There is no suspect information. 02/28/11 06: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 02/28/11 at approximately 0642 hours, Harrisonville Emergency Medical Services responded to the Cass County Jail on a medical issue. 02/28/11 07: FIR ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday, February 28, 2011, I conducted an assault investigation that occurred at 205 Fir Street. Two suspect have been identified in this investigation. 02/28/11 08: TH ST, BELTON On February 28, 2011 at approximately 0929 hours, I investigated Domestic Assault at 410 JR Avenue, Belton, Missouri. A suspect has been identified; this report is going to be forwarded to the Prosecutor s Office s for review. 02/28/11 12: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On February 28th, 2011 at approximately 1325 hours, I investigated a stealing that took place at East 263rd Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. A suspect has been identified. 02/28/11 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On November 17, 2010 sex offender Christopher James Wiedeman failed to verify his registration with the Cass County Sheriff's Office. 02/28/11 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 02/28/2011, at approximately 1400 Hours, contact was made with a WM at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. 02/28/11 16: LAKE RD, HARRISONVILLE On February 28, 2011 I conducted an investigation of suspicious activity that occurred at S. Lake Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri. The subject at the residence found wood screws scattered across the end of his drive way. No suspects information is available. 02/28/11 17: OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On February 28th, 2011 at approximately 1725 hours, I instigated fraudulent use of a debit card in the front lobby located at 2501West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri. No suspects have been identified. 02/28/11 18: TH ST, PECULIAR On February 28th 2011 at approximately 1826 hours, I investigated a disorderly subject at 6705 East 239th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. The subject in this incident was voluntarily transported by Peculiar Emergency Medical Services to Belton Research Hospital. 02/28/11 20:48 275TH/71 HWY, HARRISONVILLE On Monday February 28, 2011 at approximately 2048 hours I conducted a traffic stop at 275th Street west of 71 Highway on a black Pontiac. Prior to the stop, a computer check revealed that the registered owner had a suspended driving status through the State of Missouri and a parole warrant. A subject was arrested for the active warrant and issued a summons for driving without a valid license.

2 03/01/11 05:51 255/PROSPECT, On March 1, 2011, I conducted a vehicle stop at 255th Street and Prospect Avenue, that resulted in an arrest for driving while suspended. Suspect in this incident has been identified. 03/01/11 08:59 TOPEKA CORRECTIONAL FAC, TOPEKA On 03/01/11 at approximately 1134 hrs. A warrant arrest was made at Topeka Correctional Facility on a Cass County Warrant and transported the subject to the Cass County Jail. 03/01/11 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0930 hours, I arrested defendant on a Cass County misdemeanor warrant for DWI. Later I escorted defendant to the Cass County Jail where I served warrant number 10CA-CR1199 on him. No suspect information is available at this time. 03/01/11 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1155 hours, I arrested defendant on a Cass County felony warrant. Later I escorted defendant to the Cass County Jail where I served warrant number 10CA-CR for Leaving the scene of an accident on him. A warrant arrest was made at Bates County,MO Jail on a Cass County Warrant and transported the subject to the Cass County Jail. 03/01/11 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1615 hours, I made contact with Travis John McLaughlin at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. 03/01/11 16:23 BATES COUNTY, BUTLER On 03/03/11 at approximately 0928 hrs. A warrant arrest was made at Probation Violation on a Cass County Warrant and transported the subject to the Cass County Jail. 03/01/11 17: LANCELOT DR, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday March 1st 2011 at approximately 1752 hours I attempted to serve a warrant at 201 Lancelot in Harrisonville Mo. I arrested a white male on a probation violation warrant with a bond of $50, cash only. 03/01/11 18: MECHANIC SUITE 100, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1920 hours, Cass County warrant was served to subject.

3 03/01/11 18: B ST, BELTON On Tuesday March 1st 2011 at approximately 1857 hours I attempted to serve a warrant at 705 B Street Belton Mo. I arrested a white male on a possession warrant with a bond of $7, cash or surety. 03/01/11 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2015 hours, I made contact with a white male subject at the Cass County Jail on two active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #'s 11CA-CR00207 and 11CA-CR00208 for Burglary 2nd degree. Bond for both warrants was set at $7, cash or surety and a court date of was given. 03/01/11 21: CREST DR, RAYMORE On Tuesday March 1st 2011 at approximately 2157 hours I attempted to serve a warrant at 148 N. Crest Raymore Mo. I arrested a white male on a possession warrant with a bond of $7, cash or surety. 03/01/11 22:22 SB71/307, ARCHIE On Tuesday March 1, 2011 at approximately 2222 hours I conducted a traffic stop at Southbound 71 Highway south of 307th Street on a red Pontiac. Prior to the stop, a computer check revealed that the license plate belonged on a 1992 Dodge. Two subjects were arrested for active warrants. 03/02/11 02: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 03/02/2011, at approximately 1618 Hours, I served warrant at the Cass County Jail. 03/02/11 07: LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011, I took a report for an abandoned vehicle that occurred at South Little Road, Garden City, Missouri. There is no suspect. 03/02/11 08: BLK 187TH ST, BELTON On Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011, I took a report of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the 5400 block of East 187th Street, Belton, Missouri. There is no suspect in formation. 03/02/11 08: STATE ROUTE B, CREIGHTON On March 2, 2011, I conducted an investigation of domestic assault located at E State Route B in Creighton, MO. A suspect was identified in this incident. 03/02/11 11: MAIN, GUNN CITY On Wednesday March 2nd 2011 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to a walk in report of a stolen vehicle. There is possible suspect information in this case. 03/02/11 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, March, information was received from Cass County Communications that a Lee, Leah white female was driving on a suspended license and was appearing in Cass County courts. 03/02/11 14: ST ST, CLEVELAND On Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011, I took a report of a lost wallet at 2409 East 231st Street, Cleveland, Missouri. There is no suspect.

4 03/02/11 14: BLINKER LIGHT RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday March 2nd, 2011 I responded to a residence in rural Harrisonville, Cass County, Missouri in reference to a stealing that had occurred. I made contact with a white male and gathered information as to what items were taken and any suspect information. 03/02/11 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 03/02/2011 while at the Cass County Jail Deputies were made aware of an inmate currently in custody having a warrant from another state. An out of state fugitive warrant was applied for through the Cass County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. This case remains open at this time. 03/02/11 16: WATER, FREEMAN Incident Log 03/02/11 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday March 2nd 2011 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office for a walk in Identity Theft. A suspect was identified. 03/02/11 17: WHIPPOORWILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE 03/02/11 17: SCHOOL RD, RAYMORE On Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011, I took a report of a mailbox that was damaged overnight. There is no suspect information. 03/02/11 21:23 58 HWY & SE OUTER, BELTON On Wednesday, March 2nd 2011, at 2123 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop near the intersection of 58 Highway and SE Outer Road in Belton, Missouri on a silver 1990 Lincoln Town Car. The white male driver was subsequently arrested for driving while revoked. 03/03/11 01: RD ST, BELTON On , I responded to the Belton City Jail, and took custody of a white female subject with an active Cass County warrant. 03/03/11 02:01 NB / J, PECULIAR On Thursday, March 3rd 2011, at 0201 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on northbound 71 Highway south of J Highway in Peculiar, Missouri on a black 1998 Chevrolet Silverado pickup for failing to have operable tail lights. The white male driver was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. 03/03/11 04: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 03/03/11, at approximately 0405 hours, I came into contact with with an identified suspect at Belton P.D. in regards with to an active Cass County warrant. I served warrant # 07CA-CR00777 for Probation Violation. 03/03/11 11: TH ST, BELTON On Thursday, March 3rd, 2011, I took a report of a stolen skid loader taken from 1145 East 187th Street, Belton, Missouri, sometime since January 1st, There is no suspect information.

There is suspect information. 03/03/11 14: TH ST, PECULIAR On Thursday, March 3rd, 2011, I took a report of a recovered stolen trailer that was located at East 228th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. There is suspect information. 03/03/11 14:54 NORTH SCOTT/SOUTHFORK, On Thursday March 3rd, 2011 I conducted a car stop in Belton, Cass County, Missouri. I contacted a white female during the stop. The white female was taken into custody on an active Clinton County warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/03/11 17: FOXWOOD DR, RAYMORE On Thursday, March 3rd, 2011, I conducted an investigation of a stealing that occurred at 2015 West Foxwood Drive, Raymore, Missouri, on today's date. Southfork Drive in reference to a possible disturbance. There was no physical altercation or threats of violence. White male subject left voluntarily. 03/03/11 21: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On I investigated a report of a domestic assault that occurred at E. 339th, Creighton Mo. The suspect has been identified. 03/03/11 22: PONEY CREEK RD, FREEMAN On , I investigated a disturbance that occurred at 8103 E. Poney Creek Road. The persons involved in this incident have been identified. 03/04/11 05: SHAFFER RD, HARRISONVILLE On , I investigated an attempted Burglary that occurred at S. Shaffer Road. No suspect(s) has (have) been identified.

Hadsell Road. No suspect information is available at this time. 03/04/11 15: BRICKPLANT RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday March 4, 2011, the Cass County Sheriff s Office responded to a disturbance no longer in progress. As a result of the investigation, there was no disturbance and no crime committed. The white female passenger was arrested on Belton PD warrants. 03/04/11 20: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday March 4, 2011 I conducted an identity theft investigation at East 267th Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. A possible suspect has been identified at this time. 03/04/11 20:41 BELTON PD, BELTON On Friday March 4th 2011 at approximately 2041 hours I was at the Belton City Jail in reference to a separate incident, and was informed of a subject in their custody with a Cass County warrant. A white male was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. 03/04/11 21:17 SB 71//N OF CASS PKWY, RAYMORE On Friday March 4, 2011 I conducted a pedestrian check on Southbound 71 Highway south of 58 Highway. Male party was taken into custody on an active extraditable warrant out of Johnson County Kansas. 03/04/11 21:46 58/Y, BELTON On Friday March 4th 2011 at approximately 2146 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the CVS parking lot. The white male driver was arrested on a Belton City warrant, and the white male driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, and paraphernalia.

Driver was not injured. 03/05/11 00:25 71/163, BELTON On Saturday March 5th 2011 at approximately 0020 hours I conducted a traffic stop on 71 Highway at 163rd Street. The black male driver was arrested for DWS. 03/05/11 01:12 MAIN ST/ FREEMAN, FREEMAN On March 5, 2010 I conducted an investigation of an assault that had occurred on Main Street, Freeman, Missouri. Suspect in this incident has been identified. 03/05/11 13:23 172ND W OF ROLLING HILLS, BELTON On March 5th, 2011 at approximatley 1344 hours, I investigated a Motor Vehicle accident that occured at the intersection of Rolling Hills Road and 172nd Street. Belton, Missouri. Both vehicle had minimal damage and all parties involved reprot no injuries. 03/05/11 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1335 hours, I made contact with Douglas Morgan at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. 03/05/11 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1515 hours, I took custody of an inmate at the Raymore City Jail and transported him to the Cass County Jail where he was served his warrant. 03/05/11 14: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday March 5, 2011, the Cass County Sheriff s Office was dispatched to E. 289th rural Harrisonville in regards to a stolen mailbox. Investigation revealed that the mailbox was stolen sometime between February 24, 2011 and March 5, At this time there is no suspect leads and the incident is listed as closed. 03/05/11 15: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On March 5th, 2011 at approximately 1516 hours, I was dispatched to 1202 North Mullen Avenue, Raymore, Missouri, to assist the Department of Family Services agent Rebecca Box with an investigation. 03/06/11 00:04 WALKER/293, HARRISONVILLE On March 6, 2011 I conducted an investigation of a motor vehicle accident at Walker Road north of 283rd Street Harrisonville Missouri. No injuries were reported vehicle was driven from the scene 03/06/11 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1400 hours, I arrested Bobby Scott for drug court violation at his home in Harrisonville, Mo. I then transported him to the Cass County Jail. Count date pending, bond set at no bond. 03/06/11 14: PARRIS RD, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, March 6, 2011, I conducted a burglary investigation that occurred at S Parris Road. Investigation found subject was involved in a domestic disturbance and was arrested. 03/06/11 23:41 RAY PEC EAST MIDDLE SCHOOL, RAYMORE On Sunday March 6, 2011 I conducted a suspicious activity investigation at the Raymore Peculiar Middle School located on 58 Highway west of 291 Highway in rural Raymore, Missouri. All parties were identified on the scene and released.
