CANCELLATION POLICY (to be read carefully and signed for acceptance) First night - deposit - non refundable Second and third night: a) from May 16 th to June 16 th % of remaining stay; b) from June 17 th to August 23 rd % of remaining stay; c) from August 24 th 2015 to date of arrival or no show 100% of remaining stay. Important: All reservations will be valid and guaranteed only upon the non refundable payment of first night. Please fill this form in all its parts, undersign it and send it to Finivest Congressi. The city tax is to be paid directly at the hotel reception desk. Please note that the registration will be automatically confirmed for bookings guaranteed via credit card or bank transfer for the first night (these will be considered valid, only upon receipt of copy of bank draft - net of bank fees). A written confirmation will be sent to you by Finivest Congressi. A copy of confirmation, could be requested by the reception staff of the Hotel upon your arrival. Moreover, guests will be asked to provide a credit card when checking in. The credit card will be photocopied so as to provide a guarantee for any outstanding extras unsettled upon departure.
