1 12/12/16 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/12/2016, at approximately 0410 Hours, I made contact with William C Handy-Buford at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County weekend warrant for Driving while suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 01/19/2017 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 12/12/16 05: HWY, HARRISONVILLE On Monday December 12, 2016 at approximately 0516 hours, I observed a white GMC pickup turn north on 7 Hwy from E. Elm St in Harrisonville. The vehicle was reported stolen from Harrisonville. I initiated vehicle stop on the vehicle at Hwy. The vehicle fled into a field behind that residence. Driver fled from the vehicle. Suspect has not been identified. 12/12/16 07: AIRPORT RD, PLEASANT HILL On December 12, 2016 I arrested a subject with active warrants out of Harrisonville Police Department. The subject was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/12/16 09: HENRY ANDREWS DR, PLEASANT HILL On December 12, 2016 I conducted a stealing investigation at S. Henry Andrew Dr, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The victim reported paying for 10 trees in May of 2014 and never receiving them. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 12/12/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/12/2016, at approximately 0935 Hours, I made contact with Carl Gunn at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Court Ordered Arrest. Subject was advised of a 24 hour "shocktime" he was sentenced by Drug Court which he will serve before his release. 12/12/16 10:03 WESTERN RECEPTION DIAGNOSTIC CORR CENTER, On 12/12/16 at 1003 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Landon Boynton into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Boynton was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/12/16 10:20 KANSAS CITY RELEASE CENTER, On 12/15/2016 at 1005 hours, I responded to the KCCRC Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Richard Ennis into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR00328 for Nonsupport, bond $25,000 cash only, Mr Ennsi was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/12/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1020 hours, Donovan Kamp had a medical emergency in the Div 3 courtroom. EMS was called and upon arrival, helped and then transported Mr. Kamp to St Lukes East hospital. 12/12/16 11:07 PECULIAR DR/N CASS PARKWAY, BELTON On 12/12/2016 at approximately 1111 hours I was dispatched to Peculiar Drive at North Cass Parkway, Belton, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed approximately 100 feet of AT&T cable was stolen from this area. 12/12/16 16:09 STATE LINE RD/203RD, PECULIAR On 12/12/2016 at approximately 1624 hours I was dispatched to 316 1st Street, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a stealing that occurred near State Line road and 203rd Street. My investigation revealed that a subject in this area shot

My investigation revealed that a subject in this area shot the report party's dog, and stole the hunting collar it was wearing. 12/12/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2033 Hours, I made contact with Wells,Carles at the Cass County Sheriff's Office Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for Count 1 Fugitive From Out Of State. Bond was set at $10, Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 12/12/16 21: LAKEVIEW DR, LAKE ANNETTE On , I investigated a non-criminal disturbance that occurred at 8411 E. Lakeview Dr in Lake Annette. The persons involved in this incident have been identified. 12/13/16 01: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 13, 2016 I was dispatched to the area of 283rd and Jones Rd in reference to a vehicle in the area that the reporting party said was spotlight and then heard a gun shot. Vehicle was located and the passenger was arrested on active warrants and the driver was released on scene with summons issued by Missouri Department of Conservation. 12/13/16 11: EDWALE TERR, HARRISONVILLE On 12/13/2016, at approximately 1145 Hours, I made contact with Miles Wray at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00900 for CHILD MOLEST-2ND DEGREE. Bond was set at $5, and a court date of 02/02/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 12/13/16 12: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On December 13th, 2016, I was dispatched to S. State Route 7 Highway, Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference a report of found property. Upon my arrival, I met with Dan A. Byrd who reports that he found two empty, and damaged bank bags on his driveway. No owner has been identified. 12/13/16 16: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On December 13th, 2016, I made phone contact with Brierly A. Stafford-Cobb who reports that sometime between December 9th, 2016 and December 12th, 2016, someone entered her vehicle while it was parked at E. 175th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri and stole her prescription medications. No suspect has been identified. 12/14/16 09:02 LANSING CORRECT CENTER, LANSING On 12/14/16 at 0902 hours, I responded to the Lansing Correctional Facility reference a warrant service. I then took Jeren Hinton into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00385 for Possession of a contolled substance, bond $7,500. Mr. Hinton was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/14/16 11:40 175TH ST/E OF BB, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at approximately 1146 hours I was dispatched to 175th Street and Gray Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a non injury motor vehicle accident. Joseph Erdman stated that a male subject pulled his vehicle into the same lane to prevent him from passing causing the accident. The male subject was identified. 12/14/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 14, 2016 I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office for a report of stealing. Mr. Herb Ferguson reported a saddle to have been stolen from a building on his property. The theft was reported to have been in the past thirty days. No suspect information is available at this time.

3 12/14/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/14/2016, at approximately 1311 Hours, I arrested Crisler, Ronald on active Independence Police Department warrants. The subject was escorted to the Cass County Jail. 12/14/16 13:24 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 12/14/16 at 1324 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Mark Pennington into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR and 16CA-CR00665 for Fail To Appear. The total bond was set at $50,000 cash only. Mr. Pennington was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/14/16 15:35 5 STATE ROUTE 2, CLEVELAND On December 14th, 2016 at approximately 1540 hours I was dispatched to 5 east state route 2, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to assisting another agency. 12/14/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 14, 2016 at approximately 1505 hours, I received a phone call from a victim of a crime. Earlier in the day, I had served this person with a subpoena to appear in court along with several other persons. This person told me that she had been told by another person involved in the same case, that if she showed up to court, she and her children would be deported. I spoke with the person who had contacted her and that person denied anything like that was ever said to the victim. 12/14/16 18: RD ST, BELTON On December 16, 2016 at approximately 2234 hours, I conducted a prisoner transfer from Belton Missouri Police Department. Subject was transported to the Cass County on an active warrant for damage to jail property, and released to the Jail staff for further processing. 12/14/16 22: ASH ST, BELTON On December 14, 2016 at approximately 2242 hours, I was dispatched to S. Ash Street, Belton, Missouri in reference to an out of control juvenile. Upon arrival, I spoke with Tia N. Gallardo who stated she and another individual were involved in an argument. Ms. Gallardo also stated that individual caused damage to her car by hitting it. 12/15/16 01: EDEN BRIDGE, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On December 15, 2016, I was dispatched to Eden Bridge, for a structure fire. Upon arrival I observed several fire agencies on scene putting out a house fire. The main cause of the fire is currently unknown. 12/15/16 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/15/2016, at approximately 0515 Hours, I made contact with Zackary M. Love at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for failure to maintain fianacial responsibility. Bond was set at $ and a court date of 01/24/2017 at 0900 hours was given. I also served Cass County warrant for No seatbelt. Bond was set at $10.00 Cash only and a court date of 01/24/2016 Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 12/15/16 07: TH TER, PECULIAR On December 15, 2016 I responded to E. 217th Terrace, Peculiar, Missouri for a report of a stolen parcel delivery. Ms. Patricia Turner reported a box with medical supplies to have been taken from the door step of her residence. Suspect information is not available at this time.

4 12/15/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 12/15/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1000 hours I made contact with Inman, Michael D. w/m in DIV 4 court room. Mr. Inman was arrested on an active Cass County warrant for Possession of a controlled substance case number 16CA-CR00935 with a signature bond. Mr. Inman was given a court date of hours in DIV 4. Mr. Inman was escorted to the jail with out incident. 12/15/16 10:06 SCHOOL RD/203RD, On December 15, 2016 I responded to Harvest Lane, Peculiar, Missouri to assist the Raymore Police Department. A vehicle had left the scene of property damage inside Raymore City limits and was found at this address. The driver of the vehicle was transported to Belton Regional Hospital for an unknown medical issue. 12/15/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1332 hours I contacted Michael Candillo at the Cass County Justice Center in reference to active Harrisonville PD warrants. Mr. Candillo was taken into custody and escorted to the Cass County Jail. 12/15/16 11:30 SHERWOOD SCHOOL, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, December 15, 2016, I was dispatched to the Sherwood School in regards to juvenile problems in the school. Upon my arrival I met with Bill Stackhouse, the high school principal. Mr. Stackhouse advised that a student had received a text in regards to a possible school shooting in the cafeteria during lunch time today. I stood by in the cafeteria while Mr. Stackhouse was tracking down the rumor. Mr. Stackhouse s investigation revealed that it was just simply a rumor that got out of hand and that there was no threat to the school. This report is for informational purposes only. 12/15/16 13:07 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, December 15, 2016 I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police Department in regards to a prisoner transfer. Dispatch further advised that I was to pick up a Nicholas A. Bysor on a active Cass County warrant. Upon arrival, Mr. Bysor was taken into custody for warrant 15CA-CR01154 for failure to appear with the original charge of possession of a controlled substance. I then transported Mr. Bysor to the Cass County Jail for processing on the active warrant. 12/15/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/15/2016, at approximately 1445 Hours, I made contact with Hatfield, Kert at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR01019 for Burglary 2nd. Bond was set at signature and a court date of 02/02/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 12/15/16 15: MISSION RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1600 hours Depusties responded to the area of 2205 Mission Road in Harrisonville, MO in reference to assisting Harrisonville PD and Harrisonville Emeregency Services with an apartment building on fire. 12/15/16 16: OLINGER, STRASUBRG On Thursday December 15, 2016 I conducted a Domestic Assault investigation at 313 A Olinger in Strasburg, Missouri, which was reported by the victim Travis M. Freeman white/male. A suspect in this case has been identified.

5 12/15/16 20: AIRPORT RD, EAST LYNNE On Thursday December 15, 2016 at approximately 2025 hours, I was dispatched to S Airport Rd in Pleasant Hill. In reference to threats not in progress. After speaking with the reporting party, it was found that the matter was civil in nature. No charges were filed on this incident. 12/15/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2100 Hours, I made contact with Parks,Brian G W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant's. I served Cass County warrant's 15CACR00263 for Probation violation & 14cacr01164 for probation violation. 12/15/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2100 Hours, I made contact with Miller,Tristan G W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CACR01037 for Receiving stolen property. 12/15/16 22: ROCKHAVEN RD, HARRISONVILLE On December 15, 2016 I conducted a vehicle stop on a purple in color Plymouth car for having a non-working brake light. The front seat passenger was taken into custody on multiple, active traffic warrants. 12/15/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/15/2016 at approximately 2327 hours I made contact with Ryan Werner on an active Cass County warrant. He was taken into custody on this warrant. 12/16/16 09: JERRY, RAYMORE On Friday, December 16, 2016 at approximately 0957 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 1106 North Jerry in Raymore, MIssouri in regards to a report of stealing. I spoke with the reporting party, Pamala K. Meloy, white female who stated that her cell phone was stolen from the residence. A suspect has been identified, however no arrest has been made due to the suspect leaving the scene prior to my arrival. 12/16/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 12/16/16 at approximately 1000 hours I made contact with Cardwell, Stephen at the Cass County Jail, and arrested him on Cass County ordered shock time.. I placed Cardwell, Stephen under arrest in accordance with the 48 hour court ordered arrest issued by the Cass County courts on 12/12/16. 12/16/16 10: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On December 16, 2016 I recovered a stolen truck at S. Jefferson Parkway, Harrisonville, Missouri. The truck was stolen out of Harrisonville, Missouri. Harrisonville Police Department arrived on scene and had the vehicle towed from the scene. No suspects have been identified at this time. 12/16/16 10:48 HENRY COUNTY JAIL, CLINTON On 12/16/16 at 1048 hours, I responded to the Henry County jail reference a warrant service. I then took Ricky Rhoadabarger into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR01020 for Possession of a controlled substance, bond $5,000 10% cash only. Mr. Rhoadabarger was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/16/16 11: ELLIOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On December 16, 2016 I conducted a burglary investigation at S. Elliott Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The victim reported forced entry to the residence and several items missing including a Chevrolet pickup. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time.

I served Cass County warrant and for FTA/DWR and FTA/Operating a Motor Vehicle without Proof of Insurance. Bond was set at $ and a court date of 01/10/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 12/16/16 16: TH ST, PECULIAR On December 16th, 2016, I was dispatched to E. 250th Street, Peculiar, Missouri reference a death investigation. Upon my arrival, I contacted Phylis M. Lafontaine who reported that she had discovered the body of Rodney T. Hill inside of a camper where he resided on the property. The body of Mr. Hill was released to the Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office and the cause of death remains under investigation. 12/16/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 12/16/16 20: MAIN STREET, GRANDVIEW On 12/17/2016, at approximately 0014 hours, I responded to the Grandview Police Department where I took custody of Dashine Barnes, B/F, on Cass County warrant 15CA-CR01063 for Theft/Stealing more than $ but less than $ Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of 02/02/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 12/16/16 22:00 E 195TH ST/STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On 12/16/2016, at approximately 2246 hours, I responded to the area of E 195th Street and State Route D, in reference to an abandoned vehicle. My investigation revealed the vehicle had broke down. The owner was contacted and the vehicle was removed from the roadway by Eckerts Tow per the owners request. 12/16/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/17/2016, at approximately 0005 Hours, I made contact with Kasey Hogan at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant for Fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt. 12/17/16 01: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday December 17th, 2016 I responded to a non-injury MVA at Orient Cemetery. The vehicle was towed by Johnson's Tow. 12/17/16 02: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On December 17,2016 at approximately 0230 hours I was assisting Sergeant Snooks with a Motor vehicle accident when Mr. Young arived on scene and was found to active warrants through Harrisonville Missouri Police Department. Subject was taken to CRMC Hospital and was released to Harrisonville Police Department. 12/17/16 03: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On , I responded to a suspicious activity call at the Friendly Tavern in Garden City. Upon arrival, I contacted a White male in front of the business. After he was identified I was notified that he had a warrant out of Warrensburg. The warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail.

7 12/17/16 05: N OF HVILLE, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday December 17th, 2016 I responded to an injury MVA on 291 Highway and 236th St. A passenger car struck a jack knifed semi. The driver of the passenger was transported by EMS. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. 12/17/16 05:36 STATE ROUTE 291/E 236TH, HARRISONVILLE On 12/17/2016, at approximately 0521 hours, I responded to State Route 291 at E 236th Street, my investigation revealed a tractor and trailer lost control and hit the ditch. No injuries were sustained. 12/17/16 05:41 J/HUBACH HILL, RAYMORE On , I investigated a three car, non-injury accident that occurred on J Highway, approximately one eighth of a mile south of Hubach Hill Road. All persons involved were identified. 12/17/16 11: SUNRISE DR, BELTON On Saturday, December 17, 2016 at approximately 1157 hours, I assisted the South Metro Fire Department with a medical call at the residence of Sunrise Drive in rural Belton, Missouri. The homeowner, Earlene L. Stegmaier, white female was transported to a local area hospital for an injury sustained due to inclement weather. A report was taken due to South Metro needing to force entry in to Ms. Stegmaier's residence because it was locked. 12/17/16 11: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 17, 2016 I responded to the Pyro City parking lot, E. 275th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a vehicle on fire. The fire was put out by Central Cass Fire Department. The driver of the vehicle was able to get out of the vehicle without any injuries. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. 12/17/16 13: VANMETER RD, FREEMAN On December 17th, 2016, I responded to S. Vanmeter Road, Freeman, Missouri reference a report of property damage. Upon arrival, I met with Ashley K. Kern who reports that her dogs were attacked by dogs belonging to a neighbor. Ms. Kern declined to prosecute at this time. 12/17/16 20: HEDGEWOOD HILLS RD, PECULIAR On 12/17/2016, at approximately 2045 hours, I responded to S Hedgewood Hills Road, Peculiar, in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed that a verbal argument occurred between a husband and wife. 12/18/16 08:15 215TH/CLEVELAND, BELTON On 12/18/2016 at approximately 0817 hours I was dispatched to the corner of 215th street and Cleveland Ave, Belton, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. My investigation revealed someone was burning mail next to a pile of hay bales in this area. 12/18/16 09:41 HARRISONVILLE PD, HARRISONVILLE 12/18/16 12: AMARGUIA RD, ARCHIE On Sunday, December 18, 2016 at approximately 1309 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Amarugia Road in rural Archie, Missouri in regards to a report of a burglary. The victim, Teresa K. Marcks, white female stated that no items were taken from the residence and damage occurred to the residence or her property during the incident. Suspects have been identified in this incident, but no arrests have been made. The Sheriff's Office is still investigating this incident.

8 12/18/16 15:03 PECULIAR DR/195, PECULIAR On 12/18/2016 at approximately 1503 I was dispatched to Peculiar Drive at 195th street, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle was involved in a turn over accident due to the ice on the roadway. No injuries were reported. 12/18/16 17: CLEVELAND AVE, CLEVELAND On 12/18/2016 at approximately 1720 hours I was dispatched to Cleveland Ave, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to an MVA. My investigation revealed a single vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree due to slick road conditions. No injuries were reported.
