4 FAQ S Can I register for AYC online? Yes!!! Or you can download the registration through the AYC website, then print it out, fill it out, and mail it in along with a check. Where do I take my group when we arrive at AYC? You will go to the lower level of the Statehouse Convention Center. Doors will open into the conference area (Governors Halls 1,2,3) at 6:30 on Friday night and 8:30 on Saturday morning. What if I need to purchase more admission wristbands for my group? Send one representative to the Osage Room (located in the lobby just down from the stairs/escalators from Marriott). Osage is AYC Headquarters for anything you may need. How much are admission wristbands if someone only attends Friday night or Saturday? Admission prices are the same whether someone attends all or part of AYC. How much are admission wristbands for a young child? Prices are the same regardless of age. What if someone loses their wristband(s) or they don t come in the mail in time? After your registration and payment are received, you will be mailed your group s wristbands and confirmation within a couple of weeks. If you haven t received that package at least a week before AYC, call Doug Goodman at Where do I pick up our group s pre-ordered t-shirts? AYC Headquarters (Osage Room) What if our group did not pre-order t-shirts Will there be some for sale at AYC? Yes, there will be a limited number of t-shirts available as well as additional merch to purchase at AYC. Where is lost and found? AYC Headquarters (Osage Room) Where can we park? By late Friday afternoon, there should be plenty of parking available for cars and vans along Markham and other streets nearby. Bring quarters if you get there before 6 pm. Parking at meters is free after 6 pm and on weekends. We will have discounted parking at the deck at 2nd and Main (a block south of the Convention Center). With your AYC parking pass, you will only have to pay a small fee (tba) upon exit. Bus parking is very limited downtown. There are flat lots but some require payment. There is a smaller lot for free bus parking across 6th Street from the LR Visitor Information Center (at the corner of Ferry St. and 6th St) & also at the Clinton Library east of I-530. Where can our group eat? Restaurants are located at the River Market or along Broadway near I-30 (Broadway is the street across the Arkansas River just north of Verizon Arena). There are other options in Little Rock and North Little Rock. If you decide to pre-order Chick-Fil-A lunches through Pauline MBC (516 Missions), they will be set up inside the StateHouse Convention Center in Hall 4. What if I pay for someone and they don t go? Can I get a refund? Unfortunately, because of pre-conference planning, there can be no refunds. Our suggestion is require a deposit or payment up front to insure your church does not overpay.
