1 12/23/13 00: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 23, 2013, at approximately 0040 hours, I investigated a motor vehicle crash on 253rd Street, west of Cantrell Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. Investigation revealed that a slide off occurred due to a vehicle being in the roadway and icy road conditions. The vehicle that was left in the roadway was removed by Johnson's Tow. 12/23/13 04:19 2/SYCAMORE GROVE, GARDEN CITY On Monday, December 23rd, 2013 at approximately 0434 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest on an active warrant out of Lake Winnebago, Missouri for failure to appear on a driving while intoxicated charge, at the intersection of Sycamore Grove Road and State Route 2 in rural Garden City, Missouri. Nicholas A. Oneal, white male was taken into custody on Lake Winnebago's warrant and was transported to State Route 291 and State Route P in Pleasant Hill, Missouri and released to Lake Winnebago Police. 12/23/13 09:16 MDC-CHILLICOTHE CORR CENTER, CHILLICOTHE On 12/23/13 at 0916 hours, I responded to the Chillicothe Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant, they were then transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/23/13 09: HONOR CAMP LANE, FORDLAND On 12/28/2013 at approximately 0855 hours I responded to the Ozark Correctonal Center to arrest Kevin L. Lund W/M on two Cass County Warrants, taking the subject into custody at 1102 hours. 12/23/13 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 2042 hours I made contact with Sherri L. O'neal W/F at the Cass County Sheriff's Office regarding an active Cass County Warrant for Interference with custody. She was arrested on that warrant and given a court date of and her bond was set at $30, cash or surety. 12/23/13 11:13 DOMINATOR, On December 23, 2013 I responded to a disturbance at the Dominator Gas Station in Garden City, Missouri. Investigation revealed that a disturbance had occurred in another jurisdiction south of Cass County, Missouri. The subjects were identified and released from the scene. Other agencies were contacted for further investigation into this incident. 12/23/13 12: STOCKMAN RD, BELTON Voided Report Number. Incident Log 12/23/13 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1430 hours, in Division 2. Judge Wagner ordered Nicole Ford to be remanded into custody case number 11CA-CR01410,dis/Del/Manf, Possession of a controlled substance, Bond set at $10,000 cash only, court date 1330 hours. I then transported Kristie Nicole Ford to the Cass County Jail. 12/23/13 14: GROH RD, FREEMAN On December 23, 2013 I responded to S. Groh Road, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a non criminal domestic disturbance that was reported by a Ms. Hall. A domestic argument had occurred between her and her fiance. No criminal actions were reported and the subjects were separated.

2 12/23/13 15: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On December 23, 2013 I responded to E. 235th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to fraud / forgery that was reported by Mr. Rodney Richter. Mr. Richter reported credit card debts that were accumulated by his ex wife. Both parties have been identified. 12/23/13 15: KNOCKE PL, RAYMORE On Monday, December 23, 2013 the victim Shirley Richards reported that her 1994 Saturn and 1999 dodge truck had been stolen from her residence of 1002 Knoche Place Raymore, Missouri by a suspect who she knows.. 12/23/13 23: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On December 23, 2013 at about 2313 hours, I stopped a blue 1998 Pontiac Bonneville on the parking lot of the Cortez Hotel for expired license plate. A computer check identified Mr. Christopher L. Vanalst, W/M, had two Cass County Warrants. Mr. Vanalst was informed of the warrants and placed under arrest. Mr. Vanalst was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/24/13 01: STATE ROUTE E, PLEASANT HILL On Monday , at approximately 2225 hours, I was dispatched to East State Route E in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Cox, Michael W. w/m who said he has been depressed saying that he had scrapped himself with a knife across the chest. Mr. Cox. Mr. Cox was transported by EMS to St. Luke's in Lee Summit for evaluation. 12/24/13 05:41 2/Z, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 0602 hours, I investigated a reported motor vehicle crash in the area of State Route 2 hwy west of State Route Z hwy. The 1994 red Chevrolet S-10 Blazer was located facing north bound on the south bound shoulder. No damage occurred. The vehicle was not displaying licence plates. The Vehicle was removed by Southland towing service. 12/24/13 09: RD ST, BELTON On Tuesday, December 24, 2013 I responded to 183rd and Holmes regarding a bronze Dodge truck parked roadside with no license. Upon arrival I noticed the ignition was punched and upon running the vehicle identification number 3D7HU18N52G was confirmed stolen December 22, 2013 from Olathe, Kansas. 12/24/13 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/24/2013 at approximately 1300 hours I took Morgan Warner Minturn into custody at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00503 for Non-Support. Bond was set at $1, cash only and a court date of 12/31/2013 at 0900 hours was given. 12/24/13 12: WILLOW LN, PECULIAR On December 24, 2013 at approximately 1249 hours, I was dispatched to 617 Willow Lane located in Peculiar, Missouri to assist Peculiar Police with a felony vehicle stop. I arrested a subject for an active Cass County warrant for possession of controlled substance. 12/24/13 12: WARD RD, RAYMORE On December 24, 2013, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on Ward Road south of Gore Road in rural Lee's Summit, Missouri. A 2004 Silver Mercury Mountaineer lost control on the snow packed roadway and rolled into the ditch. There were no reported injuries.

3 12/24/13 12: MAIN ST, EAST LYNNE On December 24, 2013 I attempted to help locate lost property that was reported by Ms. Betty Burkhart at 614 E. Main Street, East Lynne, Missouri. Ms. Burkhart reported that she could not locate her purse. The purse could not be located. 12/24/13 16:45 NB I-49/N. OF 291 HWY, HARRISONVILLE On December 24, 2013, at approximately 1650 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on December 23, My investigation revealed that a piece of ice fell from a vehicle while the vehicle traveled northbound on I-49 north or 291 Highway, and landed on another vehicle. The ice caused very little damage to the driver side mirror plastic. 12/24/13 19: LAKE RD, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 1947 hours, I investigated a unknown type 911 call at 300 Lake road lot #12, Garden City Mo. The calling party reported a neighbor yelling for someone to call the police. My investigation revealed the person requesting the police was in need of taking his medications and to be assured the snakes he was seeing in his home were not real. 12/24/13 22: GORE RD, RAYMORE On December 24, 2013 at about 2250 hours, I was dispatched to 1107 Gore Road in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Ms. Natasha Brinkle, W/F, who said that the suspect had thrown her to the ground. The suspect was identified and contacted. 12/24/13 23: , PECULIAR On I investigated a report of a disturbance that occurred at E 233rd Peculiar Mo. My investigation revealed that a verbal argument occurred over property. 12/25/13 04: ND CT, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday , at approximately 2236 hours, I was dispatched to East 222nd Court to assist EMS personal. One female was transported by EMS to St, Luke's hospital in Lee Summit, Missouri. 12/25/13 04: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday, at approximately 2354 hours I was dispatched to Main street in Garden City across from the Fire department in reference to an Assault that has occurred. One male subject has been transported to Cass Regional Medical Center. A suspect has been identified in this case. 12/25/13 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/25/2013, at approximately 0600 hours, I made contact with Stephen Flynn, and served an active Cass County warrant. 12/25/13 06: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, December 25, 2013 approximately 0639 hours while patrolling I noticed an open door on the property located at S. Brookhart Dr. in Harrisonville Missouri. A suspect was identified in this case. 12/25/13 06: LAKE RD, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday , I was dispatched to 300 Lake rd, Garden City Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Ellis, Thomas Dwayne was transported by EMS to Cass Regional Medical center for Observation.

4 12/25/13 07: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday December 25th 2013 I was dispatched to the Dominator Gas Station at S Old 7 Highway rural Garden City Missouri in regard to a stealing. I contacted Bonnie W Rajsky who stated that she arrived to open the store and discovered that someone had taken propane tanks from a locked cabinet on the sidewalk in front of the store. There is no identified suspect. 12/25/13 18:16 GORE RD/ E OF KURZWEIL, RAYMORE This accident apparently occurred when Vehicle (1) was traveling west bound on Gore Road. Vehicle (1) then swerved to avoid debris in the roadway. Driver (1) then lost control of Vehicle (1) on the icy roadway and began sliding. Vehicle (1) then collided with a fence on the south side of the roadway. 12/25/13 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 2045 hours I responded to the segregation hallway regarding an inmate that had fallen in the shower. Jody R. Pope was transported by Harrisonville Fire to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment. Inmate Pope was later returned with physicians orders. 12/26/13 06:40 PECULIAR DR/BRIDGE NO EXIT, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday December 26, 2013 at approximately 0639 hours I responded to a non-injury accident on 253rd Street north of Cantrell Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Miller Tow. 12/26/13 08: RD ST, BELTON On December 26, 2013 at approximately 0858 hours, I investigated stealing at 1007 e 203RD Street, Belton, Missouri. The victim identified as Austin M Stark reported that someone broke into his employer s lot and stole his personal tools out of a parked company vehicle. No suspect(s) have been identified. 12/26/13 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1423 hours, I served a Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01577 to Jeremiah Foote at the Cass County Jail, possession of marijuana, Bond was set at $2,500 cash or surety, and a court date of 0900 hours was given, 12/26/13 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1428 hours, I served a Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01576 to Justin Brown at the Cass County Jail, possession of marijuana, Bond was set at $2,500 cash or surety, and a court date of 0900 hours was given, 12/26/13 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/26/2013 at approximately 1533 hours, I made contact with Michael Lewis Billings, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Billings Cass County warrant# 13CA-CR01503, Bond was set at $1, with a court date of 01/31/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 12/27/13 01: F HWY, GARDEN CITY On December 27th, 2013, at approximately 0140 hours, I investigated a disturbance at 113 F Highway, Garden City, Missouri. My investigation revealed that the disturbance was due to a medical condition and that no apparent crime had occurred.

5 12/27/13 11:33 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 12/27/13 at 1133 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/27/13 11:54 MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1154 hours I conducted a traffic stop on a maroon Toyota passenger car bearing Kansas license 014FVK. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for an outstanding warrant and narcotics were recovered from the vehicle. The driver was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 12/27/13 12: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On December 27, 2013 I responded to State Rt P, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a subject that took an unknown amount of pills and was found by family members. Subject was voluntarily transported by Pleasant Hill EMS to Cass Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. 12/27/13 13: STATE ROUTE J, PECULIAR On December 27, 2013 at approximately 1306 hours, I was dispatched to South State Route J Highway, located in rural Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed that Shawn Paxton was assaulted by his spouse. A subject was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/27/13 13: STATE ROUTE A, DREXEL On at approximately 1345 hours I responded to 4606 E State Route A outside of Drexel, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Bryan Reynolds who stated someone had stolen three pigs from the hog farm. No suspects have been identified in this case at this time. 12/27/13 14:28 7HWY AND STE ROUTE B, CREIGHTON On 12/27/13 at 1428 hours, I responded to 7Hwy and state route B reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/27/13 15: STATE ROUTE T, ARCHIE On December 27, 2013 I responded to T Highway, Archie, Missouri in reference to stealing, that was reported by Mr. and Ms. Thurman. It was reported that several metal items and tools had been taken from the property. Suspects have not been identified. 12/27/13 15:58 JOHNSON COUNTY KS, GARDNER On 12/27/13 at 1558 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/27/13 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 27, 2013 at approximately 1652 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic in reference to a person being followed by another vehicle. My investigation revealed that no crime had occurred. A wife and husband were having a civil issue over their child. 12/27/13 17: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On December 27, 2013 I conducted a residence check at S. Walker Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a subject with felony warrants. Mr. William Yelton was contacted and placed in custody for driving while revoked. Subject was transported to the Cass County jail.

6 12/27/13 22: STATE ROUTE TT, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, December 27th, 2013 at approximately 2240 hours I conducted an investigation of a suspicious vehicle I observed traveling west through a field south of 7 Highway and east of TT Highway in rural Harrisonville Missouri. During the investigation a stolen pickup truck was located and recovered, and a white male and white female were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. 12/28/13 00: AARONS LN, BELTON On about 1215 hour at Aarons lane in Belton MO. A summons was issued to a white male for minor in possession of alcohol. 12/28/13 01:26 SB49 N PECULIAR, PECULIAR On December 28, 2013 at about 0126 hours, I observed a 2000 Ford Ranger pickup truck traveling south on US Interstate 49 approaching Peculiar MO. I noticed that the vehicle was weaving within its lane of traffic and drove onto the fog line two times. I stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. The driver is identified as the suspect. 12/28/13 04: F HWY, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, at approximately 0430 hours, I was was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic in reference to an assault that occurred on Upon arrival at approximately 0435 hours, I made contact with Johnson, Kimberly w/f who said she had been assaulted by her son. A suspect has been identified. 12/28/13 04:40 SB/163RD ST, BELTON On December 28, 2013 at about 0440 hours, I observed a red 2000 Toyota Solara traveling south on US Interstate 49 approaching 163rd street. I noticed that the vehicle was traveling down the center of the two south bound lanes of the highway. After stopping the vehicle and obtaining consent to search the driver was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol. Driver is identified as the suspect. 12/28/13 08: ND ST, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 0811 hours I was dispatched to 114 W 2nd Street in Garden City, MO in reference to an unresponsive subject. Upon arrival I contacted Kevin Bowers who stated he'd found Barbara Brown unresponsive in their bedroom this morning. This case is ongoing at this time. 12/28/13 11: TH ST, PECULIAR On December 28, 2013 at approximately 1136 hours, I was dispatched to the Peculiar Police Department in reference to an animal call. My investigation revealed that a dog was purchased by Ethel M. Elblink-Jablonowski and that she was not convinced that the dog was a purebred dog as she was told. This will be a civil matter, pending the results of a DNA test of the dog. 12/28/13 16: OLD 71 HIGHWAY, ARCHIE On December 28, 2013 at approximately 1611 hours, I was dispatched to 211 Southwest Outer Road located in Archie, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that several items were stolen from a storage unit at that location. 12/28/13 19:36 2/WOF SUMMIT RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, December 28, 2013 at approximately 1931 hours I observed a vehicle in the ditch on State Route 2 west of Summit Rd. The driver told me that he had been struck from behind by another vehicle causing the vehicle to leave the roadway. The driver was issued a summons.

Gibson, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Gibson Cass County warrant #13CA-CR Bond was set at $10, Cash or Surety, with a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 12/28/13 23: TH ST, BELTON On December 28, 2013 at about 2308 hours, I was dispatched to 5801 E. 187th street trailer #44 in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Luther L. Hammon, W/M who said that he believed someone had entered his locked shed and messed up the contents of the shed then left, locking the shed back up. 12/29/13 04: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, December 29, 2013 at approximately 0403 hours I was dispatched to S. Gray Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO reference to a report of a person with possible gunshot wounds. The investigation revealed that a female subject required medical assistance and no crime had been committed. 12/29/13 07:35 PECULIAR DR AND N CASS PARKWAY, BELTON On at approximately 0735 hours I responded to the area of Peculiar Drive and North Cass Parkway in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was found to be stolen from Leawood, KS and recovered by Eckert's Tow. 12/29/13 07: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On December 29, 2013 at approximately 0743 hours, I was dispatched to Dominator Fuel Store located at South Old 7 Highway, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a suspicious person. A subject was arrested for possession of controlled substance and transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/29/13 09: PARK RD, FREEMAN On at approximately 0941 hours I responded to S Park Road outside of Freeman, MO in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Christopher Montoya who stated his mentally challeneged step son had been out of control. 12/29/13 09: RD ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1020 hours I responded to 4204 E 253rd Street outside of Freeman, MO in reference to a death investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Jimmy Sisk who stated his wife had passed away during the night. The Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office was contacted to respond and they released the body to Cullen Funeral Home. 12/29/13 11: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 29, 2013, at approximately 1133 hours, I was dispatched to East 275th located in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that an industrial air pump was stolen from Shell Gas Station. No suspect information is available at this time. 12/29/13 15:13 267TH STREET, CLEVELAND On December 29, 2013, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on 267th Street west of State Route D in rural Cleveland, Missouri. A red Ford Explorer lost control on the icy roadway and rolled into a creek. The passenger was transported to an area trauma center for treatment of her injuries. The driver had minor injuries, but refused medical treatment.
