1 09/12/16 05:44 278TH/BUFORD, HARRISONVILLE On 09/12/2016, at approximately 0553 hours, I responded to the area of E 278th Street and S Buford Road, in reference to suspicious activity. My investigation lead to the arrest of Paul Rodriguez, H/M, on a Hickory County Sheriff's Office warrant for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of a weapon in a jail. My investigation also lead to the issuance of multiple summons' to other suspects for possession of drug paraphernalia. 09/12/16 06:46 PROSPECT/195TH, BELTON On September 12, 2016 I was dispatched to 195th Street and Prospect Avenue for a report of Property Damage. I spoke to Rick Bogart of Decker Construction Services who said someone damaged a 2001 Vermeer T665 trencher and a 2003 Bobcat. No suspects have been identified. 09/12/16 08:26 LL LN/2 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Monday, September 12, 2016 at approximately 0830 hours I was dispatched to the pipeline construction entrance on Lost Lane Road north of State Route 2 in rural Garden City, Missouri in reference to a report of property damage. Frank Demster said someone had damaged the large drainage pipe and left a vehicle license at the scene. A suspect has been identified. 09/12/16 09:59 WESTERN RECEP & DIAG CORR CENT., ST JOESPH On 09/12/16 at 0959 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Richmond Anderson into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00657 for Driving while revoked, bond $5,000 cash only, Mr. Anderson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/12/16 13:46 NB49/291, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, September 12th 2016, at 1346 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of southbound I-49 and 291 Highway in Harrisonville, Missouri on a blue 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier for several lane violations. Ronald G. Miller was arrested for an active felony warrant out of Cass County for possession of a controlled substance. 09/12/16 15:18 DEAN AVE/INDIAN GRASS, RAYMORE On Monday, September 12th 2016, at 1518 hours, I conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Dean and Indian Grass in Raymore, Missouri on a teal green 1999 Toyota Corolla. The white male driver was arrested for possession of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and active warrants out of Harrisonville. 09/12/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1355 hours, Shawn Sullivan was remanded to my custody to go to treatment at the MO Dept of Corrections. 09/12/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1445 hours, Lewis Ford was remanded to my custody to serve 4 years in the Mo Dept. of Corrections. 09/12/16 16:11 MAIN/2ND ST, DREXEL On September 12th, 2016 at approximately 1611 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on a red in color Chevrolet caviler for failing to use a turn signal when turning. The subject was issued summons, and released. 09/12/16 16: ND ST, CREIGHTON On Monday, September 12, 2016 at approximately 1625 hours I was dispatched to 202 West 2nd Street, Creighton, Missouri in reference to a report of a burglary not in progress. A suspect has not been identified. 09/12/16 17:13 NB 49/58, BELTON On September 13, 2016, I attempted a vehicle stop of a white 2015 Hyundia Sonata 4 door northbound on I-49 at 58 Hwy. The vehicle failed to yield and I pursued the vehicle into Grandview, Missouri. A short time later I terminated the pursuit. The vehicle was located at the Grand Summit Apartments in Grandview, Missouri. No suspect was located and identified at this time. 09/12/16 17: TH ST, CARTHAGE On 09/22/2016, at approximately 2030 hours, I took Timothy Adron Wells W/M into custody on Cass County Warrant 16-CAFTA-1132 and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 09/12/16 18: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On September 12, 2016, at approximately 1900 hours, I was dispatched to E. Highway 2, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a stealing. The victim, Bobby Benezette, reported an individual stole his cell phone and sold it for money. A suspect was identified. 09/12/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/12/2016, at approximately 2126 Hours, I made contact with Carrie Bishop at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Jackson County warrant for Obstucting police. Bond was set at $1, % cash allowed and a court date of 11/16/2016 at 0930 hours was given for Jackson County Division /12/16 23: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On September 12, 2016 I responded to South State Route 7, Harrisonville, Missouri for a report of a disturbance no longer in progess with shots fired. Shane Brock told me that a vehicle pulled into his driveway near the gate and he fired a single shot at the vehicle. 09/13/16 03: RD STREET, BELTON On September 13, 2016, I conducted a prisoner transported at the Belton City Jail. I arrested James B. Gaug on a Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. 09/13/16 10: EAST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at approximately 1002 hours, I was dispatched to S.E. Outer Road, Harrisonville, Missouri to assist Emergency Medical Services (EMS) on a medical call. Fredona Groh was observed lying on the floor and medical assistance was provided. 09/13/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/13/16 at approximately 0950 hours I issued a summons for attempting to smuggle a cell phone into the Cass County Justice Center. 09/13/16 10: STATE ROUTE T, ARCHIE On September 13, 2016, I took a report of stealing by deceit in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office. Dale Rickey reported that someone sent him a fake check and he cashed the check to send the unknown suspect the money. No suspects have been identified at this time.

3 09/13/16 15: AUSTIN RD, GARDEN CITY On September 13th, 2016 at approximately 1525 hours I was dispatched to south Austin road, Garden City, Missouri in reference to stolen property. A suspect has not been identified in this case. 09/13/16 15: ST STREET, EAST LYNNE On Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at approximately 1510 hours, I was dispatched to E. 251st Street, East Lynne, Missouri in reference to a report of an unidentified male subject laying in the ditch talking to himself. Nina Johnson said the unidentified male subject walked up to her residence and appeared disoriented. The subject was identified as Richard H. Wagner. Mr. Wagner was entered into the computer system as missing and he transported to Harrisonville Police Department per their request. 09/13/16 16: RD STREET, PLEASANT HILL On September 13, 2016, I took a walk-in report from Lawrence Evans of fraudulent use of a credit card. Someone used Mr. Evans debit card and made unauthorized transactions. A suspect has been identified. 09/13/16 19: MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On September 13, 2016, at approximately 1947 hours, I was dispatched to S. McClain, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an assault in progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, Michael Tipton, who stated he had been assaulted. A suspect was identified and taken into custody. 09/13/16 20: ZOOK ST, GUNN CITY On Tuesday September 13, 2016 at 2125 hours, I was dispatched to E Zook St in Gunn City. In reference to electric power being stolen from outside outlet by neighbor. The victim Daniel E. Lemka told me that his neighbor has been plugging an extension cord into the outlet outside his house, while he would be at work. I did not observe any extension cord plugged into the house at the time of my arrival. Suspect has been identified. 09/13/16 21: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On September 13, 2016, at approximately 2130 hours, I was dispatched to SW Outer Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to threats not in progress. My investigation revealed an unknown subject called threatening to harm Robert J. Raney. No suspect has been identified. 09/14/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, September 14th, 2016 at approximately 0923 hours I was dispatched to Cass County Prosecutor's Office in regards to a report of possible witness tampering. A juvenile witness was interviewed about his testimony and whether anyone had attempted to sway his testimony. 09/14/16 10: JERRY, RAYMORE On Wednesday at approximately 1048 hours I was dispatched to 807 N Jerry Road in reference to a possible stolen vehicle. My investigation revealed that this was a civil matter. No crime has been committed. 09/14/16 13:32 OZARK CORRECTIONAL CENTER, I took Mr. Tarantola into custody at approximately 1015 hours and placed him in handcuffs (double-locked and checked for proper fit), a belly chain, and leg shackles (double-locked and checked for proper fit). Mr. Tarantola was then secured in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Cass County Jail. I arrived at the Cass County Jail at approximately 1240 hours and escorted Inmate Tarantola into the jail and served Cass County Warrant 13CA-CR Bond was set at $25, cash or surety. Subjects were contacted and this report is considered non criminal in nature. 09/14/16 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday 09/14/2016 at approximately 1535 hours I made contact with Wright, Anthony T. at the Cass County jail and informed him of 2 ative Cass County warrants. I informed Wright, Anthony T. of warrant #15CA-CR00942 for 1. DWI-Alcohol-Persistent Offender and 2. Driving while revoked/suspended, and warrant #15CA-CR00941 for DWI-Alcohol-Persistent Offender, both with $ cash only bonds, and court dates of 10/06/2016 at 0900 hours in Division 4 of the Cass County Justice Center. 09/14/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/14/2016, at approximately 1535 hours, I began the process for obtaining a warrant on an inmate at the Cass County Jail for fugitive from out of state. 09/14/16 16:31 INDEPENDENCE/CHESTNUT, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, September 14th 2016, at 1631 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Independence and Chestnut in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. No alerts for the presence of the odor of narcotics were given. 09/14/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1715 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and took custody of Christopher Holloway. Mr Holloway was surrendered by Herb Ferguson Bonding on warrant #14CA-CR01181 for FTA/Resisting Arrest with a $5, cash allowed bond; no court date established. 09/14/16 18: RD STREET, BELTON On September 16, 2016, I responded to the Belton City Jail for a prisoner transfer. Tandra Keeton was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for further processing without incident. 09/14/16 22: F HWY, GARDEN CITY On 09/14/2016, at approximately 2217 hours, I responded to 808 F Highway, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to a trespassing. My investigation revealed Laura Cardwell, W/F, was trespassing on the property and was given a trespass warning. 09/15/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1103 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and took custody of Samantha Fox. Ms Fox was surrendered by Herb Ferguson Bonding on warrant #15CA-CR00833 for FTA/Rape Statutory 2nd Degree with a $25, cash or surety bondand court on 9/26/2016 at 0900 hours. 09/15/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1132 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Keshia M. Byndom warrant #15CA-CR01210 for Tampering with a signature bond and a court date of at 0900 hours.

5 09/15/16 13: STATE ROUTE N, CRIEGHTON On September 15, 2016 I conducted an investigation of a full order of protection violation at E. State Route N, Garden City, Missouri. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 09/15/16 14:03 SB49 FROM 7, On September 15, 2016 a vehicle stop was conducted of a Budget Rental Vehicle in the area of SB Interstate 49 and 7 Highway. A subject in the vehicle was placed into custody for providing false information to his identity. The subject was later found to have an federal fugitive warrant. 09/15/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 0950 hours I made contact with Aytes, Anita w/f in DIV IV court room. Mrs. Aytes was placed in the custody of the Cass County Sheriff's Office to await a bed date for DMH). 09/16/16 03:02 DOLLAR TREE, HARRISONVILLE On 09/16/2016 at approximately 0303 hours I conducted a traffic stop on 291 highway near Prettyman Road. My investigation revealed a passenger of the vehicle was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Multiple summons were issued. 09/16/16 09:14 ST CLAIR COUNTY, OSCEOLA On 09/16/16 at 0914 hours, I responded to the St. Clair County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Misty Stufflebean into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR01087 for Fail To Appear, bond $ cash only. Ms Stufflebean was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/16/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/17/2016, at approximately 1245 hours, I made contact with Mathew Hughes on Cass County warrant 13CA-CR /16/16 13:14 SB 49/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, September 16, 2016 at approximately 1323 hours, while traveling south on I-49 I observed a vehicle matching the description of an alert issued by dispatch from a hit and run motor vehicle accident which had just occurred for a gold Nissan Altima with front end damage. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was taken into custody. 09/16/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday September 16, 2016 I conducted a possible rape investigation which was reported by Hillary Bramell. Ms. Bramell advised that the incident possibly occurred in rural Henry County, Missouri. A possible suspect has been identified, and this case has been forwarded to the Henry County Sheriff's Office. 09/16/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/16/2016, at approximately 1735 hours, I made contact with Zebulin Siebert at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrants and /16/16 20: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On September 16, 2016 at the Cass County Sheriff's Office I contacted Douglas Blake, who reported that someone had attempted to open accounts with two phone carriers and several credit card companies in his name. There was no suspect information at the time of report.

6 09/16/16 21: ND ST, FREEMAN On September 16, 2016 at about 2056 hours, I was dispatched to 300 E. 2nd Street, Freeman in reference to a child custody dispute. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mr. Craig M. Richardson. Mr. Richardson told me his ex-wife would not allow him to have his daughter on his scheduled weekend. Mr. Richardson did not provided a court order at the time of the report. 09/17/16 03:17 CHAPEL / SOUTH, HARRISONVILLE On September 17, 2016 at about 0317 hours, I stopped a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado on Chapel Lane south of State Route 2 Highway. After contacting the driver he was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and careless and imprudent driving for failure to stop at a four way stop intersection. 09/17/16 13: HANNAH RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, September 17, 2016 at approximately 1327 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a walk-in report of a dog bite. Terry McDowell said he was at S. Hannah Road, Harrisonville, Missouri and was bitten by a dog. The dog owner was contacted. 09/17/16 19: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday September 17, 2016 at approximately 1921 hours I was dispatched to the area of Orient Cemetery Rd in Harrisonville. In reference to a motor vehicle accident, with unknown injuries. It was a single motorcycle accident. A male subject was thrown from the motorcycle. The male was transported by life flight from the scene to Research in Kansas City due to injuries. The motorcycle was towed from the scene. 09/17/16 19:45 52 STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On September 17, 2016 at approximately 1947 hours, I responded to Casey's General store at 52F highway in Garden City, MO in response to a disturbance related to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I contacted Jimmy Petty, Kody Schroder, Joshua Hopkins all of whom stated that there had been minor motor vehicle accident and that the disturbance had been verbal with no threats or assaults. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 09/17/16 20: SCHOOL RD, RAYMORE On September 17, 2016 at about 2031 hours, I was dispatched to S. School Road in reference to attempt to locate and check the well being of Ms. Mallory Young. Upon arrival I did not locate Ms. Young. 09/17/16 20: SUNRISE DR, BELTON On September 17, 2016 at approximately 2030 hours I responded to Sunrise Drive in Belton, MO in reference to a check the welfare report. Upon arrival I made contact with Earlene Stegmaier, who stated she did not wish to harm herself. 09/18/16 00: LEE RD, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday September 18, 2016 at approximately 0028 hours, I was dispatched to S Lee Rd in Pleasant Hill. In reference to a female party that was intoxicated trying to drive away from the residence and arguing with the reporting party who stopped her from driving. Upon arrival all parties were separated, the intoxicated female was able to find a ride home and her vehicle was later removed from the scene. Nothing criminal took place at the time of the incident. 09/18/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday at approximately 1257 hours I received Samuel J Tarantola and was advised he was a fugitive from out of state. The fugitive warrant was confirmed for Mr Tarantola as a Probation Violation out of the Kansas Department of Corrections out of Topeka Kansas.

7 Department of Corrections out of Topeka Kansas. Incident Log 09/18/16 11: BEATTIE RD, PLEASANT HILL On September 18, 2016 I responded to S. Beattie Road in reference to a female subject that was having adverse reactions to a medication. Subjects were contacted and left in the care of family members. 09/18/16 11:24 PECULIAR DR/251ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 18, 2016, I was dispatched to Peculiar Drive south of the bridge with no exits for a possible dead body. I arrived on the scene and found a white female laying face down in the west ditch of southbound I-49 at mile marker with no signs of life. Supervisor was notified and scene secured. 09/18/16 12: BRUSH COLLEGE RD, HARRISONVILLE On September 18, 2016 I was dispatched to S. Brush College Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri for a report of stealing. I spoke to Erika J. Crofut who said that someone stole approximately $2400 off her Walmart Credit card. No suspects have been identified. 09/18/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/16 at approximately 1540 hours, I made contact with Melinda G. Murch at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Murch the Cass County warrant with a $10, cash only bond. 09/18/16 15: STATE ROUTE A, DREXEL On September 18, 2016 I was dispatched to E. State Route A Drexel, Missouri for a report of a burglary. I arrived on scene and spoke to Clifford L. Bishop who said that on September 17, 2016 he returned home and found three suspects in his garage looking for gas. Mr. Bishop then realized after the suspects left that they had stole several items from the residence. The suspects have not been identified. 09/18/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/16 at 1610 hours, I made contact with Ashley B. Sanford at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Sanford the Cass County warrant with a $10, cash only bond. 09/18/16 17:10 O HIGHWAY/W HIGHWAY, FREEMAN On at approximately 1720 hours I responded to the intersection of State Route O and State Route W outside of Freeman, MO in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I conducted traffic control to assist Missouri State Highway Patrol Troopers with their investigation. 09/18/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/18/2016 at approxomately 1811 hours, I made contact with James K. Haag at the Cass County jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I then took Mr. Haag into custody on active Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00308 for Driving while revoked/suspended. Bond for this warrant was set at $4, ten percent cash allowed. 09/18/16 19: ND ST, DREXEL On September 18, 2016, at approximately 1905 hours, I was dispatched to Casey's General Store, 420 N. 2nd Street, Drexel, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed property damage only to two vehicles and no parties were injuries. Both vehicles were driven away from the scene by both drivers. 09/18/16 20: MAIN ST, EAST LYNNE On Sunday September 18, 2016 at approximately 2048 hours, I was dispatched to 614 Main St in East Lynne. 8 reference to an assault no longer in progress. The victim Tammy Fields had a cell phone thrown at her by the suspect and then hit the suspect on top of the head. The suspect has been identified. 09/18/16 21: D ST, CREIGHTON On September 19, 2016, at approximately 2121 hours, I was dispatched to 308 D. Street in reference to an ex-parte violation. My investigation revealed that a subject was in violation of an active ex-parte by calling the victim, Brooke R. Gibson. A suspect has been identified. 09/18/16 21: YODER RD, EAST LYNNE On Sunday September 18, 2016 at approximately 2202 hours, I was dispatched to a call by phone, in reference to harassment. I made contact with Connie S Juhl who said her daughter and her daughter's boyfriend broke up and had a verbal argument. Nothing criminal took place during the time of the incident.
