Your NAMM Membership must be currently active through 2009 Summer NAMM in order to register for free badges. Need to renew your NAMM Membership? Visit Log in with your user name and password to register for badges. If you re picking up your badge at Will Call, bring your registrationgenerated confirmation and valid photo ID. After the June 12, 2009 badge deadline, badges are $25 each (subject to allotment). Web address and access code will be ed to all active NAMM Members before housing opens on Wednesday, March 18, Enter reservation information and click Submit 3 Receive your hotel acknowledgment number via within minutes Group Reservations 20 Rooms or More 1 Complete the Hotel Reservation Form along with an official Passkey Group Rooming List template which may be obtained from the Nashville Housing Bureau via at ncvbhousing@visitmusiccity.com. Your rooming list must be placed on this official template for the Housing Bureau to process. 2 Send these two completed documents directly to the Nashville Housing Bureau when housing opens on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. PDT via at ncvbhousing@visitmusiccity.com or fax to Within one week after receipt of your information, the Nashville Housing Bureau will assign your group block to available hotels. You will receive acknowledgments for reservations and instructions for managing your company s room reservations online. NEW! You will receive a hotel contract for your blocked rooms which you will sign and return directly to the hotel. PLEASE REMEMBER: Have names, arrival and departure dates, and credit card information ready when making reservations! The acknowledgment number you receive after making reservations will allow you to manage each reservation on your own making all individual changes online. NEW! There will be a $50 cancellation fee imposed on individual reservations cancelled after Wednesday, April 29, Please don t miss the Nashville Housing Bureau deadlines as they will not be extended. Cancellation fees on group reservations are subject to your hotel contract terms.
