negative contact with anyone at the residence and had Miller Tow tow the vehicle to their lot. 11/27/13 12:27 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY 11/27/13 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at aproximately 1328 hours, I contacted Laura C Cardwell at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant #11CA-CR for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $25, Cash Only and a

4 warrant. I served warrant #11CA-CR for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $25, Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 11/27/13 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1419 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Raymond L. Ford, warrant #13CA-CR01382 for Theft/Stealing, $10, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 11/27/13 15: TER, BELTON On November 27, 2013 at approximately 1639 hours, I investigated property damage at 7609 East 201 Terrace, Belton, Missouri. The victim, identified as Jason D Boswell reported that the suspect ripped out his trespassing signs and threw them in his driveway after his wife was involved in a dispute earlier in the day. A suspect has been identified. 11/27/13 16: SUNRISE DR, BELTON On Wednesday November 27ht, 2013 at approximately 1645 hours I responded to 2501 West Wall Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. Upon arrival I contacted Summer, Merrill W/M, via phone per his request reference fraud. 11/27/13 18:19 PLATTE COUNTY, PLATTE CITY 11/28/13 00:14 SOUTH/INDEPENDENCE, HARRISONVILLE On November 28, 2013, at approximately 0014 hours, I conducted a vehicle check at the intersection of South Street in Independence Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. A white male occupant was arrested on active outstanding Harrisonville Missouri Police Department warrants. The subject was later released to Harrisonville Police Department. 11/28/13 00: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 28, 2013 at approximately 0047 hours, I assisted Corporal. Adamson #665 with a careless and imprudent driver investigation, which led him to the Jazzi Mart, E. 275th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. Investigation revealed that the vehicle in question was operated by a male subject who was a convicted felon and in possession of a firearm. The male subject is in custody. 11/28/13 04: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On November 28, 2013 I conducted an investigation of a Disturbance at Highway Harrisonville Missouri. Male party left the residence for the day. 11/28/13 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/28/2013, at approximately 1545 hours, I made contact with Antoine E Ray at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR1432 for DWR. Bond was set at $5,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 12/5/2013 at 0900 hours was given. 11/28/13 17: TH TER, BELTON On November 28, 2013 at approximately 1719 hours, I investigated a violation of a order of protection at 302 East 164th Terrace, Belton, Missouri. The victim, identified as Carissa Parker stated that she has a full order of protection against the suspect and he is giving her the middle finger when she drives by. A suspect has been identified.

5 11/28/13 18:18 BELTON PD, BELTON 11/28/13 19: STATE ROUTE VV, PLEASANT HILL On November 28, 2013 at approximately 1944 hours, I assisted the Pleasant Hill Fire Department with a medical call at East State Route VV, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A female subject was transported to the hospital. 11/28/13 20: KNOCHE COURT, RAYMORE On Thursday, November 28th, 2013 at approximately 2050 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest on an active Cass County warrant at 1002 Knocke Place in Raymore, Missouri. The female subject was transported to the Cass County Jail and is being held at our facility on $100, Cash or Surety bond. 11/29/13 00:23 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY 11/29/13 05:03 I49/164, PECULIAR On November 29, 2013, at approximately 0503 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on a silver Mercury Racer at Interstate 49 and mile marker 164. The male driver was arrested for driving while suspended. The vehicle was released Eckert Tow. 11/29/13 07: RD ST, BELTON On at approximately 0759 hours I responded to 1007 E 203rd Street outside of Belton, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Michael Rambler who stated someone had stolen several items from his works trucks in his yard. 11/29/13 11: EAST CLOVER HILLS RD, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1200 hours I was dispatched to contacted Mary Rhine by phone, in reference to an animal bite. I contacted Ms. Rhine who stated she had found a stray dog that had been hit by a car. She stated the dog had bit her when she tried to pick it up. She stated the animal had been transported to Blue Pearl Animal Hospital in Lee's Summit, MO for treatment. 11/29/13 14: GRAND RIVER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, November 29, 2013 victim Linda M. Wise reported her wedding rings and one men s Harrisonville High school class ring were missing from her residence. 11/29/13 21: ST ST, BELTON On Friday , at approximately 2045 hours, I arrested Cobb, William w/m on two active Cass county warrants. 11/30/13 02: HARVEST LN, PECULIAR On Friday , at approximately 2210 hours I was dispatched to Harvest Lane, Peculiar Missouri in reference to a Disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I made contact with Cleveland, Kenneth, w/m. No crime has been committed in this case.

6 11/30/13 10: RD ST, BELTON On November 30, 2013 at about 2311 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival I took custody of Ms. Savanna M. Bretz and transported her to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Ms. Bretz was given a copy of his warrant #13CA-CR01028 for Failure to Appear for Possession of Controlled Substance. A court date of December 9, 2013 at 0900 hours was set. Ms. Bretz bond was set at $7,500 cash or surety. 11/30/13 13: STATE ROUTE TT, HARRISONVILLE On November 30, 2013 I responded to S. State Route TT, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to recovery of stolen trailers. Two trailers were recovered on the property and towed to the Sheriff's Office. Suspect has been identified. 11/30/13 15: BLANK ST, GUNN CITY On November 30, 2013 I responded to Blank Street, Gunn City, Missouri in reference to an dog being struck with a blow gun dart. Mrs. Simpson reported that her dog had been struck by a blow gun dart. Suspect has not been identified. 11/30/13 20: CROOK RD, DREXEL On at approximately 2053 hours 2052 hours, I investigated ar report of shots fired at a residence located at Crook Road, Drexel Mo. The suspect was located and identified. 11/30/13 20: ASH, NEVADA On Saturday, December 1st, 2013, at approximately 2045 hours I was informed by Cass County Dispatch that the Nevada Missouri Police Department was requesting assistance in regards to an Armed Robbery that occurred in their City. Subject was located prior to my arrival. Nevada PD Officers requested that I deploy my K-9 in an attempt to locate the handgun used during the robbery. K-9 was deployed, but I was unable to locate the handgun. 12/01/13 00: MAIN ST, GRANDVIEW On December 1, 2013, at about 0135 hours, I was dispatched to the Grandview Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival I took custody of Ms. Kimberly R. Specht. Ms. Specht was transported to the Cass County Jail and given a copy of her warrant. The warrant #13CA-CR01029 was for Failure To Appear, a court date of December 16, 2013 at 0900 hours was set and bond was set at $10,000, 10% cash only. 12/01/13 06:20 SB 71/N OF HARRISONVILLE, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0621 hours, I investigated a one car crash on I49 highway south bound, north of 291 highway exit. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damage by Johnson's Tow. The driver refused medical treatment at the scene. 12/01/13 15:25 I-49, BELTON On December 1, 2013, I conducted a vehicle stop on southbound I-49 at MO 58 Highway. The driver, Brandon S. Carter was arrested on two Belton municipal warrants and transported to the Belton City Jail for booking. 12/01/13 19:50 JUV DETENTION, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1855 hours, Deputies from the Cass County Juvenile Center requested assistance to their facility due to a juvenile having medical problems.
