1 08/05/13 01: ND ST, DREXEL On Monday, August 4th, 2013 at approximately 0202 hours, I conducted an investigation at 420 North 2nd Street in Drexel, Missouri in regards to a report of a disturbance. During my investigation I spoke with the reporting party, Tierney R. LaPlant, white female. My investigation revealed no criminal action occurred. 08/05/13 08: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 5, 2013, at approximately 0816 hours, I was dispatched to East 275th Street located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a theft. My investigation revealed that copper was stolen from a KCP&L substation. No suspect information is available at this time. 08/05/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/05/13, I made contact with Michael E. Ruckdeschel at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 08/05/13 11: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1205 hours I responded to E State Route 2 outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to an identity theft investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Terry Luna who stated someone had been applying for loans online using he and his wife's personal identification information. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/05/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE 08/05/13 Subject turned self in for a court order arrested for 24 hour hold. 08/05/13 14: RD ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1430 hours I contacted Jimmy Sisk at 2051 W Mechanic Street in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in reference to damage to mailboxes in the area of his residence. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/05/13 15:07 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 08/05/13 at 0952 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Frank Carter into custody on Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00940 for Fail To Register, bond $5,000, Mr. Carter was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/05/13 15: TH ST, ARCHIE On Monday, August 5th, 2013, at approximately 1604 hours I was dispatched to E. 327th Street in regards to a report of a burglary no longer in progress. Judith A. Wendel w/f reported that a furnace and air conditioning unit were stolen from the residence. 08/05/13 16: SHARI DR, PECULIAR On August 5, 2013, I assisted the Peculiar Police Department with a residence check at 220 Shari Drive #A in Peculiar, Missouri. Officers with the Peculiar Police Department took a suspect into custody. 08/05/13 16: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximately 1802 hours I responded to Belton Police Department located at 7001 E 163rd Street in Belton MO, in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Curtis Williams for an active Cass County warrant 12CA-CR01212 for driving while revoked. Mr. Williams was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. A bond of $ % Cash Only had been set and a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

The suspect has been identified. 08/05/13 21:45 SE OUTER RD/ HANNAH TRUCKING, HARRISONVILLE On I investigated a one vehicle motor cycle crash in the area of South East Outer road south of Brookheart Road. The only passenger, Smith, Cary A w/m reported no injuries. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 08/06/13 06: RD & AMARUGIA ROAD, ARCHIE On at approximately 0622 hours, I investigated a one car motor vehicle crash at 323 rd and Amarugia Road. The vehicle was found unoccupied and unattended. The driver was not located or identified. The vehicle was towed to J's southland tow lot. 08/06/13 07: JETER RD, RAYMORE On Tuesday, August 6th, 2013, at approximately 0730 hours I was dispatched to 1502 N. Jeter in rural Raymore Missouri, in regards to a report of a dead body. I then made contact with Pamela A. Hornbeck who reported that she found her husband deceased this morning. 08/06/13 10: RD ST, BELTON On Tuesday, August 6th, 2013, at approximately 1446 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E. 163rd Street, the Belton Police Department, in regards to a subject in their custody with a Cass County warrant. Robert D. Mitzel w/m was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Forgery with a bond of $10, cash or surety. 08/06/13 15: STATE ROUTE Y, CLEVELAND On Tuesday, August 6th, 2013, at approximately 1530 hours I was dispatched to South State Route Y, formerly the New Hope Church, in regards to a possible burglary no longer in progress. I made contact with Jeffrey D. DeLaval w/m who reported that an unknown person entered the property sometime between at 1700 hours and at 1500 hours and stole items. 08/06/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/06/13, at approximately 1615 Hours, I made contact with Kyle L Kobusch at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for Unlawful use of a weapon. 08/06/13 19: STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On August 6, 2013 at 1931 hours, I was dispatched to Holmes Road in reference to a theft. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party Ms. Arnetta K. Johnston W/F who said that someone had stolen two York Heat Pumps from the St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church. 08/06/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/06/2013, at opproximately 1935 hrs. I made contact with Justin Randazzo and served a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant # , bond set at cash only and a court date given of 08/27/ hrs. 08/06/13 20:51 JOHNSON RD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at approximately 2051 hours I was dispatched to Johnson Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri to recover hypodermic needles found in the roadway. It was determined that no crime had been committed.

3 08/06/13 22: AND HICKORY GROVE, ARCHIE On August 6, 2013 I was dispatched to the area of 299th and Hickory Grove road, reference a sign being shot. I contacted a male subject, Gregory Durnell, who stated that his neighborhood watch sign had been shot at during the evening. There was no suspect information at the time of report. 08/06/13 23:14 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On August 7, 2013 I made contact with Kurt Brent at the Pleasant Hill Police Department. Mr. Brent was placed in custody on an active Cass County Warrant for Domestic Assault. 08/07/13 00:37 NB 49/MM 150, ARCHIE On at approximately 0057 hours, I investigated a reported assault that occurred north bound I 49 at the 327th overpass. A driver of a semi was injured as a result of a mailbox being thrown off of 327th overpass. The mail box entered the front windshield. The victim was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center. No suspects have been identified. 08/07/13 01: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/09/2013, at approximately 1015 Hours, I made contact with Johnston, Ronald Anthony W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00900 for Possesion of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Bond was set at $ Cash or Surety and a court date of 08/26/2013 at 1330 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 08/07/13 02: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On August 7, 2013 at approximately 0204 hours, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at east state route 2 Freeman, Missouri. Upon arrival I observed a black Ford Pickup truck on its side in the lawn of the residence. The driver of the vehicle was placed in custody for Driving while intoxicated and unlawful use of a weapon. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in this incident. 08/07/13 05: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0510 hours, I proceeded to conduct a search of elevators in the Cass County Justice Center after dispatch alerted me that someone had called and stated they were stuck in an elevator at the Justice Center. 08/07/13 08: RD, BELTON On at about 1507 hours a Cass County warrant was served at the Belton Jail. 08/07/13 09: FAMULINER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, August 07, 2013, at approximately 0939 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic road, Harrisonville Missouri to meet with Shrock, Derrick Jon, w/m in reference to mailbox damage done on Famuliner road. No suspects have been identified in this case. 08/07/13 12: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday August 7th 2013 I was dispatched to S St Rt 7 Highway in regards to a structure fire. I contacted Central Cass and Harrisonville Fire units in the driveway. They stated that the fire appeared to be suspicious. There are no suspects.

4 08/07/13 12: RD, BELTON On Wednesday, August 7th, 2013, at 1438 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E. 163rd Street, the Belton Police Department, in regards to a subject in their custody with a Cass County warrant. Jesse R. Capps w/m was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Possession of Controll Substance with a bond of $10, cash or surety. 08/07/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1235 hours, I made contact with Richard J. Liebau at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR00736 for criminal non-support. Bond was set at $1,500.00, cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/07/13 14: ST RT 7 HIGHWAY, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday August 7th 2013 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office on a walk in exparte violation. I contacted Gary W Durnell w/m in regards to being harassed by a neighbor. There is suspect information. 08/07/13 15: RD, BELTON On Wednesday, August 7th, 2013, at 1438 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E. 163rd Street, the Belton Police Department, in regards to a subject in their custody with a Cass County warrant. Ammerman w/m was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Probation Violation with a bond of $25, cash or surety. 08/07/13 17: HUNTER RD, PECULIAR On Wednesday, August 07,2013, I was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic, in reference to a sexual assault. Upon arrival I made contact with Elysia Hendershot w/f. A suspect has been identified in this case. 08/07/13 17:27 JOHNSON COUNTY KS, Incident Log 08/07/13 19:33 N CASS/49, BELTON On August 7,2013 at approximately 1934 hours, I conducted an investigation of a Disturbance at North Cass Parkway and Peculiar Drive. Subjects were located and found to be verbal argument only and were released to go seperate ways at the scene. 08/08/13 01:20 NELSON / A HWY, DREXEL On Thursday, August 8th, 2013 at approximately 0120 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at the intersection of Nelson Road and State Route A in regards to a speed limit violation. Upon identifying the driver, it was discovered he was revoked and had a prior conviction for Driving While Revoked. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. The vehicle was released to the suspects wife, per his request. 08/08/13 02:26 275/7, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, August 8th 2013, at 0226 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on 275th Street north of 7 Highway in Harrisonville, Missouri on a white 1995 Chevrolet S-10 pickup. The driver was subsequently arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 08/08/13 08: WALNUT ST, DREXEL On Thursday, August 08,2013, at approximately 0845 hours, I was dispatched to 101 West Walnut street, Drexel, Missouri in reference to items being Stolen from Fairpoint Communications. Upon arrival at approximately 0927, I made contact with Dreher, Lee A. w/m and Donald, Gary S. No suspects have been identified.

I took custody of Rodney L. Howard and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. I served Mr. Howard with a Cass County possession of a controlled substance warrant (#13-CAFTA-559) with a $15, ten percent cash only bond. 08/08/13 13: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, August 08, 2013 I responded to East 307th Street, Garden City Missouri, in reference to a Disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I made contact with Graham, Joshua J. w/m. Suspects have been identified in this case. No arrest has been made in this case. 08/08/13 14: LONE TREE RD, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday August 8th, 2013 at approximately 1506 hours I was dispatched to South Lone Tree Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I made contact with Deline, Deborah W/F. No suspects have been identified in this case. 08/08/13 17: HIGHLAND RIDGE DR, BELTON On August 8, 2013 at approximately 1803 hours, I investigated a disturbance at Highland Ridge Drive, Belton, Missouri. The victim identified as Samantha D Andrada stated the suspect pushed her before leaving the residence. A suspect has been identified. This report will be forwarded to the Prosecutors Office for review once the suspect is contacted. 08/08/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On August 8, 2013 I served Michael B. Jerrett, w/m, Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00942 for DWI- drug intoxicationpersistent offender at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. A court date of August 22, 2013 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $10,000 10% cash allowed. 08/08/13 18: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday August 8th 2013 I was dispatched to E 161st rural Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a verbal disturbance. Upon my arrival I contacted Danny O Hardin w/m who stated that he argued with the suspects in the yard in front of his house. This incident was determined to be non-criminal. 08/08/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On August 8, 2013 I arrested Jeremiah H. Emerson, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County warrant 12-CAARW-788 for Criminal Non-Support. A court date of of August 19, 2013 at 0900 hours with bond set at $2,500 cash only. 08/08/13 23:58 PETTIS COUNTY, SEDALIA 08/09/13 00:23 SB 49/MM 150, ARCHIE On August 9, 2013 at approximately 0023 minutes I was dispatched to the area of 327th and I-49 in reference to objects being throw off the overpass and onto vehicles. Upon arrival I made contact with John Ray Nance who said that his semi had been struck by something that was thrown from the overpass. No suspects have been identified.

Upon arrival I made contact with Abby L. Brower who told me her car had been struck by a mailbox breaking her windshield. No suspects have been identified. 08/09/13 08: SCOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On August 9, 2013, at approximately 0835 hours, I was dispatched to South Scott Road in reference to a burglary. I contacted Dorothy L. Mitchell, who told me that that several items were stolen from inside and outside the residence. 08/09/13 08:55 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 08/09/2013 at approximately 1245 hours, I made contact with Darrell Wade Trull Jr, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #06CA-CR , bond $ cash only. 08/09/13 11: LONE TREE RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, August 9th, 2013, at approximately 1157 hours I was dispatched to S. Lone Tree Road in rural Harrisonville Missouri, in regards to a report of a stolen mailbox. I made contact with David C. Hughey w/m, who reported that an unknown person stole his mailbox sometime between at 1800 hours, and at 0700 hours. There are no suspects at this time. 08/09/13 12: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1226 hours I responded to S State Route D in Cleveland, MO in reference to a residence check for a wanted party. Upon arrival I contacted Kelli Pruett who was taken into custody for a active Cass County warrant 12CA-CR00926 for passing a bad check. A bond of $ % Cash Only had been set and a court date of at 0900 hours. 08/09/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, August 09, 2013 a walking report was made by Auman Charles who wished to make a report regarding Cass County Judge W. I picked up Shane Swaggart and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. I served Mr. Swaggart with a Cass County burglary warrant (#13CA-CR00965) with a $7, cash or surety bond. 08/09/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1615 hours, I was notified by the Cass County Circuit Clerks office that a subject in their office had a warrant for his arrest. I made contact with Raul Hidalgo-Flores in the Circuit Clerks office, where I placed him under arrest and escorted him to the Cass County Jail for processing. While at the Jail, I served Mr. Hidalgo-Flores warrant #13CA-CR880 for FTA on no valid operators license. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours in Div 5 was given.

I took custody of Benjamin Avery and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. Upon arrival I contacted a female subject, Brandy Carter, who told me that the suspect had entered her residence without her permission and removed his clothing. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 08/09/13 23:01 187TH/STATE LINE/D, BELTON On , at approximately 2301 hours, I investigated a motor vehicle crash on 187th Street, between State Line Road and State Route D in rural Belton. A Grey Acura TL had driven through a bean field and into a ditch. 08/10/13 00:22 SB49/HWY J, PECULIAR On August 10, 2013 at about 0022 hours, I stopped a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu for failure to signal. After making contact with the driver and identifying the driver he was placed under arrest for driving while suspended. 08/10/13 00: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 hours, I took Sierra Patton into as she turned herself in to Deputies at the Cass County Jail for court ordered shock time. 08/10/13 03: TH ST, BELTON On , I investigated the Stealing of a Motor Vehicle that occurred at 5601 E. 205th Street in rural Belton. No suspect(s) has(have) been identified. 08/10/13 06:44 KNIGHT RD, PECULIAR On August 10, 2013, I investigated a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Knight Road at State Route YY in rural Peculiar, Missouri. A semi was hauling a large crane. The boom on the crane broke loose and struck a power pole. There were no reported injuries. 08/10/13 07: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On August 10, 2013, at approximately 0719 hours, I was dispatched to South State Route 7 Highway in reference to an injury motor vehicle accident. I investigated a minor injury accident involving two vehicles. One of the drivers sustained minor injuries. No one was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

8 08/10/13 08: TH ST, BELTON On at approximately 0933 hours I responded to 6200 E 205th Street outside of Belton, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Rickey Jones who stated someone had stolen his wallet and prescription medications out of his vehicle. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/10/13 10: WILLOW LN, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, August 10th, 2013, at approximately 1038 hours I was dispatched to 300 Willow Lane Lot 18 Garden City Missouri, in regards to a report of a stolen license plate. I made contact with Frances M. Whiteaker w/f who reported that her license plate was stolen sometime between at approximately 1715 hours, and at 0920 hours. There are no suspects identified at this time. 08/10/13 11: DEAN RD, BELTON On at approximately 1133 hours I responded to 6111 E 205th Street outside of Belton, MO in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle was found to have been stolen from S Dean Road outside of Belton, MO. The vehicle was released to John Barry at the scene. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/10/13 15: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1557 hours I responded to S Cleveland Avenue outside of Cleveland, MO in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Nancy Williams who stated she had been assaulted by the suspect. 08/10/13 15: SYCAMORE GROVE RD, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, August 10th, 2013, at approximately 1604 hours I was dispatched to the area of S. Sycamore Grove Road in rural Garden City, in regards to a suspicious vehicle. A white in color Ford F250 pickup truck was located in a field south of the Bromley Acres subdivision. A check of the vehicle revealed it was listed as stolen by the Lee's Summit Police Department. There are no suspects at this time. 08/10/13 18: SHERWOOD RD, PLEASANT HILL On I investigated a report of a disturbance that occurred at South Sherwood, Pleasant Hill Mo. The victim was identified as Potter, Marietha J white/female. A suspect has been identified. 08/10/13 21: LAKE RD, GARDEN CITY On I investigated a reported of a disturbance that occurred at 300 Lake road lot #19, Garden City Mo. This incident was determined to be non-criminal. 08/10/13 23:49 58/POWELL PKWY, BELTON On Saturday, August 10th 2013, at 2349 hours, I conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 58 Highway Powell Parkway in Belton, Missouri on a green 1993 Lincoln Town Car. The front seat passenger, identified as Kristen A. Gatewood, was found to have two active warrants for her arrest. Pettis County warrant #06G2CR00100 was for a probation violation with a bond of $100, cash or surety. Johnson County, Missouri warrant #05N2CR00625 was for passing bad checks with a bond of $1, cash or surety. 08/11/13 01:01 239TH/STATE ROUTE C, PECULIAR On August 11, 2013 at about 0106 hours, I was dispatched to the area of State Route C Highway near 243rd street to a check the well being. Upon arrival I contacted Peculiar MO Police Sergeant McLaughlin who had contacted Ms. Sanchez,Kelsey K, W/F, who was walking down the street. Ms. Sanchez said that she has had issues living at home and requested to be taken to a safe house. No apprent crime occurred during this incident.

Upon contact with the driver he was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Driver is identified as the suspect. 08/11/13 05: STATE ROUTE E, STRASBURG On I investigated a single car crash that occurred on State Route E highway and 6th Street Strasburg. There were no reported injuries. 08/11/13 09:32 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 08/09/2013 at approximately 1256 hours, I made contact with Antwaun J. Irvin, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #10CA-CR , bond $25, cash only. 08/11/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/09/2013 at approximately 1452 hours, I made contact with Robert M. James, at the Cass County Jail on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant. I arrested Mr. James on Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant # , bond $2, secured or 10% cash. 08/11/13 12: RD ST, FREEMAN On Sunday, August 11th, 2013, at approximately 1225 hours I was dispatched to E. 293rd Street, Freeman Missouri in regards to a possible disturbance. While on scene I made contact with Michele R. Ellis b/f who reported that she and the suspect had a verbal disturbance. No crime took place during this incident. 08/11/13 12: HUNTER ROAD, PECULIAR On at approximately 1252 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville MO in reference to a sexual assault investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Elysia Hendershot who stated she had been sexually assaulted by the suspect. 08/11/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/11/13, at approximately 1500 Hours, I made contact with William Lemmer at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for Fail to appear. Bond was set at $ , cash only and a court date of 08/13/2013 at 0900 hours was given. 08/11/13 22: TH ST, FREEMAN On Sunday, August 11, 2013 at approximately 2129 hours I was dispatched to 200 East 5th street, Freeman Missouri, in reference to a missing person. Upon arrival on today's date at approximately 2147 hours, I made contact with Sinclair, Margaret A., w/f who reported that her daughter Sinclair, Rachel S. w/f, was missing. Rachel Sinclair was found unharmed.
