ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist guest with luggage/baggage. Answer bell stand phne within required amunt f rings. Deliver guest valet laundry, as well as ther items required by the guest. Cmplete all required checklists per shift (e.g., daily checklist, valet list, check ut lg, etc.). Ensure timely delivery/retrieval f all luggage, packages, etc. either checked r left at bell stand. Supply directins and infrmatin regarding: unit prperty, staff and service, hurs f peratin, the immediate and metr area, guest rm lcatin, views, amenities, feature, type, etc. Arrange and stre luggage carts safely. Extreme care and prper lading habits fr prtectin f guest prperty shuld be taken when carts are in use. Operate and/r explain TDD peratin fr guests. Standards f Appearance: Marritt Internatinal's standards fr grming and appearance reflect ur Cmpany's cnservative traditin fr mre than 75 years. All assciates must take pride and present a prfessinal, well-grmed appearance. All assciates fr whm a unifrm has been prvided must wear the apprpriate unifrm. If nametags are issues, they are cnsidered part f the unifrm and shuld be wrn n the left side. Shes must be in cmpliance with the Occupatinal Safety and Health Act. They shuld present a business-like appearance, be plished and in gd repair. Sunglasses are acceptable nly in utdr areas where sunshine may impair yur visin. Jewelry shuld be wrn in mderatin. In mst instances, yu may wear yur hair the way yu chse while wrking, as lng as it remains well trimmed, well grmed and business-like in appearance.
