1 QUICK GUIDE TO ACCEPTING YOUR INVITATION TO THE 2011 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The $50 will be refunded on August 3rd if you have turned in accurate score sheets and exhibited good sportsmanship during Teen Masters competition.

As part of this process, you will select the weight of the bowling balls that will be shipped to you by Ebonite, and you will select the size of the two shirts you will wear during all Teen Masters

The Teen Masters has secured discounted rates at several hotels by purchasing over $150,000 in hotel rooms.

2 WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO? 1. Create a TeenMastersBowling.com Profile. All finalists must have a complete profile on TeenMastersBowling.com. Timeline: Now! 2. Reserve Your Practice Session. Confirm your intent to compete by purchasing your Practice Session for $50. The $50 will be refunded on August 3rd if you have turned in accurate score sheets and exhibited good sportsmanship during Teen Masters competition. Timeline: ASAP space on each practice squad is limited. 3. Register for Nationals. The next step is to pay your registration ti fee of either $397 or $500. As part of this process, you will select the weight of the bowling balls that will be shipped to you by Ebonite, and you will select the size of the two shirts you will wear during all Teen Masters competition. Balls will ship once this step is complete. Shirts and any tickets will be delivered during check-in in New Jersey. Deadline: July 1, Purchase Your Hotel Package. The Teen Masters has secured discounted rates at several hotels by purchasing over $150,000 in hotel rooms. During the New Jersey portion of the competition, you must purchase one of these packages covering Friday night, July 29 thru Tuesday night, August 2 or pay a $100 opt out fee. The Teen Masters hotel packages for August 3 and 4 in and near New York City are optional. The hotel packages are purchased from the TM ProShop online. 3 FRIDAY, AUGUST 5: IMPORTANT DATES Departure Day All Teen Masters competition and activities will conclude late Thursday night, so this is the day to schedule your return flights. WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 3: Hotel Transfer Day All Act One hotel rooms are scheduled for check-out on Wednesday morning as the Laurel Lanes area is too far from NYC. Those joining us for the exciting finals in NYC should purchase an Act Two package for the nights of August 3 & 4 and use our private charter service. FRIDAY, JULY 29: Act One Arrival Day Please schedule your travel to arrive at your hotel by 4 pm. The Welcome Celebration Dinner with Dan Jansen is at the Crowne Plaza at 7 pm. FRIDAY, JULY 15: Entry & Ticket Order Deadline The last day we can guarantee availability of bowling balls and shirts and tickets to anything. FRIDAY, JULY 1: Deadline for Purchasing Hotel Package(s) July 1 st is the deadline for making gyour hotel reservations because rooming lists and payment must be supplied to the hotels by the Teen Masters the following week. FRIDAY, JULY 1: Deadline for Purchasing Registration Package To ensure that everyone s bowling balls and shirts are ordered and ready on time, July 1 st is the deadline to purchase your Standard or Premium registration package before the cost goes up $100. We do not want anyone to pay the extra $100, but we do want everyone to have their registration completed by July 1 st.

5 RECOMMENDATIONS Fly into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) on July 28 or 29. Rent a car from your choice of rental car companies. Hertz is offering special rates for the Teen Masters via CV# 022Q5027 at Hertz.com or (Standard for 5-7 days is $377 + tax) Take New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 4. Wednesday morning, August 3, check out of Act One hotel, finish bowling, ship bowling balls home from Laurel Lanes, and drive to Newark airport. Drop family at Act Two hotel and then return rental car. Take free shuttle from airport to hotel. Board Teen Masters private charter to Grand Central Terminal, settle into your seat, take a deep breath and relax. Fly home on Friday, August 5.
