No suspect have been identified yet. 02/11/19 15:21 155/PRAIRIE, RAYMORE On 02/11/2019, at approximately 1526 hours, I responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of 155th and Prairie Ln, in rural Raymore. I made contact with Kerrie L O'Connor, w/f, who said that Kathy A Egger, w/f, was driving a silver Chevrolet Impala, and struck her Toyota Prius. Neither party reported any injuries and both drove their vehicles from the scene. 02/11/19 16:45 COMMUTER LOT, ARCHIE On 02/11/2019, at approximately 1746 horus, I responded to the Archie commuter lot for a prisoner transfer with Bates County Sheriff's Office. I made contact with Brianne E Fisher, w/f, who I took into custody on an active Cass County warrant, , for FTA - Fail to maintain financial responsibility. Bond was set at $250 cash only, or ROR after 48 hours, and a court date of 02/26/2019 at 0900 hours was issued. 02/11/19 17: ROCKHAVEN RD, PECULIAR On at 1728 hours, I arrived at S. Rockhaven Rd., Peculiar, MO with Department of Family Services, DFS, caseworker Joshua Butler in reference to a hotline call that DFS received. No criminal activity was discovered during the investigation. 02/11/19 20: STATE ROUTE J, PECULIAR On February 11, 2019, at approximately 2019 hours, I was dispatched to South State Route J, Peculiar, on a medical call. No crime was reported to have occurred. 02/12/19 07:47 187/WEST OF D, BELTON On 02/12/2018, at approximatley 0747 hours, I responded to the area of 187th St and State Route D for a motor vehicle accident. There, I made contact with Edward V Mulik, w/m, who had driven his red 2008 Chevrolet Silverado into a utility pole near the intersection. Mr. Mulik denied having any injuries and his vehicle was towed from the scene. 02/12/19 10: TH ST, BELTON On February 12, 2019 at approximately 1049 hours I responded to 5603 E 187th reference a disturbance where a male subject lit a wood pile on fire. Upon arrival I spoke with Jamie Eisel who stated she was in fear of a male subject. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody. 02/12/19 15: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday , at approximately 1559 hours I made contact with Sargent, Aaron w/m, via phone. Mr. Sargent called the Sheriff's Office to report identity theft that has been committed in Arizona. An account was fraudulently opened at a local bank in Cass County. 02/12/19 15: STATE ROUTE B, GARDEN CITY On 02/12/2019, at approximately 1518 hours, I responded to a trespass in progress at E State Route B. I made contact with the suspects, after they left the area, on a vehicle stop at State Route T and 335th. Jacob S Granger, w/m, was taken into custody on an active Raymore Municipal warrant for FTA-failure to register motor vehicle.

2 02/12/19 16: CHERRY, KANSAS CITY On 02/18/2019, at approximately 1000 Hours, I made contact with William Brown at 1300 Cherry, Kansas City, Mo, on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00678/01 for Failure to appear - Fraudulently attempting to obtain controlled substance. 02/12/19 19: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On 02/12/2019 at approximately 1910 hours, I was dispatched to 101 S. State Route F in Garden City, in reference to a found debit card. An owner has been identified and the property is being held for safekeeping. 02/12/19 19:47 58/HILLCREST, BELTON On Tuesday February 12, 2019 I responded to 58 Highway and Hillcrest in Belton, Missouri in reference to assisting Belton Police Officers with a K9 Sniff request. A free air sniff of the vehicle was conducted, and met with negative results. 02/12/19 21: LAZY ACRES LN, BELTON On 02/12/2019, at approximately 2216 hours, I was dispatched to 314 Lazy Acres Ln., Belton, in reference to an animal call, barking dogs. Contact was made with the reporting party and the owner of the dogs, an informational report was taken. 02/13/19 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/11/2019 at 2210 hours at the Cass County Jail, I made Contact with Inmate Mark S. Salisbury in regard to an issue with his mail. 02/13/19 07: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On , at 0715 hours, I responded to S. West Outer Rd, Harrisonville, in regard to a private property hit and run accident. I contacted Robert Bannister who advised another Semi had struck his semi and then left the scene. A suspect has not yet been identified. 02/13/19 08: MAIN ST, ARCHIE On , at 0817 hours, I responded to 101 S. Main, Archie, in regard to a theft from storage units. I contacted Shelly Turner who advised someone had cut the lock on her storage unit as well as four other storage units. A suspect has not yet been identified. 02/13/19 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 0930 hours I made contact with Barry William Beckstein at the Cass County Jail. I served Cass County Warrant 14CA-CR00627 for Criminal Non-Support, Bond was set at $1, Cash Only. 02/13/19 09: STATE ROUTE A, ARCHIE On Wednesday February 13 at approximately 0956 hours, I was dispatched to 608 East State Route A, Archie for a medical call on an unresponsive party. Subject was later identified. 02/13/19 10: COLONY AVE, EAST LYNNE On 02/13/2019, at approximately 1017 hours, I responded to 207 Colony, East Lynne, reference a disturbance. A male and female that are in a relationship were involved in a verbal altercation. No arrests were made.

Contact was made with the party. 02/13/19 14:49 JOHNSON COUNTY MO, CENTERVIEW On 02/14/2019 at approximately 0112 hours I was dispatched to the area of 58 Hwy and CC Hwy, Strausberg, Missouri in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon my arrival I made contact with Carolyn R Neher on an active Cass County warrant. Ms. Neher was served with warrant number 16CA-CR00599 for burglary. I contacted the Shore's who stated they are having issues with a neighbor in the area of Wolf Road and E 301st Street, Drexel. My investigation showed nothing criminal had occurred to this point. 02/14/19 17: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday 2/14/19 at approximately 1714 hours I responded to E 203rd St in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a residence check. Randy L. Hagedorn, W/M, was arrested on an active Cass County warrant. 02/14/19 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/14/19, at approximately 1745 Hours, I made contact with Patrick C. Hurt at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I made contact with Sarah Jackman who told me that she had been assaulted by a female in Garden City. A suspect has been identified the investigation is on going. 02/14/19 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/14/2019, at approximately 2253 Hours, I made contact with Singh, Demetrius at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 19CA-CR00112 for Murder-1st degree. Bond was set at $1,000, cash only and a court date of 05/02/2019 at 0900 hours was given. 02/15/19 02:23 NB7/ S 315TH, On I was dispatched to the area of 315th and 7 hwy for a reported motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I observed 2 vehicle and a box trailer in the median all vehicles were in the upright possession. I made contact with both drivers who stated they were not injured after being check by EMS. both vehicles was assisted from the scene by tows. 02/15/19 03:07 STATE LINE/267TH, CLEVELAND On Friday, February 15th, 2019, at approximately 0307 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at State Line Rd and 267th St. James Aiken was arrested on Cleveland warrants #17CAFTA297 and #17CAFTA298, with a total bond of $200 cash only.

The registered owner could not be located and the vehicle was towed from the property. 02/15/19 10: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On February 15, 2019 I was dispatched to 1008 North Mullen, Raymore, Missouri regarding a check the welfare. No contact was made at the residence. 02/15/19 10:54 NB 49/ 171MM, RAYMORE On at approximately 1054 hours I was dispatched to the area of North bound Interstate 49, and the 171 mm in reference to a single car motor vehicle accident. The driver reported no injuries, and the vehicle was towed from scene. 02/15/19 11: MM/ NB 49, RAYMORE On at approximately 1140 hours I was dispatched to the area of North bound Interstate 49, and the mm in reference to a two vehicle accident with no injuries reported. I spoke with a male subject, identified as Robb Eder, who stated a vehicle hit his vehicle and then drove away. There is no suspect information at the time of report. 02/15/19 12:37 NB 49/MM 168, PECULIAR On February 15, 2019 I investigated a motor vehicle crash that occurred on northbound Interstate 49 near mile marker 168 in Peculiar, Missouri. I served Cass County warrant 19CA-CR00096 for DWI-Persistent and Count 2) Failed to Drive on Right Half of Roadway When Roadway Was of Sufficient Width. 02/16/19 07: STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On 02/16/2019, at approximately 0746 hours, I responded to S State Line Rd for a report of property damage. I made contact with Robert B Porter, w/m, who said that someone put hardened steel bolts in the rear differential of his Jeep which caused severe damage. The investigation is on-going. 02/16/19 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/16/2019, at approximately 1106 Hours, I made contact with Quinones, Raul at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Pulaski County warrant. I served Pulaski County warrant for a moving traffic violation. 02/16/19 13: CLEVELAND AVE, CLEVELAND On Saturday , at approximately 1305 hours I was dispatched to S Cleveland Road in reference to a dog bite. Upon arrival I made contact with Stone, James w/m who was bitten by a dog when he attempted to separate fighting dogs.

I served Mr. Howey Cass County warrant number 16CA-CR for Probation Violation(F) Tampering With Motor Vehicle - 1st Degree 02/17/19 01: ELM ST, ARCHIE On February 17, 2019, at 0135 hours, I was dispatched to 306 East Elm Street, Archie to assist Archie Police Department on a disturbance in progress. I arrived on scene and helped transport one white male to Cass Regional Medical Center and then to the Cass County Jail. 02/17/19 06: BRUSH COLLEGE RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, February 17, 2019 at approximately 0655 hours I was dispatched to S. Brush College Rd, Harrisonville, MO in reference to an unresponsive subject. The subject was determined to be deceased and the Medical Examiner's office responded. The investigation was conducted and the body released to the Medical Examiner. 02/17/19 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday , at approximately 0852 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic in reference to an informational call. I made contact with Lasswell, Harold w/m who stated that his property was being withheld from him by his previous landlord who also threatened to beat him. My investigation revealed that the accusations were unfounded. Mr. Lasswell can go get his property. 02/17/19 09: JERRY, RAYMORE On February 17, 2019 at approximately 0918 hours, I responded to 1205 North Jerry Raymore, Mo, reference a subject that had died. Upon arrival I made contact with Julia Mitchell who reported that her roommate died over night. 02/17/19 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday , at approximately 1052 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a phone call. I made contact with a male subject who made suicidal statements saying that he had explosives locked in a safe. The subject did not disclose his location and all our attempts to locate him turned up negative results. No explosives where found at the location he indicated. 02/17/19 10:57 J HWY/199TH, RAYMORE On 02/17/2019, at approximately 1057 hours, I responded to a vehicle slide off in the area of S State Route J and 199th. I made contact with Humberto Guzman Recendiz, w/m, who said that the slid off of the roadway while traveling northbound on Stat Route J. There were no injuries and he drove the vehicle from the scene. 02/17/19 12: FREEDOM RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, February 17, 2019 at approximately 1232 hours I was dispatched to S. Freedom Rd, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Roger Lehr stated someone accessed his property from the Missouri Department of Conservation grounds and stole walnut logs. No suspects have been identified. 02/17/19 12: LAKE RD, GARDEN CITY On February 17, 2019 at apprximately 1243 hours I responded to 501 Lake rd in Garden City, MO reference a disorderly subject. Upon arrival I made contact with Amie Moloski reference her ex-boyfriend refusing to leave the residence. The subject has been identified.

I served after hours Cass County warrant for Assault 4th Degree- Specail Victim. 02/17/19 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/17/2019, at approximately 1731 Hours, I made contact with James B. Rogers at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on an after hours Cass County warrant. I served the after hours Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear on Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $5,000.00, 10% cash only. 02/17/19 17:32 Z/S OF 2, GARDEN CITY On Sunday at approximately 1733 hours, I responded to Z highway south of 2 Highway in reference to a motorvehicle accident. Only minor damages were sustained by on vehicle who's mirror was clipped by a second vehicle. There were no injuries. 02/17/19 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/17/2019, at approximately 2100 hours, I made contact with Penn, Ovonje Mollenosky at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served an after-hours Cass County warrant for being a Fugitive From Out Of State. 02/17/19 21: COLONY AVE, EAST LYNNE On 02/17/2019, at approximately 2132 hours, I was dispatched to 207 E. Colony, East Lynne in reference to a disturbance. All parties were identified and no arrests were made. 02/17/19 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/18/2019, at approximately 0013 Hours, I made contact with Young, Donald Romeo at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR for Tampering with Motor Vehicle.
