A party on scene, Cody Wilson w/m had an active warrant # , with a bond amount of $ secured, from Independence Police Department. Mr. Wilson was taken into custody. 09/10/18 11: RD ST, CREIGHTON On Monday, September 10, 2018 at approximately 1118 hours I was dispatched to 621 N. 3rd St, Creighton, MO in reference to a check welfare. A male subject was located and determined to be deceased. 09/10/18 11: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On , at 1228 hours, I responded to 1103 N Lyne Ave, Raymore, in regard to a party having license plates stolen from her vehicle. A suspect has not been identified. 09/10/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 10th, 2018 at approximately 0935 hours while working in division 3 I made contact with McCoy, Robert. Mr. McCoy was taken into custody per Judge Lett of Div 3. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 09/10/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/11/2018, at approximately 0000 Hours, I made contact with Berry, Douglas E. at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 09/10/18 17: CROWN PARK, BELTON On , at 1735 hours, I responded to 7501 Crown Park, Belton, in reference to a disturbance. It was determined no crime had occurred and all parties were separated. 09/10/18 18: TH ST, PECULIAR On Monday, 09/10/18, at approximately 1621 hours, I was dispatched to E. 227th St., in rural Harrisonville, MO for a stealing, not in progress. The victim, Derrick A. Cretel w/m stated that several items were stolen from his residence. A suspect has been identified in this report. 09/10/18 18: DICKEY RD, AUSTIN On Monday, September 10, 2018 at approximately 1838 hours I was dispatched to a walk in report at 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of fraud/forgery. Ryan Grimes stated someone made unauthorized withdraws from an account of which he is the legal guardian. A suspect has not been identified. 09/10/18 19:40 NB 7/ E OF FAMULINER, GARDEN CITY On Monday, September 10th, 2018, at approximately 1946 hours, I was dispatched to Southbound 7 Highway, near Garden City, for a wrong way driver. I contacted the driver, who was facing southbound in the northbound lanes of 7 Highway, and determined he was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was then arrested. 09/10/18 20: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On 09/10/18, I was dispatched to S. Jefferson Parkway, Harrisonville to a report of a burglary in progress. Investigation revealed that no burglary had occurred, but the home owner was found in need of medical attention.

I served Cass County warrant for Driving While Revoked/Suspended - 1st Offense. 09/10/18 21:51 DOLLAR GENERAL, DREXEL On Monday at approximately 2150 hours, I was dispatched, to the Dollar General store in Drexel in reference to an assault that has occurred. A white female was behaving violently towards people at the store. The suspect, a white female was transported by EMS to CRMC for treatment. 09/11/18 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/11/2018, at approximately 0320 Hours, I made contact with Clyma, Iain J., w/m, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served after hours warrants for Fugitive From Out Of State and Resisting/interfering With Arrest For A Felony. 09/11/18 08: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at approximately 0852 hours I was dispatched to State Route M, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of property damage. Rick McGee stated someone had cut the lock off the water meter a second time. A suspect has not been identified. 09/11/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/11/2018, at approximately 1045 hours, I took custody of Angela Winchester in Cass County DIV V court after being sentenced to five days shock time for Driving While Intoxicated. 09/11/18 14: MEADOWBROOK DR, RAYMORE On , at 1418 hours, I responded to 1409 Meadowbrook Dr, Raymore, in regard to an abandoned trailer. An owner was not located and the trailer was towed from the residence. 09/11/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/11/2018 at approximately 1510 hours Shoemaker, Mark was taken into custody for court ordered 48 hour shock time. 09/11/18 17: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at approximately 1758 hours I was dispatched to E. 179th St, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of burglary. Janet Wehmeir stated someone made entry into the residence but nothing has been determined to have taken at the time of this report. A suspect has not been identified. 09/11/18 18: STATE LINE RD, CLEVELAND On 09/11/2018 at approximately 1840 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a motor vehicle crash on the private property located at S. Stateline Rd, Cleveland, MO. Upon my arrival, it was discovered two males subjects were in an all terrain vehicle when it rolled over. They were transported by EMS. 09/11/18 19: EISELE RD, CLEVELAND On Tuesday, September 11th, 2018, at approximately 1932 hours, I contacted Terry Needham, who believe subjects are staying at his vacant house when he does not want them there. A report was taken on the incident.

My investigation showed Samual Jones and his dog were both bitten by neighboring dogs. 09/11/18 20: TH ST, BELTON On 09/11/2018, at approximately 2109 hours, I responded to 701 E 195th Street, Belton, reference a trespassing/stealing. My investigation showed that property of South Point Farms was damaged in the commission of a stealing. 09/11/18 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/12/2018, at approximately 2010 Hours, I made contact with Anthony Freitek at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 18CA-CR00907 for Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident, Driving While Intoxicated, and Operated a Motor Vehicle in a Careless and Imprudent Manner. David Vignery, w/m, reported his Missouri trailer license plate was stolen from his trailer. No suspects have been identified. 09/12/18 16: TH ST, PECULIAR On 09/12/2018 I was dispatched to E 215th Street, Peculiar, in regards to a child custody dispute. After conducting an investigation, Mellisa R. Dudley W/F was taken into custody on an active Independence Warrant. 09/12/18 21: CAMPBELL ST, PLEASANT HILL Report number was issued by dispatch by mistake. 09/13/18 01: WEST CLOVER HILLS RD, CLEVELAND On 09/13/2018, at approximately 0110 hours, I was dispatched to SW. Clover Hills Road, Cleveland for property damage. Upon arriving my investigation revealed that a mailbox had been damaged. A suspect has been identified. 09/13/18 10: STATE ROUTE B, ARCHIE On September 13, 2018, at approximately 1059 hours, I was dispatched to East State Route B, Archie, to check the welfare of Rosella Ball, w/f. Upon my arrival, Rosalle Ball was fine but Debra Ball, w/f, asked to be transported to a hospital.

I made contact with Richard D Ingels, w/m, who said that his 2015 Honda 4-wheeler was stolen from his property sometime between 0800 and 0930 hours. The ATV was entered into MULES as stolen. 09/13/18 13: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On 09/13/2018, at approximately 1216 hours, I responded to I responded to E 175th St. There I made contact with Richard B Ingels, w/m, who reported that his trailer license plate was missing, last seen on 08/30/2018. Amanda M. Saucier, W/F, told me the window to her residence was broken sometime today between 1100 hours and 1330 hours. 09/13/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/13/2018, at approximately 1405 Hours, I made contact with Kathy Lynn Gonzalez at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant Number 18CA-CR00933 for Trafficking Drugs-2nd Degree. 09/13/18 14: JACOBSON RD, HARRISONVILLE On September 13, 2018, at approximately 1423 hours, I was dispatched to South Jacobson Road, Harrisonville for a burglary. Kenneth Eastland, w/m, reported several items missing from his mother's residence. No subjects have been identified. 09/13/18 14: TINKER HILL CIR, LAKE ANNETTE On Thursday 9/13/18 at approximately 1604 hours I responded to 8701 Tinker Hill Rd in Freeman Missouri in regards to a property damage. James L. Smith, W/M, told me his fence had been cut. 09/13/18 15: F STREET, CREIGHTON On I responded to 204 F Street in Creighton, MO in reference to a self inclicted gun shot wound. One male subject was transported for further medical treatment. No crime was found to have occurred. 09/13/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/13/2018, at approximately 1700 hours, I made contact with Todd M. Eaves at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant 18CA-CR00934 for Domestic Assault - 2nd Degree. 09/13/18 19: MILLER RD, PECULIAR On 09/13/2018, at approximately 1952 hours, I was dispatched to S. Miller Road, Harrisonville in regards to suspicious activity. Upon my arrival, my investigation revealed no one to be on the property. 09/13/18 22: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On September 13, 2018 at approximately 2251 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a black in color Honda in the area of N. Mullen in Raymore for not having any license plates. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and another party at a residence down the street was arrested, both for active warrants.

5 09/13/18 23:34 12 WATERS ST, LIBERTY On September 17th, 2018 at approximately 1000 hours I was dispatched to 12 South Waters Street, Liberty, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Kyle Wilken was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #18CACR00157, tampering with a motor vehicle 1st degree. A bond of $ % cash only was given. Mr. Wilken was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 09/14/18 03: CANTRELL RD, HARRISONVILLE On September 14, 2018 at approximately 0356 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the parking lot of Max Ford in Harrisonville on a tan in color car for displaying a stolen license plate. The driver and passenger were arrested and transported to the jail. 09/14/18 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/14/2018, at approximately 0825 Hours, I made contact with Chandler J. Nelson, at the Cass County Jail, Harrisonville, Missouri. I served a Cass County after hours warrant for Terrorist Threats 2nd Degree. 6 09/14/18 13: TH ST, BELTON On 09/14/2018 at approximately 1349 hours, I was dispatched to the report of fraud at 2304 E 187th St. outside of Belton, MO. Upon my arrival, I contacted Clarice Stacker who report she was the victim of fraud. No suspect has been identified at this time. 09/14/18 14:55 58/49, BELTON On 09/14/2018 at approximately 1455 hours, I responded to the report of a two-vehicle crash on 58 Hwy on the I-49 overpass. One driver was transported from the scene with moderate injuries. The other drive was not injured. 09/14/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/14/2018 at approximately 1615 hours I made contact with an Inmate at the Cass County Sheriffs Office regarding a medical issue. The Inmate was evaluated by the nurse and the taken to the hospital to be treated. 09/14/18 18:46 SHERWOOD SCHOOL, CREIGHTON On Friday at approximately 2202 hours I was dispatched to the Sherwood High-school parking lot in reference to an accident that occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with G.S.P. w/f who said that a white pick-up with a crew cab, back into her car. 09/14/18 23: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, September 14th, 2018, at approximately 2303 hours, I was dispatched to S Jefferson Pkwy for a prowler. I contacted Andrea Preuss, and determined no other parties were at the residence. A report was taken on the incident. 09/15/18 00: BROOKFIELD DR, PECULIAR On 09/15/18, at approximately 0115 hours, I responded to E. Brookfield Dr., Peculiar, to assist the children's division of family services. I conducted scene security while the DFS case worker conducted her investigation. 09/15/18 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/15/2018, at approximately 0445 Hours, I made contact with Nichols, Jeffrey A. at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 09/15/18 08: MEYER BLVD, KANSAS CITY On 09/14/2018 at approximately 1320 hours an incident occured at Research Main Hospital regarding an inmate from the Cass County Jail. 09/15/18 10: MAIN, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, September 15, 2018 at approximately 1007 hours I was dispatched to 215 Main St, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of suspicious activity. Jim Reynolds stated someone's property was left in the street in front of the address. A possible owner of the property was identified but not located. The items were taken into safekeeping until the owner can be contacted. 09/15/18 10: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On , at 1026 hours, I responded to 5006 State Route 2, in regard to a trespass in progress. A suspect was identified, however the victim declined to prosecute.

Upon my arrival, I contacted Dennis Wilson who report a storage unit he rented at E 275th St. outside of Harrisonville, MO had been broken into. A suspect has not been identified. 09/15/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/15/2018 at approximately 1350 hours I made contact with an Inmate at the Cass County Sheriffs Office regarding a medical issue. The Inmate had a medical protocal completeted. After speaking with Dr. Voss the inmate was taken to the hospital to be treated. 09/15/18 17: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, September 15, 2018 at approximately 1718 hours I was dispatched to S. Jefferson Parkway, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of shots fired. Robert Bohlken stated someone fired two shots into his residence. A suspect was located, taken into custody, and transported to the Cass County jail. 09/15/18 20:15 LEE/S INDEPENDENCE, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, at approximately 2016 I stopped a vehicle for not having any rear lights working. Upon contact with the driver it was discovered that she had outstanding warrants for her arrest. Hempstead, Lindsey w/f, was taken into custody and transported to the Harrisonville Police department. 09/15/18 21:00 STATE ROUTE 2/E 271ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/15/20148, at approximately 2100 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on State Route 2 near E 271st Street on a red Harley Davidson motorcycle for driving the wrong direction on a highway. The driver was arrested for driving the wrong direction on a highway and driving while intoxicated. 09/16/18 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/15/2018, at approximately 2314 hours, I executed a blood draw search warrant where blood was collected from the suspect of a driving while intoxicated, drugs/alcohol, case. 09/16/18 08: ST ST, CENTERVIEW On September 17, 2018 at approximately 1000 hours I was dispatched to 278 SW 271st St. Centerview, MO for a warrant service. Mrs. Reeves-Neher was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #16CACR00599, failure to appear burglary 2nd degree. A bond of $ cash only was given. 8 Road and State Route YY in rural Peculiar, MIssouri in regards to a traffic violation. I contacted the driver, Christopher A. Bergfalk, white male who was later taken in to custody on an active warrant through the Belton, Missouri Police Department. Mr. Bergfalk's vehicle was removed from the scene by J's Southland Tow due to him being taken in to custody. Mr. Bergfalk was transported to the Belton Police Department where he was released to their jail staff on their warrant. 09/16/18 11: QUAIL RIDGE RD, BELTON On , at 1132 hours, I responded to S. Quail Ridge, Belton, in regard to property damage. I contacted Christopher Curry who advised someone had vandalized his vehicle. A suspect has been identified. 09/16/18 12: VALLEY RD, EAST LYNNE On 09/16/2018 at approximately 1246 hours I was dispatched to S Valley Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed a verbal argument occurred between family members at this residence. Not crime occurred. I later contacted Jack Vaught III who was arrested on his Cass County warrants, 18CA-CR00359 with a bond amount of $ % cash only, and 18CA-CR00021, with a bond amount of $ % cash only. Bond was set at $25000 cash only and a court date of 10/22/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 09/16/18 15: RD ST, CREIGHTON On Sunday, September 16, 2018 at approximately 1522 hours I was dispatched to 105 E. 3rd St, Creighton, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Frederick Gamblin stated someone stole two license plates from his vehicle. Blinker Light Road in Harrisonville Mo. In reference to a disturbance. The victim Michelle Potter stated that she was hit in the head with a spoon by the suspect. A Suspect was identified and taken into custody for assault. 09/16/18 22: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On 09/16/2018 at approximately 2209 hours, I was dispatched to S. Gray RD, Pleasant Hill, in regards to a disturbance in progress. I made contact with the victim, Wayne White, who stated he was assaulted. Suspect has been identified.
