1 05/19/14 00: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On May 19, at 2014 at about 0155 hours, I was dispatched to the Raymore Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival I took custody of Mr. Cieaira T. Moore and transported her to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Ms. Moore was given a copy of her warrant #14CA-CR00114 for Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident. A court date of May 27, 2014 at 0900 hours was set. Ms. Moore bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety. 05/19/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0940 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County weekend warrant. I served Lerone L. Jones, a weekend warrant for DWR 2nd offense, with a $2, % cash allowed bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 05/19/14 09: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On May 19, 2014 I assisted with a standby at E. State Route 2 Highway. A Brandi Gregg was allowed to gather some personnel items and then left the residence. Nothing further at this time. 05/19/14 12:49 SB 49/MM 166, PECULIAR On May 19, 2014 I conducted a vehicle stop on South Interstate 49 at mile marker 166, on a gray in color Ford Taurus. Driver of the vehicle was found to have active warrants and paraphernalia. The suspect was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/19/14 14:41 YY E OF Y HWY, BELTON This accident apparently occurred when Driver(1) was traveling westbound on State Route YY. Driver (1) swerved to avoid a crossing dog and lost control of Vehicle (1) and left the roadway. 05/19/14 17: OLD DRUM RD, GARDEN CITY On May 19, 2014 I responded to S. Old Drum Rd, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to a stealing report. I made contact with Stacy L. Allen, w/f, who wanted to report her husband had taken her license plates. This case is considered non criminal due to parties being married. 05/20/14 01:32 NB 49/1 MILE SOUTH OF NORTH CASS, BELTON On May 20, 2014, at approximately 0132 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 49, south of North Cass Parkway, rural Belton, Missouri. The vehicle was a 1999 Ford Ranger and the driver, was later arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner. 05/20/14 05: TH ST, CLEVELAND On May 20, 2014, at approximately 0653 hours, I investigated an abandoned, unknown year, Yamaha Grizzly 660, that was left at 208 East 215th Street, rural Cleveland, Missouri. Due to being unable to locate a full vehicle identification number or owner, the all terrain vehicle was removed from the property by J'S Southland Tow and taken to the Sheriff's Office secure lot. 05/20/14 08:39 JACKSON COUNTY MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/20/14 at 0839 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Micahel D Keehler into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR01174 for Non Support, bond $1500 cash only, Mr Keehler was transported to the Cass County Jail.

2 05/20/14 08:39 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/20/14 at 0839 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Marie Davis into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00127 for Fail To Appear, bond $7500 cash only, MS Davis was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/20/14 08:39 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/20/14 at 0839 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Brett M Allen into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00070 for Non Support, bond $15000 cash only, Mr. Allen was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/20/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/20/2014, at approximately 0910 hours, I made contact with Brandon S. Wagner in the Division V. courtroom at the Cass County Justice Center. I placed Mr. Wagner into custody and served him with active Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00405 for non-support. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 05/22/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 05/20/14 12: TH ST, PECULIAR On May 20, 2014 at approximately 1223 hours, I investigated stealing at 9106 E 267th Street. The reporting party stated that an air conditioning unit was stolen from a foreclosed, abandoned property located at 9106 E 267th Street at some time before November 22, No suspects have been identified. 05/20/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/20/2014, at approximately 1030 hours, I made contact with Thomas G. Chapa in the Division V. courtroom at the Cass County Justice Center. I arrested Mr. Chapa on active Cass County arrant #14CA-CR00396 for DWI alcohol. Bond was set at % cash allowed and a court date of 06/24/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 05/20/14 12: MAIN ST, CLEVELAND On Tuesday May 20th, 2014 at approximately 1435 hours I was dispatched to 214 W. Main Street in Cleveland, Missouri in reference to harassment. Upon arrival I made contact with Elmer, Samantha W/F. I gathered information for the report. A suspect has been identified in this case. 05/20/14 13:00 CAMDEN COUNTY JAIL, On 05/20/14 at 1300 hours, I responded to the Camden County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Justin Saling into custody on Cass County warrant # 09CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $1500 cash only, Mr. Saling was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/20/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1312 hours, while working in master control I was contacted via intercom by Inmate Campos, Gerald L. Inmate Campos. Myself and Nurse Otter #690 responded to F block and retrieved contraband from the cell. 05/20/14 13: STATE ROUTE K, EAST LYNNE On May 20, 2014 I responded to S. State Route K, East Lynne, Missouri, in reference to a stealing investigation. As a result of my investigation this case was determined to be non criminal in nature.

3 05/20/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 20, 2014 I conducted an exparte violation investigation via phone call. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 05/20/14 21:38 TT/7, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, May 20th 2014, at 2138 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 7 Highway and TT Highway to provide K9 assistance to the Missouri State Highway Patrol in searching for a suspect that fled on foot after a vehicle pursuit. The suspect was not located. 05/21/14 01: BELLAIRE, GRANDVIEW On May 21, 2014, at approximately 0110 hours, I assisted the Grandview Police Department with a stolen automobile investigation at Bellaire, Grandview, after the stolen vehicle, which was involved in a short pursuit with the Raymore Police Department, was located. Three subjects were taken into custody. One subject, Crystal Waters, had an active Cass County warrant for probation violation. 05/21/14 07: HADSELL RD, STRASBURG On May 21, 2014 I responded to S. Hadsell Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a stolen vehicle. Ms. Shurla Newton- Gates reported a 2014 Jeep Wrangler to have been stolen from the residence. Suspect has been identified. 05/21/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0900 hours, I made contact with Joann Witherspoon at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR00823 for passing bad checks. Bond was set at $5,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 05/21/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, May 21, 2014 victim Barbra Dunbar reported to the Cass County Sheriffs Office that someone unknown to her and without her consent tried to open up an account with the Home Shopping Network (HSN). 05/21/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/22/14, at approximately 1313 Hours, I made contact with Dustin J. Domerese at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00495 for Unlawful possession of a firearm and a court date of 06/03/14,0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 05/21/14 13: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1354 hours I responded to E 236th Street outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Cody Biermaier who stated someone had cut the copper grounds from the cell tower site. No suspects have been identified at this time. 05/21/14 13: FREEDOM RD, HARRISONVILLE On May 21, 2014 I conducted a vehicle check at S. Freedom Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. A subject was contacted and was found to have active warrants for Cass County. The subject was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/21/14 14:25 BROOKHART DR/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On May 21st, 2014, I conducted a traffic stop at Brookhart Drive south of Commercial Street in Harrisonville, Missouri after observing a brown Ford F-150 FORM being 3000 operated - Press with Reports no license = UPDATED plates being displayed. The driver was subsequently

4 after observing a brown Ford F-150 being operated with no license plates being displayed. The driver was subsequently arrested on an active Henry County warrant. 05/21/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/21/2014 at approximately 1430 hours, I signed Cass County warrant# 14CA-CR00349 on Kevin R. Williams and faxed it to Belton Regional Medical Center, where a reseve deputy was waiting to serve him. Mr. Williams, bond was set at $10, with a court date of 05/29/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 05/21/14 14: STREET OF DREAMS, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On at approximately 1557 hours I responded to 100 Street of Dreams outside of Belton, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Linda Johnson who stated that someone had stolen two pieces of jewelry from her house. No suspect has been identified at this time. 05/21/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 27, 2014, I arrested Victor A. Reyes, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street Harrisonville, Missouri for Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01038 for failure to appear on possession of controlled substance. 05/21/14 20: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On May 21st 2014, at approximately 2035 hours I was dispatched to East 291st street in reference to a dog bite that occurred at Old 7 highway, Garden city, Missouri. I contacted Robert Hanes who told me that he had been bitten by a dog who had been ran over on Old 7 highway. 05/21/14 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/21/2014 At approximately 2215 hours I was advised via radio I needed to respond to C-Block in regards to a female later identified as Couffer, Amanda Leanne W/F, crying and stating her head and right side lower back was hurting. 05/21/14 22:34 PETTIS COUNTY, SEDALIA on at 1445 hours, I responded to the Pettis County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took W/F Jessica Sanders into custody on Cass County warrant # 10CA-CR00815 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, cash or surety bond, MS Sanders was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/22/14 02: BERNARD RD, ARCHIE On May 22nd 2014, at approximately 0303 hours I was dispatched to the area of South Bernard Road in reference to assist another law enforcement agency on a vehicle pursuit. A subject was located and placed in custody by Missouri State Highway Patrol. 05/22/14 06:47 NB 291/HVILLE, HARRISONVILLE On May 22nd 2014, at approximately 0647 hours I conducted a traffic stop on a black in color Ford Escape on 291 highway south of Prettyman road. A computer check revealed the driver was revoked. The driver was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Subject was released on scene with summons and to a licensed driver. 05/22/14 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/21/14 at approximately 1755 hours, I made contact with Scott A. Lamb, who was brought into the Cass County Jail, by another agency, on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00455 bond amount $6, cash only.

5 05/22/14 09: STATE ROUTE K, EAST LYNNE 05/22/14 14:24 T HIGHWAY SOUTH OF 7 HIGHWAY, GARDEN CITY On May 22nd, 2014, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of State Route T Highway, just south of State Route 7 Highway in rural Garden City, Missouri. Two occupants of the vehicle were subsequently arrested pending the issuance of warrants for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. 05/22/14 14:39 STATE LINE RD/259TH STREET, CLEVELAND On May 22, 2014 at approximately 1439 hours, I was patrolling the area of South D Highway, south of East 259th Street. I observed a maroon Chevrolet sport utility vehicle (SUV) traveling northbound at a fast rate of speed. After a vehicle stop, narcotics and paraphernalia where found. A subject was arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and speeding. 05/22/14 15: TH STREET, HARRISONVILLE On May 22, 2014, I assisted Central Cass EMS with a medical call at E. 227th Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. The patient was transported to an area hospital for treatment. 05/22/14 18: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 22, 2014 I responded to E. 175th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to burglary. Mr. Phillip Carter reported forced entry into a vacant residence that he is a care taker for. Suspects have not been identified. 05/22/14 19:54 2 HWY EAST OF O HWY, FREEMAN On May 22, 2014 I responded to a check the welfare call on 2 highway west of C highway in Freeman, Mo. Upon arrival I made contact with Georgie Johnson, who stated that she had been assaulted. A male subject was contacted and placed in custody in this incident. Suspect information was available at the time of report. 05/22/14 22: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 22, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance at East 283rd Harrisonville, Mo. Upon arrival I spoke with Edna Marriott and Ashley Marriott who told me that they had been in a verbal argument. The subjects separated for the night. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 05/23/14 13:00 WYANDOTTE CO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/23/14 at 1300 hours, I responded to the Wyandotte County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Gary Chaney into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00398 for Theft, bond $7500, Mr. Chaney was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/23/14 13:25 7/49, HARRISONVILLE On May 23, 2014 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of North Interstate 49 and 7 Highway of an occupied stolen motor vehicle. The stolen vehicle was recovered and towed from the scene. Narcotics were discovered in the vehicle. Suspects were placed in custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/23/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 23, 2014, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, I served Jerold Arment, w/m, with Cass County Warrant 14CA-CR00498 for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. 6 was given with bond set at $5000 cash or surety. 05/23/14 18:59 235TH/7, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, May 23rd, 2014 I conducted an investigation on 235th Street near 7 Highway in regards to a roll over motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Cody R. Gregg, white male, and the passenger, identified as Nicholas J. Campbell, white male denied medical treatment. Mr. Gregg's vehicle was removed from the roadway by Johnson's Tow at the request of Mr. Gregg. 05/23/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/23/2014, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Brandon Sanders w/m at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County order of committment. I served Cass County committment #14CA-Cr00055 for Order of Protection Violation. Mr. Sanders was sentenced to two (2) days in the Cass County jail. 05/23/14 20: STATE ROUTE EE, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, May 23rd, 2014 I conducted an investigation at the residence of East State Route EE in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of property damage. William J. Fordyce, white male reported that a white female damaged his truck and motorcycle. The estimated damage to the vehicle was approximately $ The female suspect was later located at a residence in Peculiar and was taken into custody. 05/23/14 23: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 23, 2014 at approximately 2342 hours I was dispatched to Hickory Grove Road in reference to a disturbance no longer in progress. Upon arrival I made contact with the victim who told me the suspect assualted her and she ran to the residence to get away from him and get help. Suspect was identified. 05/24/14 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/24/2014, at approximately 0145 Hours, I made contact with a b/m,12/07/1990, Jamal L Moore at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01170 for fail to signal, DWI combined alcohol/drug intoxication, and driving while revoked. Bond was set at $4, and a court date of 06/03/2014 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 05/24/14 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0200 hours, I made contact with Jason A. Porras W/M at the Cass County jail on an Cass County Warrant. I served Mr. Porras the Cass County Warrant 13CA-CR Bond was set at $30,000 Cash only 05/24/14 02:12 163/SPEAKER, BELTON On May 24, 2014, at approximately 0212 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on Speaker Avenue at 163rd Street with a white Toyota Tundre. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked. Two other subjects were assisted to a residence by Belton Police Department. 05/24/14 03: STATE ROUTE 2, CLEVELAND On May 24, 2014 at approximately 0321 hours I was dispatched to 5801 State Route 2 Highway Cass Midway school in reference to a trespassing in progress. Suspect was seen running from the scene. A vehicle was later located at 249th and Rocky after it crashed through a fence no suspects were located.

7 05/24/14 04: TH ST, PECULIAR On May 24, 2014, at approximately 0529 hours, I investigated a reported burglary at East 227th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. No suspects have been identified at this time. 05/24/14 06:39 SB 49/MM 165, PECULIAR This accident occurred as Vehicle # 1 was traveling southbound on Interstate 49 and lost control in the rain and crashed into a ditch. 05/24/14 11: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday at approximately 0649 hours I was dispatched to the Cass Regional Medical Center in reference to an animal bite. Upon arrival I made contact with Moller, Phyllis w/f who said her cat scratched her. This case will be forwarded to the Cass County Health Department. 05/24/14 15: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 24, 2014 I conducted a single car motor vehicle accident investigation on E. 175th Street East of S. Grey Rd. The driver reported minor injuries and refused medical treatment on scene. 05/24/14 19: ANACONDA RD/CLEARWATER, HARRISONVILLE On 05/24/14 at approximately 1949 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on northbound Anaconda Rd. and Clearwater Dr. on a red 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier. The white male driver of the vehicle was issued a summons for for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. 05/24/14 21: HUNTER RD, PECULIAR On May 24, 2014 I made contact with Rosmary Reinhart who told me that her license plate from her 2004 Dodge 1500 was stolen from the front of her truck sometime in the last month. Information on the license plate was given to Dispatch to enter into the computer system. 05/24/14 23:40 RAYMORE PD, RAYMORE On May 25, 2014, at approximately 0433 hours, I transported a prisoner, Laura Karg, white female, from the Raymore, Missouri Police Department to the Cass County Jail. Ms. Karg was arrested on an active Cass County warrant for failure to register mtr veh, bond of $ cash only and an associated court date of June 03, 2014, at 0900 hours was given. 05/25/14 00:45 ORCHARD/ANN, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, May 25th, 2014 I conducted a vehicle stop near the intersection of Orchard Road and Ann Avenue in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to an equipment violation on a motor vehicle. Upon contacting the driver, identified as John W. Hartley, white male and running a records check through Missouri DOR (Department of Revenue) it was determined that Mr. Hartley had a revoked operator status. Mr. Hartley was taken into custody for felony driving while revoked and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/25/14 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 27, 2014, I arrested Misty M. Stufflebean, w/f, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri for Cass County warrant 08CA-CR for failure to appear on non support and 12CA-CR01087 for probation violation. 05/25/14 02:30 BELTON PD, BELTON On May 25, 2014, at approximately 0433 hours, I transported a prisoner, Michael Roberts, white male, from the Belton, Missouri Police Department Jail to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Roberts was arrested on an active Cass County warrant for failing to appear, original charge of DWR/DWS. Bond was $ , 10% cash only and an associated court date of

Upon arrival I made contact with Mah, Margaret Sue a/f and West, Karen Sue w/f who said two ATV's and an Kawasaki KTM motorcycle was stolen along with several other items. No suspects has been identified at this time. 05/25/14 15: WALNUT, FREEMAN On May 25, 2014 at approximately 1603 hours, I investigated a violation of order of protection at 101 W. Walnut, Freeman, Missouri. The victim identified as Diana L Purvis reported that the suspect violated his protection order by waving at her when he drove by. A suspect has been identified. 05/25/14 20:13 THORNGROVE/215, PECULIAR On May 25, 2014 I was dispatched to the area of 215th and Thorngrove in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Upon arrival I located the vehicle, black in color Ford Fusion, and had Dispatch conduct a computer check on the Kansas License which showed the vehicle was stolen out of Spring Hill Kansas. Vehicle was towed from the scene by J's Southland tow and secured in the lot for processing by Spring Hill Police Department. 05/25/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 2035 hours I spoke to an individual regarding a sex registration he needed to complete. I took his information and gave him the phone number of the lieutenant in charge of that. 05/25/14 21: B ST, CREIGHTON On Sunday I was dispatched to the Conoco Gas station to meet a female subject who needed a standby from law enforcement to retrieve some of her personal belongings. During my investigation in reference to the circumstances for this standby, I discovered that a Domestic Assault had occurred. A suspect has been identified. This case is still under investigation. 05/25/14 22:51 58/CLARK RD, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, May 25th, 2014 at approximately 2316 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to a reported disturbance near the intersection of 58 Highway and Clark Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. My investigation revealed no disturbance occurred. My investigation also revealed that one of the individuals involved, Troy M. Loveall, white male had an active warrant through Johnson County, Missouri. Mr. Loveall was taken into custody on Johnson County's warrant and transported to Strasburg, Missouri border where he was released to a Johnson County, Missouri Sheriff's Deputy for extradition. 05/26/14 05:41 SB 49/MM 164.6, PECULIAR On May 26, 2014, at approximately 0545 hours, I investigated a single car motor vehicle crash on south Interstate 49 at mile marker 164.6, rural Peculiar, Missouri, involving a silver Chevy HHR. No injuries were reported.

9 05/26/14 10: STATE ROUTE 2, WEST LINE On at approximately 1030 hours I responded to 1607 E State Route 2 outside of Cleveland, MO in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Jamie Murray who stated he and his estranged wife had an argument and he got mad. He stated she left the residence with their children. 05/26/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 27, 2014 I arrested David E. Ulmo, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri for Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00902 for failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance. 05/26/14 12: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On May 26, 2014, I investigated a property damage that occurred at S. State Route 291 in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A blue Dodge Dakota truck had a bullet hole in the front passenger side door. No suspects have been identified in this case. 05/26/14 14: TH STREET, BELTON On May 26, 2014, I assisted Belton EMS with a medical call located at 5801 E. 187th Street, #40 in rural Belton, Missouri. A subject was transported by Belton EMS to an area hospital for treatment. 05/26/14 15:51 VOIDED NUMBER, This report was assigned erroneously by dispatch and can be voided at this time. 05/26/14 15: MAIN ST, WEST LINE On May 26, 2014 I responded to 500 Main Street, West Line, Missouri in reference to a non criminal domestic between husband and wife. Investigation revealed that nothing criminal in nature occurred and both parties remained at the residence. 05/26/14 17: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On at approximately 1749 hours I responded to S State Route Y outside of Belton, MO in reference to a burglary investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Kevin Wright who stated someone had forced entry into his shop and stolen several tools from it. No suspects have been identified at this time. 05/26/14 18:41 CLEVELAND AVE SOUTH OF 187TH, BELTON on at approximately 1850 hours I responded to Cleveland Avenue south of 187th Street in reference to a recovered stolen vehicle. A white 2003 Dodge Caravan was recovered from the scene by Eckert's Tow of Belton, MO. This case was referred to Belton PD where the vehicle was stolen from. 05/26/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1905 hours, I responded to a complaint of an Inmate that had fainted in E-block. The Inmate was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for further treatment. 05/26/14 19: TH TER, BELTON On May 26th 2014, at approximately 1945 hours I was dispatched to th Terrace Belton, Missouri in reference to a check the Welfare. A subject was located and transported to Belton Research hospital.

10 05/26/14 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 27, 2014, I arrested Ricky G. Wood, w/m at 2501 West Mechanic Street Harrisonville, Missouri for Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01273 for failure to appear on driving while revoked.
