2 The carnival-inspired kiddies area is child-friendly and caters fr a variety f age grups, frm tddlers t pre-schlers. The venue basts with a clurful jungle gym, interactive pizza ven and delightful cnfectinary cunter. All these amenities are guaranteed t keep the little nes ccupied, while the adults make use f the fully licensed bar area and the Carnival Menu. HOW TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING Kiddies parties are nly available fr children aged 1-8 years. The maximum height f the children must nt exceed 1.2 meters. Bkings can be held strictly accrding t the fllwing time slts: 09:30-11:30 / 12:00-14:00 / 14:30-16:30 All guests have t vacate the kiddies carnival area at the end f their bked time slt. 10% gratuity will be added t the bill. CATERING FOR ADULTS Parents & adults may nly use ur catering facilities and menus, and are nt allwed t bring in any fd items fr adults. We have a Carnival Menu available. Please cntact us directly if yu wuld like us t cater fr a grup f adults (please see the latest platters menu attached.) WINE / CHAMPAGNE / DRINKS prir t the party.) Althugh we are fully licensed, we d nt sell any hard liqur in the Kiddies Carnival - we serve beers, wine, ciders, sft drinks, juice and milkshakes. Jugs f juice can be supplied t yur table at R60 per jug. CAKES AND / OR CUPCAKES AND OUTSIDE SUPPLIERS We charge R100 cake charge per cake r fr every 24 cupcakes brught nt the premises. Please nte we d nt supply cake stands. 3 DÉCOR We d nt supply any décr besides the party bxes. Yu are allwed t bring in yur wn décr (n edible items), table clths, paper plates, ballns, banners, serviettes etc. at n additinal charge. TABLES We nly use wden tables with cnnected benches in the Kiddies Carnival fr adults & bigger children. Fr smaller kiddies we have small wden tables. Table size: 1.2 m lng / 75 cm wide / 80 cm high. We d nt supply any table clths. CUTLERY AND CROCKERY We supply side plates, knives and white paper serviettes. Pizzas are served n wden platters and all ther fd items are served n white dinner plates. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A NON-SMOKING RESTAURANT. USE OF THE KIDDIES CARNIVAL AREA IS SUBJECT TO CLEAR WEATHER CONDITIONS. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Weltevreden may at its sle discretin remve any member f a party frm the prperty fr unruly r destructive behaviur, any damages due t this behaviur will be the client s respnsibility. 2. Any lss r damage f prperty will be charged accrdingly, which includes table clths, cutlery etc. 3. Display articles, equipment r persnal prperty brught nt the grunds f Weltevreden Estate are nt cvered by the Estate s insurance. Althugh the utmst care f the prperty is taken at all times, we cannt accept any liability fr the lss r damage f the abve. 4. Yu may nt bring any hard liqur nt the premises f Weltevreden Estate. 5.
