2 PERIOD OF THE EVENT From Sunday, September the 20 th 2015 (arrivals of National Federations) To Saturday, September the 26 th 2015 (departures of National Federations) COMPETITION VENUE The competition will take place in the venue of Coltano (PISA). WHERE WE ARE AND HOW TO JOIN US

3 7 km far from the highway (A 12 Genova/Livorno - Pisa Centro exit) 6 km far from the Galilei airport of Pisa 10 km far from Pisa city centre 10 km far from the seafront a 30 km far from Lucca a 80 km far from Firenze a 70 km far from Volterra a 90 km far from San Gimignano a 110 km far from Siena By flight: Coming from the G. Galilei Airport of Pisa (6 km) follow any directional marks towards the freeway S.S. 1 Aurelia (bridge on the Arno river Saint Gobain), from Pisa towards Livorno, for about 4 km. After the restaurant Re di Puglia, pay attention on the right to the panel with the indications towards Coltano. Get the flyover on the right and turn on the left when you are in front of the restaurant Mortellini. The road passes over the Aurelia road and the railway and goes straight on towards Coltano (3 km). Once you arrive in Coltano, turn right in front of the Villa Medicea and get the one way road. Coming from the A. Vespucci Airport of Firenze, get the freeway towards Pisa - Livorno. At the junction to Pisa or Livorno, proceed towards Livorno. Get out in Vicarello (2 nd exit after the junction towards Livorno). Turn right following any directional marks to Pisa. At the first traffic light (after about 3 km), turn left towards Livorno. Drive the main road 67 Bis of Arnaccio for about 4 km towards Livorno. After undercrossing the A 12 highway, you find the small village of Ponte Biscottino. Turn right in front of the bar of Biscottino, following the panel marking Coltano. Cross over the bridge on the channel called Fossa Chiara and follow the tarmac road. Drive over this road, which turns on the left then on the right, for about 3 km. Once you arrive in Coltano, turn right in front of the Villa Medicea and get the one way road. By car: Coming from Milano, get the A1 highway up to the highway central junction in Bologna; continue on the A1 highway towards Firenze. Get out at the Firenze-Signa toll of the A1 highway and get the freeway towards Pisa - Livorno. Follow any directional marks as here above. Drive the freeway S.S. 1 Aurelia from Livorno (Stagno) towards Pisa for about 8 km. On the left, you find the enclosures of the American military base of Camp Darby. Pay attention on the left to the panel marking Coltano. Get the flyover on the left and turn right, just in front of the Restaurant Mortellini. The road passes over the Aurelia road and the railway and goes straight on towards Coltano (3 km). Once you arrive in Coltano, turn right in front of the Villa Medicea and get the one way road. By train: Station of Pisa. During the event, in proximity of the village, many directional marks will be put from any tracks to indicate the competition venue.

4 ACCREDITING OF NATIONAL DELEGATIONS Once arrived, all delegations shall reach the Secretariat of the Organizer which is placed in the B&B Hotel Pisa via Scornigiana n PISA - pisa@hotelbb.com. The Hotel is situated at 12 minutes from the competition venue and 10 minutes from the city centre of Pisa. Any delegations arriving in advance will be able to get accreditation on Saturday. All the others shall get accreditation on Sunday morning or on Monday. Road signs to reach the Hotel: BY CAR From the highway: from Nord, passing through Firenze, take the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno from Scandicci, then follow the exit Pisa Nord-Est and proceed along zona artigianale. From the G. Galilei Airport, take the Fi-Pi-Li in direction Firenze, then follow the exit Pisa Nord-Est and proceed along zona artigianale. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT By bus: from the Central Station of Pisa take the line 5 in direction Putignano and stop at the terminus in via Scornigiana (zona artigianale). For those who do not desire to stay in the official hotel proposed by the organizing Committee, but prefer freely providing to the board and lodging in another structure by their choice, they should pay exclusively and compulsory the following: 1) Organization fee for a team composed of 6 people (5 competitors + 1 captain or accompanying person) without lodging in Hotel (room, breakfast and dinner), without gala dinner and without meal box on the venue during the days of competition Euro Costs provided by the Official Hotel for the extra-forfeit fees: 1) Cost of meal or dinner at the Hotel Euro ) Cost of extra-forfeit meal packages per each day from 22 th to 25 th of September Euro ) Cost for an additional single room (eu. 20 per day) Euro ) Cost of the gala dinner from 26/09 extra-forfeit Euro 40.00

5 The transfer from the Airport of Pisa to the official hotel (going-return) and the transfer for the four days of competition from the official Hotel to the casting venue are free. For the dinners it will be proposed two entrées (with a supplement upon request), a main course, two accompanying courses, dessert and coffee. At the table it will be served some water and a bottle of white or red wine for 4 people; extra-wine, beer or other drinks will have to be paid. There will be a buffet breakfast with all sugared and salted products and you could also taste eggs and bacon. In the forfeit it is also included the meal box per each athlete or accompanying person and a box of drinks. On the competition venue it will be always at disposal some water. In the forfeit it is not included the eventual meals and drinks taken by the athletes or accompanying person at the Hotel before or after the dinner. 6 OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONY The opening ceremony of the World Championship will take place at the date and place which will be communicated in a second moment. PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY The ceremony will take place at 07:30 pm on September the 25 th 2015 at the official Hotel. CLOSING GALA DINNER The closing gala dinner will be held at 08:30 pm on September the 25 th 2015 at the official Hotel. OFFICIAL TRAINING PROGRAM The training will be possible upon request during the days antedating Sunday, 20 th of September 2015, on the basis of the program. CAPTAINS MEETING The captains meeting will take place at the official Hotel, on Monday 21 st September, from to p.m. In the captains meeting it will take place the drawings of all four days of the competition. Delegations which are planning not to be present at this day are kindly requested to authorize another present captain or the organizer, to proceed on their behalf.
