I served Cass County warrant 06CA-CR for Non-support. Bond was set at $ Cash only and a court date of 08/09/2016 at 1330 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 07/11/16 01:31 NB 49/MM 173, RAYMORE On July 11, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on a silver Honda Civic on north bound Interstate 49 north of North Cass Parkway. The driver was issued summons for traffic violations and possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger was arrested for possession of controlled substance. 07/11/16 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday 07/11/2016 at approximately 0850 hours I made contact with Baer, Michael A. at the Cass County Jail, and informed him of an active Cass County warrant. I informed Baer, Michael A. of warrant # for Driver/Front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt, with a $10.00 cash bond and a court date of 07/19/2016 at 0900 hours in Division 5 of the Cass County Justice Center. 07/11/16 08: TH ST, PECULIAR On Monday, , at approximately 0852 hours I was dispatched to East 237th street in reference to a disturbance in progress. Dispatch informed me that a male subject was attempting to gain entry into a his wife s house. My investigation revealed that there was a dispute between a husband and wife with no crime committed. 07/11/16 11: VANMETER RD, FREEMAN On Monday at approximately 1153 hours I was dispatched to South Van Meter road in reference to Fraudulent use of a credit card. A debit card has been used without the owners permission. A possible suspect has been identified. 07/11/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1155 hours, I arrested James Purcell on a felony warrant. Bond was set at $25, cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 07/11/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1125 hours, Nicholas Bysor was remanded to my custody by the Div 3 Associate Circuit Judge. Bond was set at $25, cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 07/11/16 13: SYCAMORE GROVE RD, GARDEN CITY On July 11, 2016 I conducted a check the welfare of a suicidal subject at S. Sycamore Grove Rd, Garden City, Missouri. I made contact with the subject who requested help. The subject was voluntarily transported by Garden City EMS. 07/11/16 16: OLINGER, STRASUBRG On July 11, 2016 I conducted a stealing investigation at 313 Olinger, Strasburg, Missouri. I made contact with the reporting party Richard Ross, w/m, who reported his aluminum boat stolen from his property. A suspect has been identified in this investigation.

2 07/11/16 17:40 2 CIRCLE DR, BALDWIN LAKE On July 11, 2016 at approximately 1746 hours, I along with Deputy Sherrell #614 were dispatched to 2 Circle Drive located in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a possible death. My investigation revealed that a subject died of unknown causes. The Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office was contacted. 07/11/16 23:23 SB 49/211TH, PECULIAR On 07/11/2016, at approximately 2346 hours, myself, several other deputies and the Harrisonville Police Department were involved in a vehicle pursuit. The pursuit ended in the apprehension of one suspect by the Harrisonville Police Department. 07/12/16 03: RD ST, BELTON On 07/12/2016 at approximately 0404 hours I responded to the Belton Police Department on a warrant arrest. Upon arrival I made contact with two parties with active warrants. Both parties were taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/12/16 04:17 I-49 N 211TH ST, PECULIAR On Monday July 23rd, 2016 at approximately 2323 hours I assisted the Harrisonville Police Department with a vehicle pursuit. 07/12/16 04:20 SB I-49 SOUTH OF 58 HWY, BELTON On Monday, July 11th 2016, at 2323 hours, I responded to the area of northbound I-49 at North Cass Parkway in reference to assisting the Harrisonville Police Department who were involved in a vehicle pursuit. During the pursuit, a large piece of metal flew off of the suspect vehicle and struck the front right of my patrol vehicle damaging it. 07/12/16 04:24 I 49 SOUTH OF 211, PECULAIR While assisting Harrisonville Missouri Police Department with a vehicle I injuried my right knee causing an abrasion. I was treated and release with the abrasion being cleaned at Cass Regional Medical Center. 07/12/16 06:23 SB 7/N OF SYCAMORE GROVE, On 07/12/2016, at approximately 0648 hours, I responded to south bound State Route 7 north of Sycamore Grove Road in reference to a single vehicle motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries and the vehicle was towed from the scene with disabling damage. 07/12/16 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0710 hours, I contacted William Travis Gericke at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant #14CA-CR0298 for Failure to Appear Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $50, Cash or Surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 07/12/16 08:44 203RD/SCHOOL, PECULIAR On Tuesday at approximately 0844 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of 203rd street and School road in reference to a Motor Vehicle accident. Upon arrival I made contact with Bollinger, Chase M. w/m who was involved in a single vehicle accident. Nobody was injured in this accident. 07/12/16 09:29 WESTERN RECEPT DIAG CORR CENTER, ST. JOSEPH On at 0929 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. Mr. Wasmer was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/12/16 13: EAST CEDAR RIDGE RD, CLEVELAND On July 12th, 2016 at approximately 1355 hours I was dispatched to South East Cedar Ridge Road, Belton, Missouri in reference to checking the welfare. A subject was identified and transported to the Cass Regional Medical Center for a medical evaluation. 07/12/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday 07/12/2016 at approxiamtely 1745 hours I made contact with Johnson, Melody Dawn at the Cass County jail, and served her with an active Cass County warrant. I served Johnson, Melody Dawn with warrant #16CA-CR00640 for Damage to Jail/Jail Property with a $ % cash allowed bond and a court date of 08/08/2016 at 0900 hours in Division 3 of the Cass County Justice Center, warrant # for FTA- Driver/Front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt with a $10.00 cash only bond, Warrant # for FTA- failure to maintain financial responsibility with a $ cash only bond, both with a court date of 08/16/2016 at 0900 in Division 5 of the Cass County Justice Center. 07/12/16 14:35 VERNON COUNTY JAIL, NEVADA On at 1435 hours, I responded to the Vernon County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Bobby West into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR01200 for Fail To Appear, bond $50,000. Mr. West was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/12/16 17: RD ST, BELTON On July 14, 2016, I responded to the Belton, Missouri Jail in reference a prisoner transport. I placed Michael B. Hedgpeth into custody on a ounty warrant. Mr. Hedgpeth was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/12/16 19: JERRY, RAYMORE On 07/12/2016 at approximately 1920 hours I was dispatched to 901 N Jerry Ave, Raymore Missouri in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed a resident of the home removed items without the home owner's consent, and this was a civil matter. No crime occurred. 07/12/16 20: D ST, CREIGHTON On 07/12/2016, at approximately 2122 hours, I responded to 308 D Street, Creighton, Missouri, in reference to harassment. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 07/12/16 20: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On 07/13/2016 at approximately 2045 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed a bottle of medication was taken from the residence at East State Route 2 Highway. A suspect has been identified. 07/13/16 01:58 58/S MADISON, RAYMORE On Wednesday, July 13th 2016, at 0158 hours, I was dispatched to 58 Highway and South Madison in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Raymore Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and drug paraphernalia was located during a probable cause search. 07/13/16 09:38 JACKSON COUNTY MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On at 0938 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. Ms. Jons-Fansler was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/13/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On June 28th 2016 I spoke with the reporting party about possibly fraud and corruption. The information provided has been dealt with in the past by several agencies and has been unfounded. 07/13/16 10:46 177TH/D HWY, BELTON On July 13, 2016 I attempted vehicle stop for speeding in the area of 174th Terrace Belton, Missouri. The vehicle a Black and green sports bike the motorcycle failed to stop and fled into Kansas on 175th Street. The vehicle pursuit was terminated. No suspect was identified. 07/13/16 12:11 JOHNSON COUNTY KS, OLATHE On at 1211 hours, I responded to the Johnson County Kansas Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Angela Bulger into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00618 for Probation Violation, bond $50,000 cash only. Ms. Bulger was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/13/16 12:29 WAGONOR RD/B HWY, On July 13, 2016 I conducted a vehicle stop at the intersection of B Highway and Wagoner Road of a black in color KIA Sephia. Ms. Becky Wilhelm was placed into custody for an active Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 07/13/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO. Upon arrival I contacted Jacqueline Collings who stated someone had stolen her mail. One suspect has been identified at this time. 07/13/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/13/2016, at approximately 1400 hours, I made contact with Angela Turner on Cass County warrant 11CA-CR /13/16 14: STATE RT B., ARCHIE On July 13th, 2016 at approximately 1449 I was dispatched to Cass Regional Medical Center in reference to an animal bite. 07/13/16 15:54 NB 49/155, BELTON On Wednesday, July 13th, 2016 at approximately 1554 hours I conducted a traffic stop on northbound Interstate 49 near 155th Street on a red 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. The white female driver was arrested on two Harrisonville PD FTA traffic warrants. 07/13/16 19: TH TER, BELTON On July 13, 2016 I was contacted by telephone by Ms. Kirsten Stephenson in regards to concerns of her husband Christopher Stephenson. Contact was made with family members and veteran resources for further possible resources for Mr. Stephenson as he continues to battle with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and on going effects of a Traumatic Brain Injury.

Owner of live stock has been identified. 07/14/16 00: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On July 14, 2016, I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office regarding a domestic issue. My investigation revealed a female party,was physically assaulted. A suspect was identified and taken into custody. 07/14/16 01: RD ST, BELTON On July 14, 2016 at about 0131 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival at about 0142 hours, I took custody of Mr. Christopher W. Deshazer and transported him to the Cass County jail. 07/14/16 04:21 223RD/THORNGROVE, HARRISONVILLE On July 14, 2016 at about 0424 hours, I was dispatched to 223rd street and Thorngrove in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I contacted the driver, Mrs. Theresa Henry who said she tried to avoid a deer in the road. By avoiding the deer Mrs. Henry said she left the gravel roadway and drove thru a barbed wire fence. 07/14/16 08: ST TER, PECULIAR On July 14, 2016, I was advised by dispatch of a telephone report of suspicious activity at E. 241st Terrace, Peculiar, Missouri. I spoke to Nicole L. Haberstroh who said between 0100 hours and 0530 hours someone went through their three vehicles. Mrs. Haberstroh said that there was nothing missing at this time. 07/14/16 08:16 PHELPS COUNTY JAIL, ROLLA On 07/14/16 at 0816 hours, I responded to the Phelps County MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Robert Vanarkle into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00718 for Non Support, bond $7,500 cash only. Mr. Vanarkle was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/14/16 10: GARDEN DR, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1028 hours, I responded to 1015 Garden Drive in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Tanya Spears who stated her ex-husband was attempting gain access to her house. One subject has been identified and taken into custody. 07/14/16 10:47 93 BEULAH ST, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, July 14, 2016 at approximately 1125 hours I was dispatched to contact a female subject by phone in reference to a domestic disturbance. Janice Zoellers said she had been in an argument with her husband and wanted a deputy to respond. The investigation revealed a domestic assault had occurred and a suspect has been identified. 07/14/16 13:43 CASEYS PARKING LOT, BELTON On Thursday, July 14, 2016 at approximately 1325 hours I obtained a 96 Hour Detention, Evaluation and Treatment and Warrant (Case #16CA-MH00004) from the Sheriff's Office for a Joel Phillip Hallier. The driver was placed into custody for active Grandview, Missouri warrants. The passenger was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia. 07/14/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 14, 2016, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office front lobby located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street Harrisonville, Missouri for a disorderly subject. The subject was identified and no crimes had occurred. 07/14/16 16: CHADWICK DR, PECULIAR On July 14, 2016 I was dispatched to S. Chadwick, Peculiar, Missouri for a report of stealing. I spoke to Ward R. Shane who said that some one went through his truck that was parked in his driveway and stole change and lottery tickets. A suspect has been identified. 07/14/16 17: CROWN PARK, BELTON On July 14th, 2016 I was dispatched to 7197 Crown Park, Belton, Missouri in reference to a Disturbance in progress. A female subject, stated she had been assaulted. The suspect in this case was identified, and placed into custody. The defendant was transported to the Cass County Regional Medical Center for treatment of chest pains, then to the Cass County Jail 07/14/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1050 hours, a combative inmate was placed in the restraint chair at the Cass County Jail. 07/14/16 19: BRICKPLANT RD, HARRISONVILLE On July 14, 2016 I responded to Brickplant road in reference to a trespassing in progress. Upon arrival I spoke with Curtis Blythe who stated that a female subject was trespassing on his property. A suspect was contacted and placed in custody for active warrants. 07/14/16 20: TH ST, PECULIAR On July 14, 2016 I responded to E 215th in reference to a suicidal subject in a tree with a rope. Upon arrival I spoke with the male subject who voluntarily came down from the tree and was transported by Ambulance. 07/14/16 22:05 PECULIAR DR S OF 195TH, PECULIAR On July 14, 2016 at about 2207 hours I was dispatched to the Peculiar Police Department in reference to a motor vehicle crash that took place out in the county. Upon arrival I conducted my investigation and contacted all the participants in the incident. 07/14/16 23: ASH ST, BELTON On July 14, 2016 at about 2330 hours, I was dispatched to S. Ash in reference to a verbal disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mrs. Joy Kruse who said Adam Kruse was yelling at her but has left the residence and she did not want him to return home. It did not appear as if a crime had been committed.

While assisting the motorist, Deron K. Bobb, it was discovered that he had an active warrant through Jackson County, Missouri for failure to appear on a misdemeanor traffic violation. Mr. Bobb was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was given a bond of $ % cash per Jackson County, Missouri. 07/15/16 11: TH ST, BELTON On Friday , at approximately 1154 hours I was dispatched to 3206 East 195th street in reference to a disturbance in progress. My investigation revealed that this was a verbal argument. No crime has been committed. 07/15/16 17: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On July 15, 2016 I conducted an assault investigation at S. State Route 7, Harrisonville, Missouri. I spoke with the victim who reported he was hit by a unknown pipe or stick in his left arm. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 07/15/16 17: TH STREET, OVERLAND PARK On 07/15/2016, at approximately 1858 hours, I responded to E State Route P, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a fraud. My investigation revealed the victims debit card had been copied and used at a mall in Overland Park, Kansas. This investigation is ongoing. 07/15/16 18:02 FREEMAN FLEA MARKET, FREEMAN On July 15th, 2016 at approximately 1805 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of 2 highway, and O Highway at the Freeman Flea Market in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed that a burglary was not committed. 07/15/16 18: YY, PECULIAR On Friday, July 15, 2016 at about 1820 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Regional Hospital in regards to a possible drug overdose. 07/15/16 23:53 58 HWY & SE OUTER RD, BELTON On Friday, July 15th 2016, at 2353 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Waffle House located near the intersection of 58 Highway and Se Outer Road on a red 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser for having an expired temporary license plate. The white female driver was arrested for an active Cass County warrant for passing bad checks with a bond of $4, /15/16 23:58 2ND ST AND C ST, CREIGHTON On , I investigated an Assault that occurred at the Creighton City Park. The victim suffered bruising and lacerations to the left side of his face. A suspect in the case has been identified. 07/16/16 01: WINDSOR DR, CREIGHTON On Saturday July 16th, 2016 at approximately 0121 hours I was dispatched to 621 Windsor Dr. in Creighton, MO in reference to a domestic disturbance. Suspects have been identified in this case. 07/16/16 02:00 7/RICHLAND, PLEASANT HILL On 07/16/16, at approximately 0200 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a silver Chevrolet Malibu with Missouri license for failing to stop at a posted stop sign. My investigation resulted in the recovery of marijuana and the issuance of a

My investigation revealed two brothers had been in a physical disturbance. My investigation revealed no clear suspect at this time. 07/16/16 11: TH ST, FREEMAN On Saturday at approximately 1128 hours I was dispatched to East 267th street in reference to a Burglary that has occurred. A yellow hatchback type car was seen loading items by a neighbor. No suspects has been identified yet. 07/16/16 12: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday at approximately 1240 hours I was dispatched to an area approximately one mile west of Harrisonville in reference to a man lying in the roadway. One male was transported to the VA hospital in Kansas City by EMS. 07/16/16 16:55 2/ETHEL, DREXEL On Saturday at approximately 1700 hours I was dispatched to the Drexel Police Department in reference to a wanted subject. One female was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/16/16 18: LAKE RD, GARDEN CITY On 07/16/2016 at approximately 1843 hours I was dispatched to 300 Lake Road Lot 3, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed a male caused injuries to a female at this residence. An arrest was made. 07/16/16 23:55 CASS COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS, 07/17/16 01:46 NB 163RD ST, BELTON On Sunday, July 17th 2016, at 0146 hours, I attempted to stop a black 1994 Ford Taurus for an equipment violation. The vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit was initiated. The vehicle came to a stop in the block of Granada in Overland Park, Kansas and the white male driver was apprehended by K9 Champ after attempting to flee the scene on foot. 07/17/16 08:50 258TH ST AT S. LAKEVIEW DR, LAKE ANNETTE On Sunday, July 17, 2016 at approximately 0923 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to a reported abandoned motor vehicle at 258th Street and South Lakeview Drive in Lake Annette, Missouri. I found the vehicle, a red in color 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, bearing Missouri license was facing east on 258th Street and was partially blocking the roadway. I also observed that a small window on the driver's side rear door was broken out. Belton Police attempted to contact the owner of the vehicle, Brittaney N. Killham, white female via the address on her DOR (Department of Revenue), but they had negative contact. The vehicle was removed by Miller Tow and was taken to their secure facility. 07/17/16 14:44 191ST ST/Y HWY, BELTON On Sunday at approximately 1444 hours I was dispatched to State rout Y and 191st street in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was towed due to it impeding the flow of traffic.

9 07/17/16 15: ZOOK ST, GUNN CITY On July 17, 2016 I conducted an investigation of a missing person at E. Zook St, Gunn City, Missouri. I made contact with the subject's wife who said she has not heard from her husband since he was at work on Friday July 15, /17/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 07/17/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 07/17/16 20:15 7/P, PLEASANT HILL On 07/17/2016, at approximately 2015 hours, I was dispatched to the area of State Route 7 between Harrisonville and Pleasant Hill, Missouri, to assist in the search for a stolen auto. My investigation resulted in locating the vehicle and taking one suspect into custody. 07/17/16 22: RD ST, BELTON On July 18, 2016 I conducted a prisoner transfer from the Belton Police Department. I arrested Tasha Henry, w/f on active Cass County warrants 15-CAFTA-1431 and 15-CAFTA-1432 for failure to appear on Fail to dim bright lights and fail to maintain financial responsibility. A court date of July 26, 2016 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $500 cash only.
