1 09/14/15 00: NORTH AVE, BELTON On September 14, 2015 at about 0016 hours, I stopped a 2001 Toyota passenger car for improper lane and improper display of a license plate at 501 E. North Avenue. After stopping the vehicle I contacted the driver, Mr. Steven C. Mitchell. Mr. Mitchell was arrested on a Cass County Warrant for Assault 2nd degree. 09/14/15 08:54 195/STOCKMEN, BELTON On September 14, 2015 at approximately 0855 hours, I was dispatched to 195th and Stockman Road in reference to a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian on a bicycle. My investigation revealed that a motor vehicle struck a bicyclist on eastbound 195th Street. One subject was transported to the hospital. 09/14/15 09:37 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 09/14/15 at 0937 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Debra Barnett into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00712 for Possession of controlled substance, bond $7,500. Mr. Barnett was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/14/15 10:35 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 09/14/15 at 1035 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Clayton Norcross into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00304 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only. Mr. Norcross was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/14/15 10:35 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 09/14/15 at 1035 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Adam Moyer into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000. Mr. Moyer was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/14/15 10:35 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 09/14/15 at 1035 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Roger W Potter into custody on Cass County warrant # , 14CA-CR , 15CA-CR00289 and for Fail To Appear, Total bond $50,500 cash only. Mr. Potter was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/14/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1110 hours I made contact with Jeffrey Jackson in DIV IV court room. Mr. Jackson was arrested on active warrant out of Garndview Police Department. Mr. Jackson was transported to a predetermined lactation and custody was transferred to Grandview Police Department. 09/14/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/14/2015, at approximately 1135 hours, I made contact with Jasmine M McPike at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00575 for forgery. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 09/24/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 09/14/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 14, 2015 I responded to the Sheriff's Office in reference to a civil matter. Mr. Gary Chaney Sr. reported that property has been found missing from his son's property at E. 278th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. 09/14/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1030 hours I made contact with Kimberly Bowers in DIV IV court room. Ms. Bowers was remanded to the Cass County jail.

I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR for theft/stealing. Bond was set at $25,000.00, cash only, and a court date of 10/19/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 09/14/15 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/14/2015, at approximately 1830 Hours, I made contact with Estep, Paul D. W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County after hours warrant for DWI-alcohol-chronic offender, Driving while revoked suspended, and Resisting or interfering with arrest/detention/stop. Bond was set at $15, cash or surety and a court date of 09/24/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 09/14/15 19:10 CASS MIDWAY PARKING LOT, CLEVELAND On September 14, 2015 at approximately 1931 hours, I was dispatched to 400 Mulberry St Cleveland, MO. In reference to non-injury motor vehicle accident, that happened on private property, in the parking lot of Cass Midway School. Driver 1 was parking and Driver 2 was backing out of a parking spot. Vehicles collided causing minor damage. No injuries were apparent and no vehicles were towed from scene. 09/15/15 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0500 Hours, I made contact with Dennis Tittle at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00915 for Criminal Non-Support. Bond was set at $25, Cash Only and a court date of 09/24/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 09/15/15 14:23 JOHNSON COUNTY JAIL, CENTERVIEW On 09/15/15 at 1423 hours, I responded to the Johnson County Kansas Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Mark Lockhart into custody on Cass County warrant # 10CA-CR01172 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only, Mr. Lockhart was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/15/15 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/15/2015 at approximately 1801 hours, I made contact with Spencer Michael Peake at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #15CA-CR for a Probation Violation/Tampering with Motor Vehicle- 1st Degree. Bond for this warrant was set at $25, cash or surety and a court date of 10/01/2015 at 1330 hours was given. 09/15/15 22: JACKSON ST, FREEMAN On September 15, 2015 I investigated a suspicious activity complaint at 200 N Jackson. A female subject, identified as Deona Sherrill stated that a male subject yelled at her from a truck on 2 highway. A suspect has been identified in this incident, however there was no apparent crime during the incident. 09/15/15 22: STATE ROUTE C, PECULIAR On September 15, 2015 I was dispatched to South C Highway in rural Peculiar Missouri for a Burglary. The victim said someone entered through the unlocked back door and removed several items from the residence. No suspects have been identified. 09/15/15 23:18 SB 49/MM 150, ARCHIE On September 15, 2015 at about 2318 I stopped a 2012 Ford Mustang traveling south on US Interstate 49 north of Archie Mo for exceeding the posted FORM speed 3000 limit. - Press After stopping Reports the = UPDATED vehicle and contacting the driver, Mr. Joshua Allen

After stopping the vehicle and contacting the driver, Mr. Joshua Allen was placed under arrest on two Ray County Warrants for failure to appear on traffic violation. 09/16/15 01: LEE RD, PLEASANT HILL On September 16, 2015 I was dispatched to S Lee Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri for a Harassment by telephone. The Victim, Jamie Wood said he has been getting threatening and harassing phone calls from the subject from 2230 hours until 0142 hours. A subject has been identified. 09/16/15 08: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On September 16, 2015 I conducted an investigation of suspicious activity at S. State Route 7, Garden City, Missouri. The residence is vacant and there was property damage observed to the property. At this time the owner of the property has not been able to be contacted. 09/16/15 08: STATE ROUTE YY, PECULIAR on Wednesday at approximately 0836 hours I was dispatched to 9207 State Route YY in reference to a stealing that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Nims, Phillip J who said that somebody has stolen items from his pick-up truck. No suspects have been identified in this case. 09/16/15 09: TH ST, BELTON On Wednesday at approximately 0944 hours I was dispatched to 4800 E 195th street in reference to a disturbance. The disturbance was verbal in nature. No crime has been committed. 09/16/15 10:45 BARTON COUNTY JAIL, LAMAR On 09/16/15 at 1045 hours, I responded to the Barton County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Keith L Schultz into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00205 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10%, Mr. Schultz was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/16/15 12: WILLOW ST, PECULIAR On Wednesday at approximately 1222 hours I was dispatched to 101 Skyveu drive Apt. E in reference to fraud that has occurred. My investigation revealed that Roberts, Marily w/f was that target of a fraud scheme. 09/16/15 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, September 16th, 2015, I took a report of possible victim and witness tampering that occurred at various locations within Cass County. This investigaiton continues. 09/16/15 13: RD ST, PECULIAR On Wednesday September 16th, 2015 at approximately 1400 hours I was dispatched to vacant lot across from 9601 E. 253rd Street in reference to stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with Shoemaker, Brentt W/M and gathered information for the report. No suspects have been identified in this case. 09/16/15 16: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On September 16, 2015 I conducted an investigation of copper theft that occurred at E. 191st Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 09/16/15 17:13 OLD QT ON 155TH, GRANDVIEW On Wednesday at approximately 1713 hours I was dispatched to meet the Grandview police department at the Cass County Line in reference to a prisoner transfer. One subject was transported to the Cass County Jail.

4 09/16/15 18: BLUEGRASS LN, HARRISONVILLE On September 16th, 2015 I investigated an exparte violation that occurred at S. Bluegrass Lane, Harrisonville, Missouri. A suspect has been identified. 09/16/15 18: PICKERING RD, BELTON ON September 16, 2015 I was dispatched to Pickering Road Peculiar Missouri in reference to a disturbance not in progress. Upon arrival I made contact with John G Staudinger w/m and Denise L. Staudinger w/f who said they were having marriage issue and Mr. Staudinger was upset that Ms. Staudinger had taken all his guns out of the house and would not return them. I found that the disturbance was verbal in nature and no threats were made and no physical contact was made. 09/16/15 20:16 SB 49/MM 154, HARRISONVILLE On 09/16/15, I conducted a traffic stop on I-49 southbound at mile marker in Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver, Gregory M. Roby was arrested for Driving While Suspended and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 09/16/15 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, September 16th, 2015, I was notified of a stolen handgun having been recovered by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department, in reference to our report # , from The claimant insurance company was notified. 09/17/15 01: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On September 16th, 2015 I investigated a fire that occurred in a flower pot at 104 Main Street, Apartment B, Garden City, Missouri. At this time the source of the fire is unknown. 09/17/15 03:56 SB 49/J, PECULIAR ON September 17, 2015 I was dispatched to Southbound 49 south of J highway in reference to a vehicle driving in the interstate at approximately 2 mph with a flat front tire. Upon arrival I located the vehicle a white in color toyota Tacoma pickup with a flat front tire and the emergency flashers on. While talking with the subject he took in the vehicle pulled over to the side of the roadway and got out of the vehicle and took off walking down the interstate. 09/17/15 06: HIGHWAY/150 HIGHWAY, LEE'S SUMMIT On Thursday September 17th, 2015 at approximately 0648 hours I responded to the area of Missouri 291 Highway and 231st Street in reference to rolling disturbance. Upon arrival to the area I located the vehicles involved and conducted a traffic stop. I made contact with Jurado, Manuel W/M, Hernanezes, Hector W,M and Hammond, Jeff W/M. I gathered information and determined the incident took place in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The parties were directed to make the report to the Lee's Summit Police Department. 09/17/15 08: STATE ROUTE N, GARDEN CITY On September 17, 2015 I conducted an investigation of property damage to a vehicle that occurred on 09/16/2015. The reporting party stated an unknown object struck her windshield as she passed another motorist on S. State Route K North of E. 235th Street. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 09/17/15 10: TH ST, PECULIAR On Thursday September 17, 2015, I was dispatched to assist DFS caseworker on a child hotline call. While assisting, I made contact with a female who had a felony warrant out for her arrest. She was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for her warrants.

5 09/17/15 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1010 hours, Deputies responded to the Booking Area (Bk-4, for an Inmate needing to be placed into soft restraints for his safety due to withdraw from an unknown substance. 09/17/15 15: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On September 17, 2015 I conducted a motor vehicle accident investigation that occurred in the parking lot of the Country Creek Golf Course, E. State Route P, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The accident involved two vehicles and no injuries where reported. 09/17/15 15: RD ST, BELTON On Thursday September 17th, 2015 at approximately 1643 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E. 163rd St. in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival today's date at approximately 1654 hours I made contact with Smith, Michael W/M, and took him into custody on active Cass County warrant #15CAPBR203 and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 09/18/15 07: J HWY, PECULIAR On September 18, 2015 at approximately 0721 hours, I was dispatched to J Highway near in reference to a motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed that two motor vehicles were involved in an accident that occurred on the southbound side of J Highway just west of address No injuries were reported. 09/18/15 07:34 O HWY/319, ARCHIE On September 18, 2015, I responded to the area of State Route O and 319th Street in rural Drexel, Missouri in reference to a non injury motor vehicle accident. Vehicle was located and appeared to have slid of the roadway causing damage to the vehicle. Vehicle was removed by private tow. 09/18/15 09: TH ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 0905 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office in reference to a landlord/tenant issue. Upon arrival I contacted Lone Kearney who stated her previous tenants had taken several items from the property when they left. On 09/18/15 at 0954 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Loni Wright into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $1,500 cash only. Mr Wright was transported to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Trent was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/18/15 10: TH ST, STRASBURG On Friday, September 18, 2015 at approximately 1028 hours I conducted a residence check at E. 179th St, Pleasant Hill, MO. Anthony J. Carlton was taken into custody on a Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 09/18/15 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/2015, at approximately 1434 Hours, I made contact with Lackner, Robert N. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 10/08/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 09/18/15 14:48 58/HICKORY GROVE, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, September 18, 2015 at approximately 1448 hours I was dispatched to the area of State Route 58 and Hickory Grove Rd in rural Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a motor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported. 09/18/15 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/2015 at approximately 1205 hours, I took Cameron, Brenda Faye into custody at the Cass County Jail's front lobby area in reference to court ordered shock time per Cpl. Brunner # /18/15 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/2015, at approximately 1605 hours, I was walking to D-block to get an inmate and walk with him up to booking when I passed by the medical main door and saw an inmate sitting in a chair with a red dots on his shirt and a red substance resembling what I believed to be blood on his face. The inmate stated he had been assaulted. Investigation is ongoing. 09/18/15 17:22 307/W OF DD, HARRISONVILLE On September 18, 2015, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on 307th Street west of State Route DD. The driver, Matthew McCubbin was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment of his injuries. 09/18/15 17: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On September 18, 2015 I responded to assist Missouri State Highway patrol on a Motor vehicle crash on north bound 7 Highway in the area of S State route 7 Highway. The suspect was arrested by Missouri State Highway patrol. 09/18/15 20:00 STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On September 18, 2015, the Cass County Sheriff's Office - Disaster Emergency Response Team (DERT) was activated to responded to the Freeman, Missouri area to assist the Dolan West Dolan Fire Protection District with a tornado touch down. There were no reported injuries at the time of the report. 09/18/15 22:45 WEST LINE RD/N OF 261ST, CLEVELAND On September 19, 2015 at approximately 2245 hours, I was dispatched to 261st north of West line road, reference a careless and imprudent driver. 7 careless and imprudent driver. Upon arrival I made contact with a male subject, who was placed in custody for driving while intoxicated. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody on this incident. 09/19/15 05:04 BLINKER LIGHT RD, HARRISONVILLE On September 19, 2015 while patrolling in the area of blinker light road in rural Harrisonville Missouri I noticed a white male walking south on Blinker light road. I stopped and conducted a Pedestrian check on the subject. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 09/19/15 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/19/15, at approximately 0600 Hours, I made contact with Raymond Robinson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00051 for DWI-Alcohol. Bond was set at $4,000 and a court date of 09/26/15 at 0900 hours was given. 09/19/15 10:47 8TH/2 HWY, On September 19, 2015 I located an abandoned vehicle at 8th Street and 2 Highway in Freeman, Missouri. After contact attempts were unsuccessful for registered owners, a tow was requested. Registered owners arrived to remove the vehicle. No report was needed. 09/19/15 11: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On September 19th 2015, at approximately 1112 hours, I was dispatched to 1509 N Mullan Ave, Raymore, to recovery a stolen trailer. My investigation revealed the trailer was reported stolen by Leawood Police Department. Trailer was towed to a secured lot and the investigation was turned over to Leawood Police Department. 09/19/15 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/19/15 at approximately 1112 hours, I conducted an investigation on a fugitive from out of state warrant, out of Linne County, Kansas, for eight(8) charges of Burglary, theft and property damage. There is a suspect identified in this investigation. 09/19/15 19: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 19, 2015 I was dispatched to the area of E 253rd Street in rural Harrisonville Missouri for a suspicious vehicle. The reporting party said a male and a female in a grey van and a white Jeep are going to residence and asking for water because their vehicle is broke down but they drove the vehicle away. The vehicles were located and two subjects identified. During the investigation both parties were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. 09/19/15 21:05 2 HIGHWAY WEST OF GROH, CLEVELAND On September 19, 2015, I investigated a suspicious vehicle complaint on 2 Highway west of Groh Road. Upon arrival I made contact with a female subject, identified as Cheryl Call, who was placed in custody on an active Cass County Warrant. 09/19/15 21:17 175TH ST/BB, On september 19, 2015 at approximately 2117 hours, I was dispatched to 175th and BB Hwy in Pleasant Hill, MO. In reference to a disturbance in a motor vehicle. Both parties were placed under arrest for domestic assault. 09/20/15 00:12 DD HIGHWAY, HARRISONVILLE On September 20, 2015 I conducted a traffic Stop on west bound 2 highway and DD highway in rural Harrisonville Missouri for careless and imprudent driving. Upon Investigation the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Both drivers were identified. During the investigation one subject was arrested for Driving while intoxicated. 09/20/15 10: OUTER RD, ARCHIE On September 20, 2015 at approximately 1047 hours, I was dispatched to 600 SW Outer Road, Archie, Missouri in reference to a check the welfare. A subject was arrested for active Cass County warrants and transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/20/15 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/20/2015, at approximately 1550 hours, I made contact with Bradley Phariss at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for fugitive from out of state. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash only, and a court date of 10/01/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 09/20/15 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/20/2015, at approximately 1545 hours, I made contact with Anthony Wright at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for DWI-alcohol-persistent offender. Bond was set at $5,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 10/01/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 09/20/15 14:00 NB 7/Z, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, September 20, 2015 at approximately 1400 hours I attempted to conduct a vehicle stop on north bound lanes of State Route 7 north of 315th St in rural Garden City, MO when the driver failed to yield when lights and siren was activated. The male driver exited the vehicle after the pursuit and fled on foot in an unknown direction and has not been identified. 09/20/15 14: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On 09/20/2015, at approximately 1546 hours, I was dispatched to Prospect Ave. Cleveland MO 64734, reference a burglary not in progress. My investigation revealed that items were stolen from inside a residence. Forced entry was used to enter the residence. No suspect information is available at this time. 09/20/15 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/15 at approximately 0843 hours, I made contact with Tracie D. Hudson w/f at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. Ms. Hudson was issued the Cass County warrant with a $2, cash or surety bond.

9 09/20/15 20: SMART RD, PLEASANT HILL On September 20, 2015 I was dispatched to a verbal disturbance at S Smart Road in rural Pleasant Hill Missouri. While in route Dispatched notified that the parties were separated and one party had left in a white Ford Excursion driving North on Smart Road. Subjects were identified. 09/20/15 22: WASHINGTON ST, EAST LYNNE On September 20, 2015 I was dispatched to 403 Washington Street in East lynn Missouri in reference to a stealing. I spoke with the victim, Regina Williams, who said that sometime between September 18, 2015 and September 20, 2015 someone stole several clothes items from her. Two suspects have been identified.
