The programme of this sport event is: Friday, the 27 th of June: Reception of the Nations at the race office (Hotel Cieplice Jelenia Góra Cieplice; 11 Cervi Str) (3-5 p.m.): Overview the track, Official training on the uphill track (5 p.m.) Dinner time (6 p.m.): Team captains meeting (Buffet for team captains, guests, officials, sponsors) (8 p.m.): Official Opening Ceremony in (or near) the race office Saturday, the 28 th of June: Discipline: Individual race mass or individual start in groups classic technique 5,9 km long, 290 m height difference start (5 p.m.): Team captains meeting Ceremony of prize giving (1 st day) Sunday, the 29 th of June: Discipline: Sprint Sudecka Str. 200 m 9.00: Start: Qualification Sprint For Junior W/M - For Senior W/M 11.00: Start: K.O. Sprint - final 16 For Junior/Senior W - For Junior/Master M For Senior M The same track for Qualification and K.O Sprint - Course length: 200 m : Price giving ceremony at open air or in the hall 14.00: Closing ceremony 1

Accommodation costs will be paid by the Organizing Committee according to the FIS rules. The list of athletes and coaches who have free board and lodging for the 2003 season is according to the decision of FIS Subcommittee for Rollerskiing. The costs have to be paid directly to the Organizing Committee during the accreditation (till ) and are following ones: A/B 35,- EU/prs in 2 person in room with bath and full board 25,- EU/prs in 2 person in room without bath and full board C/ 7-10,- EU/prs in 2 person in room with bath 3 EU sandwich 12 EU full board Classes : junior men, junior women, senior men, senior women, masters I (at least 41), masters II (at least 51), youth men, youth women. Competition rules : The competitions will be held in compliance with FIS Rules for Rollerski Competition Insurance : All athletes and officials have to be insured through their national federation. The organizer is not responsible for any injury to person or damage to property. The organizer have insurance policy against civil liability. All attendants have to be covered by an adequate insurance policy against accidents, illness and civil liability.
