1 02/25/19 02: LONE PINE DR, CLEVELAND On at approximately 0234 hours I was dispatched to Lone Pine DR reference to a truck in the reporting parties back yard. Upon arrival at approximately 0253 hours I observed a truck in the back yard of the residence. I was told by dispatch that the subject ran East upon my arrival. I conducted an area canvas with negative results. I made contact with the home owner Fred Hoeppner. Mr. Hoeppner told me that he did not know who was in his back yard. Mr. Hoeppner wanted the truck removed from his back yard and told me that he would look at his yard in the daylight to see if he would want a property damage report. No suspect located or identified at this time. 02/25/19 08:07 KNORP RD/N 161ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, February 25, 2019 at approximately 0855 hours I conducted a traffic stop at Knorpp Rd south of 161st St in rural Pleasant Hill, MO for a speeding violation and expired license plate. Sarah Nickell was determined to have active warrant #OCA-AJA through Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop A for Failure to Appear on a traffic violation with a bond of $50 cash only and a court date of 03/07/19 at 1100 hours. I also served her warrant #OCA through the Lee's Summit Police Department for Failure to Appear on a traffic violation with a signature bond and no court date assigned. Ms. Nickell was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 02/25/19 09: MAIN CITY RD, DREXEL On 02/25/2019, at approximately 0917 hours, I responded to S Main City Rd for fraud. I made contact with Sidney L Carr, w/m, who said that he has found fraudulent charges on his bank account. The investigation is on-going. 02/25/19 09: TROTT RD, BELTON On Monday, February 25, 2019 at approximately 1000 hours I was dispatched to a walk in report of vandalism which occurred at 5801 E. Trott Rd, Belton, MO. Charles Zimmer stated someone had damaged numerous tires on his property. No suspects have been identified. 02/25/19 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On February 25th, 2019 at approximately 0920 hours while working in division 3 I made contact with Volz, Ronnie. Mr. Volz was taken into custody on warrant #19CA-CR81 for Trafficking Drugs. Bond was set at $ % cash only, with a court date of at 0900 in Div 4. 02/25/19 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On February 25th, 2019 at approximately 1030 hours while working in division 3 I made contact with Heavener, Mathew. Mr. Heavener was taken into custody on case number 15CA-CR for Non-Support, per Judge Lett of Div 3. His bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 02/25/19 12: RD ST, BELTON On 02/26/2019, at approximately 0650 hours, I arrived at the Belton Jail for a prisoner transfer. I made contact with Octavia M Reese, b/f, and was arrested on active Cass County warrant, 19CA-CR00106, for fradulent use of a credit device. Bond was set at $5,000.00, 10% cash allowed, and a court date of 03/19/2019 at 0900 hours was issued. 02/25/19 13: TH, CLEVELAND On February 25, 2019 I was contacted at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to an officer complaint. The complaint was found to be on an Officer in a different agency. Upon arrival I made contact with three subjects. Nobody was arrested at the time. 02/25/19 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1035 hours, I responded to the Fulton, Mo Western Diagnostic Correction Center in reference a warrant service. I then took Nunn, Shane J. into custody on Cass County warrant # 16-CA-CAFTA-882 for FTA Passing Bad Checks, bond $5, CASH ONLY, Mr Nunn was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/25/19 16: TH ST, DREXEL On 02/25/2019, at approximately 1621 hours, I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office to take a report of fraud. I served Cass County warrant 19CA-CR00014 for Failure to Appear on Posession of a Controlled Substance and warrant 17CA-CR01229 for Faliure to Appear on Robbery 2nd Degree. 02/25/19 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/25/2019, at approximately 1940 Hours, I made contact with Graham, Shannon Lee at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 19CA-CR00128 for DRIVING WHILE INTOX/ALCOHOL. 02/25/19 23: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On 02/25/2019 at approximately 2335 hours, I was dispatched to E. 203rd Street in Pleasant Hill in reference to an assault. Upon my arrival, a white male was contacted. A suspect has been identified, however, no arrest has been made at this time. 02/26/19 05: RD ST, BELTON On , at approximately 0000 hours, I arrived at the Belton Jail at 7001 E 163rd St., Belton, for a prisoner transfer. I made contact with Bridgford, Kenne M w/f, and took her into custody on two active Cass County warrant 18CA-CR01131 for Assault 4th, and 16CA-CR00539 for Fraudulant use of credit device. I then transported her to the Cass County Jail. 02/26/19 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/26/2019, at approximately 1325 Hours, I made contact with Noe G Ramos at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR for Probation Violation / Tampering with a Motor Vehicle - 1st Degree. 02/26/19 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/26/2019, at approximately 1415 Hours, I made contact with Lezer, Valerie Ann, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Lezer Cass County warrant 08CA-MC00230 for Civil Contempt.

I served Cass County warrant 19CA-CR00102 for Resisting or Interfering with Arrest. 02/26/19 16: OAKLAND ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday February 26, 2019 I responded to 907 South Oakland Street in Harrisonville, Missouri at the request of the Harrisonville Police Department to assist with a building search. A building search was conducted by me and my K9 Partner Loki who located and apprehended a suspect inside the building. The suspect was then arrested by Harrisonville Police Officer J. Miller for Burglary. 02/26/19 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/26/2019, at approximately 1800 Hours, I made contact with Henderson, Randall at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 19CA-CR00129 for Driving While Intoxicated. 02/26/19 18:26 187TH/CLEVELAND, BELTON On 02/26/2019, at approximatley 1835 hours, I assisted Peculiar PD on a vehicle pursuit with a white in color Chevrolet Silverado. The vehicle was stopped at 187th and Cleveland and the suspect was taken into custody. 02/26/19 20: FIR ST, GARDEN CITY On 02/26/2019 at approximately 2004 hours, I was dispatched to 205 Fir Street in Garden City in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon my arrival, three parties were contacted, two suspects were identified, however, no arrest has been made at this time. 02/26/19 23: LEXINGTON RD, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday February 27, 2019 I responded to 1300 Lexington Road in Pleasant Hill, at the request of Pleasant Hill Police Department to assist with a K9 Sniff. Upon arrival a K9 Loki was deployed and conducted a free air sniff of the vehicle. A positive alert to the presence of illegal narcotic odor was observed, and a subsequent search of the vehicle by Pleasant Hill Officers revealed negative results for illegal narcotics. 02/27/19 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0955 Hours, I made contact with Alisha Michelle Hill, WF, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I then transported her to the Cass County Jail. 02/27/19 13:21 SB 49/ NORTH CASS PARKWAY, BELTON On Wednesday, February 27th 2018, at 1321 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at North Cass Parkway in Belton, Missouri, on a green 1999 GMC Sierra pickup for failing to display license plates. Ash, Belton, in regard to a disturbance involving a large number of people. I contacted Perosi Perreira who advised someone had displayed a handgun in their waistband. A suspect has been identified. 02/27/19 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1849 Hours, I made contact with Brian Robert Driscoll, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 19CA-CR00049 for DIST/DEL/MANUF/PRO-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. 02/27/19 21:31 RR TRCKS/PROSPECT, BELTON On 02/27/2019 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle check of a suspicious vehicle under the railroad track cross on N. Prospect Avenue near McDonald St. in Belton, MO. Two subjects were detained but later released pending further investigation. 02/28/19 06: JEFFERSON PKWY, PLEASANT HILL On 02/28/19, at approximately 0653 hours, I was dispatched to Jefferson Parkway and 227th for a vehicle that had crashed. Upon my arrival, I observed a white Ford Escape bearing MO license KR8N0M on the east side of the road, in a ditch. 02/28/19 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On February 28, 2019 at approximately 1012 hours, while working in Div IV Courtroom, I made contact with Ms. Samantha Partnoy. Bond was set at at a Signature Bond and a court date of May 02, 2019 at 0900 in Div IV was given. 02/28/19 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1100 Hours, I made contact with Candice Marie Landsberger, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00682 for POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE EXCEPT 35 GRAMS OR LESS OF MARIJUANA/SYNTHETIC CANNABINOID. 02/28/19 11: PRAIRIE LANE, RAYMORE On I was dispatch to the lobby of the sheriff s office regarding a walk in report. I contacted Matthew R. Seip who explained a suspicious person arrived to his home and knocked at the back door, tried the outer door handle and left. He said this occurred on today s date ( ) in the area of Gore road and Prairie Lane, Raymore. Video was provided of the white truck and suspicious male.

Mechanic St., Harrisonville, to a report of domestic violence. Crystal M. Shultz, w/f, reported that she had been shoved into a refrigerator earlier in the evening. A suspect has been identified. 02/28/19 19: RENEE LN, GARDEN CITY On 02/28/2019, at approximately 1956 hours, I responded to 301 Renee Lane, Garden City, reference an animal bite. My investigation showed a subject was bitten by his neighbors dog and a report was taken to be forwarded to the Cass County Health Department. 02/28/19 20:12 SB 49/MM 163, PECULIAR On 02/28/2019, the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on I-49 SB near the 163 milemarker. The driver was released with summons. 02/28/19 21: TH ST, BELTON On 02/28/2019 I was dispatched to th St. Belton Missour for a disoderly subject. Subject was contacted. 02/28/19 21:29 SB 49/307, HARRISONVILLE On February 28, 2019 at approximately 2130 hours I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of southbound Interstate 49 at 307th Street on a dark in color SUV for a lane violation. The passenger, Jessica Detienne, was arrested on Cass County warrant #18CACR01217, $5,000, 10% cash only for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Bates County warrant #12BSCR , $5,000, cash only for Theft of a Controlled Substance. 02/28/19 23: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On 03/05/2019 at approximately 1300 hours, I was dispatched to 1300 Cherry St, Kansas City, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Ardell Hooker was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #17CA-CR for Failure to Appear on Assault 2nd Degree and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Bond was set at $10, cash only. Mr. Hooker was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 03/01/19 03: PRAIRIE DR, PECULIAR On at approximately 0400 hours I was dispatched to Parrie Peculiar for a reported non breather. Upon arrival West Peculiar Fire/Ems was arriving on scene. I made contact with them in the master bed room as they were performing CPR on the patient. At approximately 0435 hours all life saving measures were stop. 03/01/19 08: US-54, VANDALIA On 03/01/2019 at approximately 0810 hours, I was dispatched to 1101 US-54, Vandalia, Missouri in reference to a Writ of Habeas Corpus AD Prosequendum. Leah Denham was taken into custody on an active Writ of Habeas Corpus AD Prosequendum on Cass County Case # 18CA-CR00503 from the 17th Circuit Court of Cass County, Missouri. Ms. Denham was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident.

Kara Carpenter was taken into custody on an active Writ of Habeas Corpus AD Prosequendum on Cass County Case # 16CA-CR00441 from the 17th Circuit Court of Cass County, Missouri. Ms. Carpenter was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 03/01/19 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 1, 2019 I made contact with a male subject, Pritchett, Isaac, who stated his court order custody of his children was being violated by the children's mother. I made contact with Tabitha J Riffle, w/f, who I took into custody on an active Lee's Summit warrant, pd, for stealing 750 or more. Bond was set at $5000 cash. 03/01/19 14: ADESA WAY, BELTON On Friday , at approximately 1453 hours I was dispatched to Adesa Way, Belton in reference to mail being sent to the Assistant General Manager from the Cass County Jail. The letters have been retrieved. 03/01/19 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 1st 2019 while working in Secondary Control, at the Cass County Jail, I observed several inmates fighting in D block. I observed several inmates later identified by video footage. 03/01/19 15:29 ONRAMP PECULIAR WAY, PECULIAR On Friday , at approximately 1534 hours I arrived at a minor accident between two vehicles on the SB Interstate 49 onramp at Peculiar way. Nobody was injured in this accident. 03/01/19 20: LAKE RD, GARDEN CITY On March 1, 2019 I investigated a disturbance that occurred at 501 Lake Road, Garden City. Amie Moloski, w/f, told me that she was involved in an argument with Jeffrey Allen, w/m. It was determined that no crime occurred. 03/01/19 22: W MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 03/01/2019, at approximately 2244 Hours, I made contact with Jerimi Edward Blair, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Upon further investigation, nothing criminal was discovered. 03/02/19 08: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On at 0851 hours, I met with Janice Parker, wf, at 208 S. Morrison Rd., Raymore, MO in reference to unknown person(s) making unauthorized purchases on her debit card. A suspect has not been identified. 03/02/19 09: RD ST, CREIGHTON On Saturday at approximately 0916 hors I was dispatched to the Garden City Police Department building to meet with King, Lauryn A w/f who wanted to retrieve property that was awarded her by divorce decree. 03/02/19 12:34 ROCK HAVEN RD/PASSING CRMC, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, March 2, 2019 at approximately 1235 hours I responded to a dispatch call of a Careless and Imprudent driver in the area of Commercial and Rockhaven Rd in Harrisonville, MO. The vehicle was located and Christian Lynn was taken into custody then transported to the jail for processing. Mr. Lynn was issued summons # for Careless & Imprudent Driving (C&I) and summons # for Failure to Register Vehicle with a court date of 04/23/19 at 0900 hours. 03/02/19 15: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday , at approximately 1536 hours I was dispatched to 111 8th street, Garden City in reference to a dog bite. Brown, Carl w/m, wanted to know what could be done if his son was bitten by a dog. Mr. Brown and the dog owner was given advise. 03/02/19 16: MAIN ST, CLEVELAND On at 1637 hours, I arrived at 417 W. Main St., Cleveland, MO and made contact with Kelly Ewalt, wf, in reference to property damage. Ms. Ewalt reported that sometime in the past 2-3 days, unknown person(s) shot out a back window of a vehicle with a bb gun, that is parked in her backyard. A suspect has not been identified. 03/02/19 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/02/2019 at approximately 1620 hours, an assault occurred in the D-block area of the Cass County Jail facility, located at 2501 West Mechanic Street in Harrisonvill, MO. Suspects have been identified. 03/02/19 17: TH ST, FREEMAN On at 1708 hours, Deputies were dispatched to 104 W. 4th St., Freeman, MO in reference to a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed that an assault did occur. A suspect was identified and arrested. 03/02/19 22: TH ST, PECULIAR On March 2, 2019, at approximately 2220 hours, I was dispatched to area of 409 W Walnut, Cleveland, to check the welfare of a party making suicidal comments. The party was located at 8124 East 227th Street, Peculiar. While conducting the investigation an assault took place and one party was taken into custody for assaulting three Cass County Deputies. 03/02/19 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1330 Hours, I made contact with Kara Michelle Huff, WF, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Mr. Pritchett said his ex-wife is not following their court order in regards to the custody of their daughter.
