1 06/03/13 05:57 CASS MIDWAY, FREEMAN On Monday, June 3, 2013 at approximately 0557 hours I was dispatched to State Route 2 and Groh Rd, Freeman, MO in reference to a report of a motor vehicle accident. I contacted Julie Williams who said that another vehicle hit her vehicle while she was attempting to turn south onto Groh Rd. The driver of the other vehicle has been identified. 06/03/13 06: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 06/04/2013 at approximately 0715 hours, I made contact with Russell Dwayne Kircher at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Kircher the Cass County Warrant #13CA-CR00630, bond was set at $7, cash only, and a court date of 06/06/2013 was given. 06/03/13 07: SB 49/SIOUX CHIEF, On June 3, 2013 at approximately 0750 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on Northbound I-49 at approximately the 164 mile marker. The vehicle was stopped for not having a front license plate. The driver was arrested for driving without a valid license, the passenger was arrested on an active Clay County Probation violation warrant. Suspects have been identified and placed in custody during this incident. 06/03/13 10: OUTER RD, ARCHIE On June 03, 2013 I conducted a stealing investigation at SE Outer Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri. The reporting party Timothy A. Schacher, w/m, said that one of his customers vehicle's catalytic converter was stolen sometime over the weekend. No suspects have been identified at this time. 06/03/13 11: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Monday June 3rd, 2013 at approximately 1215 hours I was dispatched to 201 Date Street in Garden City, Missouri in reference to stealing from a motor vehicle. Upon arrival I made contact with Shannon Leslie, W/M. No suspects have been identified. 06/03/13 12: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On June 3rd, 2013 at approximately 1246 hours, I investigated a burglary that occurred at South Prospect Avenue, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim identified as Kenneth Richard Brown said that his buildings were damaged by the suspect(s) as they forced their way into two of his buildings. The victim also said that he believes numerous items were stolen and it appeared as if his trailer and boat were being loaded with items for a second burglary. 06/03/13 12: ND ST, CREIGHTON On Monday June 3, 2013, I was advised by dispatch that a male subject named, Phillip A. Hayduke, may have shot himself in the hand and was currently at the Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton. Investigation continues. 06/03/13 13: HIGHWAY, PLEASANT HILL On Monday June 3rd, 2013 at approximately 1357 hours I was dispatched to Missouri 7 Highway in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with Charles Hawley, W/M. Suspects have been identified in the case. 06/03/13 13: MORRISON RD, On Monday, June 3, 2013, I checked the welfare of a white male that had left his residence located at 701 Linwood, Apartment 34, Harrisonville, Missouri, in the middle of the night. The male's mother reported that the male had not verbally spoken to anyone in the household for approximatley 3 weeks. The male was located at 202 Morrison Street, Raymore, Missouri.

2 06/03/13 13:45 COMMUTER LOT, GARDEN CITY On June 03, 2013 I conducted a stealing investigation at the Garden City commuter lot, Garden City, Missouri. I made contact with Chad M. Currence with APAC-Missouri who reported the companies 18' C&C flatbed trailer stolen sometime between 1930 hours on 05/30/2013 and 1300 hours today. There have been no suspects identified in this investigation at this time. 06/03/13 15: LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On Monday June 3rd, 2013 at approximately 1556 hours I was dispatched to S. Little Rd. in rural Garden City, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Lana Baird, W/f. A suspect was identified and taken into custody. 06/03/13 16:30 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 06/03/13 at 1336 hours. I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Roger Lee into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00365 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 Mr Lee was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/03/13 16: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On June 03, 2013 was involved in a vehicle pursuit with a blue Ford Aerostar on South bound I-49. The pursuit ended at Fireworks Importers E. 275th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest by fleeing. 06/03/13 16:56 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 06/03/13 at 1336 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Chris L Morris into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR01036 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 cash only Mr Morris was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/03/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 06/03/2013 at approximately 1500 hours, Cody Russell was remanded into custody in Cass County Division 1 for Thief/ Stealing, Case number 11CA-CR , sentence to DOC. I then transported Cody Russell to the Cass County Jail. 06/03/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 06/03/2013 at approximately 1530 hours, Dennis Moore was remanded into custody in Cass County Division 1 for Receiving stolen property, Case number 12CA-CR ,and sentence to DOC. I then transported Dennis Moore to the Cass County Jail. 06/03/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 06/03/2013 at approximately 1700 hours, Trent Hammontree was remanded into custody in Cass County Division 1 for Forgery, Case number 12CA-CR , and sentence to DOC. I then transported Trent Hammontree to the Cass County Jail. 06/03/13 17:07 215TH/E OF HOLMES, BELTON On Monday June 3, 2013, I was dispatched to the Sheriff s Office to return a call to a Michelle Strophman in regards to threats in a road rage incident. Investigation continues.

3 06/03/13 17: ND ST, ARCHIE On Monday June 3, 2013, while at the Sheriff s Office, dispatch advised that a Skip Schrock wanted a return telephone call about stolen license plate tabs. Upon calling, I took a report for stolen license plate tabs. Unknown where the incident took place and there are no leads to follow-up on. Therefore this incident will be listed as closed. 06/03/13 18: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday June 3, 2013, I was dispatched to E. 203rd Street in regards to an animal complaint. Upon my arrival, I met with the reporting party, Jamie L. Ponder, who advised that she witnessed a dog attack her dog in her backyard. Investigation continues. 06/03/13 18: MO-7, HARRISONVILLE On Monday June 3rd I took information on a non criminal information only situation between Ronald Crust and Gary Durnell. 06/03/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On June 3, 2013 I arrested Jeremiah D. Ruby, w/m, on probation violation warrant 13-CAPBR-108. Mr. Ruby was given a court date of June 4, 2013 at 0900 hours with bond set at $4,000 10% cash only. 06/03/13 20: OLD 7 HIGHWAY, GARDEN CITY On Monday, June 3rd 2013, at 2026 hours, I attempted to initiate a traffic stop in the area of Old 7 Highway and Park Avenue in Garden City on a black 1999 Chrysler PT Cruiser. The white female driver was arrested for resisting arrest, driving while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. The white male passenger was identified but fled the scene on foot and was not apprehended. 06/04/13 08: TH ST, BELTON On June 4, 2013 at approximately 0854 hours, I investigated a burglary at 4900 East 187th Street, Belton, Missouri. The victim identified as Dorothy Opal Haney, reported that her out building was broken into and the suspects left their vehicle at the scene. No suspect(s) have been identified. 06/04/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1025 hours, I made contact with Steven Mitchell at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #11CA-CR for probation violation. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/04/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 06/04/13 at 0950 hours I took Edmiston, Kelly into custody on an active Cass County warrant for FTA-Possession of Controlled substance. Bond was set at $20,000 10% cash only and a court date of 06/17/13 at 0900 hours. 06/04/13 10:12 2 HWY/ 71 HWY, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday June 4th, 2013 at 1012 hours I was dispatched to the area of I-49 and MO 2 Highway reference to a non-injury motor vehicle crash. I made contact with Michael Read, W/M and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 06/04/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 06/04/2013 at approximately 1425 hours, I made contact with Justin B. Hutchinson, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Hutchinson Cass County warrant# 13CA-CR00676, Bond was set at $4, % cash only, with a court date of 06/11/2013 at 0900 hours was given.

4 06/04/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1425 hours, I contacted Jason S Farrar at the Cass County Jail and served warrant #13CA-CR00673 for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. Bond was set at $10, Cash or Surety. 06/04/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1430 hours, I made contact with Lisa J Mitchell at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00674 for resisting or interfering with arrest. Bond was set at $3,500.00, cash or surety, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/04/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1434 hours, Inmate Christopher Scott Mysak stated he slipped on the wet floor in Con 4 hall area. Medical staff was contacted and Inmate Mysak was seen by on call nurse. 06/04/13 15:30 OZARK CORRECTIONAL CENTER, FORDLAND On 06/04/13 at 0858 hours. I responded to the Ozark Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Robert D Scales into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR00958 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only, MR Scales was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/04/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1125 hours, I made contact with Derek T. Ford in the Division five courtroom at the Cass County Justice Center. I took Mr. Ford into custody per court order. 06/04/13 18:06 ARCHIE MAIN ST/IN FRONT OF DAYCARE, ARCHIE On Tuesday June 4th, 2013 at approximately 1806 hours I was dispatched to the Archie Daycare in Archie, Missouri reference a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with both parties who were separated for the remainder of the evening. 06/04/13 20:24 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On June 04, 2013, at approximately 2100 hours, I responded to the Pleasant Hill Missouri Police Department, reference a warrant service. I then took Penny S. Kerr into custody on Cass County Warrants #13ca-cr00249, for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, bond $ cash or surety. Ms. Kerr was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/04/13 22: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 06/04/13, at approximately 2210 Hours, I made contact with Richard W. Tyner at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Jackson County warrant # for Speeding and warrant # for driving while reovked. 06/04/13 22:40 7/ORCHARD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, June 4th 2013, at 2240 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on northbound 7 Highway at Orchard Road in Harrisonville, Missouri on a black 1994 Ford Explorer. The front seat passenger, identified as Heidi E. Benton, was arrested for active Belton warrant #13BO0517 for possession of dangerous drugs. 06/05/13 03: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On June 5, 2013 I arrested Wesley C. Fitzgerald, w/m, at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Callaway County warrant 12CWCR01249 for failure to appear on driving while revoked.

5 06/05/13 07: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0425 hours I responded to E-block cell 6, regarding a medical emergency with Garcia, Steven A. H/M, Inmate Garcia was treated and transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for further treatment. 06/05/13 10: PHOENIX DR, PECULIAR On at approximately 1018 hours I responded to S Phoenix Drive in reference to a suicidal subject. Upon arrival I contacted the victim who stated she had taken a whole bottle of pills because she was depressed. She was transported for treatment by West Peculiar Fire and EMS. 06/05/13 11:47 BATES COUNTY, BUTLER On at approximately 1804 hrs. A warrant arrest was made at Bates County Sheriff Office on a Cass County warrant. Subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/05/13 16: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, June 5th, 2013, I took a report of telephone harassment occurring on today's date at East 227th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, at reported by Patricia D. Toepfer-Ruiz and Barbara D. Brown. There is suspect information. 06/05/13 18: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On June 5, 2013 at approximately 1905 horus, I assisted McDonald County with a civil matter at E 275th Garden City. I spoke with Lt. Christopher Allison from McDonald County who requested assistance recovering a vehicle located in Cass County. The vehicle was brought to the Cass County Sheriff's Office. The owners of the vehicle will pick it up from the parking lot. 06/05/13 20:44 ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On June 05, 2013 I responded to a call of a suicidal subject on Orient Cemetery Rd and Camp Branch Road, Harrisonville, Missouri Contact was made with the suicidal subject. The subject was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville, Missouri for medical evaluation. 06/05/13 22: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On June 5, 2013 at approximately 2250 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in front of P highway. The vehicle was stopped for having an expired license plate. The driver was arrested for an active warrant through Dallas County. A suspect had been identified and placed in custody for this incident. 06/05/13 23:17 ST ROUTE C AT BROADWAY, PECULIAR On June, 5, 2013 at about 2317 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on MO State Highway C and Broadway in Peculiar MO. A passenger of the vehicle was arrested on ten Kansas City Warrants. Passenger was transported to Kansas City Police Station and released to jail personnel. 06/05/13 23:49 ROCK HAVEN RD AND INDIAN SPRINGS, HARRISONVILLE On June 5, 2013 at approximately 2348 hours, Lake Winnebago Officer Christopher Heines #824, was in pursuit of a vehicle southbound on 291 highway at 58 highway. I assisted with the vehicle pursuit which ended on Rock haven road at Indian springs. I recovered the vehicle which had been reported stolen in Kansas City, MO. There was no suspect information at the time of report.

I served Mr. Tittle The Cass County Warrant 12-CA-CR01117, Bond set at $10,000 Cash only. 06/06/13 06: JENNIFER LN, GARDEN CITY On I investigated a report of a disturbance that occurred at 603 Jennifer Ln Garden City MO. My investigation revealed that nothing criminal occurred. All involved parties have been identified. 06/06/13 08: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On June 6, 2013, at approximately 0858 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street located in Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a fraud report. My investigation revealed that no crime has occurred at this time. The reporting party gave personal information over the telephone to an unknown person. 06/06/13 09: STATE ROUTE EE HWY, HARRISONVILLE On June 6, 2013, at approximately 0928 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic in reference to a lost property. My investigation revealed that a trailer license went missing at some point before June 3, /06/13 09:45 10 LAKE WINNEBAGO DR, LAKE WINNEBAGO On June 6, 2013, I conducted a prisoner transport from the Lake Winnebago Police Department to the Cass County Jail. Lisa J. Palmer was arrested on a Cass County passing bad checks warrant with a $3, ten percent cash only bond and transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 06/06/13 11: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, June 6th, 2013, Brent A. Duffey made a report of suspicious activity that occurred at his residence at East 251st Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on today's date. Mr. Duffey stated he observed an unknown subject looking into windows of one of his vehicles then run off. There is suspect information. 06/06/13 14:21 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 06/06/13 at 1032 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took David E Clark into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00549 for Driving while Revoked/Suspended, bond $5,000, Mr Clark was transported to the Cass County Jail. 06/06/13 16: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On at approximately 1702 hours I responded to S State Route Y outside of Belton, MO, in reference to a disturbance no longer in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Vanessa Vankirk who stated that her exboyfriend had came to her residence, damaged her vehicle and ran over her mailbox. 06/06/13 17: PRETTYMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1758 hours I responded to S Prettyman Road outside of Harrisonville, MO, in reference to a fraud investigation. Upon arrival I spoke with Marissa Brown who stated someone had used her debit card without her consent. 06/06/13 18: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 06/05/2013 at approximately 1736 hours, I made contact with Jeffrey D. Ramsey, who turned himself into the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrant #12CA-CR01038, bond $3, cash or surety. I also served Cass County warrant #12CA-CR00643, bond $3, cash or surety.

7 06/06/13 19: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On June 6, 2013, I towed an abandoned vehicle blocking traffic located at S State Route 7. The vehicle was a silver 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser 4 door. 06/06/13 22:02 PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On Thursday, June 6, 2013 at about 2213 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a motor vehicle accident that had occurred on Peculiar Drive near 195th street. Both drivers were identified at time of report. 06/06/13 23: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On June 06,2013 at approximately 2305 hours I was dispatched to East 203rd in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to shots fired. Upon arrival I made contact with Woods, William, white male, who stated someone had entered his vehicles, his outbuildings and fired a shot behind his house. There was no suspect information at the time of report. 06/06/13 23: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 06/06/2013 at approximately 2350 hours, I made contact with Robert D. Scales at the Cass County Justice center on Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Scales the Cass County Warrants #13CA-CR000694, Bond set at $10, cash only. 06/07/13 09: CURLY LN, LAKE ANNETTE On June 7, 2013 at approximately 1042 hours, I investigated an assault that occurred at 8502 Curly Lane, Lake Annette, Missouri. The victim identified as Duane E Sellers, reported that a male subject hit his vehicle with a tire iron and then threatened him while he was on 258th Place. A suspect has been identified. 06/07/13 14:36 291/ 1 M NORTH OF WATERS, HARRISONVILLE On June 7th, 2013 at approximately 1445 hours, I investigated stealing in the area of State Route 291, 1 mile north of Waters Road. The reporting party stated that his bill board sign was stolen from the plate form during the last week. It was later revealed that the incident was a civil matter between three companies. This report will be a non-criminal report. 06/07/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1330 hours, I took over an investigation on an assault that had occured in the Cass County Couthouse. The reporting party, Yolanda Regina Shelby, initially reported the assault to the Harrisonville Police Department. Ms. Shelby did not know the name of the suspects, but identified them as the mother and father of her sons codefendant Quindell, Burrell. Ms. Shelby's son was identified as Donald Smith. Investigation to continue. 06/07/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1515 hours, I made contact with Todd C Andrews at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00696 for fugitive from out of state. Bond was set at $15,000.00, cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/07/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1700 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Justin Ryan Wyatt, warrant # for Driver/front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt, with a $10.00 cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours.

8 06/07/13 18: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1802 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Mark A. Fenton, warrant #13CA-CR00019 for FTA Driving While Revoked/Suspended with a $25, cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 06/07/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On June 7, 2013, I arrested Blaine J. Frazee, w/m, , at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County Commitment Order 12CA-CR01253 for two days shock time. 06/07/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On June 7, 2013 I arrested Christopher A. Evans, w/m, at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County Commitment Order 13CA-CR00285 for two days shock time. 06/07/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On June 7, 2013 I arrested Fredrick A. Williams, w/m, at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on two days court ordered shock time on Order of Commitment 08CA-CR Mr. Williams was also found to have an active Platte County warrant for Tresspassing 1st Degree. 06/07/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On June 7, 2013 I arrested Max L. Ash, w/m, at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00464 for Criminal Non-Support. A court date of June 13, 2013 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $20,000 cash only. 06/07/13 21:41 49/291, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, June 7th 2013, at 2141 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on northbound I-49 at 291 Highway in Harrisonville, Missouri on a silver 2001 Chevrolet Blazer. The white male driver was cited for driving while revoked. 06/08/13 04: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On Saturday, June 8th, 2013 at approximately 0452 hours, I responded to the residence of South State Route Y, Belton, Missouri in regards to a reported motor vehicle theft. Upon contacting the victim, Jimmy T. Knight, white male he stated that his red in color 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier, had been stolen. The vehicle was located by Raymore Police Department a time later near the intersection of Van Buren Street and Hubach Road and a suspect was taken into their custody. The vehicle was released to Mr. Knight after being processed for evidence. 06/08/13 07: TH ST, DREXEL On Saturday May 8th 2013 I was dispatched to 9303 E 335th Street rural Drexel Missouri on regards to an assault and trespassing. Upon arrival I contacted Patricia E Strum about the assault and Marcia L Sanders and Kylie R Sanders about the trespassing. There is suspect information on both cases. 06/08/13 09: TH ST, BELTON On June 8, 2013 at approximately 1011 hours, I investigated a disturbance that occurred at 306 East 165th Street, Belton, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Jordan M Willingham stated that his neighbor shot his running loose dog and then pointed a gun at him and shot in the ground next to him. During this investigation the reporting party changed his statement and no evidence was found to support his statement. Family members that were on scene also gave conflicting statements and a relative that stated he observed the entire incident stated that shots were not fired at the reporting party.

9 06/08/13 11: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On June 8th, 2013 at approximately 1211 hours, I investigated property damage at South Prospect Avenue, Cleveland, Missouri. The reporting party stated that her barbed wire fence had staples removed and that a repaired portion of the fence was redone in a manner that would not have been done by her. No signs of property damage were observed. This report is considered an informational report. 06/08/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1410 hours, I made contact with Benjamin Dean Forrester at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for tampering with motor vehicle 1st degree. Bond was set at $7,500.00, cash or surety, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 06/08/13 12: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday May 8th 2013 I was dispatched to E 323rd Street rural Garden City Missouri in regards to a stolen dog. I contacted Justin L Meyer who stated that he thought his ex-girlfriend Kelsee N Barnett took his dog from the kennel behind the house. Investigation revealed this is a non-criminal matter and is a civil matter. This case is listed as closed seeing that it is a civil matter. 06/08/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1200 hours, the inmate in cell Bk-6, Justin Hutchison began kicking his cell door. After flooding his cell and making suicidal comments, He was subjected to OC spray until he decided to compliy. Once complying and the cell door was open, Hutchison again became noncompliant and was tasered. He was decontaminated, treated by EMS, placed in the restraint chair. He was eventually escorted to a single inmates cell on suicide watch. 06/08/13 19: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On Saturday, June 8th, 2013 at approximately 2021 hours, I arrived at the residence of South State Route D, Cleveland, Missouri in regards to a reported accidental shooting. The victim, William C. Noyes, white male was treated at a local area hospital and was released. 06/08/13 21: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On Saturday, June 8th, 2013 at approximately 2205 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 1410 North Mullen, Raymore, Missouri in regards to a reported burglary. The victim's Kevin J. Worts and Emily R. Worts stated that no items were taken from the residence during the incident. The victim identified as Steve N Hyatt, reported that his horse had been shot in its right knee possibly by a stray bullet. Mr. Hyatt also said that his horse was later euthanized by his Veterinarian. No suspects have been identified. 06/09/13 10: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On June 09, 2013 I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office, 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a walk in assault report. I made contact with reporting party Gary W. Durnell, w/m, who stated that his neighbor pointed an handgun at him while he was out taking pictures on his property. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 06/09/13 13:33 ROCK HAVEN S OF INDIAN SPRINGS, HARRISONVILLE On June 9, 2013 at approximately 1351 hours, I investigated a disturbance that occurred on Rock Haven Road south of Indian Springs, Harrisonville, Missouri. The reporting party identified as David W Richardson stated that he and his son had a verbal argument while leaving the hospital. Both parties report no physical violence occurred and were separated. Cobb, white male was treated for his injuries and released from the hospital. A suspect has been identified, but has not been taken into custody at this time. 06/09/13 20: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On June 09, 2013, at approximately 2045 hours, I conducted a check the welfare of Larry Southers at 107 South Morrison, Raymore, Missouri.
