9 Shabbat Cmmunal Friday night service Saturday is a n-sprt day and is a chance fr all participants t rest and relax after a busy week Shabbat is spent with billets / families Scial event - after Shabbat

10 Billeting Depending n numbers, a 1:1 billet/hst rati is usually applied Yu may arrange yur wn billet with a hst family please advise n the registratin frm Other billeting requests will be cnsidered, but will nt be guaranteed (multiples, medical etc) Include yur request fr friends with friends when yu register, but there are n guarantees Billeting allcatins based n: Gender / Age / Shmer Shabbat / Kashrut / Sprts All participants are expected t stay with Carnival hst families in Sydney, nt with families/husehlds utside f Carnival (family/relatives included). Every adult in the hst husehld will be required t submit a valid wrking with children check The billeting manager has abslute discretin t make decisins as best fits the billeting plicy.

17 Travel Arrangements 15 th Jan 2019 (Melb - Syd) departing 10am 22 nd January (Syd - Melb) departing 12 pm Team Management & Yuth leaders will travel with the team Recmmendatin all participants within Grup Bking Alternate travel arrangements/bkings are pssible (e.g pints bking r separate flight must ntify team management) Fr these arrangements, apprpriate meeting/drp-ff pints will be rganised with parents
