Required Identificatin: T bard a flight, all dmestic passengers are required t present ne piece f valid gvernment-issued pht ID that shws name, date f birth and gender, such as a driver s license r a passprt. Passengers may als present tw pieces f valid gvernment-issued nn-pht ID, at least ne f which shws name, date f birth and gender, such as a birth certificate. All passengers travelling t and frm the United States are required t present a valid passprt. Citizens f cuntries ther than Canada and the United States shuld cntact their cnsulate r embassy fr barding requirements. Prf f nward r return travel may be required at check-in. 2. Check-In Deadline: Getting t the airprt, cmpleting check-in and ging thrugh security takes time, s we recmmend arriving at the airprt as early as pssible; n later than 60 minutes prir t a dmestic flight and 90 minutes prir t an internatinal flight. Yu must btain yur barding pass and check in any baggage by the check-in deadline shwn belw. Additinally, yu must be available fr barding at the

2 barding gate by the deadline shwn belw. Failure t meet this deadline may result in the lss f yur assigned seat r the cancellatin f yur reservatin. Advance seat assignments are nt guaranteed and may change withut ntice. If yur pre-assigned seat is unavailable, we will try t accmmdate yu in a cmparable seat and will refund any applicable seat selectin fees. 5. Tickets are nn-transferable and name changes are nt permitted. 6. Subject t the 24-hur refundability described in paragraph 7 belw, vluntary changes t yur itinerary are permitted up t ne hur prir t the scheduled departure time n mst fare types and may require the payment f additinal fees and fare upgrades as detailed belw. Same-Day, Flexible : On all rutes ther than between Trnt-Mntreal, Trnt-Ottawa and Trnt-Newark, Flexible tickets shall be subject t a same-day change charge f $75.00 (plus taxes) per directin per passenger, hwever the passenger shall nt be required t pay the difference in fare. Same-Day, Freedm : same-day changes are available withut a change charge, and the passenger shall nt be required t pay the difference in fare. *Same-day changes cannt be made when a Prter interline partner airline is perating part f yur itinerary. In all cases, the fares f passengers wh fail t shw up fr their flight and d nt therwise cancel their reservatin r change their reservatin by ne hur prir t scheduled departure shall be nn-refundable and nn-creditable twards future flights. If yu are travelling n a nn-refundable ticket, Prter will be unable t make exceptins in the event f an unexpected trip cancellatin r medical emergency. We recmmend the purchase f travel insurance.

5 7. In additin t the standard ticket change and cancellatin charges described abve, Prter ffers a 24-hur refundability ptin n all fare types. Full refunds are available fr up t 24 hurs after cmpletin f bking. Please cntact the Prter Call Centre at (888) Please nte that this refundability ptin is available nly t flights bked at least 7 days prir t departure. 8. Fr passengers wh have purchased Basic, Standard r Flexible fares, a first piece f checked baggage csts $32.50 CAD/USD, plus applicable taxes if paid in advance, $39.50 CAD/USD, plus applicable taxes if paid at the check-in cunter n the day f travel, and $49.50 plus applicable taxes if paid at the gate at the time f barding. A secnd piece f checked baggage csts $50.00 CAD/USD, plus applicable taxes if paid in advance, $60.00 CAD/USD, plus applicable taxes if paid at the check-in cunter n the day f travel, and $70.00 plus applicable taxes if paid at the gate at the time f barding. Fr all fare classes (Basic, Standard, Flexible and Freedm), any checked item after tw bags csts $ CAD/USD, plus applicable taxes if paid in advance, $ CAD/USD, plus applicable taxes if paid at the check-in cunter n the day f travel, and $ plus applicable taxes if paid at the gate at the time f barding. Items listed abve are permitted up t 23 kg (50 lb) each. Each bag weighing between 23 kg (50 lb) and 32 kg (70 lb) is charged a fee f $ CAD/USD, plus applicable taxes, per directin. N single piece can weigh mre than 32 kg (70 lb). These restrictins apply t all fare classes. Fr all fare classes (Standard, Basic, Flexible and Freedm), any single piece measuring mre than 158 cm (62 in) ttal dimensin (the sum f the length, width and height) is charged $ CAD/USD per directin. If a bag is bth verweight and versized, the $ fee is charged nly nce. N verweight r versized charge is applied fr 3rd and subsequent bags. Yu may als carry nbard ne standard article with maximum dimensins f 23 x 40 x 55cm (9 x 16 x 22in) and ne business article with maximum dimensins 16 x 33 x 43cm (6 x 13 x 17in) each weighing n mre than 9kg (20lbs). It is recmmended that dcuments and medicatin be packed in yur carry-n baggage, as Prter will nt be respnsible fr their lss, damage r delay. Fr additinal infrmatin, please refer t Baggage Infrmatin sectin. 9. Pet travel is restricted t huse cats and small dgs that can cmfrtably maneuver inside an apprved carrier during flight. Fr peratinal and cmfrt reasns, Prter limits the number f pet carriers allwed in the cabin t tw at any ne time. N pets are allwed in the carg hld. Please cntact the Call Centre t cnfirm reservatin availability fr yur pet n yur desired flight prir t bking yur wn ticket.

6 Seasnal Baggage Restrictins: See website fr applicable dates Additinal baggage restrictins may apply n all flights. In perids f anticipated high baggage vlume, excess baggage will be charged the applicable fees and bags will be placed n hld pending space n the aircraft. If the excess baggage des nt arrive n the same flight as the passenger, it will be placed n the next available flight. It will be the passenger s respnsibility t return t the airprt fr baggage pick up. Fr safety reasns, dangerus articles must nt be packed in checked r carry-n baggage. The carrier will nt accept fragile, valuable r perishable articles including mney, jewelry, cameras, vide and electrnic equipment, silverware, negtiable instruments, business dcuments, samples, medicatins, paintings, antiques, furs, manuscripts r similar items in checked baggage r when therwise placed in the care f the carrier. Carrier reserves the right t refuse carriage f any persns r f any gds r baggage, in accrdance with the applicable prvisins f carrier s tariffs, rules r regulatins, r therwise in accrdance with the law. Yu may be required t present the credit card used t purchase yur ticket at check-in OVERBOOKING NOTICE Airline flights may be verbked, and there is a slight chance that a seat will nt be available n a flight fr which a persn has a cnfirmed reservatin. If the flight is verbked, n ne will be denied a seat until airline persnnel first ask fr vlunteers willing t give up their reservatin in exchange fr a payment f the airline's chsing. If there are nt enugh vlunteers, the airline will deny barding t ther persns in accrdance with its particular barding pririty. With few exceptins, persns denied barding invluntarily are entitled t cmpensatin. NOTICE OF BAGGAGE LIABILITY LIMITATIONS Liability fr lss, delay r damage t baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additinal charges are paid. Fr travel whlly between pints in Canada, the liability limit is $1800 CAD per passenger. Fr further infrmatin, please cnsult Prter s dmestic r transbrder tariff. Additinal prtectin can usually be btained by purchasing insurance frm a private cmpany. Such insurance is nt affected by any limitatin f the carrier's liability under the Cnventin r such special cntracts f carriage. Fr further infrmatin, please cnsult yur airline r insurance cmpany representative. CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 1. As used in this cntract, "ticket" means this passenger dcument and baggage check, r this itinerary/receipt if applicable, in the case f an electrnic ticket, f which these cnditins and the ntices frm part, "carriage" is equivalent t "transprtatin", "carrier" means all air carriers that carry r undertake t carry

7 the passenger r his baggage hereunder r perfrm any ther service incidental t such air carriage, "electrnic ticket" means the itinerary/receipt issued by r n behalf f carrier, the electrnic cupns and, if applicable, a barding dcument. 2. Carriage hereunder is subject t the rules and limitatins relating t liability set ut in the carrier s tariff. 3. T the extent nt in cnflict with the freging, carriage and ther services perfrmed by the carrier are subject t: (i) prvisins cntained in this ticket, (ii) applicable tariffs, (iii) carrier's cnditins f carriage and related regulatins which are made part heref (and are available n applicatin at the ffices f carrier). 4. Carrier's name may be abbreviated in the ticket, the full name and its abbreviatin being set frth in carrier's tariffs, cnditins f carriage, regulatins r timetables; carrier's address shall be the airprt f departure shwn ppsite the first abbreviatin f carrier's name in the ticket; the agreed stpping places are thse places set frth in this ticket r as shwn in carrier's timetables as scheduled stpping places n the passenger's rute; carriage t be perfrmed hereunder by several successive carriers is regarded as a single peratin. 5. Any exclusin r limitatin f liability f carrier shall apply t and be fr the benefit f agents, servants and representatives f carrier and any persn whse aircraft is used by carrier fr carriage and its agents, servants and representatives. 6. Checked baggage will be delivered t bearer f the baggage check. In case f damage t baggage, a cmplaint must be made in writing t carrier frthwith after discvery f damage and, at the latest, within 7 days frm receipt; in case f delay, cmplaint must be made within 21 days frm date the baggage was delivered. In all ther cases, including lss, cmplaints must be made within 24 days frm the date the passenger s transprtatin stpped. 7. This ticket is gd fr carriage fr ne year frm date f issue, except as therwise prvided in this ticket, in carrier's tariffs, cnditins f carriage, r related regulatins. The fare fr carriage hereunder is subject t change prir t cmmencement f carriage. Carrier may refuse transprtatin if the applicable fare has nt been paid. Prvided the riginal bking is cancelled prir t tw hurs befre the riginal flight departure, the value f the unused ticket, less applicable change fees, can be applied t a ticket fr travel cmpleted within 12 mnths frm the date f riginal ticket issuance. Credit may be applied t base fare, airline surcharges, change fees, and gvernment taxes and fees. Credit can be used ne time nly. Any residual value left frm its use is frfeited. Bkings using credit must be in the name f the wner f the credit. Credit may be transferred t anther traveler ne time nly, while maintaining riginal expiratin date. 8. Carrier undertakes t use its best effrts t carry the passenger and baggage with reasnable dispatch. Times shwn in timetables r elsewhere are nt guaranteed and frm n part f this cntract. Carrier may withut ntice substitute alternate carriers r aircraft, and may alter r mit stpping places

8 shwn n the ticket in case f necessity. Schedules are subject t change withut ntice. Carrier assumes n respnsibility fr making cnnectins. 9. Passengers shall cmply with Gvernment travel requirements, present exit, entry and ther required dcuments and arrive at airprt by time fixed by carrier r, if n time is fixed, early enugh t cmplete departure prcedures. 10. N agent, servant r representative f carrier has authrity t alter, mdify r waive any prvisin f this cntract.
