Reminder - Imprtant Changes t Club Meeting Dates The September Meeting will nw be held n Mnday 10 th September. I encurage all members t cnsider hw they can make a difference and put their name frward fr a rle n the cmmittee. There will be vacancies!! WD Spectacular With supprt f Jhn Jedryk and Garry Blagdn the LRC is well represented in pre wrk activities t supprt the WD Spectacular. This wrk includes hw we better manage the event in particular the Exhibitrs. The frmal cmmittee fr the next Spectacular will set t wrk befre Christmas. Each club needs t prvide 3 cmmittee members t supprt the Presidents in running the event. If yu are lking fr an pprtunity t get invlved please let me knw asap. Frm persnal experience my wrk n the last cmmittee was very fulfilling. Business as Usual Review The cmmittee cntinues t carry ut the review f the cnstitutin and the peratin f the Web. The update t the Cnstitutin will be made available t all members via the club webpage befre the 10 th September t allw a 30 day fr any feedback prir t the AGM. Wrk cntinues with enhancements t the Website. Members will see imprvement in the way trips are prcessed/managed in the next few weeks. Trip Calendar There are plenty f pprtunities t run trips ver the next few mnths. Even if yu are lking ahead t the New Year and beynd grab that slt nw and start planning.
