1 09/17/18 09: WALKER ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday September 17, 2018 around 0900 I was contacted by the Pleasant Hill Police Department to assist with searching for a missing person in the area of Walker Rd. and 58 Hwy. An area search was conducted by UAV with negative results. 09/17/18 09:14 FIERY FORK CONSERVATION, CAMDENTON On Monday, 09/17/18, at approximately 0906 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, MO for a phone call about a shooting. I made contact with Leon Cretel who stated he received text messages about a shooting that occurred in Camden County, MO sometime over the weekend. The information was forwarded to Camden County Sheriff's Office. There has not been a suspect identified in this case. 09/17/18 10: WASHINGTON, FREEMAN On Monday, 09/17/18, I was dispatched to 104 N. Washington, Freeman, MO for a property damage caused by a vehicle striking a building. Upon arrival, I made contact with Harold Davis who discovered damage to his building on 09/15/17, but wasn't sure when it occurred. A suspect hasn't been identified. 09/17/18 10: TH ST, PECULIAR On September 17, 2018, at approximately 0949 hours, I was dispatched to East 250th Street, Peculiar, for a disorderly subject. I made contact with Bonita Goddard, w/f, and she said Matt Hendricks forced his way into the residence. The home owner, Merlin Williams, w/m, did not wish to prosecute. 09/17/18 10: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On Monday 9/17/18 at approximately 1000 hours dispatch transferred a call to me in regards to a possible suicidal party. Carolyn S. Phillips, W/F, believed her daughter to be suicidal, but was unsure of her whereabouts. 09/17/18 12: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On Monday 9/17/18 at approximately 1215 hours I responded to S. Gray Dr. in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to an assault. 2 male subjects had assaulted each other and both wished to file a report on the other. No arrest were made at this time. 09/17/18 13: TH ST, BELTON On September 17, 2018, at approximately 1332 hours, I was dispatched to 2903 East 187th Street, Belton for a stealing incident. I made contact with Don Kueck, w/m, and he said he had a package stolen from his mailbox. No suspects have been identified. 09/17/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 17th, 2018 at approximately 1025 hours while working in division 3 I made contact with Gustin-Richcreek, Caleb. Mr. Gustin-Richcreek was taken into custody per Judge Lett of Div 3. No bond was given. A court date of at 0900 hours was given. 09/17/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/17/2018, at approximately 1655 Hours, I made contact with Mr. Buk Dan Buk Atem at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00947 for FUGITIVE FROM OUT OF STATE. Bond was set at $ and a court date of 11/08/2018 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time.

2 09/17/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/17/2018, at approximately 1600 Hours, I made contact with Xerxes Foreman at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Subject was arrested per a court order. 09/17/18 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/17/2018, at approximately 2310 hours, I made contact with Jacob J. Parks, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to three Cass County warrants. I served three Cass County warrants for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana. 09/18/18 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/2018, at approximately 0130 Hours, I made contact with Linthicum, Alexander at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00878 for felony stealing. I also served warrant #18CA-CR00880 for Burglary 2nd Degree. Total bonds of $12,500.00, 10% cash only were given. 09/18/18 03:27 58/BB, PLEASANT HILL On 09/18/2018, at approximately 0329 hours, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on 58 highway at BB highway. 09/18/18 05: MEADOWBROOK CT, RAYMORE On Tuesday, September 18th, 2018, at approximately 0519 hours, a deputy was dispatched to a motor vehicle theft at Meadowbrook Ct, Raymore. The vehicle was observed southbound on 291 Hwy by Lake Winnebago PD, and fled into the Mullendike Subdivision. The vehicle was located and returned to the owner. The investigation is still ongoing. 09/18/18 06: MAIN ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/2018, at approximately 0650 hours, I was dispatched to 299th street and SW Outer Road, Harrisonville in regards to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arriving, my investigation revealed the vehicle was stolen some time approximately between 0130 hours and 0615 hours on 09/18/2018. A suspect has not been identified. 09/18/18 06: MERRIOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday 9/18/18 at approximately 0650 hours I responded to S. Merriott Rd in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a stealing. Mikael S. Thelin, W/M, told me his car was broken into around midnight and some small electronic devices were taken. No suspect has been identified at this time. 09/18/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/2018, at approximately 1000 Hours, I made contact with Mr. David L. Sidwell at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00928 for Count: 1 Driving While Intoxicated. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00913 for DWI Aggravated, Driving While Revoked/suspended - 2nd Or Subsequent Offense, Failed to Drive ON Right Half Of Roadway When Roadway Was Of Sufficient Width - Resulting In An Accident. All parties were uninjured and all vehicles were able to drive away from the scene. 09/18/18 19:34 OVERLAND PARK, 09/19/18 00: HIGHWAY, LEE'S SUMMIT On Wednesday, September 19th, 2018, at approximately 0147 hours, I arrived at 102 SW 150 Hwy, Lee's Summit for a prisoner transfer with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office. One black male was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County jail. 09/19/18 06: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, September 19th, 2018, at approximately 0633 hours, I was dispatched to S Walker Rd, Harrisonville, for a medical call. On scene, I contacted Kristin Allen, who stated she had been grabbed by the back of the neck and pushed her down. 09/19/18 07: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On 09/19/2018 at approximately 0745 hours I was dispatched to 301 8th Street, Apartment #A, Garden City, Missouri in reference to stealing of a motor vehicle. My investigation revealed there was no vehicle stolen, but a domestic assault had occurred. A suspect was identified. 09/19/18 08: MAIN ST, FREEMAN On 09/19/18, at approximately 0845 hours, I was dispatched to 112 W. Main St., Freeman to a reported theft of a sign. The home owner, Shelby L. Linder, white female had video of the suspect taking the sign. The suspect has been identified and was taken in to custody. 09/19/18 09:26 DD N OF 296TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/19/18, at approximately 1014 hours, I was dispatched to an abandoned vehicle on DD Hwy, North of 296th St., Harrisonville. 4 Harrisonville. The vehicle had a tow sticker placed on it on 09/15/18 by the Sheriff's Office. The registered owner was not able to be contacted, so the vehicle was towed from the scene by Miller Tow. 09/19/18 09: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 09/19/2018 at approximately 0938 hours I was dispatched on a phone call report of harassment. Spire Gas Company reported a harassing phone call they received earlier in the day. The caller was identified. 09/19/18 11: BUTCHER RD, ARCHIE On , at 1102 hours, I responded to S. Butcher Rd, Archie, in regards to a disturbance. One party was transported to an area hospital for medical needs. 09/19/18 11: US 54 HIGHWAY, VANDALIA 09/19/18 14: F ST, CREIGHTON On 09/19/2018 at approximately 1404 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a domestic assault at 308 F St in Creighton, MO. The investigation revealed a female subject, Margaret Paris was assaulted by a male subject. One subject was taken into custody. 09/19/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/19/2018, at approximately 1750 Hours, I made contact with Mr. Joseph T. Higgins II, W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00954 for Count 1: Domestic Assault - 2nd Degree, Count 2: Violation Of Order Of Protection For Adult - 2nd Offense. 09/19/18 16: PICKERING RD, BELTON On , at 1632 hours, I responded to S. Pickering Rd, Belton, in regard to a check the welfare. I later located the owner of the residence deceased. 09/19/18 20: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On 09/19/2018 I was dispatched to South State Route D to assist another agency. Upon arrival, a white male was contacted was later arrested on an active Cass County Warrant. 09/19/18 21:56 FAMULINER RD, EAST LYNNE On 09/19/2018 I was dispatched to the area of S. Famuliner Road and State Route 2 in regards to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, I located a tan Chevy Trail Blazer unattended creating a traffic hazard. The vehicle was towed from the scene. 09/19/18 23: PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On Wednesday at approximately 2324 hours I was dispatched to make phone contact with Richter, Carly w/f in reference to harassing statements that has been posted on facebook. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 09/20/18 02: LAMINE, SEDALIA On August 28th, 2018 at approximately 1100 hours I arrived on scene making contact with Steven Culbertson. Mr. Culbertson was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant 17-CAFTA-1330, Failure to appear- possession of Marijuana. A bond of $ cash only, or release after 48 hours. A court date of 10/23/18 at 0900 hours was given.

5 09/20/18 08: TH ST, ARCHIE On 09/20/2018 at approximately 0821 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a suspicious vehicle located at E 327th St. outside of Archie, Mo. Upon my arrival, I contacted Pamela Crowden who reported a vehicle blocking her driveway. 09/20/18 08: KIRCHER RD, GARDEN CITY On September 20th, 2018 at approximately 0819 hours I was dispatched to South Kircher Road, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a burglary in progress. Rachel Kurzweil reported a male subject in her vehicle, and outbuilding. A suspect was taken into custody. 09/20/18 08:33 E HWY/171ST ST, STRASBURG On 09/20/2018 at approximately 0854 hours I was dispatched to the area of E Hwy and 171st St, Strasburg, Missouri in reference to a single vehicle crash. Alyssa Boersma reported she swerved to miss a deer and ran off the roadway. No injuries were reported. 09/20/18 08: WARD RD, RAYMORE On , at 0859 hours, I responded to 1006 N Ward Rd, Raymore, in regard to a party wishing to report a theft. Upon arrival it was determined to be a civil matter due to both parties signing a written contract. 09/20/18 10: STATE ROUTE C, PECULIAR On , at 1023 hours, I responded to 212 State Route C, Peculiar, in regard to a fraud. I contacted Jason Rigoli who advised someone had opened several bank accounts in his name. A suspect has not been identified. 09/20/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at 1206 hours, I responded to 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, in regard to a party locating property. I contacted Mark Tinney who provided me with an electronic device he had located near Harrisonville. 09/20/18 11:52 D HWY/ 58 HWY, BELTON On 09/20/2018 at approximately 1152 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on D Hwy near 58 Hwy. The driver was released with warnings for traffic violations. A passenger was arrested for hindering prosecution and Clinton MO PD warrant for assault. Bond was set at Cash Only. He was also arrested on Clinton MO PD warrant for assault. Bond was set at $ Cash Only. He was taken to the Cass County Jail. 09/20/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/20/2018, at approximately 1424 Hours, I made contact with Zachery Daniel Jones at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for FTA - Driving while Recoked or Suspended and warrant for FTA - Exceeded Posted Speed Limit. 09/20/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/20/2018 at approximately 1620 hours, I was dispatched to take a report of prescription medication theft at the Cass County Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic St. in Harrisonville, Mo. Upon my arrival, I contacted Timothy Marsh who reported his prescription medicine had been taken some time in the last month. 09/20/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/20/2018, at approximately 1610 Hours, I made contact with Shauenray Cambron at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00960 for Property Damage 1st Degree and two counts of Assault 4th degree. 09/20/18 17: RD ST, CREIGHTON On 09/20/2018 at approximately 1730 hours I was dispatched to 206 3rd St, Creighton, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed a verbal argument occurred between a brother and sister at this address. No crime was committed. 09/21/18 09: VANMETER RD, FREEMAN On September 21, 2018, at approximately 0751 hours, I was contacted via phone by Emily Coen to check the welfare of her estranged boyfriend at South Van Meter Road, Freeman, Missouri. 09/21/18 09: ST ST, GARDEN CITY On September 21, 2018, at approximately 1010 hours, I responded to 108 West 1st Street, Garden City, for a sick or cared call. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Stacy Robinson who wanted information on helping a family member that needed some medical care. I provided her with the information. 09/21/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1208 Hours, I made contact with Kevin Ryan York WM at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR The total bond was set at $7, % cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 09/21/18 12:51 89 OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On 09/21/2018, at approximately 1251 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at 89 Old Highway 7, Garden City, on a black Buick Regal with no license plates. I took the party into custody for felony driving while revoked, pending the issuance of a warrant. 09/21/18 16:02 SB 49/MM 165.6, PECULIAR On 09/21/18 at approximately 1405 hours, I was dispatched to SB 149 at mile marker for a non-injury motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, I made contact with Talana L. Sullins and Jason A. Gipson who were involved in a crash and were not injured. One vehicle was towed at Ms. Sullins request and Mr. Gipson drove his from the scene. 09/21/18 16: JERRY, RAYMORE On 09/21/18 at approximately 1702 hours, I was dispatched to civil matter at 808 N. Jerry Ave, in rural Raymore, MO. I made contact with Cherylene S. Morriss and Jeremy S. Twillegar who were having a dispute over property. Ms. Morriss owns the land and Mr. Twillegar owns the mobile home at this address. The two are separating and needed a civil standby to keep the peace. 09/21/18 17:29 NB 49/MM 155, HARRISONVILLE On September 21, 2018 I conducted a vehicle stop Northbound 49 at mile marker 155 on a Dodge Ram pickup. The driver, a white male, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, following too closely, using flashing lights, and on Independence Police Department warrant # for domestic assault, $ secured bond.

7 09/21/18 22: STATE ROUTE YY, PECULIAR On Friday, September 21st, 2018, at approximately 2229 hours, I was dispatched to 7909 E State Route YY, Peculiar, for an assault. On scene, I contacted Ted Flowers, who stated he had been assaulted on scene. A suspect was not located and Mr. Flowers declined to press charges. A report was taken on the incident. 09/21/18 22: TROTT RD, BELTON On while investigating a disturbance near 5801E. Trott Rd., rural Belton, MO, Crystal Hunter stated that a white male subject brandished a handgun while making a threatening statement. A suspect has been identified. 09/22/18 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1208 Hours, I made contact with Rachel Elizabeth Somlya WF at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrant The total bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 09/22/18 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0650 hours, I made contact with Steven James Dayringer at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County warrant to Mr. Dayringer. 09/22/18 08: MERRIOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday 9/22/18 at approximately 0813 hours I responded to S. Merriott in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a stealing. Jonathon C. Xenos, W/M told me that sometime between 2300 hours on 9/21/18 and 0500 hours this morning his vehicle was broken into and a backpack was stolen. No suspect has ben identified. 09/22/18 09: WARD RD, RAYMORE On 09/22/18 at approximately 0908 hours, I was dispatched to 814 N. Ward Rd., in rural Raymore, MO for a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with Sheryl J. Stille and Delmar K. Stille who stated that Charles E. Stille left the residence after having a verbal argument with Delmar. It was determined that the disturbance was only verbal and non-criminal in nature. 09/22/18 09: FAMULINER RD, GARDEN CITY On 09/22/2018, at approximately 0953 hours, I responded to S Famuliner for an abandon motorcycle. I made contact with Ronald E Graham, w/m, who said that he found a black 2000 Honda Shadow hidden behind a tree. The motorcycle was discovered to have been stolen and was recovered. 09/22/18 09: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 22, 2018 I was dispatched to East 275th Street, Harrisonville for stealing. I made contact with Michael Orem, w/m, and he reported several items missing from his property. No suspects have been identified. 09/22/18 11: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On 09/22/2018, at approximately 1142 hours, I responded to E 323rd for a report of stealing and property damage. I made contact with Donald A Sieker, w/m, who said that on 09/09/2018, he discovered that someone had stolen several items from his property and noticed today that someone had cut his fence which lead to his cattle getting out. 09/22/18 12: STATE ROUTE BB, PLEASANT HILL On September 22, 2018 I was dispatched to State Route BB, Pleasant Hill for a stealing. Cynthia Petrowsky reported her wallet, one credit card, four dollars, and her driver's license were stolen from her vehicle. No suspects have

I contacted Katherine Rice who was issued a summons for speeding, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia with a court date of , at 0900 hours. 09/22/18 14: WEST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On 09/22/2018, at approximately 1410 hours, I responded to SW Outer Rd for a report of harrassment. I made contact with Bradley D Copeland, w/m, who said that he was being harrassed. 09/22/18 14: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 09/22/18 at approximately 1443 hours, I was dispatched to 1103 N. Lyne Ave., in rural Raymore, MO for a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with Deanna L. Heidrich who stated she was struck in the side of the face and in the back by her daughter's wife. A suspect has been identified in this case. 09/22/18 15: COMMERCIAL ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, September 22, 2018 at approximately 1540 hours, while off duty in my personally owned vehicle, I observed a black in color four door vehicle exit northbound from Commercial St in Harrisonville, MO at an excessive speed and park on the west side of the Walgreen's Store. I observed a white male exit the vehicle and run to the north side of the store and turn east. I observed a Harrisonville Police vehicle with emergency lights activated pull into the same location and stop behind the suspect vehicle. I drove to a location I believed the suspect may appear and observed the same male subject running. I drove to where I observed him, exited my vehicle, identified myself as the Sheriff's Office, and took the subject into custody. Harrisonville Police units arrived at my location and took possession of the subject. 09/22/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/22/2018, at approximately 1610 Hours, I made contact with Frank Forrest III at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a after hours Cass County warrant for Domestic Assault-3rd Degree. 09/22/18 16: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On 09/22/18 at approximately 1754 hours, I was dispatched to E. 203rd St. in rural Pleasant Hill, MO to recover a vehicle that was stolen earlier today from Garden City, MO. Upon arrival at E. 203rd St., I made contact with William Sanders, who stated his vehicle was at the residence next door Kaitlyn Chadwick. 09/22/18 17: PICKERING RD, BELTON On September 22, 2018 I received a report of a missing vehicle via telephone by Cynthia Willis. The vehicle was missing from South Pickering Road, Belton. No suspects have been identified. 09/23/18 01: STATE LINE RD, CLEVELAND On , at approximately 2340 hours, I responded to the parking lot of South State Line Road, in rural Cleveland, in reference to a party laying on the gound bleading from the head. Upon arrival I made subject with a subject who stated he was assaulted. He refused medical treatment and signed a refusal to prosecute waiver. The suspect was identified and both individuals were released from the scene.

9 09/23/18 01: OAK ST, FREEMAN On Sunday, September 23rd, 2018, at approximately 0202 hours, I was dispatched to 301 Oak St, Freeman, for a check the welfare. On scene, I contacted Taylor Warren, who stated her boyfriend was intoxicated and had made suicidal statements. He then left the residence and refused to return. Attempts were made to contact the boyfriend with negative results. 09/23/18 02: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at around 0615 hours, I arrived at the scene of a leaving the scene motor vehicle accident. The location was on E. 296th St. just east of State DD Hwy. I attempted to make contact with the owner of the property, with negative results. 09/23/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/23/2018, at approximately 0955 Hours, I made contact with Kellie Beal at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I then took Mohamed Hamid into custody on Cass County warrant # for Exceeded Posted Speed Limit(Exceeded By 26 mph or More), bond $250.00, Mr Hamid was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/23/18 16: CHERRY, KANSAS CITY On at 1624 hours, I responded to the Jackson Jail reference a warrant service.
