1 08/14/17 07: TH ST, PECULIAR On Monday, August 14, 2017 at approximately 0747 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 237th Street in rural Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a report of a stolen license plate. I contacted Jere L. Lasswell, white female, 02/17/84 who stated that the Missouri license to her 2000 Ford Passenger vehicle was stolen. 08/14/17 08:05 7 HWY S OF 155TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, August 14, 2017 at approximately 0814 hours I was dispatched to the area of State Route 7 south of 155th St in rural Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Eric Kirk stated someone stole a large quantity of telephone wire from the utility poles and damaged one of the poles. No suspects have been identified. 08/14/17 08: ST ST, PECULIAR On August 14, 2017 at approximately 0813 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 200th Street and Prairie Lane in rural Peculiar, Missouri for a suspicious vehicle complaint. The vehicle was located after leaving E. 200th Street. Two male subjects were placed into custody after a vehicle and foot pursuit. 08/14/17 09:28 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On at 0928 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Preston Thomas into custody on Cass County warrant #14CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $10,000 10% cash only. Mr. Thomas was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/14/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/14/2017, at approximately 2135 hours, I made contact with Clark, Eric on Cass County Warrants 17-CAFTA-376 for FTA- Driving Whilr Revoked and 17-CAFTA-375 for FTA- Ownr Opr Mv Wtht Maintng Fncl Responsibility. Bond is set at $ cash only and a court date was given of 09/12/2017 at 0900 hours. Luetkemeyer /14/17 13: TIEMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, August 14, 2017 at approximately 1308 hours I was dispatched to S. Tieman Rd, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of a disturbance in progress. While en route dispatch stated the subjects had separated. Mary Demaranville stated she had been assaulted by a female subject. The female subject was located, taken into custody, and transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/14/17 13:25 251ST ST WEST OF M HWY, GUNN CITY On Monday, August 14, 2017 at approximately 1510 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to a report of an abandoned vehicle on East 251st Street west of State Route M in Gunn City, Missouri. I observed a white in color 2001 Lincoln Town Car, with no Missouri license parked on the roadway. Upon checking the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for the vehicle it was discovered that the registered owner had an address out of Clinton, Missouri. Due to not being able to contact the registered owner and the vehicle impeding the flow of traffic, the vehicle was removed from the roadway by Miller Tow and transported to their secure facility. 08/14/17 15: RD STREET, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 1528 hours I contacted Bailey Nichols by phone in reference to a protection order violation. No violation was found but a report was taken for documentation purposes. 08/14/17 16: MAIN, FREEMAN On August 14, 2017 at approximately 1631 hours, I was dispatched to 210 E. Main Street Freeman, Missouri for stealing. Upon arrival Mr. Stutts reported tools to be taken from his garage. No suspect information is available at this time.

Upon arrival I contacted William Dowell who stated someone had broke into his home and taken items while he was gone. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/14/17 22: TH ST, PECULIAR On August 14, 2017 at approximately 2031 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 227th and Harper for a trespass. Contact was made with Keith Clark who advised of suspicious vehicles in the area over the past couple months. 08/14/17 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/15/2017, at approximately 0425 hours, I made contact with Dryden, Donald on Cass County Warrants 17CA-CR00169 for Trespass 1st degree, 17CA-CR01069 for Trespass 1st degree, and 17CA-CR00131 for violation of order of protection for adult. Bond is set at $7, cash or surety and a court date was given of 09/19/2017 at 0900 hours. Luetkemeyer /14/17 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/14/2017 at approximately 2315 I transported a subject to Cass Reigonal Medical Center to receive medical care. 08/14/17 23: CROWN PARK, BELTON On August 14, 2017 at approximately 0008 hours, I conducted a residence check at 7286 Crown Park, Belton, Missouri. Two subjects were arrested on active warrants and transported to the jail. 08/15/17 00:41 MEMORIAL PARK, BELTON On Tuesday August 15, 2017 I assisted the Belton Missouri Police Department with a K9 free air sniff of a vehicle which they had stopped. K9 Loki positively alerted on locations in the vehicle where narcotic paraphernalia had been located and removed by Belton Police Officers. 08/15/17 04: TH ST, CLEVELAND On August 15, 2017 at approximately 0422 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 215th and Holmes Road for a check the welfare. Upon arrival, I observed a red car parked facing southbound in the northbound lane of travel. A pursuit ensued and the driver of the vehicle was later taken into custody. 08/15/17 05:19 HOLMES RD/ N 223, On Tuesday 8/15/17 at approximately 0519 hours, I was dispatched to Holmes road north of 223rd street. In reference to a motor vehicle accident. The accident involved a full size truck vs a tractor, no injuries were reported at the time of the incident. Property damage only. Both parties called their own tow service. 08/15/17 09:51 BELTON PD, BELTON On August 17, 2017 I responded to the Belton Police Department for a prisoner transfer. Amanda Arnold, w/f, was arrested on Cass County warrant 17-CAFTA-1073 for failure to appear on stealing with a court date of September 19, 2017 at 0900 hours given with bond set at $ % Cash allowed. 08/15/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/15/2017, at approximately 1005 Hours, I made contact with Crust, James at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Loch Lloyd Parkway in Loch Lloyd Village. Mr. Emerson reported a hand gun to have been stolen from his residence in July No suspect information is available at this time. 08/15/17 10:20 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 08/15/17 at 1020 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. Ms. Talbott was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/15/17 10:20 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 08/15/17 at 1020 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Stephanie Colbert into custody on Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00012 for Non Support, bond $2,500 cash only. Ms. Colbert was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/15/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday August 15th 2017, at approximately 0945 hours, I made contact with COry W. Nelson at the Cass County Justice Center in the Division V courtroom. I placed Mr. Nelson into custody by court ordered arrest to complete 48 hours of court ordered shock time. 08/15/17 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/15/2017, at approximately 1317 Hours, I made contact with Demaranville, Echo at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00777 for Stealing of a Firearm. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 10/19/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 08/15/17 14: PRAIRIE LANE, RAYMORE On at approximately 1422 hours I responded to the area of 311 N Prairie Lane outside of Raymore, MO in reference to locating a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I located the vehicle and one male suspect who was taken into custody. The vehicle was released to the registered owner on scene. 08/15/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday August 15th, 2017, at approximately 1347 hours, I made contact with Kenny D. L. Brewer at the Cass County Justice Center in the Division V courtroom. I served mr. Brewer with active Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00751 for 4th degree assault. Bond was set at $ % cash allowed and a court date of 08/22/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 08/15/17 16: F ST, CREIGHTON On Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at approximately 1631 hours I was dispatched to 308 F St, Creighton, MO in reference to a report of property damage. Kenneth Cummins stated someone broke out two windows of the residence. A suspect has not been identified. 08/15/17 18: GRAHAM RD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday 8/15/17 at approximately 1855 hours I responded to S Graham Rd in Pleasant Hill Missouri, in regards to a stolen ATV. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00623 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana. 08/16/17 01: BRICKPLANT RD, HARRISONVILLE On August 16, 2017 at approximately 0154 hours, I was dispatched to S. Brickplant, Harrisonville, Missouri for a trespass complaint. Upon arrival, I made contact with Tiffony Johnson who stated someone slashed a tire to her truck and car. A suspect was identified and arrested. 08/16/17 02: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday 08/16/17 at approximately 0227 hours I responded to Sapp Brothers truck stop at West Outer Road in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a check the welfare. A male subject was arrested. 08/16/17 02:32 BUTLER/MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday August 16, 2017 I assisted the Harrisonville Police Department by providing a K9 Sniff of a vehicle in which they found narcotic paraphernalia. The search resulted in nothing new found. 08/16/17 03:36 NB 49 AT MILE MARKER 170.8, BELTON On Wednesday August 16, 2017 I conducted an vehicle accident investigation on Northbound Interstate I49 north of Mile Marker No injuries were reported at the time of investigation. 08/16/17 03: COUNTRY CLUB CT, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On 8/16/17 at approximately 0357 hours I responded to Country Club Ct. Village of Loch LLoyd, Missouri in regards to a suicidal Party. A subject was transported by Belton EMS to Belton Research Hospital for treatment. 08/16/17 05: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday 8/16/17 at approximately 0509 hours I responded to a motor vehicle accident at Sapp Brothers in Harrisonville Missouri. One driver was injured and transported bt Central Cass EMS to the hospital. 08/16/17 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0810 hours, I made contact with Christopher Vanalst, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR Signature bond was granted and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/16/17 12: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On August 16, 2017 I responded to S. State Route 7, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to check the welfare of a subject for Harrisonville Police Department. Contact was made with the subject this report if for informational purposes only. 08/16/17 12: TH ST, BELTON On 08/16/2017 at approximately 1254 hours I responded to 103 W 165th St. regarding a domestic disturbance. Through my investigation it was learned no actual crime had been committed.

Stephanie Shelton, w/f, stated her full order of protection had been violated. 08/16/17 13:41 1 HONEYSUCKLE LN, BELTON On Wednesday, August 16th 2017, at 1341 hours, I was dispatched to 1 Honeysuckle in Belton, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Belton Police Department who were on the scene of an armed robbery where an aggravated assaulted had taken place. The black male suspect was located and taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. 08/16/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0300 Hours, I made contact with Melissa Atkinson, a white female, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I served Cass County Warrant for Forgery, Vehicle License/Inspection/Title, Operate Vehicle without maintaining Financial Responsibility, Fail to Register Vehicle and Vehicle License/Inspection/Title. 08/16/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1703 hours, I made contact with Rodney Bennett at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR for Non-Support. Bond was set at $5, Cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/16/17 17:54 LOVES TRUCK STOP, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, August 16th 2017, at 1754 hours, I was dispatched to the Love's Truck Stop in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Missouri State Highway Patrol who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and marijuana residue was located during a probable cause search. 08/17/17 00:11 I49 SOUTH OF PECULIAR, PECULIAR On 08/17/17 at hours at approximately 0010 hours I observed a silver Dodge Charger being Missouri license traveling south bound on Interstate 49 at 100mph in the 70mph zone. I conducted a vehicle stop on the vehicle. The vehicle did not stop and was pursued until Interstate 49 and 140th street in Grandview. One person was taken into custody. 08/17/17 08: PENN CT, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On 08/17/2017 at approximately 0828 hours I was dispatched a phone call report of lost property. Keegan Kueker reported he had lost his license plate within the last 72 hours. 08/17/17 09:29 BELTON PD, BELTON On Saturday 8/19/17 at approximately 0452 hours I responded to the Belton Police Department at 7001 E 163rd Street in Belton Missouri in regards to a prisoner transfer. Trevon M. Johnson was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/17/17 12:23 BENTON COUNTY JAIL, WARSAW On 08/17/17 at 1223 hours, I responded to the Benton County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Scott Crawford into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00165 for Fail To Appear, bond $5,000 cash only. Mr. Crawford was transported to the Cass County Jail.

6 08/17/17 13: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On August 17, 2017 I conducted an investigation of a domestic disturbance that occurred at E. 158th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I made contact with the reporting party at 1005 Stafford, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, who advised me she was involved in a disturbance with her husband at their residence earlier in the day. All parties involved have been contacted and identified. 08/17/17 15: STATE ROUTE YY, PECULIAR On August 17, 2017 I towed an abandoned GMC Envoy on State Route YY near the intersection of State Route Y. 08/17/17 16: MOORE RD, PECULIAR On 08/17/2017 at approximately 1632 hours I was dispatched to South Moore Road, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a burglary. Julie Kelley reported her residence was burglarized the evening prior and multiple items were taken. No suspects have been identified. 08/17/17 17:41 LOCUST/LOCUST TER, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, August 17th 2017, at 1741 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Locust Street and Locust Terrace to provide K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and both marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia were found during a probable cause search. 08/17/17 20:40 KIRCHER/ N OF 275, HARRISONVILLE On August 17, 2017 at approximately 2040 I conducted a vehicle check on Kircher Road north of 275th on white Chevy Pickup parked on the side of the roadway. Computer check of the driver Joshua J. Graham found he had an active warrant out of Harrisonville Missouri for Failing to appear. Mr. Graham was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/17/17 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/17/2017, at approximately 2350 Hours, I made contact with Timothy L. West at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant for Failure To Appear-Unlawful Use Of Drug Paraphernalia. 08/18/17 04:45 WATERS E OF 291, On 08/18/2017 at approximately 0447 hours, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash on Waters Rd west of Jefferson Parkway. Upon my arrival, I discovered a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer on its top. A search for the driver was unsuccessful. 08/18/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 8/19/17 at approximately 1858 hours I responded to the lobby of the Cass County Sheriif's Office in Harisonville Missouri in regards to a child custody issue. This matter was non-criminal in nature. 08/18/17 20: RD ST, PECULIAR On August 18, 2017 at approximately 2011 hours, I was dispatched to E. 223rd Street for a suspicious activity. Upon arrival, I contacted Jerod M. Tribble, who stated his dog recovered a bone from the woods. The bone was collected to be sent off for identification.

7 08/18/17 21: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 8/19/17 at approximately 2147 hours I responded to S Walker Rd in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a medical issue. A male subject was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center. 08/18/17 23:37 2/JUSTICE CENTER, HARRISONVILLE On August 18, 2017 at approximately 2337 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 2 highway and the Justice Center on a tan car for a lane violation. The driver was arrested on an active warrant and transported to the jail. 08/19/17 00: SOUTH HEDGEWOOD HILLS RD, PECULIAR On Saturday 8/19/17 at approximately 0010 hours I responded to S. South Hedgewood Hills Road in Peculiar Missouri in regards to a check the welfare. One subject was transported by Peculiar EMS to Menorah Medical Center at his request. 08/19/17 03: TH ST, BELTON On August 19, 2017 at approximately 0330 hours, I was dispatched to 209 W. 175th for a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, I observed a white Jeep parked at the residence that did not belong there. The driver was arrested and transported to the jail. 08/19/17 09: STATE LINE RD, CLEVELAND On August 19, 2017 at approximately 0930 hours, I was dispatched to S. Stateline Road for a disorderly subject. Ms. Elizabeth Willis reported her elderly mother in law to have been locked out of the residence. Ms. Willis took custody and care of her elderly mother in law. 08/19/17 10: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, August 19, 2017 at approximately 1021 hours I was dispatched to State Route 7, Garden City, MO in reference to a check the welfare of a possibly suicidal party. Upon arrival one subject was contacted and transported to a hospital by Emergency Medical Services. 08/19/17 10:50 J HWY/217TH TERR, On August 19, 2017 at approximately 1050 hours, I responded to the area 217th Terrace and J Highway for a two vehicle non injury accident. A 2016 Jeep collided with a US Postal Service vehicle. 08/19/17 16:29 PROSPECT AVENUE SOUTH OF 155TH STREET, BELTON On August 19, 2017 at approximately 1630 hours, I initiated a vehicle stop on a white Chevrolet Impala. The vehicle fled from the stop. After a brief vehicle pursuit the driver was placed in custody for resisting arrest, driving while suspended, and on an active felony warrant. 08/19/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/20/2017, at approximately 1610 Hours, I made contact with Persons, Terence at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00038 for Failure to Appear-Violation of Order of Protection. Bond was set at $ % cash allowed and a court date of 09/19/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 08/19/17 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/19/2017, at approximately 1757 Hours, I made contact with Allman, Celina at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00637 for Burglary-2nd. Bond was set at signature and a court date of 10/26/2017 at 0900 hours was given.

8 08/19/17 21: TH ST, PECULIAR On August 19, 2017 at approximately 2119 hours, I was dispatched to E. 220th Street, to assist Peculiar PD officers with taking custody of a subject with county warrants. The subject resisted arrest but was later taken into custody. 08/19/17 21: SOUTH HEDGEWOOD HILLS RD, PECULIAR On August 19, 2017 I responded to South Hedgewood Hills Rd, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I made contact with Susan Mitchell who stated she had been assaulted by a male subject. A suspect has been contacted and placed in custody in this incident. 08/20/17 00:11 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday 8/11/17 at approximately hours I responded to the Pleasant Hill Police Department, located at 300 E Commercial Street in Pleasant Hill Missouri, in reference to a prisoner transport. Duwaine Hornbostel was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/20/17 02:07 S SCOTT/ 171ST, On Sunday 8/20/17 at approximately 0146 hours I responded to Pleasant Hill Missouri to assist Pleasant Hill Police with a vehicle pursuit of an orange dirtbike. A suspect was identified. 08/20/17 08: STATE ROUTE O, FREEMAN On August 20, 2017 at approximately 0818 hours, I responded to S. State Rt O Freeman, Missouri for a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident. Mr. Matthew Drake reported a gray in color Nissan sedan to have ran through a fence and across his property after leaving the roadway. The vehicle and suspect were later located and placed into custody. 08/20/17 09: DELAWARE, VINITA On August 20, 2017 at 0927 hours, I responded to the Craig County, Oklahoma Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Mr. Mark A Ailshire into custody on Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00388 for Failure to Appear, bond $5,000 cash only; warrant # 17CA-CR00785 for DWI-Persistent Offender and Driving while Revoked/Suspended, bond $5,000 10% cash only; and warrant # 17CA-CR00640 for DWI-Persistent Offender, bond $3,500 cash only, Mr Ailshire was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/20/17 14: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, August 20, 2017 at approximately 1412 hours I was dispatched to E. 161st St, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of property damage. Kyle Trammell stated an ongoing problem with cows getting onto his property and causing damage to his property. An animal owner has been identified. 08/20/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/20/2017, at approximately 1610 Hours, I made contact with Salisbury, Mark at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant After Hours for Tampering with Motor Vehicle 1st. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 10/26/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 08/20/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0955 hours, I came in contact with Christopher Caven at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant # was issued for failure to appear. Bond was set at $250.00, cash only.

9 08/20/17 18: MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, August 20, 2017 at approximately 1912 hours I was dispatched to S. McClain Rd, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of an assault. Justin Taylor stated a male subject pointed a gun at him while accusing him of killing his dog. A suspect has been identified. 08/20/17 19: TH ST, FREEMAN On August 20, 2017 at approximately 1908 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 4th and Polk in Freeman, Missouri for a check the welfare. Upon arrival, one subject was contacted. 08/20/17 20: MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On August 20th, 2017 at approximately 2000 hours I responded to McClain road in Harrisonville, Mo, in reference to a property damage report. Upon arrival I spoke with Fredrick Miller who stated that his barn had been damaged. There was no suspect information at the time of report. 08/20/17 21: COUNTRY CLUB DR, BELTON On August 20, 2017 at approximately 2115 hours, I was dispatched to S. Country Club Drive, Belton, Missouri for a check the welfare. Upon arrival, one subject was contacted. 08/20/17 22: TH ST, PECULIAR On August 20, 2017 at approximately 2215 hours, I was dispatched to E. 249th Street for a disorderly subject. Upon arrival at approximately 2234 hours, I made contact with Emily Gregg who stated relays to her vehicles were stolen. A suspect was identified.
