2 On behalf of the Italian Winter Sport Federation (F.I.S.I.), Nordic Ski Val di Fiemme 2003 Srl and U.S. Dolomitica Predazzo, your nation as member of the Federation International de Ski, is cordially invited to participate on August 22-23, 2008 in the FIS CUP SKI JUMPING Invitation U.S. Dolomitica Predazzo/Nordic Ski Val di Fiemme Organizing Committee addresses this invitation to all the athletes who will start in the FIS Cup races scheduled in Val di Fiemme/Predazzo on the 22 nd. and 23 rd. August Eligible are only those athletes notified by the National Ski Federations according to the regulations for FIS Cup 2008/2009. All athletes are required to have a valid FIS license in order to compete. Competitions will be held on hill HS Entry The final entry must be sent to the Organizing Committee at least 10 days before the race on the official FISapplication forms (with specification for each athlete: Name and first name, year of birth, FIS number and FISpoints). August 2008 Since this is an high period of the holiday season, take into consideration to book in advance your accommodation! Detailed information about accommodation and location of the Hotel will be given on time from Val di Fiemme Booking Center to all National Federations as well as directly to the Teams. Please use the form appendix A to enclose your Accommodation request. PLEASE NOTE: For booked rooms reservation not used, Val di Fiemme Booking Center will ask cancellation fee from to the resp. National Ski Association.

Accreditation and Race Office ACCREDITATION: The accreditation office is at the Ski Jumping Stadium in Predazzo, opening times: THURSDAY : FRIDAY :30 12:00 16:00-22:30 SATURDAY RACE OFFICE The race office is at the Ski Jumping Stadium from Thursday open hours (see Accreditation Office) 5. Transport a) All the Teams that need transport must inform the O.C., within the 01 st. of August, about time and number of flight, otherwise the O.C. will not be able to organise the transport. O.C. will submit an offer to the Team that request transport. Transport between Accommodation and Jumping Stadium will be arranged by the Organizing Committee where requested. Please use the form appendix B to enclose your transport request. 6.
