Drummond at the Cass County Jail for Property Damage 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $10, cash only. 05/12/14 07:35 7/EE, HARRISONVILLE On May 12th 2014, at approximately 0730 hours I was dispatched to 7 highway and EE highway in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Both vehicles had significant damage, and both party was transported to the hospital. 05/12/14 08: TH ST, ARCHIE On Friday, May 9th, 2014, I was contacted by Cass County Public Administrator Melody Folsom in reference to complications regarding one of her guardianships located within Cass County. This investigation continues. 05/12/14 08: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday, May 12th, 2014, at approximately 0859 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office front lobby in regards to a walk-in report of an Ex Parte Violation. A suspect has been identified. 05/12/14 11:43 CUNNINGHAM INDUSTRIAL PKWY, BELTON On May 12th 2014, at approximately 1143 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on a black Dodge Ram 2500 pickup for failure to display license plates. My investigation revealed that the passenger of the vehicle had an active Cass County Warrant. The subject was placed in to custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/12/14 12:15 PLATTE CO JAIL, PLATTE CITY On 05/12/14 at 1215 hours, I responded to the Platte County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Sabrina Hornback into custody on Cass County warrant # 10CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25000 cash only, MS Hornback was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/12/14 13:14 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/12/14 at 1314 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Steven Layman into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00840 for Passing a bad check, bond $11,000 10% cash only, Mr. Layman was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/12/14 13:14 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/12/14 at 1314 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Deaudra Foster into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00076 for Passing a bad check, bond $ % cash only, MS Foster was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/12/14 17: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, May 13, 2014 Samuel L. Gallagher reported that an unknown person stole his black Chevy Monte Carlo from the business BP gas station th Harrisonville,Missouri. 05/12/14 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2150 hours, I came in contact with Kaylon Helm at the Cass County Jail on two active Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00083 for felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $7,500.00, cash or surety, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. I also served warrant #13CA-CR00801 for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

2 05/13/14 02:22 D HWY AND 58, BELTON On May at about 0222 hours, I stopped at 2004 blue Saab on State Route D Highway north of 58 Highway for speeding. I contacted the driver and he was placed under arrest for driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated. 05/13/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/13/2014, at approximately 0945 hours, I made contact with Kailynn Marie Cummings in the Division V courtroom and the Cass County Justice Center. I placed Ms. Cummings into custody on active Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR for a probation violation for stealing. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 06/24/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 05/13/14 16: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On May 13, 2014 at approximately 1608 hours, I was dispatched to 1107 North Lyne Avenue, located in rural Raymore, Missouri in reference to an abandoned vehicle. I recovered a stolen vehicle that was stolen from Belton, Missouri. 05/13/14 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/13/14 at approximately 1050 hours, I made contact with Samuel J. Tarantola at the Cass County Jail, who turned himself in on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13-CA-CR01489 bond amount $10, cash or surety. 05/13/14 19: ROLLING HILLS RD, BELTON On May 13, 2014 at about 1932 hours, I noticed that the brick mail box for S. Rolling Hills Road had been knocked over. I contacted the resident, Mrs. Debora A. Brancato and she told me that the mailbox was knocked over between 2200 hours, May 12, 2014 and 0800 hours May 13, Mrs. Brancato did not know who damaged her property. 05/13/14 22:11 W WASHINGTON/BUTLER, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, May 13th, 2014, at approximately 2212 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of Washington and Butler in regards to a request for K-9 assistance by the Harrisonville Police Department. K-9 alerted on the vehicle, and illegal narcotics were found inside. 05/13/14 23: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On I investigated a check the welfare report, located at State Route 7 Highway, Harrisonville Mo. The reporting party, Brock, Shane Z.T. w/m was found to be ok and wishing to report illegal drug activity in the area. 05/14/14 10:00 LAKE WINNEBAGO PD, LAKE WINNEBAGO On May 14, 2014 I conducted a prisoner transfer from Lake Winnebago Police Department to the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. The subject was served his Cass County warrant and released to deputies in the jail. 05/14/14 10: BELLE PLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday May 10th, 2014 at approximately 0809 hours I responded to S. Belle Plain Road in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I made contact with Pat Fleming W/F and gathered information for the report. No suspects have been identified in this case.

Orient Cemetery Rd and E. 245th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a stealing investigation. As a result of the investigation it was revealed no stealing had occurred. All subjects were released from the scene. 05/14/14 13: HORSE SHOE BND, CLEVELAND On May 14, 2014 at approximately 1416 hours, I investigated an attempted burglary at South Horseshoe Bend, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim identified as Thomas M Adkins reported that someone entered his vehicle and stole items before using his garage door opener to open his garage. No suspects have been identified. 05/14/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1540 Hours, I made contact with Laura Ketchum at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Bond was set at $7, Cash or Surety and a court date of at 0900 hours. 05/14/14 17:11 12 MURRAY RD, PLEASANT HILL On May 14, 2014 I conducted a burglary investigation at 12 Murray Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, that occurred sometime between 0730 hours and 1500 hours on May 14, The reporting party stated she located an open window on the South side of the residence when she arrived home. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 05/14/14 20:13 291/58 EAST, PLEASANT HILL On May 14, 2014 while on Patrol in the area of 291 Highway and 58 highway east, I observed a vehicle sttempt to pass me at high rate of speed in a no passing zone when the driver noticed my vehicle was a marked patrol car it hit the brake causing the vehicle to skid nearly striking my vehicle, Driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested. 05/15/14 00: TH ST, BELTON On May 14, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a domestic disturbance at th Street Belton Missouri. Reporting party said that the suspect hit him in the jaw for an unknown reason and then left the residence. 05/15/14 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 15, 2014, I contacted Rocky S. Adkins, w/m, in the parking lot of the Cass County Justice Center regarding a subject who he is testifying against speaking with him before court. All parties invlolved have been identified. 05/15/14 09: STATE ROUTE 2, CLEVELAND 05/15/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1035 hours I made contact with John Bechtold in DIV IV court room. Mr. Bechtold was remanded to custody for transport to the Missouri Department of corrections for 120 days. 05/15/14 11: GRAHAM RD, PLEASANT HILL On May 15, 2014 I responded to Hope Haven in Harrisonville, Missouri, to assist Cass County DFS on an investigation. This report is non criminal in nature. 05/15/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/15/2014, at approxiamtely 1100 hours, I made contact with Benny J. Uselton in the Division V. courtroom at the Cass County Justice Center. I took Mr. Uselton into custody on active Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00487 for domestic assulat 3rd degree. Bond was set at $ secured only and a court date of 05/20/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 05/15/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1145 hours I made contact with Erin Marlow in DIV IV court room. Upon arrival I made contact with Yates, Sabrina W/F. Ms. Yates arrested on warrant #14CAARW580 and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/15/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday May 15th 2014 I was contacted at the Cass County Sheriff's Office by Derek M Pennington w/m in regards to a Cass County Warrant. I served Mr. Pennington his warrant with a bond of $10.00 and a court date of at 0900 hours. 05/15/14 15:40 POWELL RD S OF 78 HWY, INDEPENDENCE On Thursday, May 15th 2014, at 1540 hours, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Powell Road south of 78 Highway in Independence, Missouri. Damage was sustained to both vehicles and no injuries were reported. 05/15/14 16: GASLIGHT DR, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, May 15th, 2014, at approximately 1400 hours, I received information about an unidentified subject that was enroute to Yesterday's Guitars at 1905 Gaslight Drive, Harrisonville, Missouri, and that the subject was possibly in possession of several guitars that were taken during a residential burglary in Belton, Missouri. Upon the arrival of the subject, it was determined that the guitars in his possession were in fact stolen, and the subject was taken into custody. 05/15/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday May 15th 2014 I was contacted at the Cass County Sheriff's Office by Drew M Sharp w/m in regards to a Cass County Warrant # 14CA-CR00234 charging Minor Visibly Intoxicated. I served Mr. Sharp his warrant with a bond of $ , 10% cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours. 05/15/14 18: ST ST, CLEVELAND On May 15, 2014 at about 1921 hours, I contacted Ms Amber A. Young in regards to a stolen license plate from 2700 E. 261st street. After contacting Ms. Young by phone, Ms. Young's license plate was entered into the computer as stolen. A suspect has not been identified. 05/15/14 18: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 15, 2014, at approximately 1910 hours, I arrested Shane S. Clary, white male on an active Cass County warrant, #14-cafta-442, for failed to appear, property damage 2nd degree, bond $ , 10% cash only on 289th Street, west of Southwest Outer Road, rural Harrisonville, Missouri. Mr. Clary was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 05/15/14 18: WALNUT, FREEMAN On May 15, 2014 at 1950 hours, I was dispatched to Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to an ex-parte violation. The victim, Mrs. Diana L. Purvis, W/F told me that the suspect has continued to call her on the phone in violation of the exparte order that she has against him. A suspect has been identified. 05/15/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/15/2014, at approximately 2145 Hours, I made contact with Douglas J. Horn W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for Assault on Law Enforcement Officer 1st. Bond was set at $50, and a court date of 05/29/2014 at 0900 hours was given.

7 05/15/14 23: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On May 15, 2014, I investigated a reported personnel injury accident involving a firearm that occurred at South State Route 291, rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A male subject was transported to the hospital with an injury to the left hand. 05/15/14 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/16/2014, at approximately 0000 Hours, I made contact with Jonathan S. Cunningham W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for Tampering with motor vehicle 1st degree. Bond was set at $20, cash or surety and a court date of 05/29/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 05/16/14 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0230 hours, I made contact with Harold E. Cooper W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Warrant. I served Mr. Cooper the Cass County Warrant, with a $25,000.00, Cash or Surety Bond. 05/16/14 06: ST ST, CLEVELAND On May 16, 2014 at approximately 0733 hours, I was dispatched to 3208 East 231st Street, located in rural Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a theft. My investigation revealed that several square bales of hay where stolen from Vincent Zumwalt at a nearby barn. 05/16/14 09:36 HUTCHISON CORR CNTR, HUTCHISON On at 0939 hours, I responded to the Hutchison Corectional Facility reference a warrant service. I then took Jerry Brinkley into custody on Cass County warrant # 08CA-CR for Forgery, bond $25,000, Mr. Brinkley was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/16/14 12: SHIMEL RD, STRASBURG On May 16, 2014 I responded to S. Shimmel Road, Strasburg, Missouri in reference to damaged property. Mr. James Garrett reported damage to a mailbox that had occurred the evening before. Suspect has not been identified. 05/16/14 13: TH ST, FREEMAN On May 16, 2014, at approximately 1355 hours, I was dispatched to 8307 Lakeview Drive located in Lake Annette, Lake Annette, Missouri in reference to a theft. My investigation revealed that one of two license plates where stolen off a vehicle parked at E. 256th Street, Freeman, Missouri. 05/16/14 15:48 171ST STREET AND ROLLING HILLS ROAD, BELTON On at approximately 1552 hours I responded to the area of 171st Street and Rolling Hills Road in reference to two suspicious subjects walking along the roadway in the area. One suspect was arrested for an active Raymore PD warrant. 05/16/14 16:22 203RD STREET, HARRISONVILLE On May 16, 2014, I conducted a vehicle stop on 203rd Street east of Bridle Lane in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver, Dustin K. Stock was arrested on a Belton PD warrant and transported to the Belton City Jail for booking. 05/16/14 17:01 CREIGHTON BALL PARK, On May 16, 2014 I responded to the Creighton Baseball Park on Arnold Street, Creighton, Missouri in reference to property damage. Mr. Thomas Wolfe reported damage to the concession building at the ball park. Suspects have not been identified.

Incident Log 05/16/14 19: HIGHWAY AND 58 HWY, PLEASANT HILL On May 16, 2014 I was dispatched to assist Officers from Lake Winnebago Police Department with a vehicle pursuit in the area of 175th and 291 highway. Upon arrival I made contact with Office Mcginness who had a male subject in custody. The male subject had an active warrant through Probation and Parole. Office Mcginness released the subject on his charges. The male subject was transported to the Cass County Jail on the active warrant. A suspect has been arrested an placed in custody in this incident. 05/17/14 10:29 ORIENT CEMETERY RD/245TH, On May 17, 2014 I responded to Orient Cemetery Road and 245th Street in reference to a single vehicle motor vehicle accident. Minor injuries were observed. 05/17/14 13: SCHOOL RD, RAYMORE On May 17, 2014, I assisted the Raymore Police Department with a residence check located at S. School Road in rural Peculiar, Missouri. Terry R. Bass was arrested on a Kansas City PD warrant by the Raymore Police Department. 05/17/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/16/14 at approximately 1016 hours, I made contact with Fredwick L. Larabee at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00479 bond amount $200, cash only. 05/17/14 16:10 258TH ST AND LAKE ANNETTE ROAD, FREEMAN On at approximately 1619 hours I responded to 258th Street and Lake Annette Road in reference to a vehicle striking another vehicle. Upon arrival I contacted Beverly Hoffman who stated a subject in a white truck had struck her vehicle while she was in it. Two subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Cass county Jail. 05/17/14 17: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On May 18, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance at highway. Upon arrival I contacted a female subject and a male subject who each stated that the other did not belong on the property. All subjects left the property willingly. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 05/17/14 18: ST ST, PECULIAR On May 17, 2014 at about 1853 hours, I responded to 9804 E. 241st street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Chad D. Larimer who said he was assaulted by a white male. A suspect has been identified. 05/17/14 19: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On May 17, 2014 at about 2004 hours, I was dispatched State Route D Highway in reference to a suicidal subject. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Mark B. Parson. Mr. Parson was transported by EMS to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment. 05/17/14 21: MAIN ST, GUNN CITY 05/17/14 22: STATE ROUTE T, GARDEN CITY On May 18, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a peace disturbance at T highway Garden City, MO. Upon arrival I contacted two sets of neighbors. Each subject stated the other disturbed their peace by yelling threats. Suspects have been identified in this incident.

Incident Log 05/17/14 23:55 CORTEZ MOTEL, 05/18/14 00:50 Y/MARKEE, 05/18/14 01: MECHANIC ST, BELTON On Sunday at approximately 0015 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on a vehicle that attempted to avoid a Sobriety Checkpoint in Belton Missouri. The driver was given a summons for Careless and Imprudent driving. 05/18/14 03:06 SB49/NCASS, BELTON On May 18, 2014 at about 0307 hours, I stopped a gray 2004 Volvo on the exit ramp to N. Cass Parkway from south bound Interstate 49. After contacting the driver he was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. 05/18/14 03:40 NB49/150, On , at approximately 0213 hours I was assisting the Belton Police Department with a DWI checkpoint located at 163rd and Markey Parkway. A vehicle ran from the checkpoint and a pursuit was initiated. The pursuit was terminated for the safety of the public. 05/18/14 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0355 hours, I served warrant #13CA-CR01183 to Paul Douglass Krider at the Cass County Jail for DWI. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of 05/27/2014, at 0900 hours was given. 05/18/14 04: HIGHWAY, PLEASANT HILL On May 18, 2014 I assisted Office Betts of the Pleasant Hill Police department with a vehicle check at highway in Pleasant Hill, Mo, Casey's general store parking lot. During the vehicle check two subjects were placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property, felon in possession of a firearm and active warrants. Suspects have been identified and placed in custody during this incident. 05/18/14 09: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On at approximately 0955 hours I responded to S State Route Y outside of Belton, MO in reference to a stelaing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Michael Agnos and Randy Garrison who stated someone had stolen a box trailer full of construction tools from the property. At this time there are no suspects in this case. 05/18/14 15: COMMERCIAL STREET, PLEASANT HILL On May 18, 2014, I conducted a prisoner transport from the Pleasant Hill Police Department. I picked up Thomas J. 10 05/18/14 19: MAPLE, DREXEL On May 18th 2014, at approximately 1933 hours I was dispatched to 120 East Maple, Drexel Missouri in reference to a disturbance. I made contact with Sylver N. Beaudin who told me she had been assaulted. A suspect has been identified. 05/18/14 19: WHIPPOORWILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On May 19, 2014 I conducted an investigation of an assault that occurred at 8304 Whippoorwill Hill road Lake Annette, Missouri. Upon arrival I contacted two subjects who had obvious injuries. Both subjects were intoxicated and were placed in custody for drug court violations. There was no suspect information in the assault at the time of report. 05/18/14 21: TH ST, DREXEL On May 18, 2014 at about 2142 hours, I was dispatched to E. 355th street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mr. Justin Lough who said that he has been arguing with Ms. Sara Lough. There was no apparent crime during this incident.
