1 01/08/18 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/08/2018 at approximately 0535 an assault occurred at the Cass County Jail, Suspects has been identified. 01/08/18 08: RD ST, BELTON On January 8, 2018 I spoke with Timothy Wiseman, w/m, via telephone regarding an identity theft that has been occurring since March /08/18 10: COMMERCIAL ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, January 8th 2017, at 1039 hours, I responded to the Advanced Auto Parts store located at 610 S. Commercial in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who were on the scene of an armed robbery with a stabbing. The suspect was not located. 01/08/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday January 8th, 2018, at approximately 1035 hours, I made contact with Brooke Sears at the checkpoint inside the Cass County Justice Center. Mrs. Sears informed me that she had just fallen on the ice in front of the Justice Center on the sidewalk. Mrs. Sears refused any type of medical treatment and just wanted to inform me that it was still very slick on the sidewalk. 01/08/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at about 1130 hours, Preston Gregory was remanded to my custody to serve 4 years in the Missouri Dept. Of Corrections. 01/08/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/08/2018, at approximately 1715 hours, I made contact with William A. Roberts at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Bates County warrant. I served Bates County warrant 16BSCR Bond was set at $ cash only. 01/08/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1728 hours, I made contact with Keirsten Shepard, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrants 17CA-CR01199 and 18CA-CR A total bond was set at $ % Cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 01/08/18 20: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On January 8, 2018 at approximately 2055 hours, I was dispatched to S. State Rt Y, Belton, Missouri for stealing. Upon arrival, I made contact with Warren Yeary who stated an attachment to his brush hog was stolen. No suspect have been identified. 01/09/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday January 9th, 2018, at approximately 1016 hours, I made contact with Robert B. Hyatt in the Division V court room at the Cass County Justice Center. I arrested Mr. Hyatt on an active Cass County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 02/01/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 01/09/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday January 9th, 2018, at approximately 1540 hours, I made contact with Wyatt T. Duncan at the Cass County Justice Center. I placed Mr. Duncan into custody on an active Cass County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 02/13/2018 at 0900 hours was given.

2 01/09/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1920 hours, Deputies responded to G block for an inmate having a seizure. An Inmate was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for further care. 01/09/18 20: STATE RT O, FREEMAN On January 9, 2018 at approximately 2037 hours, I was dispatched to make telephone contact with a female party regarding domestic violence questions. My investigation revealed a crime had occurred and a suspect was identified and taken into custody. 01/09/18 20: PIONEER ST, GARDEN CITY On at 2047 hours, I was dispatched to 112 Pioneer St., Garden City, MO in reference to a domestic assault that occurred. A suspect was identified. The suspect was arrested on 2 active Lees Summit Police Department warrants and also pending charges for domestic assault. 01/10/18 02:04 N SCOTT/MARKEY, BELTON On January 10, 2018 at approximately 0204 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a stolen, silver in color Chrysler car. After further investigation, the driver was released from the scene. 01/10/18 06: CROWN PARK, BELTON On January 10, 2018 at approximately 0606 hours, I was dispatched to 7268 Crown Park, Belton, Missouri for a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, I contacted Glenda Stevens who stated her car was stolen overnight. No suspects 01/10/18 07: HWY, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0717 hours I was dispatched to the area of N/B 7 hwy and TT hwy. for welfare check on a subject road side in a wheel chair. The subject was contacted and identified. 01/10/18 09: HANNAH RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0956 hours I was dispatched to S. Hannah Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri for a reported burglary. I contacted the owner, Patsy A. Mallinson-McFerrin who stated that someone had forced entry into a back window and stolen numerous items from the house. No suspect has been identified at this time. 01/10/18 12:18 WRDCC ST JOE, On , I arrested Richard E. Hestand Jr. w/m on a Cass County Warrant. I responded to the Western Missouri Reception and Diagnostic Center In St. Joseph, MO and transported Mr. Hestand to the Cass County Jail. He was arrested on Cass County Warrant 13CA-CR /10/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday January 10th 2018 I made contact with Skyler Sledd in the Lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office who was listed as a missing person out of Grandview Missouri. 01/10/18 18: FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On 01/10/2018 at 1846 hours I was dispatched to a call in the area of 302 south Fredrick Lane, rural Raymore, Missouri, for a possible disturbance. After speaking with both parties it was determined a crime had not been committed. 01/10/18 19: TIEMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 01/10/2018 at approximately 1922 hours I was dispatched to south Tieman road, rural Harrisonville, Missouri regarding a stealing. I contacted Mr. Denayer who advised his kitchen stove had been stolen. A suspect has been

A suspect has been identified at this time. 01/10/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday January 10, 2018 at approximately 1935 hours, I took a call for service at 2501 W Mechanic in Harrisonville. The victim James Thomas had received a call in regards to missing court and having a warrant for his arrest. Mr. Thomas was told he would need to pay $1000 or he would be arrested. This was false information. No suspect has been identified. 01/10/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/10/2018, at approximately 2020 Hours, I made contact with Brandon Wall at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County after hours warrant for 5 Counts a Forgery. 01/10/18 21: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On 01/10/2018 at approximately 2126 hours I was dispatched to the Garden City, Missouri Police Department for a possible stealing. After speaking with Mr. Johnson it was determined there was not a stealing. While conducting my investigation one white male was arrested on an active Harrisonville, Missouri warrant. 01/10/18 22: ST S, BELTON On Wednesday January 10, 2018 I conducted a vehicle stop at the Shell Gas Station located at 7905 E 171st Street in Belton, Missouri. The passenger was arrested and released to Belton Police Department on an active Belton Warrant. Driver was released from the scene with a warning for failure to activate headlights. 01/11/18 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0745 hours, I came in contact with Leodie Jordan at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #16CA-CR was issued for tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000.00, cash only. 01/11/18 09: RD ST, BELTON On 01/11/2018, I made contact with Stephanie A Alvarado, w/f, at 7001 E 163rd St, Belton for warrant service. I took her into custody and served her Cass County warrant 16CA-CR for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $5, cash only and a court date of 02/22/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 01/11/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/11/2018, at approximately 1120 Hours, I made contact with Calvin C. Wallace at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Federal Warrant. I served Federal warrant 19B-KC for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Count 2- Hobbs Act Robbery, and Count 3- Possession of a Firearm in Futherance of a Crime of Violence. 01/11/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On January 11th, 2018 I responded to the Cass County Justice Center, located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, to obtain a search warrant. A search warrant number was issued and signed by the Honorable Judge Lett. The search warrant was executed on January 11th, /11/18 12: PRETTYMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1211 hours I was dispatched to S. Prettyman road reference to a medical call. The subject in question was located.

4 01/11/18 17: RD ST, BELTON On 01/12/2018, I arrived at the Belton Police Department 7001 E 163rd St, Belton to serve Robert J Agatone, w/m, an active Cass County Warrant. I took him into custody and served him a warrant for Fugitive from Out of State with a bond of $10, cash only and a court date of 02/22/2018 was set. 01/11/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1735 hours, I came in contact with Gansfield, John W. at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #18CA-CR00018 was issued for domestic assault 4th degree. Bond was set $2,500.00, 10% cash only. 01/11/18 23: PICKERING RD, BELTON On 01/11/2018, at 195th and Peculiar drive, I made contact with Jack Vaught Jr., w/m, who stated that a male subject put him in fear for his safety when he broke the phone that Mr. Vaught Jr. was going to use to call for law enforcement assistance. A suspect has been taken into custody in this incident. 01/12/18 08: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, January 12, 2018 at approximately 0933 hours I was dispatched to E. 239th St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of burglary. Gabriel Sweitzer stated someone accessed his property and stole several items. No suspects have been identified. 01/12/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 1/12/18 at approximatley 0903 hours I took Hendrix, Jeffry into custody to serve shock time. 01/12/18 10:23 MULLEN RD/187TH, BELTON On January 12, 2018 at approximately 1022 horus, I conducted a traffic stop on Mullen Road near the intersection of East 187th Street, Belton, Missouri on a white Dodge Dart. The driver was issued summons for speeding and possession of marijuana. 01/12/18 13: CHERRY, KANSAS CITY On 01/12/18 at approximately 1103 hours, while at the Jackson County Jail in Kansas City, Missouri, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. No injuries to report at this time. 01/12/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1400 hours, I made contact with Jennifer L. Morris at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on four Cass County warrant's. I served Cass County warrant number's , , , and Cass County warrant Bond was set at $ cash only. Mrs. Morris was given a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 01/12/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/12/2018, at approximately 1420 hours, I made contact with Jeremy E. Dawe at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for failure to appear on Driver/Front Seat Passenger No Seat Belt. Bond was set at $10.00 cash only and a court date of 02/13/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 01/12/18 14:44 JOHNSON COUNTY, KS, OLATHE On 01/12/18 at 1444 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Amanda Sartin into custody on Cass County FORM warrant 3000 # Press for Reports DWI, bond = UPDATED $ROR, Ms Sartin was transported to the Cass

5 Sartin into custody on Cass County warrant # for DWI, bond $ROR, Ms. Sartin was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/12/18 16:05 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 01/12/18 at about 1100 hours, I made contact with Laura C. Cardwell at the Jackson County Detention Center in Kansas City, MO on a Cass County warrants. Mrs. Cardwell was taken into custody on the warrant, a bond was set at $4, % cash only for each warrant, and a court date of 01/30/18 at 0900 hours was given. 01/12/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/12/2018, at approximately 1750 hours, I made contact with Jerry W. Richcreek at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR01101 for Driving While Revoked/Suspended - Third or Subsequent Offense. A signature bond was set and a court date of 02/22/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 01/12/18 23:25 163RD/VICIE AVE, BELTON On Friday, January 12th 2017, at 2325 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at 163rd and Vicie Avenue in Belton on a black 2006 Mercedes four door. The white female driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after a probable cause search of the vehicle. 01/13/18 10: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday 1/13/2018 at 1010 hours I contacted Suzela E. Graham, W/F in regards to a trespassing on her property located at E 307th street in Garden City Missouri. It was determined that no crime had occurred. 01/13/18 10:54 RAINBOW/329TH ST, On Saturday 1/13/18 at approximately 1054 hours I responded to the area of Rainbow/339th street in Creighton Missouri in regards to an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was removed by Miller Tow out of Harrisonville Missouri. 01/13/18 13: WEST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On at approximately 1317 hours, I was dispatched to Cass Regional Medical Center in reference to an assault. I made contact with a female subject who stated that she was assaulted by her husband. A suspect has been identified but has not yet been contacted. 01/13/18 14: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On January 13, 2018 I was dispatched to East State Route 2, Harrisonville, Missouri for a report of a threats in progress. Donella Leighr, w/f, stated a white male threatened her with a gun and threatened to kill her and burn her house down. A suspect has been identified and located. 01/13/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On January 13, 2018 at approximately 2051 hours, I was dispatched to the front lobby of Sheriff's Office for harassment. Upon arrival, I contacted Lorie S. Kendall-Songer who stated she is being harassed. My investigation revealed nothing criminal and an information report was taken. 01/13/18 22: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On at 2221 I made telephone contact with Ryan L. Southard. Mr. Southard reported that a vehicle he made an agreement with to purchase was repossessed by the seller's friend. A report was taken. 01/14/18 10: TH ST, BELTON On at approximately 1011 hours, I was dispatched to 4101 E 185th Street, Belton, in reference to a Burglary. I made contact with victim Robert J Sackovich, FORM 3000 who - Press advised Reports his outbuilding = UPDATED had been broken into and several items

A suspect has not been identified at this time. 01/14/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/14/2018 at approximately 1410 hours, an inmate of the Cass County Jail was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center after experiencing a medical issue. 01/14/18 20: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On at 2119 hours, I was dispatched to the Garden City, MO area in reference to Jodie K. Atkin stopping the reporting party and telling the reporting party that her husband was going to kill her. Ms. Atkin was located at her residence, 102 S. 4th St. and reported that she had been assaulted. A suspect was identified.
