1 07/23/18 02:52 NB 49/MM 165.4, PECULIAR On Monday July 23, 2018 at approximatley 0300 hours, I was dispatched to the area of SB I-49 and MM 166. In reference to an motor vehicle accident. A single vehicle driven by Paul McClellan was observed against the cable barrier. No injuries were observed at the time of the incident and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 07/23/18 04: RD ST, BELTON On July 28, 2018 I responded to the Belton Police Department regarding a prisoner transfer. I took custody of Ysreal Salcedo, h/m, on Cass County warrant 18-CAFTA-1218 for Failure to Appear on Violation of Order of Protection. A court date of August 21, 2018 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $10,000 cash only. 07/23/18 07: HUBACH HILL RD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, July 23rd, 2018, at approximately 0756 hours, I was dispatched to E Hubach Hill Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO, for a motor vehicle theft. I contacted Michael B. Smith, who reported his 2000 Ford F450 as stolen. A report was taken on the incident. No suspect has been identified at this time. 07/23/18 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday July 23rd 2018 I made contact with Kelly Miller in the Lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Ms. Miller was taken into custody on an active Belton Missouri warrant. 07/23/18 10:28 251ST/YODER, On Monday 7/23/18 I responded to the intersection of 251st Street and Yoder Road in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a Motor Vehicle Accident. William B. Strawn, W/M, was taken to Research Hospital of Kansas City by Harrisonville EMS with minor injuries. 07/23/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, July 23rd, 2018, at approximately 1116 hours, I was dispatched to the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in regards to a stolen license plate. I contacted Jeremy Robert Benson in the front lobby, who stated his front license plate was missing and another license plate had been put on his vehicle. A report was taken on the incident. No suspect has been identified at this time. 07/23/18 12:01 275TH ST/SW OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 07/23/2018, at approximately 1201 hours, I reponded to the Sapp Bros. at the corner of 275th and SW Outer Rd, in response to a report of a careless and imprudent driver. I made contact with a party who was taken into custody for driving while suspended. 07/23/18 22: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On July 30th, 2018 at approximately 0900 hours I was dispatched to 1300 south cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference a warrant service for Elizabeth Punshon. 07/23/18 22:25 NB 49/155, BELTON On Monday, July 23rd 2018, at 2225 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop on northbound I-49 south of 155th Street in Belton, Missouri on a green 1994 Chevrolet Silverado. The driver, Douglas C. Dupus, was arrested for Cass County felony warrant #18CACR00027 for felony possession of a controlled substance with a bond of $4,000. The front seat passenger, Ronald J. Coates, was arrested for Cass County felony warrant #18CAPBR109 for a probation violation with a bond of $25,000. The right rear passenger, Dean A. Coates, was arrested for Cass County warrant #16CAFTA1634 for driving while revoked with a bond of $25,000.

2 07/24/18 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0105 hours, I responded to a disturbance at the booking area Cass County Jail, which an inmate attempted to assault a Deputy. A suspect has been identified. 07/24/18 04: TREASURE RD, PECULIAR On at approximately 0501 hours I was dispatched to Treasure road for a disturbance not in progress. I made contact with Morgan Houser on Treasure road approximately a quarter mile north of 243rd street walking on the roadway. Ms. Houser told me that she had been in a disturbance with her domestic partner and was walking away from the residence to wait for a ride. A suspect has been identified. 07/24/18 08: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 07/24/2018, at approximately 0858 hours, I responded to Sapp Bros. Travel Center for a report of a stealing. I made contact with Loss Prevention, Brian R Carlton w/m, who explained that a female in a black Honda used a bad check to obtain $20.00 worth in fuel. The investigation is ongoing. 07/24/18 11: EAST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, July 24th, 2018, at approximately 1107 hours, I was dispatched to South East Outer Road, Harrisonville, for a burglary in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Christopher C. Allen, who stated a white male had fled from the building and had been attempting to take property. A report was taken on the incident. No suspects have been identified. 07/24/18 12: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 07/24/2018, at approximately 1207 hours, I reponded to 901 N Lyne on a call regarding a disturbance in progress. The disturbance was determined to be only verbal in nature and the parties aggreed to seperate. 07/24/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/24/2018, at approximately 1234 hours, I made contact with Crystal A. Guthrie at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail To Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt. Bond was set at $10.00 Cash Only and a court date of 08/21/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 07/24/18 16:19 PEEK RD/S DEER RUN, PECULIAR On 07/24/2018, at approximately 1619 hours, I responded to motor vehicle accident in the area of Peek Rd and S Deer Run. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 07/24/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday July 24th, 2018 at approximately 1400 hours Summers, Jacob W/M suffered an injury while participating in defensive tactics training. Mr. Summers did not feel he needed medical attention. Morris, w/m, had an American Bully puppy stolen from his residence on 07/20/18. Upon arrival, I met Mr. Morris who stated that one of his puppies had been stolen. A suspect has been identified. 07/24/18 22:02 KURZWEIL/58, RAYMORE On 07/24/18, at about 2206 hours, I arrived in the area of 58 Highway and Kurzweil to assist another deputy who was on a traffic stop with a possible intoxicated driver. The driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/24/18 23: TH ST, PECULIAR On at approximately 2311 hours I was dispatched to a reported motor vehicle crash with unknown injuries in the area of th street. Brown w/f in reference to a missing license plate. Woods at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15-CA-CR for FTA- Non-suport. 07/25/18 11: BUTLER DR, HARRISONVILLE On , at 1152 hours hours, I responded to the Sheriff's Office lobby, 2501 W. Mechanic St, in reference to a party locating a license plate in his yard. The license plate was seized and later discovered to have been stolen. 07/25/18 13: CAMP BRANCH RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at approximately 1329 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a walk in report of juvenile. Sonny Osborne stated he believes his grandchildren are being abused and contacted the Division of Family Services. At this time, the investigation has revealed no crime has been committed. 07/25/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximatley 1253 hours, Inmate Adams, John refused orders from jail staff and was subsequently sprayed with oleoresin capsicum solution.

I contacted Brandon Howard b/m who had an active warrant from Henry County # , with a bond amount of $ cash only. I contacted Loretta K. Hunziker w/f who advised someone had stolen her license plate from her vehicle. No suspects have been identified. 07/25/18 16: EAST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at approximately 1618 hours I was dispatched to SE Outer Rd, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Adam Bakken stated an employee quit his job and took some tools from the job site. A suspect has been identified. 07/25/18 19: HWY, BELTON On 07/25/2018 at approximately 1918 hours, I responded to the Hospital, to contact a Subject with Cass County warrants, that was receiving medical treatment. 07/25/18 19: SKY VUE DR, RAYMORE On July 25, 2018 at approximately 1946 hours, I conducted a residence check at 205 Sky Vue Drive Apartment B, in Raymore, Missouri for a subject with multiple felony probation violation warrants through Cass County. The subject was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/25/18 21: CLENDENEN, RAYMORE On July 25, 2018, at approximately 2107 hours, I was dispatched to 1403 South Clendenen, Raymore, for a disturbance. Angel Julian, w/f, reported a disturbance occurred between her and a friend. A suspect has been identified in this portion of the incident. While on scene, Jason Dailey, w/m, was taken into custody on warrant 18CYARW792 out of the Clay County Sheriff's Office for DWI aggravated. No suspects have been identified. 07/26/18 09: MULLEN RD, BELTON On 07/26/2018 at approximately 0932 hours I was dispatched to S Mullen Rd, Belton, Missouri in reference to a burglary. Pedro Ortiz reported chain saws and a leaf blower stolen from a building on this property. 07/26/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/26/2018 at approximately 1005 hours, an inmate of the Cass County Jail facility was secured in the restraint chair for her safety. 07/26/18 10:58 NB 49/MM 173, RAYMORE On 07/26/2018 at approximately 1110 hours I was dispatched to the area of Southbound I49 one mile north of North Cass Parkway in reference to a subject leaving the scene of an accident. Subject was located and an arrest was made. 07/26/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/26/2018, at approximately 1254 Hours, I made contact with Charlene Hall at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13ca-cr for Probation violation for stealing a motor vehicle. 07/26/18 14:33 E/191, STRASBURG On Thursday, July 26, 2018 at approximately 1436 hours I was dispatched to State Route E at 191st St in rural Strasburg, MO in reference to a report of suspicious activity. I contacted three subjects at the scene with a computer check revealing Jude Giles had an active warrant #2018CF from the state of Wisconsin for a charge of a Violation of a Court Order - Fail to Report to Jail, Class H Felony, with a bond of $5000 cash only and no court date given. Mr. Giles was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail for processing. A warrant for the charge of Fugitive Out of State has been requested. 07/26/18 15: HWY, BELTON On 07/26/2018, at approximately 2119 hours, I was dispatched to Belton Research Hospital at S. 71 Highway, Belton. I made contact with Travis Bretz. I arrested Mr. Bretz on Cass County warrant 18CAFTA1044 for FTA-fraudulent use of a credit/debit device, bond was set at $5, % cash only and a court date was set at 07/29/2018 at /26/18 16: VALLEY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, July 26, 2018 at approximately 1624 hours I was dispatched to S. Valley Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of burglary. Rebecca Sherman stated someone force entry into her residence and stole some items. A suspect has not been identified. 07/26/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/26/2018, at approximately 1815 Hours, I made contact with Jason Cahill at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Court Ordered Arrest. He was taken into custody.

Tina Trip, w/f, reported she was fraudulently misled into sending $ worth of I-Tunes cards to a now unknown suspect. The information provided is currently being investigated. 07/26/18 21: STATE ROUTE E, PLEASANT HILL On July 26, 2018 at 2154 hours, I was dispatched to S State Rt E Hwy in regards to a vehicle fire. I made contact with Rhett Brammer, who told me that his 2018 Chevrolet caught fire. Pleasant Hill Fire was unable to determine the cause of the fire. 07/26/18 23: ANACONDA RD, HARRISONVILLE On July 26, 2018, I responded to 1607 Anaconda Road, Harrisonville, to serve an arrest warrant for the Henry County Sheriffs Office. No court date was set at this time. 07/27/18 00: HUBACH HILL RD, PLEASANT HILL On 07/27/2018, at approximately 0104 hours, I was dispatched to Hubach Hill Road, Pleasant Hill, in regards to a missing person. Upon arriving I contacted Raymond Galant who stated K.C. walked away from the house and was missing. I contacted Jennifer Reed, who stated she had a civil disagreement with Patrick Dean about payment for home repair. I served Cass County warrant and 17CA-CR01114 for Driving while revoked / suspended and Property damage. 07/27/18 17: COUNTRYSIDE DR, PECULIAR On 07/27/2018, at approximately 1745 hours, I made contact Lisa R Ehrhardt, w/f, who reported her daughter, Samantha H Ehrhardt, w/f, as missing. She was last known to be in Belton and last heard from on 07/26/2018 at approximately 2230 hours. 07/27/18 18:04 LUCY WEBB/ASPEN, On July 27, 2018 at approximately 1805 hours, I conducted a stop of the black in color motorcycle at Lucy Webb and Aspen Street, as it did not have a license plate. Harvey regarding harassment she was receiving from her husband. I will actively start the fugitive process. 07/27/18 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2250 Hours, I made contact with Felicia Manes-Huff, a white female, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office and served a Cass County Warrant. 07/27/18 23:46 PHILLIPS 66, CLEVELAND On Saturday, July 20th 2018, at 0000 minutes, I was dispatched to the Phillips 66 Station in Cleveland, MIssouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Cleveland Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics on the exterior fuel door. A plastic bag containing marijuana was located once the the fuel door was opened. I contacted Joy Hammond, who stated her ex-boyfriend had assaulted her and refused to return her phone. A report was taken on the incident. 07/28/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1220 Hours, I made contact with Christopher A. Sherrets, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. My investigation revealed that nothing criminal occurred. 07/29/18 19: TH STREET, CARTHAGE On August 3rd, 2018 at approximately 0700 hours I was dispatched to 405 east 5th street, Carthage, Missouri in reference to a warrant service of Christine Lamberth. 07/29/18 20: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On at 2105 hours, I arrived at E. 175th St. and made contact with Sean C. Teitelbaum who reported that sometime today a bullet was shot into his outbuilding. The location of where the bullet was shot from was located.
