Denise Hardy, w/f, was arrested on Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00662 for possession of controlled substance. A court date of October 4, 2018 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $4,000 10% cash only. 08/20/18 04:30 SB 49/MM 171, RAYMORE On Monday at approximately 0432 hours I responded to South Bound Interstate 49 at Mile marker 172 in reference to a single car accident. Nobody was injured in this accident. One subject was arrested for possession of marijuana, distribution/delivery of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and operating motor vehicle on highway without valid license. 08/20/18 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/15/2018 at approximately 0400 hours, the lower tier of B-Block was searched for contraband and extra supplies. Duffy, W/F, told me her Discover Card had been charges with approximately $42, in fraudulent charges since 7/31/18. 08/20/18 10: ABBOTT DR, PECULIAR On Monday 8/20/18 at approximately I responded to S Abbott Dr in Peculiar Missouri in regards to a trespassing. Barbara L. Martin, W/F, called and told dispatch that a W/M, who by court order was not to be on her property was seen by Ms. Martin on video entering her residence with her daughter. 08/20/18 10: MORGAN ST, BOONVILLE On August 24th, 2018 at approximately 0820 hours I was dispatched to 1215 east morgan street, Boonville, Missouri in reference to a warrant service for Lucas Hetherington. 08/20/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/20/2018, at approximately 1045 Hours, I made contact with Patrick Wood at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $250 cash only and a court date of 09/25/2018 at 0900 hours was issued. 08/20/18 14: WARD RD, RAYMORE On Monday 8/20/18 at approximately 1400 hours I responded to 814 Ward Rd in Raymore Missouri in regards to a missing person. Delmar K. Stille, W/M, left the residence at approximately 0715 this morning and has not been seen or heard from since. 08/20/18 16: ST ST, CENTERVIEW On August 24th, 2018 at approximately 1115 hours I was dispatched to 217 south west 278th street, Centerview, Missouri in reference to a warrant service for Heather Ingram. 08/20/18 18: STATE ROUTE D, DREXEL On 08/20/2018, at approximately 1902 hours, I was dispatched to State Route D Highway, in regards to suspicious activity. Upon arriving my investigation revealed a burglary was attempted at the residence. A suspect has not been identified. 08/20/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/20/2018, at approximately 1950 hours, I made contact with Bryan D. Martin at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on several Cass County warrants. I served several Cass County warrants to Mr. Martin. 08/21/18 08: REFORMATORY ROAD, HUTCHISON 08/21/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/21/2018, at approximately 0900 Hours, I made contact with Lisa Hunt at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00849 for Fugitive from out of state and 18CA-CR00866 Tampering with motor vehicle. 08/21/18 09: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On 08/21/2018, at approximately 0912 hours, I responded to 809 N Mullen for an assault. The reporting party, V.L.K. w/f, said that her grandson pushed her into a door and injured her finger. The suspect was identified. 08/21/18 10: TH ST, BELTON On 08/21/2018 at approximately 1003 hours, I responded to 4506 E. 197th St, Belton, in reference to a report of stealing. Dustin Owens stated several items were missing from her residence. A suspect has been identified at this time. 08/21/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/21/2018 at 1500 hours Deputies made contact with a subject at 2501 W Mechanic St. The subject was arrested on outstanding warrants. 08/21/18 15: MCKISSOCK ST, PLEASANT HILL On 08/21/2018 at approximately 1555 hours, I assisted the Pleasant Hill Police Department with a shooting that occurred within their city limits.

Upon my arrival I contacted a white male who was allowed to be there. 08/21/18 21: SOUTHWOOD RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2130 hours I was dispatched to S. Southwood for a dog bite. Upon arrival at approximately 2145 hours I made contact with Lon Tracy. Mr. Tracy told me he had been bitten by the neighbor's dog while riding his bike in the roadway. Owner of the dog has been identified. 08/21/18 22: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 21, 2018 at approximately 2209 hours, I conducted an investigation of a vehicle in the area of Belle Plain Road and 275th Street. The vehicle attempted to evade contact. The vehicle and occupant were contacted after stopping in the area of E. 299th Street. The subject was placed into custody for an active warrant and pending charges for unlawful firearms possession. 08/21/18 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/21/2018, at approximately 2320 hours, I made contact with Danyella R. Gill at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County warrant to Ms. Gill. 08/22/18 00:38 58/GRAY DR/183RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, August 22ns 2018, I was dispatched to the area of 58 Highway and BB Highway in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Pleasant Hill Police Department who were requesting an article search for a semi automatic pistol that was used in a shooting in their city earlier in the day. K9 Champ located the black, Glock semi automatic pistol in some tall foliage on the west creek bank of Middle Big Creek. This pistol was recovered by the Pleasant Hill Police Department. 08/22/18 01:14 58/BB, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, August 22nd 2018, at 0014 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop on BB Highway north of 58 Highway after a red Jeep Wrangler almost struck my patrol car from the rear. The white male driver driver was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was cited for these offenses and released. 08/22/18 01: QUAIL RIDGE RD, BELTON On 08/22/2018, at approximately 0141 hours, I was dispatched to S. Quail Ridge Drive, Belton, to assist Emergency Medical Services. 08/22/18 02: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/22/2018, at approximately 0159 Hours, I made contact with Ramos-Hinojos, Noe Guadalupe at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR for Tampering With Motor Vehicle - 1st Degree. 08/22/18 04: RD ST, BELTON On Thursday, 08/23/18 at approximately 0902 hours, I was dispatched to Belton Police Deparment for a prisoner transfer. I made contact with Robert W. Brown who had an active Cass County warrant with a $4, % cash only bond and a court date of 10/11/18 at 0900 hours. Mr. Brown was transported to the Cass County jail for processing.

4 08/22/18 06: RD ST, ARCHIE On 08/22/2018, at approximately 0635 hours, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on 343rd Street and Austin Road. 08/22/18 10:24 283/KIRCHER AND FAMILIAR, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at approximately 1041 hours I was dispatched to 283rd St east of Kauffman Rd in rural Garden City, MO in reference to a report of a boat dumped along the roadway. A registered owner could not be contacted and the boat was towed from the scene. 08/22/18 11: COWGER RD, PECULIAR On , at 1127 hours, I responded to S. Cowger Rd, Peculiar, in reference to checking the welfare of numerous felines on the property. I arrived and located nineteen felines on the property as well as one that was deceased. I was unable to contact the property owner. 08/22/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/22/2018, at approximately 1220 hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Justice Center. The subject stated that he had information regarding a threat. 08/22/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/23/2018, at approximately 1347 Hours, I made contact with Jon A. Barnhill, WM, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 08/22/18 13:54 187TH/Y, BELTON On Wednesday, 08/22/18 at approximately 1356 hours, I was dispatched to State Route Y, just south of 187th St., Belton, Missouri, in regards to a two car motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, neither occupant stated they had any injuries. Both vehicles were removed from the scene by J's Southland Tow Company. 08/22/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/22/2018, at approximately 1352 Hours, I made contact with Michael Candillo at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a court violation. I took Mr. Candillo into custody and he was processed in the Cass County Jail. 08/22/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/22/2018 at approximately 1400 hours, I received a faxed copy of a warrant from the Miami County Kansas District Court for the arrest of Keagan Wagner. The process to obtain a fugitive from out of state warrant was started. 08/22/18 14: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at approximately 1443 hours I was dispatched to a walk in report in reference to stolen vehicle. Larry Evenson stated his Chevrolet S10 was stolen within the last week from State Route 2, Garden City, MO. A suspect has not been identified. 08/22/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 22, 2018 at approximately 1455 hours I made contact with Robert Russel in the Circuit Clerks office on a Cass County Warrant. 08/22/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/22/2018 at approximately 1700 hours, Amber Sevy was taken from the jail to the hospital.

5 08/22/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at approximately 1800 hours, Timothy Dale Jackson, B/M, was arrested on a Court Ordererd Arrest. 08/22/18 18: COMMERCIAL ST, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, August 22nd, 2018, at approximately 0012 hours, I arrived at the Pleasant Hill Police Department, located at 300 W Commercial St, Pleasant Hill, Missouri for a prisoner transfer. One white male was taken into custody on an active Cass County 24 hour warrant. 08/22/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, August 22nd, 2018, at approximately 1916 hours, I was contacted by Matthew Louis, who had located a handgun while mowing a yard. I took the handgun into my custody and a report was taken on the incident. 08/22/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/22/2018 at approximately 2031 hours, I received a faxed copy of a warrant from the Osage County, KS Fourth District for the arrest of Amber D. Sevy. The Process of obtaining a fugitive from out of state was started. 08/22/18 21: COUNTRY CLUB DR, BELTON On 08/22/18, I was dispatched to 23 Lilac Lane, Belton to a report of an assualt. Upon my arrival, I found Jose N.M.I. Cantarero, w/m, with mutiple bruises to the face. A suspect has been identified. 08/22/18 21: TH ST, BELTON On 08/22/18, I was dispatched to a stand-by at 3605 E. 185th St, Belton. Jason S. Oldham, w/m, was asking for our assistance in regaining possession of his truck at this address. Mr. Oldham's estranged wife is storing the vehicle at this location, and the property owner did not want Mr. Oldham on the property. I informed Mr. Oldham of this and he left the area. 08/22/18 22: RD ST, BELTON On Thursday, 08/23/18 at approximately 0902 hours, I was dispatched to Belton Police Deparment for a prisoner transfer. I made contact with Thomas B. Reynolds who had an active Cass County warrant with a $25, cash only bond and a court date of 10/01/18 at 0900 hours. Mr. Reynolds was transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 08/22/18 22: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday , at approximately 2220 hours I was dispatched to E 241st street in reference to a missing child. The child arrived at home safe before my arrival. 08/23/18 00:33 D/58, BELTON On Thursday August 23rd 2018 at 0034 I conducted a traffic stop at St. Rt. D and MO 58 on a black 2016 Ford Focus. The driver, Michael D. Kircher, was taken into custody on an active Cleveland Missouri warrant. 08/23/18 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/23/2018, at approximately 0045 Hours, I made contact with Baker, Gregory C, w/m, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18-CAPBR-55 for a probation violation on a DWI - Alcohol - Aggravated Offender charge.

6 08/23/18 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/23/2018, at approximately 0050 hours, Deputies responded to a disturbance in the Law Enforcement Lobby of the Cass County Jail. 08/23/18 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/22/2018 at approximately 1410 hours deputies responded to a fight in the jail. All parties involved were identified and separated. 08/23/18 09: CROWN PARK, BELTON On 08/23/2018 at approximately 0932 hours I was dispatched to 7197 Crown Park, Belton, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed a crime was committed and a suspect was identified. 08/23/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 23, 2018 at approximately 1550 hours I made contact with Mr. James Hill in division IV on a Cass County Warrant. 08/23/18 13: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On Thursday, 08/23/18 at approximately 1348 hours, I was dispatched to 807 N. Mullen Rd., Raymore, for a residence check. I made contact with Patricia R. Smith who had 2 active Cass County warrants with a $25, cash only bond on each and a court date of 10/01/18 at 0900 hours. Ms. Smith was transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 08/23/18 15: TH ST, ARCHIE On Thursday, August 23,2018 at approximately 1532 hours I was dispatched to assist Emergency Medical Services at E. 327th St, Archie, MO in reference to a report of a medical event. The patient was evaluated and transported to a medical facility. 08/23/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/23/2018, at approximately 1945 Hours, I made contact with Schweisberger, Lucas C at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00875 for Domestic Assault - 1st Degree. 08/23/18 16: CANTRELL RD, ARCHIE On August 23, 2018 at approximately 1633 hours, I discovered a burglary had occurred at S. Cantrell Road Archie, Missouri. Firearms and ammunition were taken from the residence at an unknown time period. Upon my investigation, it was determined that this was a domestic, non-criminal in nature and no arrests were made at this time. 08/23/18 20: JACKSON, ARCHIE On Thursday August 23, 2018 at approximately 2006 hours, I was dispatched a phone call. I made contact with the reporting party Samantha M West. Mrs. West wanted to know information about child custody. Mrs. West is in the process of a divorce. 08/23/18 20:12, 08/24/18 01: OAK ST, FREEMAN On Friday at approximately 0159 hours I was dispatched to 311 Oak street, Freeman Mo in reference to a disorderly subject. Upon arrival I made contact with Fuhrman, Ashley w/f and Grafe, Shawn w/m. They had a verbal difference of opinion. Mr. Grafe left the residence without incident. 08/24/18 09: STATE ROUTE O, DREXEL On 08/24/2018 at approximately 0909 hours, I responded to (South Fork Baptist Church) State Route O, Drexel, in reference to a report of burglary. The reporting party John P. Myer stated a copy machine was stolen from the church. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/24/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/24/2018 at approximately 1310 hours, I arrested Jessica A. Romig on four Raymore Police municipal warrants in the front office of the Cass County Sheriff's Office. 08/24/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday August 24th 2018 at 1326 hours I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a wanted subject. Upon my arrival Andrew C. Gibson was taken into custody on active Raymore Missouri warrants. 08/24/18 14: ND ST, ROLLA 08/24/18 14:53 NB 49/MM 162, HARRISONVILLE On 08/24/2018 at approximately 1453 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on I-49 NB near the 162 mile marker. The driver was issued a summons for speeding. The passenger was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and another for possession of drug paraphernalia. 08/24/18 16:44 SB 49/7, HARRISONVILLE On 08/24/2018 at approximately 1644 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Interstate 49 south of Harrisonville in regards to a driving complaint involving a firearm. A suspect has been identified. 08/24/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2010 Hours, I made contact with Jamie Jamison, a white male, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office and served a Cass County Warrant. 08/24/18 21: AIRPORT RD, EAST LYNNE On at approximately 2118 hours I was dispatched to S. Airport road Harrisonville for reported threats not in progress. Upon arrival at approximately 2141 hours I made contact with Trisha Burns and Randall Burns. Both parties told me that Mrs. Burns had been verbally threatened. A suspect has been identified. 08/24/18 22: CASS ST, DREXEL On at 2335 hours, Sean P. ORiley was arrested on 2 active Cass County warrants. Mr. ORiley was transported to Cass Jail, without incident. 08/24/18 22: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On at 2227 hours, I arrived at 207 Main St., Garden City, MO and spoke with Kyle W. Breiner in reference to unknown person(s) slicing the sidewalls of his vehicles tires. My investigation revealed that the vehicle tires were not damaged but someone did let the air out of the tires. 08/25/18 09: TRUMAN RD, ARCHIE On 08/25/2018 at approximately 0927 hours, I responded to N. Truman Road, Archie to assist EMS. Upon arrival is notified by Central Cass EMS that a white female was deceased. 08/25/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday August 25th 2018 at 0951 hours I was dispatched to the Lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a reported civil matter. Upon my arrival Robert L. Griffith was taken into custody on an active Independence Missouri warrant. 08/25/18 19:56 PEC DR/49, BELTON On 08/25/2018, at approximately 2008 hours, I was dispatched a phone call in regards to a theft. A suspect has not been identified 08/25/18 20: MECHANIC ST, GRANDVIEW On 08/25/2018, at approximately 2045 Hours, I made contact with Trevor R. Taylor, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a Cass County warrant. I served the Cass County Warrant for Tampering with Motor Vehicle-1st degree-probation Violation and Driving While Revoked/Suspended. 08/25/18 21:13 NB PROSPECT, BELTON On 08/25/2018 at approximately 2113 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on Prospect Avenue near 58 Hwy. The driver fled and was later apprehended. He was identified as Randy Hundley Jr. He was found to have a warrant out of Grandview PD # for tampering with physical evidence. Bond was set at $1, Cash Only. He also had a warrant 17CA-CR00412 out of Cass County Missouri for unlawful possession of a firearm (felony). Bond was set at $5, % Cash Only. He also had warrant 1816 CR01489 out of Kansas City Missouri Police Department for resisting arrest (felony) bond was set at $ cash only. He also had warrant 18BO2421 for failure to appear on traffic offense bond was set at $10.00 cash only and warrant 18BO2422 for failure to appear on traffic offense bond was set at $ cash only, both of these warrants were out of Belton Missouri.

9 08/25/18 22: COUNTRY CLUB DR, BELTON On 08/25/2018, at approximately 2212 hours, I was dispatched to the Loch Lloyd clubhouse at Country Club Drive, Loch Lloyd, for a possible disturbance. Upon further investigation, a crime had not occured. 08/25/18 22:57 SB 49/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON On Saturday, August 25, 2018, I conducted a traffic stop which lead to a vehicle pursuit at I-49 Highway and Cass Parkway. Three suspects have been identified. 08/26/18 02: HIGHWAY, HARRISONVILLE On at 0252 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop on a blue Dodge Durango, MO license. The result of the stop was the arrest of Sara Dean for 2 active Grandview Police Department warrants. Ms. Dean was transported to the Cass County Jail, without incident. 08/26/18 09: DELAWARE, ARCHIE On August 26, 2018, at approximately 0941 hours, I was dispatched to 303 South Delaware, apt M-2, Archie, for stealing. I made contact with Julie Medley, w/f, and she stated the dog, a Yorkshire Terrier, she was dog sitting disappeared around 0230 hours. The dog was not located and no suspects have been identified. 08/26/18 12: HOOVER RD, PLEASANT HILL On 08/26/2018 at approximately 1202 hours, I responded to S. Hoover Road, Pleasant Hill, in regards to a burglary report. I made contact with Sheila L. Loughead W/F who advised someone forced entry into her shed and stole several items. A suspect has not been identified. 08/26/18 12: SHADOW GLEN DR, PECULIAR On Sunday 8/26/18 at approximately 1212 hours I responded to Shadow Glen Dr in Peculiar Missouri in regards to a Domestic Assault that occurred at Harper Rd Peculiar Missouri on Saturday 8/25/18 at approximately 2030 hours. No arrest has been made. 08/26/18 13: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On Sunday 8/26/18 at approximately 1303 hours I responded to S SR Y in Belton Missouri in regards to suspicious activity. Garry E. Wyatt, W/M, is concerned that his neighbor is standing on the roof of his home recording activity on Mr. Wyatt's property. 08/26/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1435 Hours, I made contact with Rodney Cole Bennett at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on Cass County warrants.
