1 01/16/17 01:36 E. 175TH E OF 291 HWY, PLEASANT HILL On January 16th, 2017, I was on patrol in the area of E. 175th Street just east of State Route 291 Highway in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri when I located a vehicle in a ditch. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to the fact that no licensed driver was available to drive the vehicle, and it was creating a hazard by being partially on the roadway. 01/16/17 10: CLENDENEN RD, RAYMORE On 01/16/2017 at 1018 hours, I was dispatched to 1405 N. Clendenen Rd. outside of Raymore, MO to the report of theft. I contacted the victim Blake M. Hester who stated someone had taken items from his vehicle. A potential suspect was identified. 01/16/17 10: PAUL ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, January 16, 2017 at approximately 1132 hours I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police Department located at 203 Paul Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a prisoner transfer. I arrived and placed Christopher Leeper in custody for the active Cass County warrant #14CA-CR for non support. A bond of $2,500 cash only was provided with a court date of 02/7/17 at 1330 hours. 01/16/17 11:57 STATE ROUTE 2 AND I-49, HARRISONVILLE On January 16th, 2016 at 1157 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on a black in color Chevrolet Silverado for failure to use a turn signal. The driver, Jason Ortbals, was taken into custody for active Jackson County Missouri warrant's. Mr., Ortbals was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/16/17 12: AIRPORT DR, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, January 16, 2017 at approximately 1227 hours I was dispatched to South Airport Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a report of property damage. Tony Micketti stated someone had damaged steel gates and dumped trash on the quarry property. No suspects have been identified. 01/16/17 13: BETHEL RD, EAST LYNNE On January 16, 2017 I responded to S. Bethel Road, East Lynne, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival it was found that a non criminal domestic had occurred between Mr. and Mrs. Billings. Deputies remained on scene while Mrs. Billings packed belongings and left the residence. 01/16/17 14: WHIPPOORWILL HILL LANE, LAKE ANNETTE On 01/16/2017 at approximately 1456 hours, I conducted a residence check at Whippoorwill Hill Lane in Freeman, MO. I then took Anthony Joseph Palmer into custody on Cass County Warrant 17-CAFTA-9 for Failure to Appear- Posession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, bond $ % Cash Allowed. Mr. Palmer was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/16/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/16/2017, at approximately 1545 Hours, I made contact with Rogers, Jarren at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00999 for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at a signature and a court date of 02/23/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 01/16/17 16: NORTH ST, GUNN CITY On January 16, 2016 I responded to E. North Street Gunn City, Missouri to investigate a vehicle that had stolen license plates. Two subjects were placed into custody. The vehicle was found to have bullet damage from an unknown incident in Kansas City, Missouri and was found to be unregistered and was towed to the Sheriff's Office.

2 01/16/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE This report number was issued in error. 01/16/17 18: HORN RD, HARRISONVILLE On January 16, 2016 at about 1839 hours, I was dispatched to S. Horn Road in reference to a 911 Hang-up, possible disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Beth Cross who told me she had been arguing with another subject but they left the residence. Mrs. Cross said no one was assaulted, nor threatened, the subject was mad because she wants to leave. It was apparent no crime had taken place. 01/16/17 18:48 BROOKHART/275, HARRISONVILLE On January 16th, 2016 at approximately 1839 hours I was dispatched to south Horn road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a suicidal subject. The suspect in question was taken into custody on an active Lafayette County warrant, and an active Clay County warrant. The subject was not suicidal, and was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/16/17 20: E 171ST ST, BELTON On Monday, January 16th 2017, at 2029 hours, I conducted a vehicle check in the parking lot of the Shell gas station and convenience store located at 7905 E. 171st Street in Belton, Missouri on a black 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. The vehicle was found to have been stolen out of Kansas City earlier that same day. No suspects have been identified. 01/16/17 21: CLEMENT RD, ARCHIE On January 16, 2017 at about 2154 hours, I was dispatched to S. Clement Road in reference to a third party call of a disturbance at that address. Upon arrival I contacted Teri Ratteree who told me the subject was at the house but left when she told the subject she had a gun. Mrs. Ratterree told me the subject did not assault her or threaten to assault her she just did not want the subject at the residence. According to Mrs. Ratteree no crime was committed. 01/16/17 22: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On January 16, 2017, at approximately 2214 hours, I was dispatched to 1209 N. Mullen Avenue regarding a trespass. Upon arrival, I made contact with Jerry D. Reece, who stated he was assaulted. A suspect was identified and arrested. 01/17/17 01:28 SB49/169.4, PECULIAR On Tuesday January 17th 2016, I conducted a traffic stop on a silver 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier bearing Missouri license just north of Peculiar Way. The white male driver was arrested for driving while suspended and active warrants out of both Cass County and Harrisonville. 01/17/17 08:07 NB 49/2, HARRISONVILLE 01/17/17 09:02 STATE LINE RD/199TH, BELTON On January 17th, 2016 at approximately 0905 hours I was dispatched to the area of 199th Street and State Line Road outside of Belton, Missouri in reference to a two car motor vehicle accident. The crash occurred when a black Ford Fusion, struck the rear end of a gold Acura passenger car. There were no injuries reported. 01/17/17 10: MULLEN RD, BELTON On 01/17/2017 at approximately 1007 hours, I was dispatched to the report of theft from a motor vehicle at S. A suspect in the incident has not been identified. 01/17/17 11:13 BERKSHIRE DR/CRYSTAL ST., BELTON On 01/17/2017 at approximately 1124 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on Berkshire Dr. and Crystal St. in Belton, MO. I determined the vehicle was stolen. The victim was identified as Michael Page of Linn County, KS. The driver was arrested pending a warrant. The vehicle was towed from the scene and held for the owner. 01/17/17 11: WHIPPOORWILL HILL DR, FREEMAN On January 17th, 2017 at approximately 1152 hours I was dispatched to 8311 whippoorwill hill drive, Freeman, Missouri in reference to an unresponsive female subject. Roxanne R. Autrey was transported to Research Main, Hospital, Kansas city, Missouri for medical treatment. 01/17/17 13:21 NB 49/MM 152.6, ARCHIE On Tuesday, January 17th 2016, at 1321 hours, I was contacted at my residence by Cass County dispatch and informed that the Missouri State Highway Patrol was requesting K9 assistance on northbound I-49 south of 307th Street. K9 Champ did not alert to the presence of the odor of narcotics on the suspect vehicle. 01/17/17 15: TH STREET, BELTON On January 17th, 2017 at approximately 1537 hours I was dispatched to 6910 east 187th street, Belton, Missouri in reference to shots being fired in the area. While on scene 12 spent shell casings were found in the area. A suspect has not been identified in this case. 01/17/17 17: GREENWICH DR, LEE'S SUMMIT On Tuesday January 17th 2017, at 1723 hours, I was dispatched to the Price Chopper parking lot located near the intersection of 291 Highway and 150 Highway in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Lee's Summit Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the suspect vehicle and crack cocaine was located during a probable cause search. 01/17/17 18: TH STREET, CLEVELAND On 01/17/2017 at approximately 1803 hours, I was dispatched to the report of suspicious activity at 4003 E. 187th St. outside of Belton, MO. Upon my arrival, I contacted the reporting party Timothy Johnson who stated there were people stopped in the driveway of the abandonened residence at that address. It could not be determined if anyone entered the house and the owner, John Rader, could not be contacted. 01/17/17 20:35 CLEVELAND/MILL, BELTON On January 17, 2017, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Cleveland Avenue and Mill Street on a Dodge pick-up for having improper working tag lights. The driver was arrested for Driving While Revoked and Possession of a Controlled Substance. 01/17/17 22:06 SB49/PECULIAR WAY, PECULIAR On Tuesday, January 17th 2017, at 2207 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of southbound I-49 and Peculiar Way on a blue 1997 Ford Taurus. The white male driver was arrested for an active felony warrant out of Cass County for receiving stolen property.

4 01/18/17 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/18/17, at approximately 0304 Hours, I made contact with Tyson Mills at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for Driver/Front passenger failure to wear seatbelt Bond was set at $10.00 Cash only and a court date of 02/14/2017 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 01/18/17 08: HIGHLAND RIDGE DR, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On Wednesday, January 18, 2016 at approximately 0854 hours, I was dispatched to the residence of Highland Ridge Drive in Belton, Missouri in regards to a report of a possible disturbance. Upon conducting my investigation I found that the disturbance was domestic and non-criminal in nature. A female subject on scene, Sue H. Branyan, white female was transported via EMS (Emergency Medical Services) to an area hospital due to suicidal comments made. 01/18/17 09:13 LEAVENWORTH KS, On 1/20/2017 at 1435 hours, I responded to the Leavenworth Kansas County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Amanda Lynn Garwood into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00557 for Burglary / Theft, bond $25,000 cash only, MS Garwood was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/18/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday January 18th, 2017 at approximately hours, I made contact with Jeffrey N. Arwick in the Division V courtroom at the Cass County Justice Center. I placed Mr. Arwick under arrest for an active Grandview municipal warrant for Possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date can be obtained by phone call for the subject. 01/18/17 11: BETHEL RD, EAST LYNNE On 01/18/2017 at approximately 1119 hours I was dispatched to Bethel Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to an notice of hearing service. After making contact with the petitioner by phone, she made suicidal statements. Attempts were made to locate the subject with negative results. 01/18/17 13:31 MERNARDS, BELTON On 01/18/2017 at approximately 1348 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a walk in property damage report. My investigation revealed a ricochet bullet struck a subject's vehicle within the last twenty four hours, and shattered his rear window. No suspect was identified. 01/18/17 15:45 PURVIS/ N OF 203, PLEASANT HILL On 01/18/2017 at approximately 1548 hours I was dispatched to Purvis Road, north of 203rd Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle left the roadway on the east side of Purvis and came to rest in a creek. Injuries were reported. 01/18/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday 1/19/2017 at approximately 1130 hours I made contact with Maple, Ebony Y. at the Cass County Jail, and served her with an active Cass County warrant. I served Maple, Ebony Y. with warrant # for Exceeding posted speed limit, and Warrant # for driving while revoked/suspended-2nd or subsequent offense, both with a $ cash only bond and a court date of 2/14/2017 at 0900 in Division 5 of the Cass County Justice Center. 01/18/17 18: VIVIAN STREET, BELTON On January 18th, 2017, I responded to the parking lot of a business located at 144 N. Vivian Street, Belton, Missouri, where I assisted members of the Missouri FORM 3000 State - Highway Press Reports Patrol = Division UPDATED of Drug and Crime Control with the execution of

5 where I assisted members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control with the execution of a Cass County search warrant. Evidentiary items were recovered by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 01/18/17 19:56 SB 7 HWY FROM 49, HARRISONVILLE On January 18, 2017 I responded to an motor vehicle crash at SB 7 highway south of I-49. Driver was not injured but the vehicle was towed from the scene due to air bag deployment. 01/18/17 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/19/2017, at approximately 0015 Hours, I made contact with Alexander Schnorf at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant for Operate Motor Vehicle without a Valid License. 01/19/17 00:24 6 FORT SCOTT, BUTLER On 01/19/2017, at approximately 0056 hours, I responded to the Bates County Jail in reference to a warrant arrest. I took Veronica Pullen, W/F, into custody on active Cass County warrant for FTA- Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $ cash only or ROR after 48 hours and a court date of 01/31/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 01/19/17 02:22 6 FORT SCOTT, BUTLER On 01/19/2017, at approximately 0056 hours, I responded to the Bates County Jail in reference to a warrant arrest. I took Donald Hogan, W/M, into custody on active Cass County warrant 13CA-CR for FTA- Non support in excess of 12 months. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 02/27/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 01/19/17 10:00 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 01/19/17 at 1000 hours, I responded to the Clay County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Daniel Barrero into custody on Cass County warrant # for Operate a motor vehicle without a license, bond $ cash only. I also served two archie warrants for Fail To Appear, the total bond on those was $ cash only. Mr. Barrero was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/19/17 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 1/19/2017, at approximately 1225 hours, I began the process for obtaining a warrant on an inmate at the Cass County Jail for fugitive from out of State. 01/19/17 12:55 VERNON COUNTY JAIL, NEVADA On 01/19/16 at 1415 Roy Veach was picked up from Vernon County Jail and transported to Cass County Jail on a Court order to transport for a civil case. 01/19/17 13: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On January 19, 2017 I conducted a stealing investigation at E. 267th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. The victim reported a Lincoln welder stolen from his outbuilding. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 01/19/17 13: TERRY AVE, BELTON On January 19, 2017 I conducted an investigation of fraud that was called into the Cass County Sheriff's Office. The victim reported someone had called impersonating a Cass County Deputy and told him he had active warrants and tried to get him to pay the bond to take care of the charges. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time.

6 01/19/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/19/2017, at approximately 1640 Hours, I made contact with Curtis Arnold at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00061 for Fugitive from out of state. Bond was set at $10, and a court date of 03/02/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 01/19/17 18: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On January 19th, 2017, I conducted a vehicle stop for traffic violations and for investigative purposes at 2611 S. Brookhart Drive, Harrisonville, Missouri. Following a positive K9 alert, a search revealed contraband within the vehicle. The male driver was arrested for trafficking drugs. 01/19/17 20: TH ST, PECULIAR On , I investigated a residential burglary that occurred at E. 235th In rural Peculiar. No suspect has been identified at this time. 01/19/17 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/20/2017, at approximately 0025 Hours, I made contact with Kandice Ike at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR00043 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana. 01/20/17 09: JERRY STREET, RAYMORE On January 20th, 2016 at approximately 0905 hours I was dispatched to 1007 Jerry street, Raymore, Missouri in reference to threats being made. A suspect has been identified, and taken into custody. 01/20/17 09: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On January 20, 2017 I responded to S. State Route M, outside Garden City, Missouri for a reported disturbance. Upon arrival contact was made with family members. A subject was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 01/20/17 13: TH ST, CREIGHTON On January 20, 2017 I responded to E. 355th Street, Creighton, Missouri for suspicious activity. A hunting cabin was found to have been burglarized and three rifles were reported to have been stolen by the property owner Allan Toczek. A suspect has been identified and one rifle has been recovered from a residence in Creighton, Missouri. 01/20/17 14: RD ST, PECULIAR On January 20th, 2017 at approximately 1437 hours I was dispatched to east 203rd Street, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a crime against a child. A suspect has been identified in this case. 01/20/17 15: TH STREET ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/20/2017 at approximately 1510 hours, I was dispatched to 2305 E 275th St. outside of Harrisonville, MO regarding the burglary of a storage unit. Upon my arrival, I contacted the victim, identified as Johnathan Wylde. He described the unit that was burglarized and the items taken. A suspect has not yet been identified. 01/20/17 15: TH ST, PECULIAR On 01/20/2017 at approximately 1654 hours, I contacted Angela Stout who wanted to report a theft of an animal which she believes occured outside of Peculiar, MO. A suspect was identified. Ms. Stout was requesting an informational report to document the animal not being returned to her so she could make a report with the jurisdiction where the animal currently is.

I was dispatched to 211 Main St Apt C Garden City, in reference to a burglary not in progress, forced entry. No one was currently in the residence. I made contact with the victim Carol J Hembree, W/F. A suspect was identified, also the incident was found to be a civil matter. 01/21/17 02: ASH ST, BELTON On January 21, 2017 at about 0215 hours, I was dispatched to S. Ash in reference to a theft from an automobile and an assault. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Aaron Robin. Mr. Robin told me that a radar detector was stolen from his vehicle. Mr. Robin believes the suspect is responsible for stealing the item. Mr. Robin told me when he went to the suspect's residence and confronted him, the suspect shoved him. Mr. Robin said when he was shoved he swung his fist, and hit the suspect and the suspect swung back hitting him in the face. 01/21/17 09: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, January 21, 2017 at approximately 0920 hours I was dispatched to South Walker Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a report of suspicious activity. Jesse Sims said a Budget truck backed up to his house and left the area when he made his presence known. A check of the area resulted in negative contact. 01/21/17 09: ROCK HAVEN RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0927 hours, I was dispatched to assist Harrisonville Police Department with a disturbance involving a weapon at 2201 Rock Haven Rd. in Harrisonville. One party was detained and released to Harrisonville PD upon their arrival. 01/21/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/21/2017, at approximately 1635 hours, I made contact with Dawn Skinner on Cass County warrants and Bond was set at $260.00, cash only, and a court date of 02/14/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 01/21/17 17: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On 01/21/2017 at approximately 1726 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a burglary at E. State Route 58 outside of Pleasant Hill, MO. Upon my arrival, I contacted the victim Robert Watson who reported the home he is in the process of purchasing was burglarized. Tools and building materials were taken from the residence. A suspect has not been identified. 01/21/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On January 21, 2017 at about 1935 hours, I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office to conduct a Drug Recognition Evaluation on Marinus J. Smith for Pleasant Hill Police Department. Upon arrival I conducted my evaluation and determined Mr. Smith is under the influence of a Central Nervous System Depressant. 01/21/17 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2110 Hours, I made contact with Marinus John Smith, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CACR00017 for DWI. 01/21/17 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/21/2017, at approximately 2255 Hours, I made contact with Brian Reed Mckeown at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14-CA-CR00266 for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked/Suspended-2nd Or Subseqent Offense.

8 01/22/17 00:58 175TH ST / MERRIOTT, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday Janauary 22, 2017 at approximately 0101 hours, I was dispatched to Merriott Rd and 175th St. In reference to a vehicle left road side with its hazard lights on. No subject was located in the area. Vehicle was towed by Stever Tow due to being a traffic hazard. Registered owner was contacted. 01/22/17 02:30 SB 49/MM 149, ARCHIE On January 22, 2017 at about 0256 hours, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash on southbound US Interstate 49 at mile marker 149. Upon arrival I contacted the suspect and she was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. 01/22/17 03:30 BELTON PD, BELTON On Sunday January 22, 2017 at approximately 0258 hours, I was dispatched to Belton Police Department to transfer prisoner with an active Cass County warrant. I took custody of a white male with an active Cass County warrant. Male subject was transported to Cass County Jail and turned over to jail staff. 01/22/17 10: TH TER, BELTON On 01/22/2017, at approximately 1046 hours, I responded to 901 E 174th Terrace, Belton, in reference to property damage. My investigation revealed a mailbox was destroyed. No suspects have been identified at this time. 01/22/17 11: COLONY AVE, EAST LYNNE On 01/22/2017 at approximately 1145 hours, I was dispatched to 709 Colony Ave, East Lynne, MO to the report of a theft from an automobile. Upon my arrival, I contacted the victim, Andrew Jones who reported several items were stolen from his work truck. A suspect has not yet been identified. 01/22/17 13:13 215TH/ COLEMAN RD, PECULIAR On 01/22/2017 at approximately 1313 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a motor vehicle accident which occured on 01/17/2017. I contacted the driver, Sarah Wagner who reported she struck a dog in the roadway on her way to work. The owner of the dog has been identified but not yet notified. 01/22/17 15: TH ST, BELTON On 01/22/2017, at approximately 1619 hours, I responded to Belton Regional Medical Center in reference to an assault. My investigation revealed a domestic assault had occurred at 504 E 165th Street, Belton and a suspect has been identified. 01/22/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/22/2017 at approximately 1622 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office to take the report of a motor vehicle accident which occured on 7 Hwy near State Route P. The driver, Marietta Spratt indicated a dark colored SUV came into her lane, side-swiping her vehicle and breaking the driver's door window. A suspect vehicle has not yet been identified. 01/22/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/22/2017, at approximately 1720 hours, I made contact with Jamie Whitlow at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County weekend warrant for driving while revoked. Subject was given a signature bond and a court date of 03/02/2017 at 0900 hours. 01/22/17 17:10 NB 7/TIEMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, January 22, 2017 at approximately 1709 hours I conducted a traffic stop at State Route 7 and Tieman Road on a Pontiac Sunfire for failing to use FORM electronic signal Press while Reports making = UPDATED left hand turn in an intersection. Megan McGee was contacted and taken into custody for an active Cass County warrant then transported to the jail. 01/22/17 20: TH ST, PECULIAR On January 22, 2017 at about 2015 hours, I was dispatched to 9010 E. 225th street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Randy Helt. Mr. Helt told me he and the suspect had been arguing. Mr. Helt said when he walked into the basement the suspect followed, opened the door and the door hit him in the head. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 01/22/17 22:16 293RD ST/BONAR, GARDEN CITY On Sunday January 22, 2017 at approximately 2220 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Bonar road and 293rd street. In reference to a single vehicle MVA. Vehicle was rolled over and driver was transported for suicidal thoughts. No apparent injury was caused due to the accident. Vehicle was towed from the scene by J's Southland.
