Camp dates are: Mnday, July 23 t Friday, July 27 Our 2018 Camp Theme is: Space We will make One small step fr man, ne giant leap fr mankind and reach fr the stars! We have a waiting list fr camp! If yur camper cannt attend, let us knw immediately s we may ffer the space t a child n the waiting list CAMP SHOULD BE FUN AND SAFE FOR EVERYONE! PLEASE SUPPORT US IN MAKING SURE YOUR CAMPER KNOWS AND FOLLOWS THESE RULES: Electrnic Devices are NOT ALLOWED: Campers are nt allwed t bring phnes, DVD/CD players, IPds, etc. Please leave these items at hme and cme ready t enjy the fun we ve prepared fr yu at camp! If a camper is fund t have a cell phne, it will be taken and stred. It will be returned t the camper nly at the end f camp Tbacc/Alchl/Weapns Items NOT allwed at camp include: tbacc, alchl, any illegal substances, firearms, knives, r weapns f any kind. Campers suspected f pssessing any f these items will have his/her pssessins searched. Any camper in vilatin f this plicy will need t be picked up by a parent immediately and will nt be allwed t return t camp in the future. Behavir at Camp Behavir that makes ther campers r staff feel unsafe r uncmfrtable will be investigated. 3 Medicatin Instructins If Yur Camper Des NOT Take Medicatins. Yu will cnfirm this with the nurse at check in and sign a medicatin release s we may give meds if needed and prescribed by the medical staff while at camp If Yur Camper Takes Medicatins. 1. Dn t pack any medicine in yur child s luggage. 2. All medicines must be in the riginal pharmacy cntainer. NO PILL BOXES. 3. Pack enugh medicine fr 7 days. 4. Place med cntainers in a galln sized, zip tp bag labeled with yur child s name. Yu will give the meds t a nurse at check-in. 5. Yu DON T need t send cmmn ver-the-cunter medicines unless yur child is taking them rutinely (Advil, Tylenl, etc). We have them at camp. 6. Fr yur child s safety-please review and update the medicatin list n yur child s Campdc prfile 1 week befre camp. We will have yu verify the list again at check-in. On the FIRST day f camp ONLY: Please give yur child his/her mrning medicatins unless they must be given at an exact time. If yur child must take meds between 9 am and 2 pm yu will put nly thse medicatins fr MONDAY ONLY in envelpes we prvide at check in and a nurse will give them t yur child. If yur child needs meds t prevent getting car-sick n the bus, please give it arund 7AM. Als, let the nurse at the medicatin table knw s we can give Bnine t yur camper befre the return trip. We must be able t safely identify pills. All meds must be in pharmacy cntainers.
