2 Friday, 5 th of June, 2015 Program flow Royal Viking Meeting 2015 As from 14:00 Check in in the St. Gilgen 19:00 Meet in the salon or on the terrace for an aperitif 20:00 Dinner in the restaurant Saturday, 6 th of June, :30 9:30 Buffet breakfast in the restaurant 09:30 We walk together through the village to the shipping pier 10:00 Departure from St. Gilgen by boat to St. Wolfgang 10:40 Arrival in St. Wolfgang 11:00 Trip by cogwheel railway up to the top of the Schafberg where we stroll around and enjoy the breathtaking view (weather permitting)notice: Please bring strong footwear 11:30 We eat together a snack in the mountain restaurant 16:00 We go back together by boat to St.Gilgen Free time: Strolling through the village or return to the hotel 19:00 Official Royal Viking Meeting 2015 photo shoot with aperitif 20:00 Gala dinner with music in the ballroom (open end) Sunday, 7 th of June, :00 Traditional brunch buffet with sausages, meat loaf, draft beer and music Individual departure Program subject to change

Coming from Bad Ischl: Federal Highway B 158 towards St. Gilgen. At the roundabout in St. Gilgen exit direction Mondsee, after 1 km on the right you find the Parkhotel Billroth. Arriving by train Take the bus 150 directly from the central station Salzburg towards Bad Ischl till the bus stop Hollweger. Distance to the hotel 1 km. Arrival by plane From the airport take the trolley bus 1 to the central station. From there you take the bus 150 towards Bad Ischl till the stop Hollweger. Distance to the hotel 1 km.
